        My Mobile no [protected]. Vodafone postpaid connection in Sivakasi, TN. VAS was activated Automatically without my consent and after activation SMS sent to me. When it was came to my knowledge after 5-7 days I requested to stop the VAS as per direction written in SMS. But VAS charge Rs 350/ added to my bill, bill circle 20/3/17 to 19/4/17. Today again VAS is activated and SMS received. Pl stop automatically activation of VAS and refund the earlier money of Rs 350/- which was already paid and take suitable action on concerned.

        Just now I have received a call from mobile no [protected] at about 10:15 hrs on 12/05/17 and person claiming as Vodafone care and told me that VAS service will be deactivated after deduction of Rs 1/- and earlier Bill amount 350/- will be refunded. For that he asked for my ATM Card number. I denied to provide the ATM number and asked him to communicate to my e mail. Please check the authincation of that call and confirm to my email.

          Vodafone — Roaming complain
          I hv been in roaming for last 3 years n my vodafone sim was working fine. Few months ago i lost my network in roaming. right now i m in MP Bhopal. I have kept this contact number as a prime number and now i'm facing problems regarding this. I need my sim to be in network. I contacted to customer care for this issue but they couldnt get over it. There is not any policy regarding this. Other people around me are all ok with their service network.

              Hi all,

              I would like to convert my post paid number to pre paid, since its inconvenience for me. So please provide me the procedure to convert the same as soon as possible. From last 7 to 8 Years I am using postpaid connection. Last 4 to 5 TIme I visit vodafone Store at Rajaram Road, Kolhapur & Laxmipuri, Kolhapur for convert my connection but every time the executive told me that cards are not available and came again after 4 to 5 day. Now I am getting very tired to all that. So pls give me the proper solution or I will disconnect my connection from Vodafone and choose other company.

                  Hi,

                  My phone number is [protected].

                  In my Vodafone bill dated 05.05.17, I have been charged Rs. 50 as content download charges. I do not have internet active on my number. I do not know how can I download something.

                  When I checked with the vodafone customer care, they say this is been charged by a third party! If it is a third party, why would it come in Vodafone bill.

                  As far as I know I have not donwloaded anything, and I want a refund of Rs.50 + whatever tax applicable for the amount.

                    I wanted to port my current TATA Docomo [protected] number in Vodfone Post network, accordingly I had call with Vodafone customer care executive and gathered the details of post-paid plans.

                    They suggested me 399 plan [Unlimited local+STD calling, 100 sms per month, 21 GB 4 G Net /month & incoming free in roaming network ], So I accepted the given offer on 4th May 2017 at the morning hrs. then immediately I got a verification call from Vodafone Team.

                    On the same day, I submitted my one Passport Photograph, 1 Adahr Card copy & Index 2 copy of my Flat for address proof to Mr. Sandip Dangre [[protected]] at 18.15 hrs.

                    After that, I haven’t received any update/acknowledgement from Vodafone Team So on 9th of May 2017 I called up to Vodafone MNP helpline number[protected]. They informed me that there is no such MNP request is raised in their side, So I called up Mr. Sandeep, he informed that he has submitted my document to Mr. Pankaj [[protected]].

                    I called to Mr. Pankaj for an update but no luck. He told me that he will not be responsible for the porting and you haven’t given me the document. So you can directly contact to our office.

                    called up on office [protected] number and had a word with one lady, asked her for status. She informed me that she will check and will update me and disconnected the call. After that I called up multiple times but no one responded .

                    Yesterday i.e. of 10th may 2017, I received a call from Vodafone- Kasar wadi Branch and given me totally un acceptable and reckless answers and also informed me that we will raise the MNP request on behalf of you today . So I suggested them to stop my NMP process and return my all the documents.

                    She said ok and informed that you will get the document by EOD today but still I didn’t received any document.

                    Today i.e. 11th May 2017. I tried Mr. Sandeep’s number, initially he received my call and the moment when I said this Amol Patil, he immediately disconnected my call and switched off his Cell.

