    Sir i got message that on recharge of rs.345 you got unlimited call and 1 gb data per day for 56 month. I also got the message regarding this every day. I checked it through *121# same will be displayed there but when i recharged the same value through the retailer by checking​ through 121. Why are you cheated with me. Give me 56 day validity. Otherwise this is not going good.

      I am apply for portability, but vodafone reject my portability without any question and big reason, my all mobile bill clear. I am not satisfy from services and customer care center. I need only my data plan cancel, who are not cancel plan and who are charged me, without use data. So, please portability section or data plan cancel and give me reversal my last two bill payment.

        I am a vodaphone user from kolkata region. My phone no is [protected] (Vodaphone).

        I have received two missed call from an unknown number starting from +92 isd code on today 02/05/2017 at 12:58 pm. The full phone number was[protected]. I searched about the code and came to know it was a call from pakistan.

        I request to take stern action to stop receiving such fradulent calls from abroad for our security.

          My phone was switched off for a period of 10 days.
          Once i started it after 10 days, the messages that were sent to my number during that period were not delivered.
          I want to recover the messages that were sent during those 10 days.

          I tried calling on your helpline number, but your executives failed to help!
          This is pathetic service.

          I want an urgent resolution to this.

            On 2nd march 2017, click nation pack was activated even though i never requested for it. I have been a loyal customer to this network (Vodafone), but this kind of cheap tactics was not expected.
            So i want a refund of 35 rupees in this number ([protected]) asap.
            As there are many other players in this field, i wont hesitate to switch my network if this kind of incidents happen again.

              Hello,
              I am in very depressed by vodafone. My bill cycle is 199 /month. But vodafone generate 889 rupee in bill. When i talked to vodafone executive, he tell me that wrong bill has been generated on dated[protected] and he put a request on behalf me to correct the bill and less 575 rupee on my bill as per his call.
              But in faced this problem many time so i decide to port my connection in other network. So i requested port but when i decline to cancel my port request after many requested call by vodafone then vodafone play a game and refused my request to less the payment.

              Why should i pay wrong bill. How i port my number without paying wrong bill. Please take action on my request.

                    I recharged my mobile [protected] with RC 342. Before recharged I contacted customer service to re-confirm eligibility. They conformed the pack details as Unlimited All india local calls and daily 1GB 4G data for 56 days. So immediately recharged my number. But, Every I am 1 GB 4G data but I am not getting free calls. So I tried to call to talk with customer care regarding this issue. But I am unable to reach them by using the 198 and [protected] numbers. I am trying to call to them from 1 week still not connecting.

                    Who will solve my issue?

                    They are cheating customers.

                    Note: Cap is 300min/day. But I didn't crossed cap also. Mostly I am using on an avg 50 to 100 mins / day.

                      101rs debited in my vodafone balance on 28april2017.
                      I contact them they said it was debited deducted due to data usage, they are unable to reverse the charges.
                      But i have recharged with 354rs and getting 1gb data per day.
                      I didn't received any sms if i crossed 1gb limit of day. This is second time i faced this issue. Few days ago 127rs were debited from my account.
                      I want 101rs refund

                        I have been billed for 7 months now for unauthorised monthly internet rentals of 499 whereas i always had a 199 plan opted. I have been however paying my bills regularly but i have never opted for a higher rental plan and hence want my money refunded for a plan i never applied nor authorised.

                        I do recollect keep receiving such calls from vodafone service centre to activate such rental plans however i had never confirmed or authorised or applied for such a plan through any such means that vodafone wrongfully claims.

                        My concerns are when we do pay regularly all bills why should we customers be harassed through such wrongful practices. I also wish to highlight the way a customer would be treated by these telecom service providers and the extent they go to if certain bills should remain unpaid by customers, then why should i as a customer be unfairly treated in case of a service i have never authorised.

                            This is regarding the complaint against one of your Vodafone operator.
                            The male person called me at 5:22 pm on 01/05/2017. Number is [protected].
                            The operator has introduced him calling from Vodafone and told me to have an offer from Vodafone. He asked me "Is it good time to talk."
                            I was bit busy and told him to call next morning at 10 am. Some sound came from his end saying, "Ok Ma***C***d." 2 times.
                            Is this a customer will hear from your end.
                            Take the action as early as possible.

