Dear Sir/Madam,

This is a serious concern raised against vodafone care.

I have been receiving 10-15 calls from Vodafone representatives daily claiming that my mobile no [protected] has been registered as alternate number for numerous persons who are having post paid connections with Vodafone and have not cleared there invoices.

They have never verified the alternate numbers registered by these customers and now they are harassing me daily.

There can be some data entry problem for one or 2 cases but I receive calls each day mentioning different names.

I request you to take strict action against Vodafone for harassing customers like these.

My Vodafone no.[protected] I have deposited my bill on dated 27oct16 receipt no.861555 but they are not update and switch off my services I have received so many call regarding this I told so many time I have deposited and tell him receipt no.
Finally they stop my Vodafone service.please help me out

    I converted my prepaid plan into postpaid around 2 weeks ago.. It was done through vodafone business associate. I called vodafone customer center they are saying that my sim is active but in my phone the sim is still inactive. I went to vodafone gallery regarding this issue they said the sim which was given to me was registered under another number. i called that associated many times he is not picking up his phone. As am a working guy i dont have time to visit the vodafone gallary. As my sim is active i have to pay bill even tho am not using it. so i want to disconnect my sim card wid vodafone my number is [protected]

      My vodafone no. [protected].. Whenever i am trying to send sms from this no. It shows message sent failed.. I called customer care, they informed me that there is no such setting problem from their side.. They adviced me to check my message setting.. Message centre no. Is rightly given.. But after that also i am not able to send message..
      Pls kindly solve this..

        My Phone along with vodafone sim number [protected] was lost at Darjeeling, West Bengal during visit in the month of May, 2014. I was contacted with vodafone store for new sim with latest ID proof and submitted the same but not issued to me due to different ID.
        Kindly block my vodafone sim number [protected]. I am not using this vodafone number any where.

          I am parveen kumar from address "h. No. D 158, lal kuan, chungi no. 3, mb road, n. Delhi-110044. My vodafone prepaid connection number is [protected]. I am using the services of vodafone from last seven years regularly. From 25.11.2016, all the services of my number has been suspended without any issue. When i enquire from the vodafone store, c 48, okhla industrial area, phase ii, new delhi, 110020, the manager"mr. Naresh"told me that my number"[protected]" has been issued to any other person from vodafone store, jodka house, 12 sant nagar, east of kailash, new delhi, 110065. I am suffering from many problems because of this. I am in big loss because of the services suspended to my number. I want my services back and want compensation also for this. Please take every necessary action in this case.

            My number is [protected]. And altough i had not requested for vodafone tv. I got charged with rs 75 without even asking me. I am very disappointed as i deactivated vodafone tv service. But still i lost 75 rupees. I am hoping u will justify this act. Thank you.

              Following is the sequence of the events which is self explanatory:

              16 October 2016 - I sent an email to vodafone mumbai care email id asking them to deactivate my mobile number.

              18 October 2016 - I sent a reminder on my 16th October email asking for a reply from Vodafone on my earlier request, which was promised to be sent to me within 24 hours as per automated response.

              19 October 2016 - I received an email confirmation from Vodafone stating necessary action will be taken within 7 days and mentioned about due payment. I paid the full due amount as of that day online. I spoke to the customer care and I was told that I wont be charged anything more post this date as i have made full payment.

              21 November 2016 - Almost a month later, I saw that the SIM is yet to be deactivated so I wrote another email to vodafone letting this know and also called the customer service and asked them to block the SIM immediately. Ironically, the customer care folks said that they don't have record of the previous calls and emails on the matter.

              23 November 2016 - I sent another reminder email on my 21 November email as I didnt receive any response.

              24 November 2016 - I got a response that my connection was temporarily disconnected because of non payment and that I have to pay for the last one months due amount. The service number provided in the email is[protected].

              Instead of acting on my request on 16th October for deactivation of the SIM, vodafone failed to execute the request and kept the number active. The responses given to me by Vodafone were vague and without any resolution. I'm not liable to make anymore payment post 19th October 2016 and if I receive any bill or calls thereto or if the Vodafone shows my name as defaulter then I will be forced to take the matter to the appropriate Consumer Court forum along with the emails and call recordings as evidences.

              I need a confirmation.

                Dear vodafone india,
                Your network service is great, i enjoy using vodafone. The only "complaint" i have for vodafone is "why do you deduct my balance unnecessarily?" "i never ever subscribed to any of your vas!!!" but why do you keep on deducting my balance, making excuses like "you have subscribed to this... You have subscribed to that." this is getting annoying.. This ain't the 1st time this had happened. Please look into the matter. If not i am willing to change my service (Rel, aircel, airtel) so many options. Thank you

                      This is my second complaint.

                      I am now frustrated writing same issues again and again to Vodafone but the issues is not getting resolved and I am paying more amount for which I have not used any services. I am writing this mail since 4 months now. you can check history. If can not resolve the issues please close my connection I don't want to be with Vodafone anymore and don't want spend my precious time on writing the things.

                      This bill I have got Rs 100 extra saying miscredit where I was expecting too less bill this month as I have changed my plan to 499. I even could not see that change happened. I already complaint on Consumer portal as well and I will raise new complain now. You are not at all worried about your oldest customer like me.

                      I am not going to pay single Rs until and unless this problem is resolved.

                      for above mail I am getting generic reply but no resolution. Waiting since 3-4 months now but vodafone do not care about their customers it seems.

