I recharged for 449 rs which offered 9GB ( an exclusive offer only for me😂). Till now the data pack mentioned is not reflected. Only 3gb was credited. When i contacted with customer care, they say its not applicable for my number. Then why did this offer appear in my vodafone app and how come i was able to recharge through app???!! disappointly they have updated my offers and removed the offer which i recharged ( anyway am keeping the screenshot of that offer before it got updated).. the existing customers are losing the trust with ur network and fedup of all these lame excuses.cant even keep good main balance of course u people activating vas without my consent...totally Awful experience and i think its better to switch to some other network...

    My mobile number with corporate conne tion had been disconnected and there is no network available without any information or reason. Vodafone in India is worst and no one should ever try using vodafone network. It was my big mistake of migrating to vodafone network. Since more than one month before I started using vodafone network. I had visited almost all places of India and no where i found 3G data network. Even after several complaints more than 50-60 times at several levels of vodafone customer care, the issue was never resolved and they were blaming my newly bought Redmi Note 4 mobile phone.

    Today suddenly the mobile network was lost while travelling from Gurgaon to Delhi. I tried several times to contact vodafone customer care representative asking them the reason for not getting any network. I was waiting for almost more than one hour 2-3 times to talk with customer care representative but their system is so worst that i am highly Dissappointed with them and will discontinue soon as MNP. Request all to save
    your time and do not get involve in unwanted issues by moving to vodafone network.

      Hi, I got a call from mobile number [protected], and that man was talking in a very bad way, also was asking about my personal & professional details, and telling me that he has got the mobile number from naukri.com, and then he asked me to log in to the gmail account, and make some payments regarding some companies like L&T and wipro, so kindly trace the person so that he should not repeat his mistake with any other person.
      Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
      The same incidence happened with my friend. This person used to take the phone numbers (especially girls number) from nokri.com and calling them and talking in very bad way. Please trace this number asap.

        Hi I'm facing charges for undue for value added services from last three months on. My cooperate no[protected] when contacted customer no resolution given and asked to mail and pathetic service and rude behavior by customer care please look into this matter otherwise I will escalate to consumer forum or Consumer authority I'm using my two no [protected] if no resolution given then I withdraw the servics of Vodafone why the hello I charges for valued added servics if I have cooperate plan of net plan without a NY reason please resolve this issue asap

              My cousin Mr. Going Srinivasa Rao's mobile with Vodafone sim was stolen today (03.05.2017) around 1 pm in Bangalore Railway station. The mobile no is:[protected]. Since he is travelling and not able to contact you, he requested me to make a complaint and to request you to block the SIM to avoid Misuse. He would be filing the FIR at the earliest opportunity on his reaching home.
              Kindly treat this as genuine complaint and block the SIM.

                Sir main postpaid number [protected] Dec/2016 se use kr rha hu last February se bill extra aarha jabki maine utna use bhi nhi kiya
                March me maine number use krna band krdiya fir bhi april me bill aagya maine number PORT request dali Airtel me but mujhe pehle bill pay krne ko bola maine jo use nhi kiya bhi Rs.510 pay krdiya mere pass receipt bhi hai maine customer care se baat ki ab aage bill na bheje main ish number ko use ni krta aur maine port request daali hui hai but maine last month ka bhi bill pay krdiya April ka jo maine use nhi kiya..ab itna hone k baad bina number use kiye Rs.780 ka bill May me bhi bhej diya..
                Mujhe aap btaye ye ek dum galat aur farod hai customer k sath..

                Agar company meri problem solve nhi krti main case krunga but aise farod ni hone dunga apne sath..mere pass proof hai april me sara bill pay kr diya tha jo use bhi ni kiya..198 pe call krke customer care pe baat ki thi tabhi unhone bola bhi tha "ab bill ni aaega" mere pass Call Recording bhi hai..uske baad maine number use ni kiya port request daali hui fir May me dobara se faltu ka bill bhej diya bina use kiye..
                Main case krunga company pe agar meri problem solve nhi hoti..

                  I am a bonafide postpaid mobile customer of Vodafone India, presently residing in Bangalore. Most of the time there is persistent signal problem causing inconvenience while calling and when connected, calls drop more often. While away from Bangalore last week, the internet services were considerably slow to my utter discomfiture.

