This is to request you to disconnect my current postpaid connection under the SIM - [protected] as I am no longer using the SIM card and the services that it provides.I took the plan on jan 19 2017 and after month o[censored]sing it I found the plan not viable to my needs and therefore have decided to dicontinue this plan and terminate the services it provide. Please look into this matter ASAP as I urgently need to terminate this postpaid connection.

    I have reacharge for 149 it is offer voda to voda unlimited calls with no balance left... But.. I need not this offer i dont have a single no to call vodafone no. I had emergency to call another network... Customer care not have any back of this offer if i dont want offer i want balance... My balance is nil i just recharge 149. But i cant call... I dont want this unrealistic offer.. I think i donate money to vodafone.. Pls resolve issue.. On base of offers dont play with cutomers...

            I have got a messsge from Vodafone that Rs. 25 is deducted from my account for VDO Mania service which I have never availed.

            Customer care number does not take ditectly to complaint or customer executive and spent Rs. 2 more for the call.

            This is unacceptable /deducting balance without intimation. Get back to me and return the charges.

              I am surprised to receive the message from Vodafone stating that a Video Cube pack has been activated and Rs 35/ deducted for that. I have not sent any activation request for it. Can you please justify the deduction without my consent. My mobile no. is [protected]. Kindly request to stop this pack activation. Kindly credit the deducted amount ASAP.
              A similar complaint against the unsolicited service VDS AJDESIBEATS was resolved on Jan 3 and a rental of Rs 35 credited.

                I am staying in Asalpha vilage but in my house ecen in my chawl there is a huge network issues. For each and every call we have to come out from our house to our passage then we able to dial or receive the call. So please improve ur network quality in our chawl otherwise our all chawl members decided to port with another operator. We hope our complaint will solve asap.

                    Dear Sir,

                    Vodafone is repeatedly activating Value Added Service Like Glamour Zone, CLIPSKART, VDS Games etc. I have never requested these services. Even after multiple complaints this is continuing. Each Time I am assured that this shall never happen in Future but it is repeated in next few Days. I am really Frustrated by Vodafone service as this is clear case of Cheating and deducting balance without customer consent. There is no SMS for request or confirmation the amount is directly deducted. The Customer care operator are not helpful and blame us to have activated by Mistake. Initially I thought I would have clicked by mistake but this has now started happening very frequently.
                    I have never requested for any such service and mostly these service get activated when I am not using the Phone. I had requested multiple time to stop promotion and clearly take consent before activation any service. I was assured multiple times however there is no change. This time I am not able to reach customer care as the option to speak to customer care executive is not working on Complaint Number 198.

                    Kindly take strict action against the Vodafone so that customer does not suffer.

                    Trying to Contact Customer care 198 for complaint and refund. However the option to talk to Customer Executive is not working. Pathetic service and support by Vodafone.

                    Just call to 155223 which is the specific portal for deactivating VAS services. Also try to call frequently to avoid same problems. It would be helpful to u.

                    Sir,
                    sir i am a genaral customer from Basirhat WB circle. sir please modifyed Rc146 offer. This offer did not clear for all customer.
                    To stop VAS type STOP and send to 321 if you are vodafone customer. for airtel you just call to 155223 toll free number and follow instruction. but it's very wrong that these service providers activating VAS without our consent. i also got experience of same.

                      I recharged my number with Rs 14 (for std & local @Rs 0.25 per min for 28 days) on 26.2.2017 at 7:53pm. I received the confirmation of the recharge after which I started an outgoing call. The call finished at 8:34 pm. I was surprised to note that vodafone has deducted at full rate (Rs. 43) for my call. I called CC for lodging a complaint. However, neither the cc officer, nor the Senior Desk officer (Alif Hosen) accepted the complaint. Rather they blamed me that it was my fault that I had to call cc to confirm about the activation. I tried to convince them by stating about the confirmation sms what I received before doing teh outgoing call. However failed to convince them. This is a straight way cheating by vodafone. I feel guilty to have vodafone connection in my mobile. I shall definitely port my network from vodafone to some other network. Shame to vodafone and their customer services.

                              Worst experience ever... mental harassment for network connection.. fake bills asked without providing any service.
                              Harassment calls for bill on my alternative number as they could never reach me on Vodafone number coz of worst connectivity.
                              No response inspite mailing to Mr Sunil Sood directly for help...
                              Lethargic attitude. I wished to port out my number but Vodafone is insensitive and asking money for the services which they have not rendered me ever since day one.

                                  Wrong bill of dec 2015 sent in feb 2017 and same day vasuli call done and frm next day onwards service disconnection game started. Called 100 times to call center, visited thrice to store and once to service head office. Post this got confirmation from appelete team that dispute is settled bt still they discontinue the service. Time, money, bussiness loss and hell lot of mental harrasment.Not a single person is taking responsibility for customer's issue.really fed up.

                                  Due to the above isaue I opted to port out from vodafone, their MNP retention team called and offered a very good plan, the same had to be changed on 25th feb. But yesterday upon calling 3 times for the issue they changed the plan and that too a wrong plan with very minimum benefits.there is no coordination between departments of same company.now I have to wait till monday to speak to them.Appelete team has still not called even after requesting many times yesterday.

                                      I have surrendered my postpaid sim [protected] on 23 Feb 2017 for migrating to prepaid at tiruchirappalli cantonment voda store and deposited bill amt of rs 382 incl bill amt including request documents with address proof and id proof and photo also . But till date migration is not done after passing 48 hrs and i will not pay any more rental to you. I will strictly follow my rule as a military man . Plz give quick response to me. I have already lodged one complaint with 198 also .
