On 2 numbers I had taken a Gulf ISD pack under which I was promised that call charges of Rs.2.99 per minute will be charged.
Upon checking on myvodafone I realised that actual charges being charged are nearly 4 times the charges promised and immediately raised the matter with customer care and relationship manager via phone and email. Both responded to wait for the bill wherein the adjustment will be made. Unfortunately, the bill amount was also escalated since then I have been following up with Vodafone for more than a month now and escalated the matter to their nodal office also but still no response.
They do not seem to be bothered about this.
I am thinking of filing with TRAI and/or Consumer forum.

    I put a request to convert my Vodafone number from prepaid to postpaid and applied for the same. executive from Vodafone came and took all the documents and security money. His name was Jogendra Yadav with no [protected].
    and even after 3 days my no was not activated then I visited Vodafone store in Gurgaon.. oxame city centre.

    The guy at the counter( Vipin) said he can't help in this regard as exec has made some mistakes in filling the form. And they are not responsible as he was from a company supercc. I really dont know what mess is this. Then I requested him to correct it there he said it is not possible and I will have to wait for another 15 days.
    I am made run from post to pillar coz of Vodafone. I am being harassed for something which should be my right.

      I am vasanth from Bengaluru, Karnataka. I'm using Vodafone SIM from many years, but now a days these Bengaluru Vodafone people are deducting amount by saying false statements & active plans which I never activated nor I got single message from that plan.

      Recently on Monday (20th Feb) they deducted Ara.35 by means of cone zone for 7 days where I never requested nor they asked me. Same they will deduct on 27th itseems & from past 6months my almost 80% balance is sucked by Vodafone only. Without permission they are deducting amount

        I carry mobile number [protected] from Vodafone. I found Vodafone cheats by activating unnecessary services without customer consent. Every time I need to call customer care to reverse charges. This is pathetic behaviour from vodafone and stringent acation with huge penalty required on Vodafone India. Recent service activated was roots music. As attached roots music was activated without my consent. This is just an example for one of VAS activation without consent

          My Vodafone is not in use since 10 days and I visited Vodafone store to change my number into nano. But the problem is my SIM is not supporting to any phone. I have no idea why it happened. This number is in my mother's name, i visited twice Vodafone store but no one is ready to help in this. They are your mother should be physically present. My cannot come to store. And I am using this since more than 6 years now. This is important number for as this numbé is linked with my kotak bank, cosmos bank, union bank. The service from Vodafone is pathetic, Customer Care people like, Kiran, abhijit, shivram, and slim few more staff members are really pathetic. They do not send to talk, no.manners, they treat Customer like criminal, Customer has stolen or murdered some one and they cross quetioneing the Customer
          This is how Vodafone Customer Care staff treat us. This happens every time. I really disappointed withbthis service. I will recommend alĺ my people not to use Vodafone. And if any loss.happens to me then Vodafone will be responsible for this. I have to take some strict action against Vodafone now.

            Vodafone has ristricted of my outgoing services for my vodafone no. [protected] with reason that some other number [protected] outstanding.
            [protected] is not belongs to me nor related to me; when I called Vodafone customer care they informed me that this number was register in 2015 with similar name and now it is discontinued.

            I am unble to make outgoing calls, required your immediate help.

                This is with reference to my phone numbers ([protected], [protected], [protected]) and their bills.
                The numbers mentioned above are a part of the Red family plan and the total bill for December 2016 was Rs. 4302, the same was sent on 1st January 2017 and was due by 19th January 2017.
                Credit limit for my account with Vodafone stands at a firm Rs. 4000.
                I figured that there was something wrong with the bill (which has been a norm now, given I have gotten issues sorted with my Vodafone bills every other month) for it couldn’t have been greater than 3000 as my plan cost is 1599 and I had taken just one 2 Gb data add on, so I refrained from paying it until I fully understood the bill.
                Following non-payment of the bill, the calls of all my numbers were effectively barred.
                Also, the calls of my primary number [protected] had been barred for some odd reason from October. Despite regular payment of my bill, the calls were not allowed.
                On 11th of February, when I was in town and finally went to understand my bill, the CRM at the store in Powai wasn’t working (The last time I went, the servers were down).
                I’ve now received another bill of close to Rs. 4400, with a total outstanding amount of Rs. 8700.

                Here are the list of things that I want to understand:
                • How can I receive another bill if I have crossed my credit limit, have an outstanding bill and my calls are barred?
                • Why has my primary number been barred all this while?
                • What kind of customer service is Vodafone providing if despite numerous requests both at the store and on the phone, no action is being taken?

                Here is what I expect Vodafone to do:
                • Activate all my numbers
                • Cancel the second bill which was wrongfully charged.
                • Provide explanation and remittance for barring my primary number for no reason.
                • Start improving their Vodafone store services, customers can’t keep scheduling visits every day.

                I have been emailing vodafone continously but they have failed to respond to my emails. I truly am distressed to find the sorry state of affairs, do let me know on how to proceed from here.

                  Hi,
                  I stay at Dahisar East, hanuman Tekdi. Here the Vodafone network recently has become too bad. I have to always stick around the window for connectivity. It is too bad..I cannot continue my household chores if there is long running conference calls. Even if I bit move away from the window the voice start breaking. At some places in the house itself the network connectivity is NIL. This is too difficult as at times I work from home.

