I am using this contact number from almost 4 years first in gurgaon and then i ported the same number to rohtak. But today around 2-3 hours back my phone lost connection and till now its not able to register into vodafone.

      I have been trying to deactivate mobile number [protected] & relationship no: 66950292, from long time.
      I have visited vodafone store directly but returned of no use.
      I have emailed them many times for deactivation, instead of getting deactivated i am getting monthly bills again and again.
      Mail communication has also done but of no use.
      And today they have sent me a demand notice, for what purpose does you guys are working if you will not satisfy customer needs.

        I am one of the most genuine customers of vodafone since last 13 years, earlier it was bpl whatever the name was, i am using this number [protected] and i had never faced any issues with the company, there were some minor issues which were resolved.

        Since last four months there have been repeated mistakes on their part and i have to write to them, call on their toll free number to get it resolved and this particular complain i am following up repeatedly since last 13/14 days basically since april 14th and till date they have not resolved my issue in spite of committing to resolve it within couple of days.

        The height o[censored]nprofessionalism is the fact that they have now barred my outgoing, in spite of me following up by repeated mails and calls, first of all they don’t resolve my billing issue and now they taken this ridiculous action of barring my outgoing.

        Must tell you the executives attending the calls have neither the intention nor the acumen to understand the problem, since last 13/14 days i have explained the same problem almost 7/8 times, this shows the quality of staff attending the queries of genuine customers like me and in my case i am the vodafone customer since last 13/14 years.

        In fact i have ported around 17/18 numbers of my office with other network to vodafone because of their earlier services but must tell you this was the biggest mistake i have done.

        If i don’t get a solution for my problem and if my outgoing calls are not reinstated today itself i will port all of them back to other genuine network.

        It is height o[censored]nprofessionalism, waiting for 13 days to get your issue resolved,

        Kindly escalate this to the highest authority in vodafone.

          Getting call from Pooja Finanace
          They asking for Raj Kumar, who has taken loan from them.
          I'm getting regular call from them and I clear that this is not Raj Kumar's No please don't call but they always harass me and as per them they can't do anything this no is registered with there systems. I told them I'll make police complaint they said ok do it. I'm using this no since 12 years.
          Please help me i am really fed up with these calls.
          I request you to take action ASAP.

              I have VODAFONE 3G connection [protected] but since last few months I am not using it, I have been told to pay full amount i.e rs. 1900 for final settlement, I did but I am still getting bill although I am not using the service. I also got threatening calls from Vodafone, and the person (on this [protected]) who was earlier requesting me to pay the bill and promised that my connection will be discontinued after this is now behaving very roughly. Is this kind of customer service Vodafone is providing?

                  I am a retailer. Since the day I have opened the shop I called the vodafone sales man who lives in our colony . In every call he says he will visit, but never came yet. There are many vodafone users whom I can't do any recharge. The same porblem is with all the retailers in our area. No one receive any type of vodafone service.
                  Also I have contacted TM of vodafone of our area but he too didn't solved the problem.

                  Kindly take necessary action and help me in this matter
                  Vodafone user's are porting out to other network due to non availability of recharge service in our area. Other remaining operators are playing good role in our area.

                    I have one prepaid phone connection. No. [protected]. Today i sent all the relevant documents to vodaphone store by my wife. But your executive insisted her to change the way of connection prepaid to postpaid and also denied the original aadhar documents.

                        Hi,

                        [protected] post paid corporate number was issued to me in 2014, but due to some issue I was not getting bills on my registered e mail ID i.e. "[protected]@rediffmail.com". Regarding same i approached to customer care by all possible ways but they did not helped me. in that condition I did not paid amount and destroyed SIM.

                        After that I never received any further calls from vodafone.

                        Now in April 2017 i ported one of my existing number ([protected]) to vodafone using same e-mail id "[protected]@rediffmail.com".

                        After porting to vodafone they are claiming bill amount for [protected] which was discontinue in 2014. Currently this number is in use by someone else without my knowledge.

                        I approached to customer care by e-mail and phone and ask them to provide bill so that i can verify dues and pay their amount, because claimed amount is very high as compared to my actual dues. Vodafone is again not providing bill for [protected] and given threat to me that if I did not cleared all dues they will de-activate my [protected] number.

                        I just want bill at my registered e mail id "[protected]@rediffmail.com" so that I can verify dues and pay amount.

                        Please help me because i can't afford consequences for discontinuation of [protected] because this number is in use for more then 13+ years.

                            I m using vodafone mobile network. And i dont know when and how this service called mobile mela was activated on my phone and the message comes that we will deduct rs 60 i[censored] want to continue using mobile mela.. Rs 35. Already deducted from my account for mobile mela service which was activated without my consent. Please look into this matter. I want my money back

                                    Sir, iam a middle class businessman in chennai, i purchaed prepaid sim of this company, i never thought that this company would provide such phathethic idiotic service.                                       I had a number from airtel "[protected]" which was being used by wife in bangalore. Currently i had to relocate and moved out of bangalore but my wife continues staying there and will relocate shortly.in this meantime, my wife received a call from a vodafone executive and he convinced my wife to get the number ported out from airtel to vodafone. When enquired about the documents, he said they don't need any of my documents. They need only my wife's documents. This is fraud. The number is being converted from airtel in my name to vodafone in wife's name. How is it possible to do it without any of my documents. I haven't signed any form as well. When inquired with vodafone customer care team they said that they have received documents from my side and there is a signature on the forms received by them. I am sure there is some fraud happened here as i haven't signed any documents. May be the vodafone executive has forged my documents and my signature. I strongly condemn this act and such frauds should be stopped immediately. I have written mails to the vodafone team. They responded for a few days after which they stopped responding.