                    Further, I called up to Mr. Pankaj, he informed me that I am not at all responsible and do whatever you want. Also given me [protected] mobile number and asked me to have word with the office member.

                    I called up[protected] on this number but no one responded. After 30 min I got a call from this same number [I forgot to recall hi name]. He told me, as of now we haven’t raise any porting request for your number but if you want I can raise today. Also he informed me that if you are agreed then I will give you the plan of 399 Rs. But you will get the 11 GB 4 G Net /month instead of 21 GB which was committed to me on 4th of May 2017.

                    So I have denied him for the porting and asked me to return back my all the documents by today itself but yet I haven’t received any confirmation from him.

                    Vodafone & Vodafone Customer Care Branch of Kasarvadi, Executive Sandeep Dangre [Who collected the documents from Me on 4th May 2017] will be solely responsible if any misuse is/was happened of my given Documents.

                      Hi i would like to discontinue my vodafone number [protected].
                      Hence i will not be eligible for any bill getting generated on my name and not to be paid by me from tomorrow onwards[protected]
                      Hence request you to please discontinue the number.

                      I was facing issues and it made to discuntinue.

                      Please discontinue it asap because i will not be responsible for any further bill payment on my name except the one i am having right now.

                        Vodafone is Deducting 35 per week for VDO MANIA without my knowledge or permission.. And I have been told that I would have clicked the link to activate this service.. I am very much sure that I dint select or click any link and even I dint receive such links.. This is unacceptable and unprofessional from such a firm like Vodafone.. Need my deducted amount and valid response from Vodafone..

                          Company is charging extra and providing weong information of tariff plans. Costomer care executives are not providing the right infromation about why the plan isn't working. They are also denying the message received from vodafone which says my previous activated tarrif ends on 9th may.

                                  On 10.5.2017 vodafone deducted rs70 from my prepaid no.. When i called customer care they told i call a no at around 4.30 pm. No is 5171712... Surprisingly at that time i was sleeping and there is no one in my house who can ph from my ph without my consent, specially at this type of peceulear no... Then i checked my dialled no list, it was showing that no.. Which i or anyone in my house never called.. And suddenly i saw at around 8 pm.. Suddenly that no disappeared from dialled no list... Pls beware... It is a great cheating from vodafone...

                                    Vodafone sent one sms which state that in Rs 348 you get unlimited calls along with 1gb data/day for 56 days + price protection for 1 year, if you recharge before 15th March'17.
                                    I Recharged on 15th March'17 itself and availed above offer for first 56 days till 8th May'17.
                                    Since this is a 1 year price protection offer, I was expecting that the same offer will be available for 1 year as promised in the sms.

                                    Now Vodafone is saying that, the meaning of above meaning is that the offer was only for 56 days and now you will get the same offer but for 28 days and not for 56 days. Moreover they said they will solve my query about this in 1 day and yet they have kept it open and no response.

                                    This is a case of Cheating the people and making them fool.

                                      From past three days no vodafone executive is available to solve my query on 198 & other numbers are all chargeable yyyy???... This is very disappointing... Pathetic service provided by vodafone.. Kindly tell the procedure to port the number... I have being a valued customer since 7 years... Plus all new users are getting the benefits of 346rs recharge then y not me... I have two vodafone numbers but on both the offer is not valid... Explain y.. Last month i spoke to one of your executive & was assured for the offer next month.. But to my regret no one is available... And i am just spending my hard earned money.. Very disappointed.

                                        I have a post paid connrvtion grom Vodafone for last 10 years of Maharashtra and Goa circle. For weeks I've been trying to Vodafone number by sending message to 1900. My messages are not getting sent.

                                        1. I called Vodafone "Care" and they gave most useless answers.

                                        2. I visited Vodafone store and result was same. No solution.

                                        How do I get porting code? It's been very frustrating experience with Vodafone.
