    Hello,
    I m postcard user of vodafone mobile network.
    I got some message that something is activated on my number as per request. Well i never requested any services.
    I called up the customer care on 199 i was fed off completely. 1 dabaye 2 dabaye 3 dabaye. And i press as required again i was asked 1 dabaye 2 dabaye 3 dabaye.. Again i did.. Again there was 1 dabaye 2 dabaye 3 dabaye options. Ohh god i just need to talk to customer executive person. Why this harassment? Why to choose options? Why cant executive simply transfer the call to appropriate department? My simply want to talk to customer i was harassed. U read it right i was harassed by this service features. They are not actually helping customers but making customers to wait for 2 3 4 mins to speak to executive directly. I request if this is not short out i m not going to use this vodafone again!

    Note : i have even tried direct customer care no.

      Dear sir,
      Since the last 3 to 4 days money from my talk time is getting deducted automatically — some 60 to 80 rupees has got deducted 3 to 4 days back.
      Just yesterday (7/5/2017, i recharged full talk time of rs, 250/-. Today rs, 150/- has got deducted and a message appeared (Tv all channel pack for one month). I have never activated this pack — so how come it got activated — as well as my money rs, 150 got automatically deducted. Please assist and deactivate this and also ensure i get my money refunded.

          I want to file a complaint against the branch and their executives because after repeated reminders wrong billing has been filled against my mifi number for 2 consecutive months.

          O talked to mr. Naeem shaikh, mr. Ankit patel, mr. Shaunak shah – insulting experience with all three.
          O filled official complaint for wrong billing.

          O verbal assurance is given to respond till 3rd may 2017 - wednesday
          ϖ 30th april 2017 – sunday – around 5.00 pm
          O call from vodafone to resolve the issue.
          O following point told by executive on phone
          O 4500 inr advance is deposited in advance
          O 4500 inr advance was appeared in vodafone system on 23rd march 2017.
          O i am under same offer which i opted: 4500 inr in advance – 6 gb 4g for 6 months.
          O however, bill will be generated for all 6 months.
          O i must not pay the bill.
          O service won’t be terminated.
          O i must feel assured to get good and continue service from vodafone.
          O i must visit vodafone store to clarify things.

          O no such request done by me.
          ϖ 6th may 2017, saturday
          O service terminated without notice.
          ϖ 8th may 2017, monday – 10.25 am
          O service continued to be terminated.
          O sms: to avoid reconnection charges of 150/- + st and inconvenience to your service please clear your pending bill of 675.86 inr immediately. (Ref page 11).
          ϖ 8th may 2017, monday – 5.25 pm
          O call from vodafone customer care to pay my remaining bill amount of 675.86 inr.

          Last few weeks been painful and stressful because of this issue.
          Vodafone failed to solve issue in a period of 1 month.
          Vodafone failed to show 4500 inr in their system on 14th february 2017. It appeared in system on 23rd march 2017.
          Vodafone continued to issue wrong bill.
          Vodafone stopped my internet service without notice.
          Vodafone continued insisting on telephone to pay it.

          I urge you to refund 4500 inr with immediate effect.
          I demand a compensation for unnecessary harassment and wastage of my valuable time.

            I wish to change my existing number from Vodafone to Airtel using Mobile Number Portability. I have tried sending the sms PORT to 1900 and the message is getting rejected and not being sent. Any other smses are being sent properly. The vodafone people aren't being friendly and are not cooperating. They are saying that the message will be sent eventually when we keep trying.

              Now this is something new, today someone called me and the call was not rejected, but rs.70 was deducted from my account balance.

              Stop cheating your customer like this. Please check and revert back the amount in the account.

              And i got a sms stating that international roaming rental is activated. I have been using this sim since last 2 years whenever i was outside and never faced this kind of cheating, please solve it as early as possible.

                I had ported my number post settling all the dues. Basis discussion with various representative at vodafone, the matter was finally closed. However i get an email from advocate harish gore for payment of dues or else initiation of legal suit. I fail to understand, why customers of vodafone is been tortured and harassed. I found various other complaints by customers regarding same matter. I hope vodafone needs to first check their controls and process and then talk to customers.

                Highly aggrieved by the unethical and unacceptable behavior of vodafone.

                    What the hell vodafone guys are doing i just dont understand... Gain some request

                    Vodafone are just increasing my unbilled amount.. And they are not even providing me better plan... Not even allowing me to do portability not even shifting me to prepaid... His executive people are not giving me proper advice nor even helping me not even providing proper guidance... Vodafone store people's are telling me to complaint on toll free number and ur service executive people's are sending me to vodafone store... They guys aree just fooling me n neither letting me change the plan nor even allowing me to take portability they are not giving me a same plan which they giving to other providers and also block ma nuber in customer care so i can't even register my complain do sumthing or else i'll go to the consumer court... I hope these complain would help me...

