Sir,
I get continuous calls from three days from 91+[protected] and when i receive he talks vulgar. After blocking the number the number owner did not stop calling. It is too disturbing and it makes me feel unsafe. My number is 91+[protected]. It is my kind request to you to lodge a complaint against the number owner and do the needful as soon as possible.

My main account balance with the Vodofoneidea is Rs.470/- neither they are ready to refund my amount nor ready to recharge Rs.49/-or higher plan from my main account balance. They state this is company policy. What about my money with the company. My mobile number is [protected] prepaid

      Dear Team,

      I am not agree with the Vodafone bill for the last month April 2017 which is 807.93. I called the customer care for the details of bill and The customer care person explained as I called the special no for 16 min so I have to pay for special charges, when I checked the bill and got the special no which is not correct and valid and as per my knowledge I never called on this number so I want to know how the amount is calculated for the special no even the special no is not valid and not called by me or my family members. I need higher level of escalation on this condition and need the details of escalation matrix to contact

      Please explain and share about the special number and details of charges.

      Note: If my issue has not been resolved I will change the other operator.

        Unable to receive incoming calls. I ported from Idea to Vodafone and ever since i am seeing this problem. Its more than 3 months now, customer care says the problem is not with them. Vodafone says the problem is not with them. Its quite annoying that none takes the responsibility and leave the consumer hunting. This is my contact number [protected]

          I, pintu das, using vodafone post paid connection with corporate plan since june 2016 (Mobile no. [protected]) and i have paid all my last outstandings against this mobile no. Before the due date. I have paid my last outstanding amount for rs.627/- on 19th april. My next bill due date is 19th may 2017. But surprisingly vodafone has deactivated my connection illegaly without any notice. Since i am using this connection for official purpose i am facing lot of problem due to this unauthorized deactivation.

            I have been facing internet issue and network reachability issue since i ported from airtel. They offered me 15 gb of 4g data and unlimited calls @430 even though i couldn't able to use 2 gb of data because of internet speed. I did complaint more than 20 times even though no use. Please let me know how to go with consumer court to file a complaint.

              This is with regards to bill generated on 25th February for number [protected]

              I travelled to Sri Lanka from 19th February to 22nd February. On 20th morning I activated the IROAM FREE package for 3 days for which the rentals are INR 500 per day. This request was placed through internet and I got a message in 10 minutes that the package is activated (screen shot of message attached). It also prompted to me use local service provided Dialog which I went to manual settings and did it immediately.

              On 21st afternoon I got a message from Vodafone saying my unbilled usage is INR 18000 which is more than my average usage, I immediately sent out a mail to Vodafone to check the issue and I got a revert saying that they cannot check now and I will have to wait till the bill is generated on 25th Feb. To be on safer side and not to increase my bill amount I again went to manual settings and selected local service provider Dialog. On 22nd I again got a message that the unbilled usage increased to INR 33000.

              On 25th once the bill was generated I saw that I was being charged at normal international roaming rates and not at the rates mentioned in the package that I had subscribed to. Since then I am writing to them on a daily basis but there is no revert. it is raised to highest authority but there is no response on the same.

              i want the amount to be reversed and to be charged only based on the package.

                My name is Amol dhonde my contact no is [protected] (postpaid) i am customer of vodafone from 2-3 years when i port my no in idea for better net speed and reasonable rate so they cal me for convincing to continue 499 plan and after they activate 699 plan when i cal them they tell me less in 200 in 699 plan but i get bill of 940 when i complaint customer care they again to again register complaints but not response i go in vodafone store PUNE wakdewadi pay all bill and convert to prepaid but they not convert till i request you please get action to this company

                  I have been using the prepaid mobile number[protected] for over 16 years.

                  On 07 Feb 2017 I got a call, from one Vodafone representative Mr.Deepak (mobile[protected] asking to change to postpaid to avail lot of benefits like free minutes and call rates at 30 paise / minute thereafter. It was agreed to convert to post paid plan of Rs.199. Accordingly he had sent his representative for document collection who had got my signature on application form and collected Photo and copy of my Aadhar Card.

