      Since october i have been using reliance jio sim to make calls, send messages and data usage because it's absolutely free of cost. I also have a vodafone post paid connection. Even last month i received a mammoth bill from vodafone though i hardly used it, i made the payment timely and without any complaints. This month they have again sent me a bill of around 750 while my plan is worth around 274. I have hardly made 4-5 calls this entire month. I think they are doing it in purpose since i informed them last month that i would be opting out from vodafone and switch to reliance jio. I am being very very honest that i have rarely used my vodafone sim the past billing month. I am not at all happy with the services and the customer support provided by vodafone. I have no interest in paying their bill since they have been overcharging since quiet sometime. Kindly look into it and provide assistance.

        I have recently ported from bsnl to vodafone last week.i have been promised of best network and 1.5 gb internet and 500 mins call and 135 sms for rs 399 plan.When i started using it i was facing frequent network unavailable issues.i am not able to call anyone or receive any calls frequently.Today i came to know that i was charged 270 rs for VAS SERVICES which were activated without my consent.Please help me in getting the amount refund

          I am not staying in a foreign world. I am staying in my own country where i hold a valid passport. Myself vineeth working as a sofwate engineer with a dell in bangalore. Native being kerala and i am using vodafone from past 10 years in bangalore.
          I just got a call from customer care telling i have a bill of 400 rs not paid and when i will be making the payment. I informed them my bank account is blocked and will be active in couple of days and due to demonetization i don’t have solid cash with me. They threatned me telling i didnt ask for millions i asked for 400 rs and u should make sure you pay by friday in harsh voice and disconnected. Call came from number "[protected]". I called them and had some arguements where the lady shouted so bad with all "F" stuff and disconnected.
          I called back again and she gave to legal expert and he talked to me in kannada. I politely informed him that i dont no kannada. Then he started shouting "being in karnataka, loafer you dont no kannada." i kept telling i need to come to your office to settle things. He replied " i know your door no, i am coming there in no time. This is from collection department.. Please find the audio attached.
          Being a non kannadiga and not understanding local language i don’t deserve such bad response from your customer care. More over its not vijay mallya kinda loan which the collection department threatened but just 400 rs.
          I am really worried to continue with vodafone now. I will be visiting vodafone store and cancelling the sim today. I filing consumer complaints and police case for this. Seeking your attention in this matter. And a request, i am not staying in a foreign world. I am staying in my own country where i hold a valid passport.

          I am sad that my 35 rs were deducted for a service "folo pack" which I never subscribed. This is so not done. I expect better standards with company like Vodafone. My number - [protected]. Hopefully you will try and attempt a loyal user of Vodafone not slip away.

            all the time they were doing this .
            often they threaten by using a call from courier service or from the high court.
            even they track the number which i often use and tell them about nonsense about me .
            they are always not updating the payment received quickly

              Dear sir,

              My number is "[protected]" using vodafone postpaid service so long. facing issue in billing. i have paid to vodafone but still my number not activated. last month they charged 500 extra for internet while i don't use internet service for same number. after too much discussion they give 300 discount.. and said.. please pay all the dues we will give discount 300 in next billing. but once again i got same issue.. they are not giving 300 discount and asking same amount for internet. even my number is not working while i have paid them. when trying to customer care but not connecting.

                Due to advertisements in pop ups while browsing, a pack named "fashion fairies" was self subscribed on my phone, and Rs.90 was deducted. I did not activate the pack, so why should I pay for it. And I don't need any such subscription. This is completely wrong method of making money. The company should look into the matter and my balance deducted should be returned.

I took sim in orissa state but I m working in kolkata.Due to roaming facility I didn't get any good call rates.So I changed that sim with the postpred.I used postpaid sim more 10 days.Then my sim was closed, I visited so many times to customer care they told me you have some PD problem.I took your complain Once more vodafone man will be visited your place.so again vodafone man visited my home and they cleared my address and they updated my profile.But I didn't see my number will okay.I call many time customer care and visited many times vodafone main store.my number is not working.Everytime I heard You have diel wrong number. Please help me, I distributed everywhere this mobile number.

                    As per Vodafone 4G upgrade plan in Tamilnadu circle from Vodafone Store, I was told that I will be given 2GB data as offer for 4G sim upgrade on [protected].
                    I inserted the sim in 4G handset to avail the offer.
                    However no data was credited to my account till date. while dialuing *111*6*2#, No Data Found is USSD response
                    Please resolve it at the earliest.

                      Horrible people are working at vodafone customer service they dont how to talk and asked them to talk start yelling . Hindi is our mother tongue why they talk in marathi when they have to provide extra services to the custome . Today 30 nov i received the cal from one of the employee of vodafone customer service and he started yelling at me when i said why talk in marathi the number from which i received the call is +[protected].

                        Its my 3rd complain regarding Vodafone operator in 2016.
                        Kindly note that on my number [protected] is outgoing barred due to MNP non payment.My number ported Vodafone delhi to Docomo Karnataka on 30 sep.
                        I paid unbilled amount approx Rs.2500 before porting but now outgoing is barred and vodafone executive said that paying first previous amount of Rs.821.

