Hi,

Manoj. I really don’t understand basically how you charge the customer and write such a long mail telling this and that. I have been In a computer industry from a long long time.
What is the basic. You give me first 24 GB data free and again 9 gb data free. that’s what I am using now. As for voice and sms, you have told me voice and sms are free unlimited.
So basically I pay 399 +taxes 15%.
I have made payment twice till now. On 27 april also I have made the payment. now u ask me to again make payment. This is wrong.

Now I will clear your dues and port to GIO. GIO is offering me 309/- for 3 months with 2 gb data per day, free voice and sms.
no conditions. can you do the same?

    Company vodafone send a massag to us about net plan of 1 gb 3g 4g per day but they were provide us only 50 mb per day.
    And when we call to coustomer care then they were not provide us our balance return.

        Dear sir, i received a message from Vodafone stating that scheme i requested to activate on 8th may, 2017 lifestyle pack is now activated and balance of rs 35 will deducted from my account on rental of weekly basis. Now, i did not request any scheme it was self activated. I called the customer care of Vodafone, they did not help me for it and did not provide me enough information about the scheme too. Now though it's a small amount but it's forgery. I request you to solve this matter and return me the unnecessary balance deduction from my account.
        Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
        From me also they have deducted Rs 49 I need this 49 rupees back.. I am didn't told you to activate the lifestyle pack.. I need my money back..
        Vodafone cut my 49rs for a lifestyle pack which I never requested. Please return my balance. This is what you need to look into Vodafone India.

          I recently relocated to pune from Bengaluru when i am trying to port from Vodafone, Vodafone representative called and told me to update to from 299 plan to 399 plan there is no roaming charges occurs during out going calls also told, even i mentioned this is Karnataka circle number him i changed to 399. but my bill came Rs 1089.due to wrong information given by Vodafone. on 06.05.2017
          i registered complaint (comp no.[protected], but till now not even getting any feedback from Vodafone. i am very upset with worst service by Vodafone.hope i think so issue going to solve as soon as possible.

            I recently port a Vodafone SIM in 3 May and got it activated but I'm fed up of this poor network (inside my home, to make a call or to connect to internet I have to go on the roof top or outside the home, which is very disappointing). It's not only me who's facing this problem, every Vodafone user of my locality has same complaint. Sometimes 1 or 2 network bar appears and when I try to make a call or connect to internet they disappear. This result is very much irritating and disappointing from such a big telecom company like Vodafone. I have complaint many times for Vodafone b't they can't resolve my problem. i have use your 4G data plan company provided me 21GB but speed is very slow like using 2G. Please try to solve this issue immediately...

                  Hi Vodafone,
                  My number is [protected]. I am a vodafone customer from last 2 years.

                  Recently there has been many good offers floated by airtel and so I wanted to PORT my number to airtel.

                  To start that I am trying to send PORT message to 1900, but it is not getting sent. I have already talked to customer care regarding this multiple times through online chat but the issue remains unresolved.

                  Can you please look into this?

                    My name is Pavan P. My mobile number is +[protected]. I have faced many issue with the amount deduction on some services for which I have not authorized. I have visited the nearby customer care and was promised for refund, which never happened. For your information, I have consulted consumer court for this illegal authorization of services. Please check and do the needful.

                    I spoke to one of the executive and again was promised for refund of 17 rupees against the data pack, but not for the subscriptions which was not authorized from me. As she said they had to refund 17rps but I got 10rps, in which 7rps again was deducted for no reason. I have no idea what is going on with Vodafone, having a very bad experience with this cheap service.

                      HI,

                      I am a not so proud user of vodafone. A month back I switched my vodafone 3G sim to 4G sim assuming that i will 4G mobile network.

                      But that is not the case. I got 345 recharge done which says unlimited calling and gives 1GB/day 4G data. I got 3G insted of 4G.

                      Inspite of repeatative complaints they just close the request by stating network upgradation activity is going on and soon you will get 4G data.

                      I am paying for want I am not using which highly disappointing.

                      Kindly look into the matter.

