I have been a happy vodafone prepaid customer for the past 6 years. 3 weeks back i decided to change to postpaid. I have submitted all documents. Its my own house. But no one has come for verification. The agents verify on the phone and say that a person will come for verification. I have also visited vodafone store regarding the same. Its my only phone number which i also use for business. I dont have an alternate...

I purchased the sim in offer of 349 which was valid for 12 months.
As i done recharge on this month again for 349 does not gives me same offer for this month.
Not even there is an option to revert the recharge.
I m unhappy with it
I want the same offer as availed last month...

I got deducted in my balance And to know about it I'm not able contact customer support for the reason. Why this happen because I had complain on vodafone previously so I was not able connect now...

My grandmother who is 76 yrs old getting calls from vodafone support asking for bill payment for unknown person. I don't know why these people are harrasing her.

My wife (Sharbari ray) no is [protected]. Its on rs 999 plan. She has been charged rs 6000 for vas services. When we repeatedly called your customer care centre they said you have been charged for vas services, we can deactivate the services but you have to pay the billl. When we said to adjust the bill they kept disputing said we can't do that. Moreover they have disconnected my incoming and outgoing till you pay rs 6000..

I ahve been using vodafone prepaid number from the past 10 years from the past 1 year i am working abroad and still using the same number as i have many personal details like bank, credit card etc aligned with this number.

Few days back it stopped working so my friend went and check so the vodafone representative informed him that the number has been allocated to someone else.

Without any intimation how can they...

I had called them that i have not been given the 347 1gb/day pack, on which their customer care agent spoke extremely rudely and said that i should use some other network. They are the most pathetic and ungrateful people out there in telecom industry, everyone has been availed this common offer except me. I'm surely going to port to other network. Vodafone has made my work life hard due to their lack of offers and irresponsive and rude agents....

Sir i got message that on recharge of rs.345 you got unlimited call and 1 gb data per day for 56 month. I also got the message regarding this every day. I checked it through *121# same will be displayed there but when i recharged the same value through the retailer by checking through 121. Why are you cheated with me. Give me 56 day validity. Otherwise this is not going good.

I am apply for portability, but vodafone reject my portability without any question and big reason, my all mobile bill clear. I am not satisfy from services and customer care center. I need only my data plan cancel, who are not cancel plan and who are charged me, without use data. So, please portability section or data plan cancel and give me reversal my last two bill payment....

I have received two missed call from an unknown number starting from +92 isd code on today 02/05/2017 at 12:58 pm. The full phone number was[protected]. I searched about the code and came to know it was a call from pakistan.

I request to take stern action to stop receiving such fradulent calls from...

My phone was switched off for a period of 10 days.
Once i started it after 10 days, the messages that were sent to my number during that period were not delivered.
I want to recover the messages that were sent during those 10 days.

I tried calling on your helpline number, but your executives failed to help!
This is pathetic service.

I want an urgent resolution to this....

On 2nd march 2017, click nation pack was activated even though i never requested for it. I have been a loyal customer to this network (Vodafone), but this kind of cheap tactics was not expected.
So i want a refund of 35 rupees in this number ([protected]) asap.
As there are many other players in this field, i wont hesitate to switch my network if this kind of incidents happen again.

I am in very depressed by vodafone. My bill cycle is 199 /month. But vodafone generate 889 rupee in bill. When i talked to vodafone executive, he tell me that wrong bill has been generated on dated[protected] and he put a request on behalf me to correct the bill and less 575 rupee on my bill as per his call.

I had given the request for port of my two mob nos [protected] and [protected]. But when i go to vodafone store. They told that you can do frc of 342 then you will get unlimited calling and 1 gb data per day.
I have made 342 frc to my mob nos [protected] and [protected]. But i am not getting 1gb 4g data per day. Please do needful action....

I recharged my mobile [protected] with RC 342. Before recharged I contacted customer service to re-confirm eligibility. They conformed the pack details as Unlimited All india local calls and daily 1GB 4G data for 56 days. So immediately recharged my number. But, Every I am 1 GB 4G data but I am not getting free calls. So I tried to call to talk with customer care regarding this issue. But I am unable to reach them by using the 198 and [protected]...

101rs debited in my vodafone balance on 28april2017.
I contact them they said it was debited deducted due to data usage, they are unable to reverse the charges.
But i have recharged with 354rs and getting 1gb data per day.
I didn't received any sms if i crossed 1gb limit of day. This is second time i faced this issue. Few days ago 127rs were debited from my account.
