I sent an SMS to Vodafone on 1925 with the request to stop data on my main balance in case my data pack is exhausted but to my very much disappointment deducted the whole data balance of 5.5 GB saying that your Internet service has been deactivated it is completely against the norms that that try has set as this service is used to stop data consumption on main account balance.

Recharge done service not applied

I did recharge on 14th december 2016 of rs 68 for doing std calls at 25 per minute. I got the message that the service is applied. But my balance is cutting 1.5 rupee per minute. It's still not applied.

When i called to customer care at 198 they told me to call 98109810. When i called 98109810 they told me to call 198 again.
The customer executives of vodafone were not of any use to me. They highly disappointed me....
