Vodafone 's embarrassing service-
I've been with Vodafone for a long time. I had been impressed with their flex ads and decided to switch to flex. I came to know they had a similar plan of Rs.345 to their rivals. First I was told that I could not transfer my flex to the main balance and I had to wait for the flex period to expire. On 20th April 2017, I opened my Vodafone app and could not see flex balance and an option to switch to flex, which confirms the expiration, I went ahead and recharged with credit card Rs.345, nothing reflected on my account, I was told to try the next morning without a clear explanation, I recharged Rs. 345 on 21st April again, still no reflection on my Vodafone account but Amount debited. Since then I've been contacting the customer service, placed on hold for 25 odd minutes, spoken to so many agents. I've handled sarcasm, was given false assurance and guidance. I'm left without service from 21st April till present. I'm trying to recharge every single day and I'm fed up! Please take action!
