Cheating by vadafone.Activated gamifive services with out my permission.Deducted Rs 75/- in the pretext that i have requested for activation.Toll free number not responding properly. only pre recorded howling noise was heard.As it is a case of regular cheating the organisers of gamifive Schem should be put behind bars .What else can be done so that others are not victimised.

Vodafone India — Sim block

My number is [protected]. I want to block my number. I had called on 29th October 2016. But till now my number is not blocked. I had called up the customer care again and again but no satisfactory response received and my number is not yet blocked. They are telling me to wait for 48hrs but hours have passed but no response till date.
I have given my mobile number for porting out of vodafone. their executive is giving one excuse after another for not allowing porting. i am asking for date and time of porting they said its to be done by recipient network they will do nothing.
This is unknown number who offer me job but his demand is first give the 10000

    I payed my bill today moring by online transction no.[protected] of Rs. 250 at wrong number;[protected] and my correct number is [protected]...so please refund or adjust to my correct contact number.i has done my transction though debit card by using paytm and [protected] number is alloted to KULWINDER SINGH MALHI.my oder number is [protected].please solve my problm .

    I took a vodafone sim on 10-November-2016 by submitting all concerned documents (Aadhar card xerox and photo), but still my sim has not been activated.
    As i am recharging my mobile everytime for SMS packs the money is deducting, but i am not able to send messages i mean it's cost me one ruppee and the other part of it i couldn't able to contact even to customer care they kept me on hold unnecessarily.

      On 18 and 21 nov rs 15 and rs5 was deducted from my ac for fashion bunny service which i never subscribed. Previously 3 times this of deduction was made without my consent though those amounts were refunded. Please refund rs 15 and rs 5 and ensure that such kind of deduction will not be made withoutmy consent.

      This my request to you to provide better service which I did not receive after making repeated complaints in cutomer care.

      I denied to provide my atm card number and the complain is rejected. Please don't force me to take further steps.

      Vodafone India — Sim block

      Sim is not yet blocked after repetitive requests.
      I had activated a 5GB intranet pack with monthly rental of INR 50/- on my no [protected] on 8th Oct when i got a promotional message from Vodafone. I already had a 4GB package active on my no with a monthly rental of 750. But to my surprise i was billed for both the packages, saying rental for whole month will be charged irrespective of the uses.
      I dont get a vodafone network in my resedential area. outgoing calls issue. cant hear the incoming calls as well.

        Vodafone has produced a fake bill of rs 1680 on my name as they say that i have called some number 51717 which is completely false and fake. As this number doesn't exist in the real world. When i address the issue in front of them they said that what their system does is correct and they do not hold any other information. I asked few questions but they don't have any reply they just keep on saying that their is always correct. Few questions to vadofone:-
        1. Why 51717 doesn't existed in present or past?
        2. How can i make a call on a number which doesn't exist?
        3. How can i call at 1:30 am approx when i do not call after 11:30 or so for the past many years?
        Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

          Hi,
          There is offer mentioned on Vodafone site as Rs 348 - Unlimited local calls.
          However when i recharged the same, i get an SMS as V2V unlimited free.
          I have lost Rs 348, because of Vodafone.
          I have attached screen from site.
          When i called customer care, if in case they can revert the amount or transfer the same amount in some other offer. They are like, we need to check first with customer care, before recharging anything for Vodafone.

          So that means, whatever is mentioned on vodafone site is not to be trusted and for everything i need to first check with their customer care people.

          What the their definition for Unlimited local calls just wondering as per Vodafone

          Vodafone is Cheater.

              I have recharged 276₹, offer included 120₹ balance and 1 Gb data, on 19th i recharged the same and i got, bt on 20th i recharged through paytm, I didn't get offer as mentioned and I got only 600mb data and 75₹, so please register my complaint and provide me the same as early as possible

                Committed to give new postpaid connection, they took all the mandatory documents and signature . Thereafter keep on postponing morning to afternoon to evening and so on and afterwards persons assigned the case not receiving calls and disconnecting even after calling multiple time with no status update. This is costing me money and mental torture as well.

Please deactivate My Number. When i m Feeling to Customer Care dey are Telling dat number is not in my Name.even if i want to deactivate dat Number i Cant able to do. Customer Care Telling dey Cant help me as Dis is Not in My Name and Prof.

                        My no [protected] was blocked before 4 month and now bill generate and demanding rs. 122 with massage after due date rs.25 will be charge. Hows it possible. I was call customer care from [protected] on 18/11/2016 at 10.55 p. M. He only answer your card is block and you pay the due amount no solution hows it possible. I am still using 5 vodafone connection and pay near about rs. 6000 per month. If this type of service you provide and customer care executive talk this way is very horrable. Now i think to close my all vodafone connection.

                        It is very bad experience

                            I am subscribing Vodafone prepaid mobile facility with number [protected], but since last couple of months, everyday Rs. 9 to Rs.12 deducted from my prepaid account. Stating Rs 3.00 each for some Flash SMS,

                            While Chating with Vodafone web site, it has been confirmed that there is no such facility activated on my Phone or SIM. But still it is continued deducting Rs. 3.00.

                            This is almost 3 months today but issue is still pending and CRM team continuously forwarding same annoying messages.

                            Vodafone has worst service provider nowadays..

                              I have requested vodafone to wave of the excess amount which was charged on my number .The request was made on 15th Oct'16 .On that day my bill was of 791, after my request they agreed to wave of my excess amount and said to pay Rs 400 on account and balance will be waved of.My request was[protected].Again I have call vodafone on 17th Oct'16 to check whether the the waver was made or not, The executive with the name of Abhishek emp ID - D2203 informed me that they have received the approval and amount will be waved of, don;t need to worry. Today 18th Nov'16 when I was about to pay my bill and called vodafone the executive Abhiskek emp ID DCC202 informed me that they can wave of the amount .

                                  I have no.[protected]. My number got suspended due to negative physical verification. I complained about it many times to activate my mobile number and complete my physical verification. Also as per their instructions went to Vodafone store 3 times. Vodafone store staff says it will be done by verification team and they cannot do anything whereas vodafone customer care staff says it can now only be handled by vodafone store staff. Both are giving work to each other and no one provides me the service required. As there is no proper response from Vodafone. and therefore my number is not getting activated. Its been more than a month and I am facing inconvenience . My first complaint number is[protected] on Oct 19th and than I have almost 18 mails .

                                    I hold an vodafone demo card registered Dealer : sanchay Enterrpises No. [protected] .
                                    I have been trying to contact your dealer helpline number 865 but no one is respondng
                                    It may please be noted i have made transactions of Rs. 1547 in the month of october 2016 . for November 2016 its jus half the month i have already made transctions of Rs.974 still my net pack is not renewed .

                                    kindly renew it immediately and also carry forward my balance MBs

                                      Hi I have been a Vodafone subscriber since 2009 and since then there are charges which ase levied onto my account. These Charges were removed by Vodafone itself, but were not removed from my account. on contacting them they informed me that I should have reported to Vodafone that the vodafone company has made calling line identification free.

                                      Strange the Company needs to be told what have they made non chargebale.

                                      I had written couple of mails but have got Copy Paste reply.