                  On 13 Feb 2017, Mr.Deepak insisted on my Voter ID the same was sent via Watsapp as per his request to the same number[protected]. The same had been acknowledged by him.

                  On 16 Feb 2017, the old sim was no longer in use and the new postpaid sim was activated.

                  On 18 Feb 2017, one Mr.Saran came to the residence for verification who told that i had chosen plan 499 to which i affirmed in the negative and said the chosen plan was 199.

                  On 21 Feb 2017, i was not able to make any outgoing calls due to call barring activated on my number.
                  I lodged a complaint with customer care (complaint no.[protected] and i was told by one Ms. Swathi that the address verification was marked negative due to plan change. Subsequently the complaint was resolved and i was able to make outgoing calls.

                  On 22 Feb 2017, i received a call from customer care confirming that my plan was changed to 199.

                  On 23 Feb 2017 again outgoing calls were barred and i was not able to make any calls. I had made two complaints the same day (complaint no.[protected] & complaint no.[protected] which were not resolved.

                  On 25 Feb 2017, my sim was deactivated without notice.

                  On 27 Feb 2017, i visited the Vodafone office in T.Nagar, Chennai but the issue was not resolved.

                  There is no intimation of any kind from Vodafone regarding deactivation of sim that i had been using for over 16 years, despite the fact that I had provided alternate contact number.

                  Got a mail on 10 May 2017, stating the reason that sim was deactivated due to verification related issue, not giving exact details for deactivation. The mails is as below

                  As already discussed, I regret to inform you that your Vodafone mobile number has been deactivated due to verification related issue and I apologies for the difficulty caused to you in this regard.

                  However to reactivate your Vodafone mobile number, would request you to visit our Vodafone store located at T-Nagar and submit copies of the documents mentioned below:

                  · Customer Information Form (available at any of your nearest Vodafone).
                  · Self-attested Proof of Address (not more than 3 months old).
                  · Self-attested Proof of Identity (must be valid and must include a photo)
                  · 1 recent passport size colour photograph
                  Also, would request you to help us with your convenient date and time to visit the store for us to coordinate with the store towards the activation.
                  Kindly carry Original set of documents for verification purpose (Proof of Identity and Proof of Address). Also, attached herewith is a list of acceptable documents for POI and POA.

                  Post activation, kindly dial 59059 (toll free) for tele verification and post positive verification mobile number will get activated within 15 Mins.

                  I had replied to the mail on 11 May 2017 asking for exact reason for verification failure. The mail is as below

                  Thanks for your email.

                  The issue pertains to deactivation of the postpaid sim availed from Vodafone after following the due procedures as detailed in your email. I would like to know why my number was deactivated on 25 Feb 2017 without notice, after verification by your executive on 18 Feb 2017.
                  Kindly furnish the reasons for the verification failure cited in your email. I have complied by submitting copy of my Aadhar Card, Voter ID and photograph as warranted after which postpaid Sim card was provided to me.

                  The situation attributes to deficiency of services and unfair trade practices by Vodafone. Hence kindly furnish the reasons for verification failure, failing which i may be compelled to approach a competent authority to seek compensation.

                  Awaiting to hear from you at the earliest.

                    When Vodafone started promoting on Recharge RS.346, offer was - per day 1gb 4g for 56days and 500 local mintues free. Yesterday after and before recharge I was informed that offer is - per day 1gb 4g for 28 days and 300 local minutes. Now I checked that my offer is 1 gb per day and only 1200 local mintues weekly. First vodafone declared that offer will remain same for 11 months and now it is changing day by day. what is the surity that tommorrow vodafone will provide me the same offer which I am getting now. Then how can you compit with JIO. Just a Fraud.

                      In my number i had the internet plan that provided 1GB/Day for 56days and unlimited local+STD calls for Rs354.For some reasons i had deactivated the internet service on my phone by calling in 1925 for few seconds, then after activating it by sms-ing START in 1925 my i am not getting back my previous inernet plan of 1GB/ day, but the unlimited call service is continuing.How can i get back the internet service?..please help

                        I recharged for 449 rs which offered 9GB ( an exclusive offer only for me😂). Till now the data pack mentioned is not reflected. Only 3gb was credited. When i contacted with customer care, they say its not applicable for my number. Then why did this offer appear in my vodafone app and how come i was able to recharge through app???!! disappointly they have updated my offers and removed the offer which i recharged ( anyway am keeping the screenshot of that offer before it got updated).. the existing customers are losing the trust with ur network and fedup of all these lame excuses.cant even keep good main balance of course u people activating vas without my consent...totally Awful experience and i think its better to switch to some other network...