                        If amount is not paid then why did they guys ported my number??

                        Please resolve this issue and feed back me.

                          Regarding complain:-
                          I had drop email many times to Vodafone Customer care email id: corpcare.[protected]@vodafone.com.

                          Issue:
                          Not apply for any added internet facility to service provider, still they charge me more almost 3 times even after I raised this to them.
                          Current my plan is 699Rs and I am getting bill of rupees 1900Rs.
                          Many time complain to then but still not get resolved.
                          They said they will refund me the extra but did not yet.

                          I need help for this get sorted.

                            I really frustrated with your unprofessional services because always I have to chase for over bill issue for [protected].

                            Your CS representatives always called me for paying bill & discuss about the reason & I told them appox 7 to 8 times for this issue & every time they said that there senior team will called me within 4hrs. but I didn’t get any call from your senior team apart from that another new representative called me for paying bill.

                            I was taking your services with the belive that your team will provide us good service but I feel that I harresed by you people.

                            Many of your representative don’t have manner how to talk a customer, they always rude & one of your representative abused & threatning me to pay bill.

                            Team kindly take care of this because these activities will affect your image in the comptetion world.

                              To whom so ever it may concern.

                              I took an international roaming pack of Rs 500 per day for international Roaming in Germany which started from 25th November 2016 and ended on 28th November 2016.
                              As per this IR pack plan I was supposed to be charged Rs 1/ minute for any outgoing call and all free incoming calls. And Data was @ Rs 1/ MB.

                              Only On my inquiry (from customer care) before leaving India, I was asked to connect to a network called TELEPHONICA in Frankfurt, Germany. There is no such network available in Frankfurt Area in Germany.
                              So I again called from Germany on ISD to check the network this time I was asked to connect to VODAFONE.D2 or D2 network. Again there was no such network available in that Country.
                              The network available there was VODAFONE.DE, so as per common sense I connected to this network as no one in Vodafone India knew which network to be selected.

                              Now on my return to India on 29th November, my Internet services are deactivated and I have been asked by Mr Zaheer Ahmad from customer support to deposit Rs 15000/- to activate internet on my phone. Which means at the rate of Rs 1/MB I have used more then 1.5 GB of data when all my apps were closed for data and only whats app with text only was activated, which is impossible. As per information displayed in my phone I have Used 336.8 MB data in whats app while roaming, I always reset data usage when i start my international roaming.Screen shots attached.

                              This is a case clear fraud by Vodafone, they did not knew before selling the pack that what network to be selected and then they are overcharging. I did which anybody with minimum knowledge would have done.

                              I had recharged data for 101 rs on 24th Nov 2016.The reference number is HSBI[protected]IGAAHXWRV0. But data is not yet activated. I havent received any sms or email regarding this as well. Only that the amount has been debited from my account. Please do the needful.

                                I am using two numbers of Vodafone one is [protected] and second one is [protected] post paid connection. I was approached the nearest center of Vodafone to change the same from postpaid to prepaid.But I am sorry to say that its not care by Vodafone service center.Now I want to deactivate both the numbers. So please stop this numbers with immediate effect.

                                There is no network coverage in our Residential area. There are too people using services facing same problem only in this area. We have 3 postpaid, 1 prepaid cards of your service. It is very difficult receive and to dial a call. Kindly take an action soon as possible, otherwise we SWITCH to the another mobile service...

                                      I am vodafone customer using there services for more than 10 yrs now. I have one number of Mah & Goa circle. But I am currently in Mumbai. On 27.11.2016, i received sms that i have raised a sim replacement request and since then i dont have n/w in my phone. When my family tried to call me in afternoon, the call was sent to some lady in Pune. She informed us that the number was given to her on same day.

                                      Around 5 pm i started calling vodafone cust care and spoke to 3(xyz, Prasad, Vishal and his superior named Ganesh) different executives explaining them about issue.

                                      After spending around 3hrs explaining the issue to these guys, I was finally able to convince them to block the other sim. Since my sensitive information is being to shared to other person. The other sim was blocked with the reason "Sim Frawd Replacement" with request number[protected]. Since I am in mumbai right now I was told by Ganesh to reach out to vodafone store in mumbai to get a sim replacement.

                                      On 28.11.2016 by 10:30am i got my sim replaced and was told that my sim will be active in max 24hrs.

                                      Today on 29.11.2016, my sim is still inactive. And i am stuck, cant even pay me CC bill.

                                      I called up appelate office and ladies over there were not ready to listen the issue, they just check there system and revert that number is on my name and is active. Appelate request reference number[protected].

                                      Kindly help get this resolved. I need this number. atleast till the time i change number to other services availed by me.

                                      Vodafone CCE really doesnt understand the issue and they are least happy to help. I am still not sure if they understand my issue. There systems dont reflect any conversation i have done with previous executives.

                                        Called vodafone customer care number -[protected] to activate 10 day international roaming pack which was missed by the representative and eventually added high cost to mobile bill. Complaint #[protected] &[protected] raised for same issue. Still the revised charges are not confirmed as committed by the customer care personnel. Please facilitate speedy action on providing revised charges on priority
