I have a monthly pack of 499rs in which get 1 gb of 3g/4g data. Last month in october i called the vodafone customer care and asked them to give me an additional plan where i can have extra 1 gb of data for that month. A booster plan was activated, i even received a message for its activation and i was told that i will be charged 250rs extra for that pack, i agreed to that. On 27th october i had to download some large size files, so i again called vodafone to inquire how much mbs are left for me in the current billing cycle. I was informed then that the booster pack was deactivated the very same day because as per my plan i should have gone for an add-on internet plan and not the booster plan. Now i don't know the difference between the two, the agent should have registered me for the correct pack. Moreover i did not even receive a message for its deactivation.in fact in 'my vodafone' app it showed that i have two packs in my name. Also on that call the service center person informed me that since i have exceeded the 1 gb usage by 400-500 mbs i will be charged extra for that. I had to make three different calls to vodafone to explain that it's not my fault that the plan did not get activated and how it is unjust that you are charging me extra for those mbs of data used. I received a call from vodafone on 28th october, where the person listened to the entire incident, agreed that there was some fault with vodafone’s service and system. He said that there is nothing that he can do at that point we will have to wait till the bill gets generated. He asked me to call vodafone again when i get my bill and promised that they will subtract the extra amount in from the bill. I received my vodafone october month bill on 3rd november.in that i was charged 499rs (+76rs tax) for the extra mbs that i used in october and in addition to this, i was charged 250rs (+38rs tax) for the booster 3g data pack, which by the way the vodafone customer care persons said was deactivated. I called vodafone again, explained the issue to two different people, again they understood the issue and assured that they will trace back the entire amount back. I was given a 200rs discount on that call, the girl on phone said that i will get another discount of 50rs by the end of that day and that she has raised a request to reduce the remaining 499 rs amount from my account and i will receive a notification of the same by 9th november. (I still had to pay about 114rs extra as service tax for the services that i was not offered but i neglected that). I did not receive any call till 9th november, so again for the fifth time i call vodafone asking for the update. I was informed that my request for reduction of 499 rs was cancelled by some other team and the girl on the phone cannot do anything about it. She offered me to reduce my bill amount by 200rs. You should understand that after calling vodafone for 5 times, it's not about the money for me, i am utterly irritated by now about how unjust vodafone is being to me. I asked that girl to transfer my call to some senior with whom i can discuss this. She put me on hold for some time and then informed that all the lines are busy right now and someone from vodafone will call me to sort this out. Yet again i did not get any call. My bill is due for payment on 19th november. I called vodafone center again for the 6th time today. You can imagine my irritation and frustration by now. The guy again offered me 200rs discount there and then raised request for another discount of 100 rs. I have not received any message informing me the status for this two discount. Even if i get these discount i will still be paying an extra tax of 114 rs for the services that i was not actually offered by vodafone, and 250 rs for a data pack that did not actually reflected in your systems when i wanted to use it. I am using vodafone for last 7 years because of the coverage, services and connectivity you offer. There are many operators out there with cheaper plans but i chose to stick with vodafone. But if this is the kind of service that you offer now in such a competitive market, than it's better that i move to some other operator only. Also, you should understand that it's not just the money that i am fighting for. It is the service that you are providing. I have called the customer care 6 times, every time some other person picks up the call and i have to narrate the whole story to them. One person promises to trace back the overly charged amount and then the other one says that he/she cannot do anything about it. I have written this 4500+ character complaint. Imagine the time i have to waste because of this issue. Please sort out this issue, after all this there is no way that i will pay even a penny extra to vodafone. Hoping for a positive and quick response from your side.

    I have moved out of india and submitted a request (request #[protected] to discontinue my services of postpaid connection [protected]. i had cleared outstanding amount as of october 2016. since i was out of india my mother got a call from vodafone and confirmed to discontinue the service which vodafone representative also acknowledged. request was marked closed on 9th october. i received a bill in november and when i checked with vodafone they informed number is not discontinued and thus they have sent monthly charges of postpaid connection.

    Now they are asking me to pay the bill which caused because they did not discontinue the number and even after multiple followups number is not deactivated. i have informed that i am not reachable on india number and provided my international contact details still they are referring my india contact details and not deactivating number.

    I should not be made accountable for postpaid monthly charges if vodafone is not deactivating the connection

      I have a vodafone postpaid no. Which i wanted to keep with minimum priced plan including data. I was promised by the representative that with the rs175 plan i will get 750mb data and the services will be stopped once i consume the data. Now the bill is there of 2400 with 1400 for data charges. Vodafone has filed a case against me also which i had requested so many times to them to revert the charges so that i can pay the amount. Nobody wants to listen.

