    [protected] is my vodafone number, which is being used by somebody else for the past 6 months whom i dont know.
    I had called up vodafone care on 22nd december to dismiss my services, which was done.
    Even then my number was ported to airtel on the id of Monika Katiyar.

      A total balance of Rs. 275 has been deducted from my mobile account by activating random VAS on my number withiot my permission. The service YMOBI has been activated on May3rd, May 4th and May 5h of 2017. When I complained on this to the custimer care, they promised for the balance refund of Rs.275 in 24 hours (which ends at around 11.30am on 5th of May). But till now (7th May @12.00 noon ) the balance has not ben refunded despite multiple calls to the customer care. And I came to know that in the service request notes it has been mentioned that the customer has genuinely requested for the service and the balance cannot be refunded. The service request numbers are [protected] and [protected].
      And the reason they gave for the activation of services is that I am clicking on some ads during browsing and that is why the services are getting activated.l, which in fact I did not do.

      Acco4ding to TRAI regulations, every service needs to be activated only after a double verification. But despite not clicking on any ads, I did not even get any confirmation for activation if any VAS, but my balance got deducted.

      Please taje necessary action on Vodafone for this and help me in getting back my balance of Rs.275.

        Very bad service by vodofone because they know we active 4g plan for a long time. So now we cannot port to another sim. If this has been not solved then i will port all my home numbers to another company those are belong to vodofone and i will also share it on whatsapp. I hope you will take action on it.

        Very bad service of vodofone. Without my confimation active unusal service and deducted my balalnce. My mobile no is [protected]. Can you help me its happen once again. First time company solved it but once again i m found this bad service. Now i am going to deactivate my all vodofone no or i will port it to another company. Because i can not tolerate now.

          I was trying to contact to customers care number as mentioned 111, 198, 199, 1800 but i can't find any assistance only subscription and offers details i found on call no customers assistance anywhere, in morning my 30rs balance deduced. I request you please refund my balance or i will take it very serious manner because it is totally fraud.

                    Sir/mam, Mene network ko leke kai bar complaint kar suka hu lekin koi response nhi mila. 4G ka jamana hai lekin hamare yaha to 3G se nise 2G tak aya hai. 198 par call kiya to airtel par portable karne ka salah mila. Pisle 8 sal se Vodafone se jura hu aisa karna para to bura hoga. Pehle Browsing par problem tha avi voice cal par v ho raha hai. Upgrade ho gaya Vodafone! !                       Hi,
                      M shafali and m a vodafone postpaid user from last 5 years but it is very a very bad experience i felt today n from last few vists at vodafone store rapid metro gurgaon. I went their for sim change they didn't conved me complete information about the documents which required. When today i visited again the customer attendee vineeta and martina behaved very badly and vineeta was not trying to listen she said that m not wrong u r wrong. Team this is not at all professional and acceptable behaviour for any one. After that she didn't respond to my query and told me to visit again, it is very difficult for me to visit again n again. As my office timing does not allow me and after that i don't want to continue as a vodafone user i think i should change my sim from vodafone to airtel.
                      Hope my complaint will be taken in action.

                        Hi,

                        This is regarding the vas charges which i was charged 35 rs. When i contacted vodafone customer service he says that i have activated some roots musicale. The moment i got message i have sent a message to deactivate. When i asked in which mode did i activate the service he says i might have clicked on some popup on internet and this service might have been activated. This is absolutely rubbish that some roots musicale gets activated with a click of a popup. This is this is just unfair practices from. Vodafone

                          Requested migration from postpaid to prepaid from vodafone store on 1st week of march, 2017 by completing all formalities. Waited days but no response, called customer care for more than 10 times no proper response on my migration request. One month completed, bill got generated then they are asking me to pay the bill to process migration. My question is what is the status of my previous request? No response for that . Their main aim to get the bill amount.

                          Now next month, bill again generated, now it crossed 1000/- Still i am waiting for their response. No proper response for the emails i have sent.

                          Now my outgoing calls are barred WHAT??!! Seriously?
                          This is how you treat a corporate customer who is using vodafone for 3 years?

                          Completely Unfair

                          Tired of tying escalation mails. I want my bill to be waived and migrate my number to prepaid. I cant pay my money for your ignorance and poor services.

                            Even after below mail communication from Vodafone corporation they are coming back to me saying dues on my number.
                            Without my knowledge they blocked my services.
                            Its really bad service from Vodafone team. They did not even check my previous payment history. Because of vodafone internal mistakes customers are suffering. People from below group are irresponsible. Even after contacting multiple times they are unable to resolve the issue. I giving complaint here so that people should be cautions while choosing the network next time.

                              My number is [protected], i am using this number port last month but not satisfied vodafone service because when i started 4g service with vodafone on this number, service i got 2g, daily same problem i faced, lot of time compliant they want some time and time period minimum 15days o think lot of time they had taken but lot time they took time but result zero i mean big zero, i am started 4g service but symbol coming e but service comes 2 g, only they are seen profit, now i have to go and joint onther telecom company, if possible pls do something otherwise tell to directly we r give service 2g and we r charged 4g

                                My husband has got call from vodafone for porting. They offered us plan of Rs. 399 + taxes. He offered us unlimited talktime, 100 sms/month, 3GB + 5GB = 8GB internet of 4G network.
                                We did apply for porting of 4 mobile numbers. one vodafone prepaid, two airtel prepaid and one airtel postpaid to VODAFONE POSTPAID. We all agreed for 399 plan and on verification calls we asked the representative to confirm whether it is 399 plan and we are getting 8GB internet. But repeatedly we did not got any reply but they ported our numbers.
                                The network is good and we have no problem with the same. However, today we received the bill and it is charged as per 499 plan. We called the guy who ported our numbers and questioned about the bill amount charged incorrectly. However, the vodafone representative was very lasy to reply and on reply he handed over the phone to his boss. His manager is another indecent fellow we have come across. we strongly have a doubt that these people are not from vodafone and they are running some agency. We request vodafone to hear our complaint and resolve the matter at the earliest.

                                  It was informed to me that your plan is of rs 549 which included unlimited std and local calls.. That is fine.. So previous month i have done recharge of rs 250 and 100 rs i have transfer to another number.. So total comes to 549+250+100=899.. Now i got the bill stating that you have to pay rs 1127.5... How it is possible.. They are charging me extra 228.. Please take a complaint on this.. Or else i have to spread this on social media and everywhere.. Worst and bad service from such a reputated company

                                      I have been using vodafone the past month and it has proved to be highly irritating. I use the 345 data plan in which I am given 1gb per day of data. But somehow I always end up having money deducted from my main balance. I have been trying to talk to the customer care person since the previous night. The option to speak to the person does not even work. At one time the option to talk to the person did not even turn up. I have lot 146 rupees today. And since Vodafone does not allow me to make calls without balance am stuck with no way to make calls. Please, Vodafone change your attitude. Having to leave all our work and come fight with you is hard. And resolve this quickly.

                                        I have suddenly got this message mid night today. Which I haven't raised a request for. And another thing, I have upgraded to Vodafone 4G Sim and my post Bill Bill boosted by 250rs instead of the data they say 4gb free in first mnth free.