                      I'm with Vodafone for long time...

                      I have been charged continuously from quite long time without any reason...
                      I'm using 345 plan where all calls are free for me but Vodafone deducting from my balance..
                      Thrice I complained to the Vodafone executives but no proper response from their end...

                      Now trying to connect to Vodafone executives but that option is blocked for me so not able to connect to them...

                      Worst nd very poor response from their end...

                          Hi,

                          I have activated plan 342 from Vodafone Application for phone number [protected] on May 3rd but had received balance of 292, hence had called customer care on May 4th 11 AM. I was assured by the executive that the same is escalated and I will receive the plan by next day.

                          As the same was not activated, i had called customer care again on May 5th 8.20 PM by then about 100 rupees was deducted from the balance, the customer care executive confirmed that same will be activated by the next morning 11 AM.

                          Since there was no change in the plan and the balance was further getting deducted, I had called the customer care again on May 6th 12.47 PM and the executive confirmed that I had to recharge again with 342 to avail the services.

                          No resolution received on amount lost until date.

                          I had received a fake call within a minute from registering above complaint from phone number*[protected]* asking for Credit / Debit card number with expiry date and other details. When asking for which company you are calling from, they disconnected the call.

                          I am suffering since yesterday to activate my SIM phone bearing No. [protected]. However, it was given for activation on 1st May 2017 at 1148Hrs at Vodafone centre at Sector-11, Gandhinagar, Gujarat.

                          This is just insincerity issue of concern person. I have reminded him so many time but he is not still reacting.

                          Kindly look in to the matter.

                            I convert my vodafone prepaid sim in to vodafone postpaid sim about 1 year ago. Last month i go to my vodafone offiice to convert my sim again in prepaid but they said that it will not convert now, it will convert after one month so i will go to office again on 18 april 2017 with full documents and recharge. First they was refusing to do that but when i call vodafone customer care and complaint about it and they are not talking in good manner also.
                            After all they was ready to convert my postpaid sim into prepaid sim. I complete all paper works and they asked me 95 rs for fr also.
                            They given my a new sim and told me that the sim will be activated in 72 hours. I checked many times but this will not activated yet. Today is 8 may and still not activated.
                            I am a student so how i can i manage that amount because i am sure that the new bill will be come again.
                            I am trying before 3 months for converting my postpaid sim into prepaid sim because the bill was too high. So i want to convert my sim into prepaid again.
                            O i want to tell you that i go to vodafone offiice approx 10 times within 40 days, firstly thay are ready to convert my sim and now if the sim converts then its not activated yet.
                            O i talked customer care and then i come to know that the sim is still in postpaid. So i am complaining you that i will not go to my vodafone office again because i tired for going again and again. I already paid my bill because of there pendings. So i will not pay again my next bill.

                              Lately I have been receiving messages from VN-VFCARE telling I have subscribed some "zone" of some sort. I am pretty sure i made no such subscriptions. The only reason few of "zone" have not been activated is that all my account balanced have been cheated off me without my consent. I am using a dual sim phone, so i have been using the other sim card from another company for all purposes. My phone number is [protected]. I would appreciate it if this automatic subscription of anything could be stop.

                              I've been receiving notifications for subscription and activation of services. Every time I recharge, my balance is debited right away without any console. And i have not subscribed to any service. I checked for the deactivation it's all okay. But balance debited is still continuing every time I recharge.

                                      I have been using VODAFONE from last 4 years and never had any issues with the services but lately i think they have started fooling around customers and they are not living up to the expectations. Be it their customer support executives who hang up calls without resolving issues and making lame excuses that they cannot hear the voice and make up stuff.

                                      I have been charged numerous times before this for the services i never activated and never ever used in my entire life. Every other day i get a pop up that Rs 90/- have been added to my bill cycle as i am using this service. When i go on to deactivate that service on 155229, it shows me that i have 3 more active services. I deactivate all of them thinking that this would be the last time but this has become a daily chore for me and i am sick and tired of it.

                                      I have been charged close to 3000 INR this bill cycle and VODAFONE has barred my out going services as i have decided not to pay this time and see how much do they care about the customers. I have taken a lot in these past two weeks.
                                      I'm sorry Vodafone, you are just making a fool out of people just for a few extra bucks.

                                      I wont pay a single penny till the time i get a concrete resolution and a reduced bill.
