I have one prepaid phone connection. No. [protected]. Today i sent all the relevant documents to vodaphone store by my wife. But your executive insisted her to change the way of connection prepaid to postpaid and also denied the original aadhar documents.

      Hi,

      [protected] post paid corporate number was issued to me in 2014, but due to some issue I was not getting bills on my registered e mail ID i.e. "[protected]@rediffmail.com". Regarding same i approached to customer care by all possible ways but they did not helped me. in that condition I did not paid amount and destroyed SIM.

      After that I never received any further calls from vodafone.

      Now in April 2017 i ported one of my existing number ([protected]) to vodafone using same e-mail id "[protected]@rediffmail.com".

      After porting to vodafone they are claiming bill amount for [protected] which was discontinue in 2014. Currently this number is in use by someone else without my knowledge.

      I approached to customer care by e-mail and phone and ask them to provide bill so that i can verify dues and pay their amount, because claimed amount is very high as compared to my actual dues. Vodafone is again not providing bill for [protected] and given threat to me that if I did not cleared all dues they will de-activate my [protected] number.

      I just want bill at my registered e mail id "[protected]@rediffmail.com" so that I can verify dues and pay amount.

      Please help me because i can't afford consequences for discontinuation of [protected] because this number is in use for more then 13+ years.

But in this time, that offer can not activated..in this problem reported in 5 more time in vodafone costumer care (198).. But the have not take action for this complaint. Please take immediate action for this problem..

          I m using vodafone mobile network. And i dont know when and how this service called mobile mela was activated on my phone and the message comes that we will deduct rs 60 i[censored] want to continue using mobile mela.. Rs 35. Already deducted from my account for mobile mela service which was activated without my consent. Please look into this matter. I want my money back

                My name is prabhakar mendon this all are my postapaid numbers which i use in my office i dont get a little bit of network in my office my clients are very much irrated for this network problem i have to go out again n again for the calls so i want an network booster in my office
                this my sixth email to the company i have not get any response till now so my request this only i will not get any response in two days den m gonna switch to an another network and this time dam sure about it all numbers will switch to an another network
                another networks like airtel idea zio etc they i have vvvv good network booster anywhere compare to the vodafaone network .

                  Sir, iam a middle class businessman in chennai, i purchaed prepaid sim of this company, i never thought that this company would provide such phathethic idiotic service. I recharge my mobile number but it shows no service and always shos no sim,, really this is really frustrating for a businessman who is not able to communicate, in this number [protected], really you service suckkss!!!

                    I had a number from airtel "[protected]" which was being used by wife in bangalore. Currently i had to relocate and moved out of bangalore but my wife continues staying there and will relocate shortly.in this meantime, my wife received a call from a vodafone executive and he convinced my wife to get the number ported out from airtel to vodafone. When enquired about the documents, he said they don't need any of my documents. They need only my wife's documents. This is fraud. The number is being converted from airtel in my name to vodafone in wife's name. How is it possible to do it without any of my documents. I haven't signed any form as well. When inquired with vodafone customer care team they said that they have received documents from my side and there is a signature on the forms received by them. I am sure there is some fraud happened here as i haven't signed any documents. May be the vodafone executive has forged my documents and my signature. I strongly condemn this act and such frauds should be stopped immediately. I have written mails to the vodafone team. They responded for a few days after which they stopped responding.

                        My vodafone no is [protected].
                        On 17th april i had about 520 mb data in my account. Before the expiry of the plan i did a recharge of rs 27 which is 75 mb. But my previous data balance was not carried forward. After the recharge my data balance showed only 75mb left. 520mb data was gone after the recharge. Please help me as i have not got any proper response from the customer care.

                            So many calls received from vodafone customer care too & same time issue has bee sorted out with customer care personal and he confirmed that now no bill is pending from my side (As he also confirmed that vodafone didn't update my my paid bill in his portal or site).
                            Now again so many msgs are frequently coming.br...

                            I have been chasing this case since a long time but I still haven't got any satisfactory resolution. We are not expecting this kind of service from you people.

                            The customer care executives have no idea what the case history is and what the resolution has been provided.

                            The case is being randomly closed without any confirmation or resolution, this is very irritating and unprofessional behavior.

                            Please look into this at the earliest or else I will have no other option than to complaint to the consumer court.

                                Vodafone 's embarrassing service-
                                I've been with Vodafone for a long time. I had been impressed with their flex ads and decided to switch to flex. I came to know they had a similar plan of Rs.345 to their rivals. First I was told that I could not transfer my flex to the main balance and I had to wait for the flex period to expire. On 20th April 2017, I opened my Vodafone app and could not see flex balance and an option to switch to flex, which confirms the expiration, I went ahead and recharged with credit card Rs.345, nothing reflected on my account, I was told to try the next morning without a clear explanation, I recharged Rs. 345 on 21st April again, still no reflection on my Vodafone account but Amount debited. Since then I've been contacting the customer service, placed on hold for 25 odd minutes, spoken to so many agents. I've handled sarcasm, was given false assurance and guidance. I'm left without service from 21st April till present. I'm trying to recharge every single day and I'm fed up! Please take action!

                                  I am a post paid customer of Vodafone for almost an year. My mobile no. is [protected]. I had a credit limit of Rs.8, 000/-
                                  Recently i had opted for International roaming scheme, since i am on deputation for few months by the company. Suddenly my services were bared by the company and on enquiring i came to know that my bill were reached up to Rs. 27, 000/- with out any notification or SMS.

                                  How such kind of bill will be provided when credit limit was set and always there is an option of SMS allerts.

                                  Please resolve my issue

                                      Last recharge rs. 344/, after that the speed of browsing & downloading is 9-25 kbps, where the other co. give 120- 350kbps. When I launch a report about that, the official Mr. Amir Goni neither solve my problem, but he ask me to change my network, whether I'm a Vodafone customer since 2002. Is it ur policy to talk with ur customer?? Or U R willing to solve my problem??