                      I had used post paid sim for internet in vodafone. But they billed for rs 3000. I had not used over my free usage of 4gb 2g for rs200. I didnt pay the bill. But i started receiving calls continously from vodafone care distubing my peace of mind and independence, my diginity to live a desecent life. They also tortured by comming to my home in person directly and tortured me to pay the bill. Finally i paid the bill to avoid those torture. Pls be causious while choosing the scheme and sim.

                      Vodafone blocks PORT sms and when contacted customer care directly, they seem to disconnect the call several times. Also no response on their stores, social media platforms.
                      After conversion of postpaid to prepaid, several issues occurred and no response from the company end after several complaints.

                          I have been a happy vodafone prepaid customer for the past 6 years. 3 weeks back i decided to change to postpaid. I have submitted all documents. Its my own house. But no one has come for verification. The agents verify on the phone and say that a person will come for verification. I have also visited vodafone store regarding the same. Its my only phone number which i also use for business. I dont have an alternate number.
                          Due to this im troubled both mentally and monetarily. I never expected this kind of service from vodafone. 3 weeks is too much.
                          Please activate my number.

                            I purchased the sim in offer of 349 which was valid for 12 months.
                            As i done recharge on this month again for 349 does not gives me same offer for this month.
                            Not even there is an option to revert the recharge.
                            I m unhappy with it

                            Either revert ny plan to the plan which was availed by me last month or revert me back my mone or i want to surrender my Vodafone sim and services
                            24×7 customer care service is also not available to me.
                            Wrong information is given.
                            As previously i purchased the sim at 349 and got the offer of all india call and 1gb data per day till 28 days.
                            And now this offer is not available to me.

                              Has the complaint is too short to u people so u people might neglect this issue, regarding this even I had tweet it to vodafone India but from them I'm Not getting any responses so atleast for this will see. How you people gonna take this..or I want to tweet this and let everyone know about it

                                  I am post paid consumer with Vodafone holding phone No. [protected]. I have deposited sum of Rs. 3000/- on 7.2.2017 in Shillong vodafone office for activation international roaming before proceeding abroad. Unfortunately international roaming was not activated and as a result I had to face lot problem during my foreign tour. On my return I contacted the official at Shillong vodafone office and requested them to adjust the said amount against my post paid monthly bills in respect of above phone, which they in principle agreed, but they did not adjust. Subsequently, on several occasions I had telephonic conversations with Mr. Somdutt Kar, Angshuman Goswami & Sanjay Das of Guwahati Voda olffice at No.[protected] during the last two months and they assured me every time to adjust the said amount with the bills. Unfortunately, my above telephone is disconnected. Every time I have volunatarily agreed to pay all the outstanding bills against the above telephone and in that vodafone should refund the entire amount which I have deposited for international roaming. But all above named executives prevented me to do that and informed that they will adjust all of my outsanding bills against Rs. 3000/- . Plz initiate appropriate action in the matter and activate my phone line on priority. For your kind information it is stated that I am customer of vodafone since last 8 years. Quick response and action is requested in a time bound manner, failing which I will be compelled to take legal assistance through Consumer forum.

                                    My wife (Sharbari ray) no is [protected]. Its on rs 999 plan. She has been charged rs 6000 for vas services. When we repeatedly called your customer care centre they said you have been charged for vas services, we can deactivate the services but you have to pay the billl. When we said to adjust the bill they kept disputing said we can't do that. Moreover they have disconnected my incoming and outgoing till you pay rs 6000..

                                      I ahve been using vodafone prepaid number from the past 10 years from the past 1 year i am working abroad and still using the same number as i have many personal details like bank, credit card etc aligned with this number.

                                      Few days back it stopped working so my friend went and check so the vodafone representative informed him that the number has been allocated to someone else.

                                      Without any intimation how can they transfer the number will all my personal details.

                                        I had called them that i have not been given the 347 1gb/day pack, on which their customer care agent spoke extremely rudely and said that i should use some other network. They are the most pathetic and ungrateful people out there in telecom industry, everyone has been availed this common offer except me. I'm surely going to port to other network. Vodafone has made my work life hard due to their lack of offers and irresponsive and rude agents. This is blatant injustice that i have not been given offer which makes me extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with cheap tactics of vodafone.
