I bought the alcatel link zone 08 device with 4g network a week and half back for rs3333. For the first 2 days it worked appropriately. However now the speed is bad and other than whatsapp (Slow) none of the applications, google, facebook work properly. Images are not downloaded or sent quickly or failed....

Unable to migrate my sim from Vodafone postpaid to prepaid

Dotbot service

I didn't apply for any ducking dotbot service i am detected rs75 for this bulls hit service which i have not requested. At all... Day to day money looting from vodaphone is increasing... I have to port my beer or go to consumer court to settle this or vodaphone to give back my money. Portability request

Complaint regarding data plan

I done recharge of 348 on 6th may 2017 after confirming with customer care executive that i have an offer on my number [protected] which includes 1 gb internet per day 3g/4g data per day and 300 mins of callingwith validity of 56 days. Vodafone dongle not connected due to poor network

Balance deducted from bank but amount not credited

Vodafone Network Issue

Incorrect roamfree information shared by customer care executive