                          My mobile number with corporate conne tion had been disconnected and there is no network available without any information or reason. Vodafone in India is worst and no one should ever try using vodafone network. It was my big mistake of migrating to vodafone network. Since more than one month before I started using vodafone network. I had visited almost all places of India and no where i found 3G data network. Even after several complaints more than 50-60 times at several levels of vodafone customer care, the issue was never resolved and they were blaming my newly bought Redmi Note 4 mobile phone.

                          Today suddenly the mobile network was lost while travelling from Gurgaon to Delhi. I tried several times to contact vodafone customer care representative asking them the reason for not getting any network. I was waiting for almost more than one hour 2-3 times to talk with customer care representative but their system is so worst that i am highly Dissappointed with them and will discontinue soon as MNP. Request all to save
                          your time and do not get involve in unwanted issues by moving to vodafone network.

                            Hi, I got a call from mobile number [protected], and that man was talking in a very bad way, also was asking about my personal & professional details, and telling me that he has got the mobile number from naukri.com, and then he asked me to log in to the gmail account, and make some payments regarding some companies like L&T and wipro, so kindly trace the person so that he should not repeat his mistake with any other person.
                            Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                            The same incidence happened with my friend. This person used to take the phone numbers (especially girls number) from nokri.com and calling them and talking in very bad way. Please trace this number asap.

                              Hi I'm facing charges for undue for value added services from last three months on. My cooperate no[protected] when contacted customer no resolution given and asked to mail and pathetic service and rude behavior by customer care please look into this matter otherwise I will escalate to consumer forum or Consumer authority I'm using my two no [protected] if no resolution given then I withdraw the servics of Vodafone why the hello I charges for valued added servics if I have cooperate plan of net plan without a NY reason please resolve this issue asap

                                    My cousin Mr. Going Srinivasa Rao's mobile with Vodafone sim was stolen today (03.05.2017) around 1 pm in Bangalore Railway station. The mobile no is:[protected]. Since he is travelling and not able to contact you, he requested me to make a complaint and to request you to block the SIM to avoid Misuse. He would be filing the FIR at the earliest opportunity on his reaching home.
                                    Kindly treat this as genuine complaint and block the SIM.

                                      Sir main postpaid number [protected] Dec/2016 se use kr rha hu last February se bill extra aarha jabki maine utna use bhi nhi kiya
                                      March me maine number use krna band krdiya fir bhi april me bill aagya maine number PORT request dali Airtel me but mujhe pehle bill pay krne ko bola maine jo use nhi kiya bhi Rs.510 pay krdiya mere pass receipt bhi hai maine customer care se baat ki ab aage bill na bheje main ish number ko use ni krta aur maine port request daali hui hai but maine last month ka bhi bill pay krdiya April ka jo maine use nhi kiya..ab itna hone k baad bina number use kiye Rs.780 ka bill May me bhi bhej diya..
                                      Mujhe aap btaye ye ek dum galat aur farod hai customer k sath..

                                      Agar company meri problem solve nhi krti main case krunga but aise farod ni hone dunga apne sath..mere pass proof hai april me sara bill pay kr diya tha jo use bhi ni kiya..198 pe call krke customer care pe baat ki thi tabhi unhone bola bhi tha "ab bill ni aaega" mere pass Call Recording bhi hai..uske baad maine number use ni kiya port request daali hui fir May me dobara se faltu ka bill bhej diya bina use kiye..
                                      Main case krunga company pe agar meri problem solve nhi hoti..

                                        I am a bonafide postpaid mobile customer of Vodafone India, presently residing in Bangalore. Most of the time there is persistent signal problem causing inconvenience while calling and when connected, calls drop more often. While away from Bangalore last week, the internet services were considerably slow to my utter discomfiture.
