As per Vodafone 4G upgrade plan in Tamilnadu circle from Vodafone Store, I was told that I will be given 2GB data as offer for 4G sim upgrade on [protected].
I inserted the sim in 4G handset to avail the offer.
However no data was credited to my account till date. while dialuing *111*6*2#, No Data Found is USSD response
Please resolve it at the earliest.

    Horrible people are working at vodafone customer service they dont how to talk and asked them to talk start yelling . Hindi is our mother tongue why they talk in marathi when they have to provide extra services to the custome . Today 30 nov i received the cal from one of the employee of vodafone customer service and he started yelling at me when i said why talk in marathi the number from which i received the call is +[protected].

      Dear Team,

      Its my 3rd complain regarding Vodafone operator in 2016.
      Kindly note that on my number [protected] is outgoing barred due to MNP non payment.My number ported Vodafone delhi to Docomo Karnataka on 30 sep.
      I paid unbilled amount approx Rs.2500 before porting but now outgoing is barred and vodafone executive said that paying first previous amount of Rs.821.

      If amount is not paid then why did they guys ported my number??

      Please resolve this issue and feed back me.

        Regarding complain:-
        I had drop email many times to Vodafone Customer care email id: corpcare.[protected]@vodafone.com.

        Issue:
        Not apply for any added internet facility to service provider, still they charge me more almost 3 times even after I raised this to them.
        Current my plan is 699Rs and I am getting bill of rupees 1900Rs.
        Many time complain to then but still not get resolved.
        They said they will refund me the extra but did not yet.

        I need help for this get sorted.

        I have currently shifted to Wadgaon Sheri, Pune from Hinjewadi Pune. I am not getting the proper internet 3 G speed . Kindly resolve the issue at the earliest.

Vodafone mini store, college road, Tilapara, PO & Dist.- Goalpara refused my request and misguided me that I have to run Post paid for another four month. On the time taking Post paid SIM, they had intimated such bonding.

          Hi Vodafone Team,
          I really frustrated with your unprofessional services because always I have to chase for over bill issue for [protected].

          Your CS representatives always called me for paying bill & discuss about the reason & I told them appox 7 to 8 times for this issue & every time they said that there senior team will called me within 4hrs. but I didn’t get any call from your senior team apart from that another new representative called me for paying bill.

          I was taking your services with the belive that your team will provide us good service but I feel that I harresed by you people.

          Many of your representative don’t have manner how to talk a customer, they always rude & one of your representative abused & threatning me to pay bill.

          Team kindly take care of this because these activities will affect your image in the comptetion world.

          Kindly resolve my bill issue so that I can continue your services like a new morning.

            To whom so ever it may concern.

            I took an international roaming pack of Rs 500 per day for international Roaming in Germany which started from 25th November 2016 and ended on 28th November 2016.
            As per this IR pack plan I was supposed to be charged Rs 1/ minute for any outgoing call and all free incoming calls. And Data was @ Rs 1/ MB.

            Only On my inquiry (from customer care) before leaving India, I was asked to connect to a network called TELEPHONICA in Frankfurt, Germany. There is no such network available in Frankfurt Area in Germany.
            So I again called from Germany on ISD to check the network this time I was asked to connect to VODAFONE.D2 or D2 network. Again there was no such network available in that Country.
            The network available there was VODAFONE.DE, so as per common sense I connected to this network as no one in Vodafone India knew which network to be selected.

            Now on my return to India on 29th November, my Internet services are deactivated and I have been asked by Mr Zaheer Ahmad from customer support to deposit Rs 15000/- to activate internet on my phone. Which means at the rate of Rs 1/MB I have used more then 1.5 GB of data when all my apps were closed for data and only whats app with text only was activated, which is impossible. As per information displayed in my phone I have Used 336.8 MB data in whats app while roaming, I always reset data usage when i start my international roaming.Screen shots attached.

            This is a case clear fraud by Vodafone, they did not knew before selling the pack that what network to be selected and then they are overcharging. I did which anybody with minimum knowledge would have done.

            I had recharged data for 101 rs on 24th Nov 2016.The reference number is HSBI[protected]IGAAHXWRV0. But data is not yet activated. I havent received any sms or email regarding this as well. Only that the amount has been debited from my account. Please do the needful.

              I am using two numbers of Vodafone one is [protected] and second one is [protected] post paid connection. I was approached the nearest center of Vodafone to change the same from postpaid to prepaid.But I am sorry to say that its not care by Vodafone service center.Now I want to deactivate both the numbers. So please stop this numbers with immediate effect.

              There is no network coverage in our Residential area. There are too people using services facing same problem only in this area. We have 3 postpaid, 1 prepaid cards of your service. It is very difficult receive and to dial a call. Kindly take an action soon as possible, otherwise we SWITCH to the another mobile service...

                    I am vodafone customer using there services for more than 10 yrs now. I have one number of Mah & Goa circle. But I am currently in Mumbai. On 27.11.2016, i received sms that i have raised a sim replacement request and since then i dont have n/w in my phone. When my family tried to call me in afternoon, the call was sent to some lady in Pune. She informed us that the number was given to her on same day.