                      My cont no is [protected].It is registered on the name of Dr Vinod Shamrao Kolekar.I had requested for 3G 1 Gb (299/-rs)data plan.I don't know what was the reason even after calling customer care multiple times they were not able to fulfill my request.So I had visited Vodafone gallery but they told me that there is some issue so we are escalating your request.Even after that I didn't receive any call from vodafone.one day when I started my data I was able to use the internet.I thought that 3G plan has been activated so till 2nd of Feb I had used the data until I received the bill message of approximately 1500/- rs from vodafone.so on the same day I called customer care regarding this issue.Customer care representative told me that you have activated payyougo internet service which I never asked for.because it had been told to me by representative that you need to send START message on 1925 as part of 3gb data plan activation.So I did whatever they told me to perform.Now vodafone charged me 1624 /- rs for the data.Actually for data vodafone supposed to charge me 299 instead of 1624 /- rs.I think it's because of the wrong info being provided.Even call was arranged for the same on 14th Feb 2016.But till date I haven't receive any call from vodafone.Service registration for the same is[protected].Even I send the mail for the same on Corporate.[protected]@vodafone.com.Still there I no revert on it.

                        On 5th Oct 2016, I surrendered my card at your outlet on KARVE Road Pune & closed the account by paying final bill of Rs.1521.00 & Rs.10.80 online through SBI net banking . . Again I got bill of Rs. 444.28 . Nevertheless I paid that bill also on 4th Nov 2016. Now again on 30th Jan I received mail asking for a bill of Rs.261.17 to be paid by 15th Feb 2017.I also had received NIL bill as on 29th Nov 2016. Please take up with the company to stop sending bills & check records properly.

                          I got my above connection cancelled in Oct 2016.
                          Despite my paying my dues till Oct 2016, suddenly in the last week I get SMS advising there are overdue.
                          I am surprised of this demand after more than 3 months of disconnection.

                            I am surprised to receive the message from vodafone stating that my follo pack is activated and toh have deducted Rs 35/- for that. I have not sent any activation request for it. Can you please justify the deduction without my consent. My mobile no. [protected]. Kindly request to stop this kind of things. It will give you a bad image to company.kindly credit the deducted amount ASAP.

                              Dear Sir,

                              I had received a call from [protected] on 1.20pm (dated 21.2.2017), where she said we are calling from bank online reward points department and she asked the credit card details for the purpose of giving additional reward points and cash back. I gave the card number and she asked the CVV & OTP when i checked the SMS completely till the transaction done. After she told me within 2 days the reward points will credit in your card. After 2 days later (23.2.2017) i checked & the amount of Rs.21046 debited in my card. I checked with bank, they told the amount transaction done in some other merchant, immediately i blocked my card with help of bank executive. I tried to contact that person but they are not picking calls.

                              Please request you to help me on this matter to get back the amount.

                                  It was to a great surprise that yesterday one of the service named Lifestyle suddenly got activated on my vodafone number [protected] and cut Rs.90 and today morning again some Clipskaart cut Rs.35 this pure daylight robbery, i have not activated and service and want vodafone to fix these issues asap.                                     Dear sirs,
                                    This is my second complaint to vodafone due to service failure from vodafone. Its pain to sort out issues with vodafone with long calls with call centers and mailing.
                                    I exhaust, and the re-solutions were provided after a long fight with vodafone.

                                    I bought mi-fi device from one of your retailer who ran a road-show at our bank. It took 9 days (2feb2017 to 11feb2017) to make it work after repeated calls almost everyday. No one has bother to take my case serious.
                                    Finally the activation was done.

                                    But i have already mentioned my decision to cancel my request during my call to vodafone on 11-feb-2017 (Ticket –[protected].

                                    Please deactivate my number and no amount should be charged on to me on any case

                                    Also, please return back the mi-fi device amount as i am not going to use the device and will not be a vodafone customer in future.

                                    I not happy with vodafone et all considering the quality of service and customer satisfaction, in my case.

                                    I am planning to surrender my other connection with vodafone sooner.

                                      I was wanted to port to idea because they gives me unlimited calling and 7 gb 4g net data, but Vodafone customer care executive called and told me that we will also giving you this service so I cancelled the port to idea, after upgrading 4g my Internet speed is totally down, download speed is 0.1mbps and upload is 6 mbps, totally dissatisfied with this 4g upgrade, when I had 3g service then it was working smoothly.

                                        Dear sir/madam,
                                        I have requested for a name change for vodafone nos. Designated on the name of my father in the month of ajaykumar parikh as i wanted to include those nos into cug scheme provided from my company for which i was advised to request for name change. As name change cannot be done without clearing of the dues, i had cleared off all the dues along with extra amount over and above the unbilled amount till aug 2016. Since then there were multiple issues faced for conversion (Delay in activation, address wrongly mentioned, non activation of cug scheme till jan 2017, unsolicited calls/letters informing pending dues, network issues, etc.) the quality of customer care and the service provided till date has been pitiable/worst ever by any company. On top of that vodafone has also sent me a letter of pre-litigation informing about non-payment of bill when all the dues had been cleared from my end till date. Request you to please look into the matter asap and fine vodafone for that.

                                        In respect to the complaint lodged at consumer helpline the vodafone official mr. Sameer closed down the complaint even without redressing the same as per consumer satisfaction and that too after the consumer had told him that he had paid all the amount and is having all receipts taken from their vodafone, shivranjani store itself.

                                        To be precise vodafone is a big cheater and the officials over there are big zeroes as they cannot carry out a single job properly even after provisioning of better software options from their firm. This is a loss and bad glory of vodafone that it cannot employ talented officials in their company.

                                        Additionally i want to even re-iterate that they have sent a pre-litigation mentioning that an amount of rs.747 is pending from my end. Now after raising a complaint at consumer helpline and subsequently their official (Mr. Sameer : [protected]) checked the same into the system and now is sharing that an amount of rs. 214.34 is pending.
                                        I have a query into their system too now, do they ever know the exact amount to be paid by consumer or the bills are generated haphazardly only.
