I have been billed for 7 months now for unauthorised monthly internet rentals of 499 whereas i always had a 199 plan opted. I have been however paying my bills regularly but i have never opted for a higher rental plan and hence want my money refunded for a plan i never applied nor authorised.

I do recollect keep receiving such calls from vodafone service centre to activate such rental plans however i had never confirmed or...

This is regarding the complaint against one of your Vodafone operator.
The male person called me at 5:22 pm on 01/05/2017. Number is [protected].
The operator has introduced him calling from Vodafone and told me to have an offer from Vodafone. He asked me "Is it good time to talk."

I collected only one Voda SIM ([protected]) and gave the all required documents to Vodafone representatives for that Number ([protected]). In January, 2017 Vodafone representative visited our organization and that time I have taken 499 Plan and collected only one SIM.
I am paying bill for my number-[protected] on regular basis. But now this number was suspended by Vodafone by giving unacceptable response.

The vodafone sales team is forcefully porting my airtel no. without my permission, They continously calling me to pay my airtel bill so they will port my number. I said, i dont want to port in vodafone, but they continously disturbing me by calling again and again. I am getting irritating call from this no +[protected]. In several occasions this Bihar no was utilised to make calls giving fake messages of ATM closure to purposefully collect bank account details from the called parson. This bearish, uncultured parson is also using slang language being frustrated with failure of collection of bank info during conversation . Block this no and nab the miscreant....

I yamini dalvi having vodafone post paid connection, writing this mail to bring it to notice that i have been wrongly charged for internet usage it seems the plan of rs-98 for 2gb 2g data was not activated on my above number. I have brought this new connection on 17th march 2017, this is a corporate plan of l&t. I brought this number from vodafone sales executive who visit l&t office airoli, as per the details given by him...

I recharged my number with 147rs and I got 1.5gb 3g after a week I received a message which showing me that I used 50℅ of 3g data plan and remain balance 480mb ! How it's possible 50℅ of 1526MB (1.5 GB ) is 480 mb ?...

I have also charged Rs. 1008 for calling 51717. We are not at all using this number for outgoing calls. We have made only 6-7 calls in a month. Now we have received high amount bill for calling this number.

Please suggest how to resolve the same....

Vodafone customers care tell me, recharged for rs185 and get unlimited voice call free and 1gb net free.i was recharging Rs 185 on 28th April 2017.But promo not active still now. Many time contact customer care but no result still now.every customers service officer take chance 24 hrs.but 48 hrs already passed but no result. Please sir do something....

Sir, a month before vodafone executives called me regarding mnp for my number [protected] and i have clearly denied that i do not want to port my number still they keep calling me on daily basis with minimum 100 calls per day and when i receive their call the did not talk with me properly and put their phone down rudely... I tried to port my vodafone number to sorted by sending message on 1900 "port [protected]" but getting error. I tried so many times, but every time message is failed. Vodafone is not allowing to port the number. I tried with another handset also but still getting same error. I need to port my number. Its urgent. I have tried at least 10 times but every time. I get same error....

My call is not been conected to any of your agent ever.since i am trying to make a call to resolve some issue...even your agents do not have adequate knowledge of product or services you are providing..i have left no other option but port out my number in other operator....

M a Vodafone premium user since 4 yrs and when I got fed up of the network and ofcourse of the super high rates for the old customers and the only benefit is for the new ones. Prior complaints done. I wanted to port to jio and they rejected it saying it's less then 3 months old now plz tell me what about the bills I have paid for 4 years.

I got a message regarding 354 recharge that with 354 u get unlimited local and std calls and daily 1gb internet free for 28 days. but after recharging i got balance and my pack was not activated. i tried numerous times to complain regarding it to the vodafone customercare but they wont pick and its imposible to contact them....