                        My vodafone prepaid no[protected] was churned. I want to get it new connection for the same no in postpaid.
                        I am giving all proofs related to getting new connection.
                        Its have been 15 days completed still they didnt give me any responce regarding to my connection.
                        I call vodafone store to many time but he is not able to give me proper ans.
                        If you are not able to give me connection wid same no u should have to mention.
                        I am wasting my time to call your vodafone center.
                        Now they are not able to receive my call.
                        This vodafone center is places in rajarampuri 1st lane. Near dominose pizza.
                        If they are not able to give me connection they should mention it properly. Else they have to ans my phone call.
                        Give me proper responce from your side.
                        If vodafone is giving that much of probllem to give a new connection.
                        No one follow the vodafone service.

                          Vodafone is fleecing money by automatically adding vas and deducting money from account. It typically ranges from 25-35, so that customer don't notice it. When you call, customer care gives all sort of weird explanation.. Visiting site.. Third party charging money.. I am paying vodafone for my service, why should my money be used for any vas which ai didn't opt for. Vodafone can't just shirk responsibility.

                            Using vodafone service for the following number.. -[protected]/[protected]. But it shows absolutely zero range. (No service) in most of the areas. Mainly in residential area, khernagar, bandra (East) and same problem in office area for the same numbers. Lalbaug, chinchpokli (East).
                            User name:- rohit patil.
                            There is absolutely 0 range yet company is giving bills as per tarrif. I could not make a single cal through entire day. Nither other calls could reach me until i come down to open areas, to br precise. Only on roads.

                              Hi team,
                              I am not able to send the port message to 1900. This issue is on going for more than a month. I have raised several complaints via Vodafone Live Chat support team, Vodafone Store and Vodafone customer care number 198/199/[protected].
                              Everytime the executive would apologize and raise the complaint number. On the due date of the completion of request, I would receive a message stating that I have been provided the interim solution for the request.
                              This has happened approximately 4-5 times.
                              Further I have also dropped a mail to Nodal office and still there is no solution for this.
                              As a consumer I tried everything from changing my cell, reaching to Vodofone Store, Customer care executives, nodal office, etc but still no appropriate response.
                              In the end I am the one who is suffering and paying for that too.
                              Hence raising the complaint at this forum.

                                  I regret to bring your kind notice that my Mobile Handset with SIM card bearing No, . [protected] has been lost yesterday at about 8.35 pm at Paltan Bazar Area of Guwahati, Assam.

                                  After office hours, I was going in a crowded bus. When I reached near Nepali Mandir area of Paltan Bazar area of Guwahati Assam, one or two miscreants may have pickpoketed my handset, when I wanted to call my family members I recognize that my mobile was not in my pocket.

                                  Now I would like to request you that kindly block my SIM card so that it can not be used by any others.

                                    My number is [protected]. Vodofone india has added a value added services to my existing plan without my consent. When i checked with them they said i clicked something on their website that's why it's added. When i asked for a proof they didn't give. Even there is no notification about that vas being added to my plan. It happend to me twice. First time, i noticed before they generating the bill and got the refund. Second time, i noticed only after paid the bill and as expected they never refund the money. It seems vodafone india is doing this deliberately to loot their customers money. The vas price used to be very low. So many wont even have chance to notice that. I want the money back.

                                      Me maya singh a platinum member of vodafone no being [protected] residing in shahpura distt bhilwara raj have been facing network issues after making complaints upteen times on nos [protected] and spoke to a guy called rohit there has been no response... I called the bhilwara vodafone store too they said to change sim to 4g which i did even then no improvement... Its been 2 months over now... I cant take or make calls in the house and now its become worse even out in the open one cant hear the other prty and its not just me the other no is [protected], [protected] n many more having the same problem... Kindly rectify asap or we go for a change. Cant handle this nuisance.

                                        On 15th April 2017, I complained about deduction of my balance unnecessary which has not yet resolved. And now again Vodafone India has deducted Rs.45 for Live tv pack and Rs.21 for VDS DHNEWS on 12th May 2017 which I didn't subscribed. If this is how vodafone India is generating revenue and cutting the loss then please get out of this country as we have better network company like Airtel, idea, bsnl and JIO. Either refund my money as soon as possible and at least reply asap. If I do not get the reply or refund from the company within 72 hours then i have to take a serious action against the company.