                              I collected only one Voda SIM ([protected]) and gave the all required documents to Vodafone representatives for that Number ([protected]). In January, 2017 Vodafone representative visited our organization and that time I have taken 499 Plan and collected only one SIM.
                              I am paying bill for my number-[protected] on regular basis. But now this number was suspended by Vodafone by giving unacceptable response.

                              They are saying that we are suspended your number due to pending bill 13000 INR for another number – [protected]. I was surprised because that number [protected] is not belongs to me. I never requested or purchase this number, so How I can pay bill for that.
                              I told those guys, that do you have any form with my sign and fill-up for that number [protected], they are not giving any satisfactory answer. Just saying number is belongs to you. Because I am confident and I know very well that this number is not belong to me.
                              I told to customer care, Please give the Vodafone representative name that gave me the number, they are still not giving that.

                              Even I told that, are you waiting for bill amount 1300 to suspend that number, why you did not call me on time, In generally monthly limit is 2000, why are you waiting for so long time.

                              Still, no satisfactory answer from their side. And still saying you have to pay, why I am going to Pay for that number which I never used or hand over to me.
                              They said, Lava phone was used for that number, though there is no LAVA phone in my any relation.

                              Even they are saying your HR/Admin team is responsible. Why they are responsible for that, number was given by Vodafone represented, and Document was collected by themselves. If your Vodafone employee visit our company and gave only 1 SIM and collected the document from me then Why HR or My Company is responsible for that, just because they provided you the space for sale.

                              Really, you guys are doing harassment.

                                The vodafone sales team is forcefully porting my airtel no. without my permission, They continously calling me to pay my airtel bill so they will port my number. I said, i dont want to port in vodafone, but they continously disturbing me by calling again and again.                                 Hello my Vodafone no is [protected] Vodafone has given me 8 GB data free last month after using 8 GB data as per my Vodafone app and their conformation message from Vodafone i had switched the data to my jio but i received the bill of 900 in which 458 was charged for data uses, regarding this issue i already spoke to Vodafone executive on 25 April and 26 April as on app the charges are showing but the executive told me that it is a server problem and to will be added to your final bill as you had only used 0.13 KB extra, and now the executive told me you had used 121 MB extra if you have any issue visit Vodafone store, after that i tried to send the porting message PORT (MY NUMBER) to 1900 but the message is getting failed, kindly look into the matters as Vodafone are just misleading customers by giving free data and charging them

                                  I am getting irritating call from this no +[protected]. In several occasions this Bihar no was utilised to make calls giving fake messages of ATM closure to purposefully collect bank account details from the called parson. This bearish, uncultured parson is also using slang language being frustrated with failure of collection of bank info during conversation . Block this no and nab the miscreant.

                                      I yamini dalvi having vodafone post paid connection, writing this mail to bring it to notice that i have been wrongly charged for internet usage it seems the plan of rs-98 for 2gb 2g data was not activated on my above number. I have brought this new connection on 17th march 2017, this is a corporate plan of l&t. I brought this number from vodafone sales executive who visit l&t office airoli, as per the details given by him my plan would include 67 rs rental per month plus rs98 for 2gb 2g data. But when i received my this month bill it seemed that i have been charged for the internet usage, there was no plan of 2g data activated on this connection.
                                      I called up the concerned sales person from whom i got the connection but, he was of no help he said to me to call customer care and the customer care executive were also of no help, they are not willing to help (They were not happy to help), so there was no help from any of vodafone person. I don't know whose fault it is that my plan was not activated.
                                      Kindly check the attachment of my bill and make the necessary correction from your end. If it is not done i would like to disconnect this connection. And i am not going to pay this bill as it is the mistake from your sales executive.

                                        I recharged my number with 147rs and I got 1.5gb 3g after a week I received a message which showing me that I used 50â„… of 3g data plan and remain balance 480mb ! How it's possible 50â„… of 1526MB (1.5 GB ) is 480 mb ?
