Hello i am deepak nandwani i had gone to the vodafone mini store address (Telepathy, shop no.4, marol gaon, marol maroshi road, opp. Uttam-da-dhabha, andheri east, mumbai 400059, mumbai, maharashtra 400059)
The store guy is asking me 50rs for doing portability my number is vodafone prepaid maharashtra and i wanted to port into vodafone prepaid mumbai... I asked customer care also they said that it is free of cost and they are forcing...

Please deactivate my 3 postpaid number immediately

i have cintacted customer care of vidafone atleast 15timez..they are not deactivating my numbers and are wasting my time. I am not interested in vidafone at all. please deactivate my numbers permanently as early as possible otherwuse i shall not be paying the monthly rentals charged due to delay in disconnection....

Over a period of months atleast 400-500mb each data refill of 1/2 gb is being wrongly deducted. no refund, no help, nothing. yesterday in one day 500 mb was deducted. I barely use it. i use only 3 apps and wifi....

I have been charged 770 saying that I called to 51717 and talked for55.10 mins, that too for Astrology, which is in all the way u realistic. talking for 80 mins is not at all possible without charging Guys please be aware of this kind of fraud, if you face the same problem then complain about this, at least other people will come to know about the same issue......

Hi Team,

I have recently ported my number from Vodafone to Airtel in the month of January. During process of porting, I have used Vodfone network, for which I am supposed to pay Rs. 152.85.

However for the month of December I have done online payment of Rs. 2000, but the bill was of Rs. 1609 only. The remaining amount of Rs. 391 was not transferred back to my account!

I am filing this complaint against by your executives twice, where a plan for 499/- was being activated on my number on 9th Feb and i was assured that further i will never face such a problem. but it was tottaly a fake commitment where in this 499 Red plan, i was provided 1GB data in billing detail and other 5 GB data was to be provided me as special plan.But after few days i got message that charge was deducted...

3 days ago my earlier sim was closed but my new vodafone sim not worked. Then i call in customer care office, they said me to do first recharge. Even after doing that the sim still not worked then again i call in customer care support, now they are telling me that my documents are pending but i submitted it at the time of applying for new sim card....

I accidentally clicked on the OK option for migrate to postpaid on the vodafone app and now the request has been registered. I called the vodafone customer care and they said I'll have to visit a vodafone store for this. I have a chennai number and I am currently in Bangalore. When there is an option to switch to postpaid why isn't there an option to cancel the same request? This is highly annoying. I do not want postpaid....
