Dear, sir i skmanirul islam of sandipur (Sobalara), dist-hooghly, pin-712707, kolkata. Highly request u to build a vodafone tower in our local area as there is no such other tower near the range in our area which create problems to the public to use the network. There is only one tower nearly far away from the village. So, i kindly request you to see the matter and take a quick decision on this. It will be very helpful to us to use ur network which may develop our locality and near all the area situated to us. It is very beneficial to have at least one tower between 2 to 3 km range. Which help the people to use without any problem.
Sir, we have a land which u can use as a place to build your tower. It is nearly 6 to 7 katha zamin in which your tower can cover nearly the whole area. It is my poor uncle's land. He is very poor he has only 10 katha zamin from which he wants to give some to u to build the tower. Which may help him to get some facility to survive and get something to do for himself and for his family.

    Hi sir,

    On behalf of vodafone hereafter i personally marketing for vodafone 6g network for very high speed network of 36 kbps speed unlimited without any interruption. We can able to see the 1 min teaser video of bahubali 2 in youtube for half an hour.

    Fake promises :

    24 hours of customer service from vodafone india.
    Coverage over all tamilnadu.
    100% customer satisfaction.

    We are complaining you one week before and no one from vodafone contact me regarding this issue and no proper action from your side.

      I am working as a field officer in Vodafone Collection Agency named RGA, Ahmedabad. The supervisor and Manager both are very rude person and they do not know how to behave with their employees. They are mentally pressuring on us to make receipt more n more. To make receipt is not a magic. We can't force customer to give me payment. It is upto customer if he or she wants to pay direct he/she can. They also make a rule that minimum 20 receipt should be made. Thereafter you will get incentive. I I have a doubt that they are pressuring on executive to make a receipt it means they get hefty commission for it and then they do not pass on it to executive. They keep incentives with themselves. For example, they are making rule for minimum 20 receipts to enter in to get incentive but if any executive fail to do and make 15 receipts, they do not pass incentive and they keep his incentives illegally. I think vodafone company gives incentive per receipt to the executive, whether he make one receipt or 50 receipts. Also they are saying you are like a courier boy. you have to be shame for not making receipt. And Supervisor making a taunt on me for forgetting my liner at office.

        So i request you to block my number asap. Block my sim card immediately.

              I requested to change my tariff to Red4Business 349 with Rs. 50 discount in email, but Vodafone has changed my tariff without the discount. Now either give me Rs. 50 discount or give me back my previous tariff SEP 14 N CUG as per the reference numbers [protected], [protected] and also check my last bills . See the attachment email details, what I asked in email and what is done.
              Last correspondence of that interaction was [protected].

                Sir I've ported from Vodafone postpaid ([protected]) to prepaid and my deposit amount was supposed to be refunded to me before 45days but now it's already more than 60dys and my amount has not yet refunded till now kindly resolve and do the needful I've already contacted costumercare they tell they can't take actionas the number is prepaid now

                  Failure to reverse charges for non-activated ir 500/- day 10-day pack

                  I requested the above prior to commencing travel to New Zealand on April2.

                  It was ostensibly activated but the data component was not and I was unable to use the internet, download my mail etc and presumed that the service had not commenced. I complained about this immediately and daily using MyVodafone application chat feature.

                  I applied for a 4g sim a month back then again i applied day before yesterday and then i got a call today from +[protected] asking me about my request to which i agreed and they asked for the time and address.. I gave them the same address and my office address as to call and can come to any address as they are nearby.. After waiting for hours i tried contacting on that number back but it said that it's a vodafone number which you can't call on.. Yet i opted to open the my vodafone app and chat to the help & support section.. Where they told me that the case is closed and as the reason it's written that customer didn't respond to the call

                    I got below message from vodafone-
                    "hello! Mmovies pack is now active on your number, as requested. This service is valid till[protected] and a 30 days rental of rs.150 has been deducted. Your current balance post service activation is rs.46.45. To deactivate sms stop to or call 155223 (Toll free). To download free content click http://180.179.103.247/sub/?id=5277"

                    Even though i had not sent any message rs 150 were deducted from my balance. This is ridiculous.

                    Please take some strict action against vodafone. Please revert back my balance.

                          I have visited vodafone store directly but returned of no use.
                          I have emailed them many times for deactivation, instead of getting deactivated i am getting monthly bills again and again.
                          Mail communication has also done but of no use.
                          And today they have sent me a demand notice, for what purpose does you guys are working if you will not satisfy customer needs.

                            I am one of the most genuine customers of vodafone since last 13 years, earlier it was bpl whatever the name was, i am using this number [protected] and i had never faced any issues with the company, there were some minor issues which were resolved.

                            Since last four months there have been repeated mistakes on their part and i have to write to them, call on their toll free number to get it resolved and this particular complain i am following up repeatedly since last 13/14 days basically since april 14th and till date they have not resolved my issue in spite of committing to resolve it within couple of days.

                            The height o[censored]nprofessionalism is the fact that they have now barred my outgoing, in spite of me following up by repeated mails and calls, first of all they don’t resolve my billing issue and now they taken this ridiculous action of barring my outgoing.

                            Must tell you the executives attending the calls have neither the intention nor the acumen to understand the problem, since last 13/14 days i have explained the same problem almost 7/8 times, this shows the quality of staff attending the queries of genuine customers like me and in my case i am the vodafone customer since last 13/14 years.

                            In fact i have ported around 17/18 numbers of my office with other network to vodafone because of their earlier services but must tell you this was the biggest mistake i have done.

                            If i don’t get a solution for my problem and if my outgoing calls are not reinstated today itself i will port all of them back to other genuine network.

                            It is height o[censored]nprofessionalism, waiting for 13 days to get your issue resolved,

                            Kindly escalate this to the highest authority in vodafone.

                              Getting call from Pooja Finanace
                              They asking for Raj Kumar, who has taken loan from them.
                              I'm getting regular call from them and I clear that this is not Raj Kumar's No please don't call but they always harass me and as per them they can't do anything this no is registered with there systems. I told them I'll make police complaint they said ok do it. I'm using this no since 12 years.
                              Please help me i am really fed up with these calls.

                                  I have VODAFONE 3G connection [protected] but since last few months I am not using it, I have been told to pay full amount i.e rs. 1900 for final settlement, I did but I am still getting bill although I am not using the service. I also got threatening calls from Vodafone, and the person (on this [protected]) who was earlier requesting me to pay the bill and promised that my connection will be discontinued after this is now behaving very roughly. Is this kind of customer service Vodafone is providing?

                                      I am a retailer. Since the day I have opened the shop I called the vodafone sales man who lives in our colony . In every call he says he will visit, but never came yet. There are many vodafone users whom I can't do any recharge. The same porblem is with all the retailers in our area. No one receive any type of vodafone service.
                                      Also I have contacted TM of vodafone of our area but he too didn't solved the problem.

                                      Kindly take necessary action and help me in this matter
                                      Vodafone user's are porting out to other network due to non availability of recharge service in our area. Other remaining operators are playing good role in our area.
