    Hi,

    My cont no is [protected].It is registered on the name of Dr Vinod Shamrao Kolekar.I had requested for 3G 1 Gb (299/-rs)data plan.I don't know what was the reason even after calling customer care multiple times they were not able to fulfill my request.So I had visited Vodafone gallery but they told me that there is some issue so we are escalating your request.Even after that I didn't receive any call from vodafone.one day when I started my data I was able to use the internet.I thought that 3G plan has been activated so till 2nd of Feb I had used the data until I received the bill message of approximately 1500/- rs from vodafone.so on the same day I called customer care regarding this issue.Customer care representative told me that you have activated payyougo internet service which I never asked for.because it had been told to me by representative that you need to send START message on 1925 as part of 3gb data plan activation.So I did whatever they told me to perform.Now vodafone charged me 1624 /- rs for the data.Actually for data vodafone supposed to charge me 299 instead of 1624 /- rs.I think it's because of the wrong info being provided.Even call was arranged for the same on 14th Feb 2016.But till date I haven't receive any call from vodafone.Service registration for the same is[protected].Even I send the mail for the same on Corporate.[protected]@vodafone.com.Still there I no revert on it.

      On 5th Oct 2016, I surrendered my card at your outlet on KARVE Road Pune & closed the account by paying final bill of Rs.1521.00 & Rs.10.80 online through SBI net banking . . Again I got bill of Rs. 444.28 . Nevertheless I paid that bill also on 4th Nov 2016. Now again on 30th Jan I received mail asking for a bill of Rs.261.17 to be paid by 15th Feb 2017.I also had received NIL bill as on 29th Nov 2016. Please take up with the company to stop sending bills & check records properly.

        I got my above connection cancelled in Oct 2016.
        Despite my paying my dues till Oct 2016, suddenly in the last week I get SMS advising there are overdue.
        I am surprised of this demand after more than 3 months of disconnection.

          I am surprised to receive the message from vodafone stating that my follo pack is activated and toh have deducted Rs 35/- for that. I have not sent any activation request for it. Can you please justify the deduction without my consent. My mobile no. [protected]. Kindly request to stop this kind of things. It will give you a bad image to company.kindly credit the deducted amount ASAP.

            Dear Sir,

            I had received a call from [protected] on 1.20pm (dated 21.2.2017), where she said we are calling from bank online reward points department and she asked the credit card details for the purpose of giving additional reward points and cash back. I gave the card number and she asked the CVV & OTP when i checked the SMS completely till the transaction done. After she told me within 2 days the reward points will credit in your card. After 2 days later (23.2.2017) i checked & the amount of Rs.21046 debited in my card. I checked with bank, they told the amount transaction done in some other merchant, immediately i blocked my card with help of bank executive. I tried to contact that person but they are not picking calls.

            Please request you to help me on this matter to get back the amount.

                It was to a great surprise that yesterday one of the service named Lifestyle suddenly got activated on my vodafone number [protected] and cut Rs.90 and today morning again some Clipskaart cut Rs.35 this pure daylight robbery, i have not activated and service and want vodafone to fix these issues asap. Please do not activate any other service on this no too

                  Dear sirs,
                  This is my second complaint to vodafone due to service failure from vodafone. Its pain to sort out issues with vodafone with long calls with call centers and mailing.
                  I exhaust, and the re-solutions were provided after a long fight with vodafone.

                  I bought mi-fi device from one of your retailer who ran a road-show at our bank. It took 9 days (2feb2017 to 11feb2017) to make it work after repeated calls almost everyday. No one has bother to take my case serious.
                  Finally the activation was done.

                  But i have already mentioned my decision to cancel my request during my call to vodafone on 11-feb-2017 (Ticket –[protected].

                  Please deactivate my number and no amount should be charged on to me on any case

                  Also, please return back the mi-fi device amount as i am not going to use the device and will not be a vodafone customer in future.

                  I not happy with vodafone et all considering the quality of service and customer satisfaction, in my case.

                  I am planning to surrender my other connection with vodafone sooner.

                    I was wanted to port to idea because they gives me unlimited calling and 7 gb 4g net data, but Vodafone customer care executive called and told me that we will also giving you this service so I cancelled the port to idea, after upgrading 4g my Internet speed is totally down, download speed is 0.1mbps and upload is 6 mbps, totally dissatisfied with this 4g upgrade, when I had 3g service then it was working smoothly.

                      Dear sir/madam,
                      I have requested for a name change for vodafone nos. Designated on the name of my father in the month of ajaykumar parikh as i wanted to include those nos into cug scheme provided from my company for which i was advised to request for name change. As name change cannot be done without clearing of the dues, i had cleared off all the dues along with extra amount over and above the unbilled amount till aug 2016. Since then there were multiple issues faced for conversion (Delay in activation, address wrongly mentioned, non activation of cug scheme till jan 2017, unsolicited calls/letters informing pending dues, network issues, etc.) the quality of customer care and the service provided till date has been pitiable/worst ever by any company. On top of that vodafone has also sent me a letter of pre-litigation informing about non-payment of bill when all the dues had been cleared from my end till date. Request you to please look into the matter asap and fine vodafone for that.

                      In respect to the complaint lodged at consumer helpline the vodafone official mr. Sameer closed down the complaint even without redressing the same as per consumer satisfaction and that too after the consumer had told him that he had paid all the amount and is having all receipts taken from their vodafone, shivranjani store itself.