                    Around 5 pm i started calling vodafone cust care and spoke to 3(xyz, Prasad, Vishal and his superior named Ganesh) different executives explaining them about issue.

                    After spending around 3hrs explaining the issue to these guys, I was finally able to convince them to block the other sim. Since my sensitive information is being to shared to other person. The other sim was blocked with the reason "Sim Frawd Replacement" with request number[protected]. Since I am in mumbai right now I was told by Ganesh to reach out to vodafone store in mumbai to get a sim replacement.

                    On 28.11.2016 by 10:30am i got my sim replaced and was told that my sim will be active in max 24hrs.

                    Today on 29.11.2016, my sim is still inactive. And i am stuck, cant even pay me CC bill.

                    I called up appelate office and ladies over there were not ready to listen the issue, they just check there system and revert that number is on my name and is active. Appelate request reference number[protected].

                    Kindly help get this resolved. I need this number. atleast till the time i change number to other services availed by me.

                    Vodafone CCE really doesnt understand the issue and they are least happy to help. I am still not sure if they understand my issue. There systems dont reflect any conversation i have done with previous executives.

Complaint #[protected] &[protected] raised for same issue. Still the revised charges are not confirmed as committed by the customer care personnel.                         I got the exact same thing on my bill ! I have been charged 1260 for calls I din't even make to 51717 with duration of 90 mins. I contacted them through live chat(5 times), 198(2 times), vodafone corpcare(2 times) but no one is taking responsibility and said it is genuine. And my phone battery is too weak for a 30 minute call but how come they billed for 90 minutes 10 seconds. And I can realise that this is real FRAUD network billing because for everybody the duration and charge is same. You could have atleast changed the Number, Duration for everyone when you do FRAUD billing.

                        Before migrating to vodafone network i was told that the customer service of Vodafone is very bad. I can now realise it. I decided to move out of Vodafone. That will do better i hope. All 4 numbers(3-postpaid and 1-Prepaid) from my family moving out of vodafone. If they did this for 100 or 200 ruppes than i would have not noticed it. So Vodafone Postpaid users kindly check your bill every month. Then only you will be coming to know what is happening. Planned to move to BSNL. The customer service may not be upto the level - I opted for Prepaid(So FRAUD billing will not be having more chance to suck the money illegally by FRAUD billing).

                              I have paid my bill as discussed with your employee wasim and have a whatsapp message from him confirming the same. The payment of 600 which had to be done has been done earlier.

                              Today, my service got deactivated for the second time even after paying the amount. I work in a position where i connect with many people on a daily basis and this can lead to a lot of issues.

                                I'm a subscriber of vodafone (Tsmilnadu circle) mobile services such as 3 g and voice calls.
                                Recently, i have been facing problems of annoying advertisements provided by vodafone india. Recently some vulgar websites were popping up regularly and complaints were launched with the service provider immediately asking them to block such advertisements. However, no effort seems to have been made or neither my complaints taken seriously.
                                Yesterday, ie 27/11/2016, a game was installed into my mobile in the name of 'tube world' without my request for such a service and an amount of rs.35/- deducted from my talk time balance.
                                Similarly, on 9th nov.2016 another game pack by the name of 'skill derby' got installed into my device without my request for such a game pack.
                                The problems with these game packs are that once installed, we are not able to uninstall the same and keeps popping up every now and then.
                                I suspect, these game packs are a ploy to collect personal infos from our devices.
                                Similarly, vulgar websites are promoted by the service provider.
                                In spite of several complaints to vodafone tamilnadu customer care, nothing has been done to stop such nuisances.
                                This proves that no proper and adequate security system exists with the service providers.
                                I request the authorities to initiate action against the service providers.

                                It is a routine happening that when ever, we call the customer care of service providers, the customer care help desk never picks the call immediately and even when the customer care answers our phone, we are told to wait endlessly for getting clarifications.
                                Incidentally all the service providers viz. Vodafone India, Airtel and Idea Celllular charge for calling their customer care.
                                It is a common practice by these service providers to put on hold the calls received from the complainants.
                                This way we end up paying high call charges and several times I have ended up paying Rs5/- to 8/- per call just to get the information.
                                I consider this as unjustifiable since it is the duty of the service provider to provide information and clarification sought by their subscribers.
                                This is an act of cheating and fleecing the subscribers to which the TRAI must take a serious view.
                                Customer Care is a part and parcel of a service provider towards the subscribers and therefore no charges should be levied on these.
                                I had complaint from last one year for network complaints but till i didn't get any resolution from vodafone side. Every time your reprsentative said the work is on progress but now i fed up with you promises. Now when i get solution than i will paid the bill.

                                      actually I lost my phone on november4 evening 2016 ...as I used my Vodafone so in that phone ...so can you find out what next sim no. is used on that imei no. so that we who the next person is using that phone ... I'm very worried about my phone ...I have my FIR for that lost phone and sim . I already have submitted lost sim report to Vodafone care centre ...this is my humble request to you i[censored] please can do anything to find my phone ...I will be awaiting for your reply