                        I am seeing that Vodafone network is very bad in Hubli, Siddeshwar Park, Vidyanagar area. I have raised a compliant about this couple of times. They are not even responding. I do not get signal when i am inside my house.
                        For God sake just think the signal in a city like Hubli itself is like this. What if i was somewhere is forest!!!

                        Earlier i was using Airtel. Even with that i had the same problem. Hence i ported to Vodafone. The same problem is observed in the above mentioned locality.
                        I tried complaining with Vodafone. But they never responded me back with the solution. The 3G internet connectivity was very bad in the above mentioned locality. Whenever i complain they ask me about which phone i am using and what are the settings you have made. Silly the same phone and same settings work absolutely fine when i am in a different network but it fails to work in the above mentioned locality. Its very clear that its the issue with the network in that area. Not phone or settings.

                        I had used Vodafone 3G internet for couple of months. Very pathetic service. 1st month i was intimated clearly about the usage of my 3G as per my usage. But the second month it was not at all updated properly. Within a span of 12 days Vodafone told me that i have consumed 900MB of data out of 1GB which was not at all true. I asked them to give the details of my internet usage, One of the customer representative i do not remember her name exactly (it was something like soumya/shusma) she refused to give me the details, She said adamantly i cannot give you the details. Why!!! Do they think they can say whatever they want? Such kind of people should be removed immediately from the services. If they cannot clarify or help a customer with his query.
                        I also see that Vodafone charges a lot. Earlier i used to get a monthly bill of around 300 if i am using 199 plan with Airtel. But after i started using Vodafone the bill which i am getting is close to 400 with the same 199 plan. Cheaters.

                            I am using an Iphone wid # [protected] until 7.30 am today ie 23/11/2016 my SIM was in service.After reaching office i saw that the signal bar is missing wherein it was showing Searching... I turned off the phone removed the nano SIM arnd 5-6 times, did reset the network settings later did reset the entire phone still the phone showed searching for network.When contact the customer care rep on toll free number from my office landline she told me my number is blocked due to technical glitch .I can visit any vodafone store an get a new 4G SIM...As per her i visit Vodafone gallery at Kalyan West Opp Rly Station wherein the lady assisting told me that i have re-submit the documents she cant do any thing. she said its blocked because its an old SIM..So the conclusion is Im i at fault for using Vodafone services past 5-6yrs...And my SIM is blocked because o[censored]r technical issues.Shameful..Is this is what Vodafone stands for ?????

                              I have using first time Vodafone. not aware of standard Internet charges policy, due to this company charge me with in 13 days for 800 mb data Rs. 3800/- please let me know how is expensive . How it goes 100 by double.everyone know that 2gb data is now available only Rs 200/-

                              It is right practice to used this type of trice to look from costumers

                                I need to register my complaint against vodafone post paid services. I had been using a corporate post paid no [protected] for past 2 years. I always pay bill without even checking the bill actual charges . 3-4 months ago i lost my job and i Had to check bill due to scarcity of funds. I found some wrong charges . When I informed the Vodafone store of the statement, they asked me to pay up first, and the matter would be sorted out later. Because out of service I paid and they reactivated the no and provided me another no [protected] as an offer . now with the limit of Rs.4000 on the other no([protected]), still bill comes out Rs.6500 . I never received bill for the same for first 2mnths as they updated some wrong email id. I kept on telling nobody cared. now they sending me a bill of Rs.9000 to pay Immediatly. An executive came to my place to ask for the money forcefully, he accidently told me, at times phone companies put extra charges just to complete their sales target. when I visited bank i found other no also blocked beacuse same postal address mentioned on both numbers. now both the nos [protected] and [protected] out of service for last 2-3 mnths and i am getting bills and calls fto pay Rs.9000 and Rs. 6000 respectively. I lost my job and only bread earner for my family. and further currency crisis . Deeply depressed and concerned due to regular calls from vodafone and their third part recovery agents, Every time they want to visit my place. Please help

                                  I have requested for SIM migration from postpaid to prepaid. Right from that day, I have been facing severe data issues. I cannot browse through any webpage nor any app. Sometimes my mobile data icon doesn't show in the notification tab on top. I called them up yesterday morning and found that my request for POSTPAID to PREPAID migration has been cancelled. I made up my mind for continuing with postpaid only later on but this was totally unacceptable. I have been calling vodafone up for Internet issues but not getting any proper solution and is still facing the issue.

                                    Hi sir, i have received the legal notice regarding the non payment of vodafone bill amount rs 5800, i believe that something went wrong somewhere, 3800 rupees charged as data plan, i dont undersatnd the logic behind this, last month i have changed data plan as per the instruction of customer care representative, as per our discussion 4 GB data was activated, but i am so sorry to tell that i didint get any calls from vodafone team regarding this, and i have tried calling to 3 numbers those were provided as contact Detials, unfortunately none of the calls were answered, so request you to check this unusual and suspecios billing method and request you to revert back as soon as possible

                                      because vodafone company is deducting Rs.5 from my every recharge
                                      pack (Rs 10 to More), vodafone send me a message "Your subscription
                                      for Super Models Club pack has been renewed and Rs 5 has been deducted,
                                      but I never activate this pack, so I decided to buy BSNL sim card.

                                        I want to swtich from Vodafone to airtel.

                                        The procedure says that I have to sent sms to 1900. But i am trying since more than 2 days to send a sms to 1900 from Vodafone but inspite of repeated attempts, it says message sending failed...

                                        When I checked on net, lot of complaints found of same .

                                        I hope that I will get solution on above issue by posting this complaint ..
