My name is swapnil sunil kadam i used your Vodafone Sim since last 6 years.now last 1 month i am requested to Vodafone New Plan 346.but does not applied my number i am not satisfied with your services.Can you do something for me I want 346 Plan on my number [protected] is my number.since 1ast 1 month I am requested your Customer Care but they not able to do that.please do some thing for me.

    Hi,

    I have activated plan 342 from Vodafone Application for phone number [protected] on May 3rd but had received balance of 292, hence had called customer care on May 4th 11 AM. I was assured by the executive that the same is escalated and I will receive the plan by next day.

    As the same was not activated, i had called customer care again on May 5th 8.20 PM by then about 100 rupees was deducted from the balance, the customer care executive confirmed that same will be activated by the next morning 11 AM.

    Since there was no change in the plan and the balance was further getting deducted, I had called the customer care again on May 6th 12.47 PM and the executive confirmed that I had to recharge again with 342 to avail the services.

    No resolution received on amount lost until date.

    I had received a fake call within a minute from registering above complaint from phone number*[protected]* asking for Credit / Debit card number with expiry date and other details. When asking for which company you are calling from, they disconnected the call.

    Complaints team, please help consumers from fraud calls.

    I am suffering since yesterday to activate my SIM phone bearing No. [protected]. However, it was given for activation on 1st May 2017 at 1148Hrs at Vodafone centre at Sector-11, Gandhinagar, Gujarat.

    This is just insincerity issue of concern person. I have reminded him so many time but he is not still reacting.

    Kindly look in to the matter.

      I convert my vodafone prepaid sim in to vodafone postpaid sim about 1 year ago. Last month i go to my vodafone offiice to convert my sim again in prepaid but they said that it will not convert now, it will convert after one month so i will go to office again on 18 april 2017 with full documents and recharge. First they was refusing to do that but when i call vodafone customer care and complaint about it and they are not talking in good manner also.
      After all they was ready to convert my postpaid sim into prepaid sim. I complete all paper works and they asked me 95 rs for fr also.
      They given my a new sim and told me that the sim will be activated in 72 hours. I checked many times but this will not activated yet. Today is 8 may and still not activated.
      I am a student so how i can i manage that amount because i am sure that the new bill will be come again.
      I am trying before 3 months for converting my postpaid sim into prepaid sim because the bill was too high. So i want to convert my sim into prepaid again.
      O i want to tell you that i go to vodafone offiice approx 10 times within 40 days, firstly thay are ready to convert my sim and now if the sim converts then its not activated yet.
      O i talked customer care and then i come to know that the sim is still in postpaid. So i am complaining you that i will not go to my vodafone office again because i tired for going again and again. I already paid my bill because of there pendings. So i will not pay again my next bill.

      I am student here in kanpur uttar pradesh india and i was using my aunt's id proof for postpaid bills.

        Lately I have been receiving messages from VN-VFCARE telling I have subscribed some "zone" of some sort. I am pretty sure i made no such subscriptions. The only reason few of "zone" have not been activated is that all my account balanced have been cheated off me without my consent. I am using a dual sim phone, so i have been using the other sim card from another company for all purposes. My phone number is [protected]. I would appreciate it if this automatic subscription of anything could be stop.
        P.S.- screenshot of two messages i received has been attached.

        I've been receiving notifications for subscription and activation of services. Every time I recharge, my balance is debited right away without any console. And i have not subscribed to any service. I checked for the deactivation it's all okay. But balance debited is still continuing every time I recharge.

                Hi,
                I have been using VODAFONE from last 4 years and never had any issues with the services but lately i think they have started fooling around customers and they are not living up to the expectations. Be it their customer support executives who hang up calls without resolving issues and making lame excuses that they cannot hear the voice and make up stuff.

                I have been charged numerous times before this for the services i never activated and never ever used in my entire life. Every other day i get a pop up that Rs 90/- have been added to my bill cycle as i am using this service. When i go on to deactivate that service on 155229, it shows me that i have 3 more active services. I deactivate all of them thinking that this would be the last time but this has become a daily chore for me and i am sick and tired of it.

                I have been charged close to 3000 INR this bill cycle and VODAFONE has barred my out going services as i have decided not to pay this time and see how much do they care about the customers. I have taken a lot in these past two weeks.
                I'm sorry Vodafone, you are just making a fool out of people just for a few extra bucks.

                I wont pay a single penny till the time i get a concrete resolution and a reduced bill.

                      I had called up vodafone care on 22nd december to dismiss my services, which was done.
                      Even then my number was ported to airtel on the id of Monika Katiyar.

                        A total balance of Rs. 275 has been deducted from my mobile account by activating random VAS on my number withiot my permission. The service YMOBI has been activated on May3rd, May 4th and May 5h of 2017. When I complained on this to the custimer care, they promised for the balance refund of Rs.275 in 24 hours (which ends at around 11.30am on 5th of May). But till now (7th May @12.00 noon ) the balance has not ben refunded despite multiple calls to the customer care. And I came to know that in the service request notes it has been mentioned that the customer has genuinely requested for the service and the balance cannot be refunded. The service request numbers are [protected] and [protected].
                        And the reason they gave for the activation of services is that I am clicking on some ads during browsing and that is why the services are getting activated.l, which in fact I did not do.

                        Acco4ding to TRAI regulations, every service needs to be activated only after a double verification. But despite not clicking on any ads, I did not even get any confirmation for activation if any VAS, but my balance got deducted.

                        Please taje necessary action on Vodafone for this and help me in getting back my balance of Rs.275.

                          Very bad service by vodofone because they know we active 4g plan for a long time. So now we cannot port to another sim. If this has been not solved then i will port all my home numbers to another company those are belong to vodofone and i will also share it on whatsapp. I hope you will take action on it.

                          Very bad service of vodofone. Without my confimation active unusal service and deducted my balalnce. My mobile no is [protected]. Can you help me its happen once again. First time company solved it but once again i m found this bad service. Now i am going to deactivate my all vodofone no or i will port it to another company. Because i can not tolerate now.

                            I was trying to contact to customers care number as mentioned 111, 198, 199, 1800 but i can't find any assistance only subscription and offers details i found on call no customers assistance anywhere, in morning my 30rs balance deduced. I request you please refund my balance or i will take it very serious manner because it is totally fraud.

                                      Sir/mam, Mene network ko leke kai bar complaint kar suka hu lekin koi response nhi mila. 4G ka jamana hai lekin hamare yaha to 3G se nise 2G tak aya hai. 198 par call kiya to airtel par portable karne ka salah mila. Pisle 8 sal se Vodafone se jura hu aisa karna para to bura hoga. Pehle Browsing par problem tha avi voice cal par v ho raha hai. Upgrade ho gaya Vodafone! ! Hamare ilake me plz ya to 3G provide kariye ya fir No service zone kijiyega. Thanks

                                        M shafali and m a vodafone postpaid user from last 5 years but it is very a very bad experience i felt today n from last few vists at vodafone store rapid metro gurgaon. I went their for sim change they didn't conved me complete information about the documents which required. When today i visited again the customer attendee vineeta and martina behaved very badly and vineeta was not trying to listen she said that m not wrong u r wrong. Team this is not at all professional and acceptable behaviour for any one. After that she didn't respond to my query and told me to visit again, it is very difficult for me to visit again n again. As my office timing does not allow me and after that i don't want to continue as a vodafone user i think i should change my sim from vodafone to airtel.
                                        Hope my complaint will be taken in action.
