My Vodafone is not in use since 10 days and I visited Vodafone store to change my number into nano. But the problem is my SIM is not supporting to any phone. I have no idea why it happened. This number is in my mother's name, i visited twice Vodafone store but no one is ready to help in this. They are your mother should be physically present. My cannot come to store. And I am using this since more than 6 years now. This is important number for as this numbé is linked with my kotak bank, cosmos bank, union bank. The service from Vodafone is pathetic, Customer Care people like, Kiran, abhijit, shivram, and slim few more staff members are really pathetic. They do not send to talk, no.manners, they treat Customer like criminal, Customer has stolen or murdered some one and they cross quetioneing the Customer
This is how Vodafone Customer Care staff treat us. This happens every time. I really disappointed withbthis service. I will recommend alĺ my people not to use Vodafone. And if any loss.happens to me then Vodafone will be responsible for this. I have to take some strict action against Vodafone now.
Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Just call to 155223 which is the specific portal for deactivating VAS services. Also try to call frequently to avoid same problems. It would be helpful to u.