                      To be precise vodafone is a big cheater and the officials over there are big zeroes as they cannot carry out a single job properly even after provisioning of better software options from their firm. This is a loss and bad glory of vodafone that it cannot employ talented officials in their company.

                      Additionally i want to even re-iterate that they have sent a pre-litigation mentioning that an amount of rs.747 is pending from my end. Now after raising a complaint at consumer helpline and subsequently their official (Mr. Sameer : [protected]) checked the same into the system and now is sharing that an amount of rs. 214.34 is pending.
                      I have a query into their system too now, do they ever know the exact amount to be paid by consumer or the bills are generated haphazardly only.

                          Hi

                          I activated i-roam free international roaming pack at INR 575 for 1 day on 21 Feb 17 8:47 PM few hours before my visit to UAE on my prepaid number via vodafone website and got this message.

                          Your recharge of Rs. 575.0 using Vodafone Eshop is successful and your payment ID is HHMP[protected]

                          After that I called customer care (spoke to 4 customer care guys) and no body seems to be aware of this new pack offer which is there in vodafone website. Infact one guy finally told me that he will reverse the amount as the service is already active on 21 Feb 17 and roaming pack will get disconnected post 1200 Midnight. So he told me to activate again after 1200 Oclock on 22 Feb to avail roaming for 22 Feb.

                          Bases on this I activated this pack again
                          at 1:22 AM on 22 Feb just before my flight and got this messages.

                          Your recharge of Rs. 575.0 using Vodafone Eshop is successful and your Payment ID is HHDF[protected].

                          Rchrg of MRP Rs575.0 on 22-Feb-17 successful.Tlktime rcvd Rs4.1, STax Rs75.0, AccessFee Rs495.9, New Bal Rs408.69.TransID KA[protected].Dial *111# for a/c info

                          IR 575 pack is now active and is valid for 1 Days. For applicable rates send SMS IROAM1 to 199.For applicable Country send SMS PACK Country Name to 199.

                          I landed in UAE but my sim is not registering to either Etisalat or Du network, because the roaming is not activated despite buying the pack and getting the message.

                          The biggest irony is that the vodafone website talks of activating the i-roam free international roaming pack as per future travel date, but that option is not there, the moment you charge Rs. 575 it simply gets activated immediately when I don't want the roaming service for that day and want it for the next day as per my travel date. So I had to do recharge twice one on 21st Feb then reverse it and again charge on 22nd Feb. In spite of this I am still getting roaming activated for 22 Feb when I needed it most.

                          Vodafone pls prepare well first before launching such new packs and its a pity that I trusted u and ur website offer and recharged the new i-roam free offer instead of going for regular roaming activation.

                          I am very unhappy customer because of this issue as I am struck in a foreign land without connectivity, when I need it most. This I am writing thru hotel Wi-Fi access.

                          Pls help in urgently activating my international roaming as I m struck here without phone access.

                            Vodafone seller told me to get portability and my caller tune will not be deactivated as my plan for caller tune is for 1 year.
                            Now after portability my caller tune is deactivated and they are not giving proper response.
                            They are not picking up my phone from last 1 week. Please help me out and remove my portability from vodafone.

                              My number [protected] has been blocked by the vodafone company without informing me and i was having inr 362 balance in it. Now they are not refunding me that balance. How can they block my number without informing me? And now they are blaming me that they sent me sms and they call me too but i did not received any calls or sms.

                              Note:- the company did not send me any message or did not call me for it.

                                This is to bring into your kind notice that i Sachin Joshi (mobile number - [protected]) would like to request you that i want to port my Vodafone number to some other service provider because i don't know whats wrong with you people. what the hell they are doing i don't know. How come my bill amount is Rs 2552. This thing has to be taken seriously by Vodafone and rectify as soon as possible, Or else i shall port the number and move to other service provider.

                                Is this the kind of service you provide to your customers.

                                Before also i have paid them a huge amount of money in regard to that they told me they will refund the amount out of which they refund 1700 Rs and rest is pending from last year February.

                                  I tried to recharge my vodafone ([protected]) at 7/11/2016 through my PNB Debit card of Rs.222. this amount was deducted from my account but did not recharge my number. I communicate with Vodafone company more than 5 times and also PNB again and again, but more than 3 months are gone and I don't get refund.

                                    I am tired for your vas charges about content download and service activation, they started without my prior knowledge and you kept adding charges in my bill and everytime you guys blamed me for downloading and activating services but they are doing unknowingly, do you have any option to restrict vas and content download, or these are just fake download doing by vodafone itself to increase bills.

                                    My wife(Sharbari Ray) no is [protected].Its on Rs 999 plan.She has been charged Rs 6000 for VAS services.When we repeatedly called your customer care centre they said you have been charged for VAS services, we can deactivate the services but you have to pay the billl. When we said to adjust the bill they kept disputing said we can't do that. Moreover they have disconnected my incoming and outgoing till you pay Rs 6000..

                                      Our institute RGIPT recently shifted to our new permanent campus in Dist. Amethi, Uttar Pradesh. Here our maximum students, staff, faculty members & their family are using vodafone postpaid & prepaid connection (Total 200+), but here we are not getting vodafone 3G voice & data connectivity in our mobile for few time only one or two towers are come with limited time period only due to which are getting many communication problem in our area, request you to please resolve it as soon as possible.

                                        I have done recharge two times by mistake in same amount 59 rupees through online paytm app. But Vodafone given benefit only one amount other same amount not to given any benefit and not return to customer also.
                                        But that system is totally wrong because loss to customer end only.