        We are members of a corporate plan for more than a year now.
        Ever since we enrolled we have been facing innumerable issues in the billing.
        We have been time and again informed that there is some technical fault with the systems @ vodafone and the excess billing will be reversed in the next month.
        Typically we have got credits in the billings 2 months later. Not in the immediate preceding month.
        It is difficult to keep a tab of correct billings and payments made.

        Then we are told by the senior member of the management team mr. Shrenik shah - [protected] that we can pay bills as per our working and there shall be no default from our end on outstanding.
        But this is a false commitment because the recovery team bothers us time and again for the unpaid amount and we have to give clarification to every caller and explain the issue at length.

        To top all this, since the last 2 months the monthly rentals have been unilaterally revised to twice the agreed rate – without intimation to the users.
        When we approached vodafone they once again apologised for the error in their system but continue to bill twice, with calls and sms’s to pay the outstanding bills.
        This is sheer harassment to the gullible consumers. And case of cheating.

        Several email have been marked to various seniors and even to mr. Sunil sood, mr. Naveen chopra, mr. P balaji, etc. But no one but no one responds.

        And vodafone’s punch line is happy to help – what an irony!

          On 12/11/16 i recharged my molile no.-[protected]with 100 rs & i have cheked on*121# that 100pe100 i only got 98 rs. On 12 th i activated tarrif plan of rs 9 but after rciving message that the plan will be activated soon it didn, t then after 3hours i called c. Care & it was told to me that it will be activated but not so. Again i called c. Care on 13th then also it was told that it will be done. But not. Again i called c. Care on14 & ihave activated the same tarrif plan but 15 rs has been deducted on activationof dwnload service never done or said. It was told tome on14th that the 15 rs will de refunded but not refunded till date & after c. Care is not taking to me. Please to the need ful my alternate mobile no-[protected]

            Hi,

            My mobile no is already registered to my savings account and till last week I used to receive all the transaction alerts in my registered mobile no.

            But for for last few days I am not getting any important alerts to my registered mobile no. I already informed ICICI bank as well, from their end they are able to see that message is getting delivered though I am receiving any of them.

            I called back Vodafone customer care executives multiple times though no one able to resolve my problem.

            Could you please let me know how this problem will be resolved for me as this is now very much urgent.

              I had been using 3g daily pack.for few weeks. Last. 3 day I get a SMS that o have consumed 90% of my data allowance and immediately followed by a SMS saying that I have exhausted my data allowance. Within few seconds from that msg all my balance money is been deducted by the time I switch of my data just within cple of seconds.

              This is happening for the last three days and almost 100rs has been deducted unnecessarily.

              This is really bad on your part to cheat a.customer like.dis even after charging necessary.service tax from us every time we recharge.

              Request you to look into this issue and find me a solution asap.

                Hello sir/Ma'am
                This is to inform you that a mobile Tower is illegally placed on a residential property of housing board colony without any support of other people of that residential area. Nobody is in agree and not in favour to place mobile Tower in their residential area.
                No body is in support to place that mobile Tower.
                So, it's a humble request to you please remove that mobile Tower as soon as possible.
                Otherwise all the people will go to the court to file the case against that landlord and the company. Because it's illegal, it's a residential property not a commercial property.
                And as per our knowledge mobile Tower can be placed only on a commercial property and with the support of all the people of that area.

                  I spoke to customer care executive person but he was abusing me... I very disappointed we that behaviour.. 12.00 am night... My mobile no. [protected]... I was stunned when he was abusing me. This is my first experience... How irresponsible is your team vodafone... Ican not tolerate this type of behaviour... I will port out my connection as soon as possible... Thank you

                    I wanted to cancel my postpaid vodafone number.as my number was availed from hosur, outlet at chennai refused to collect the dues for cancellation of my number.when I approached customer care Mr.manikandan assured to cancel my number after the payment of rs.1100/- .upon mail confirmation, I paid and confirmed to Manikandan and he confirmed that the number will b cancelled within a week and assured to advice the same.but till now after one month no response is received despite follow-up through mail.the seems to be very worst and unnecessarily I am getting calls for repayment of landing dues followed by Bill to my mail.
                    I am mentally disturbed and the worst service and attitude makes me tensed. He may be penalized and I request compensation of Rs 5000/-.
                    I am ready to share the mail communication a if required.

                      Without inform me all VAS SERVICES automatically. Vodafone executive also accept that when I get call from bill collection department they send me fake hope and information that is all VAS SERVICES charged will waived off
                      activated on my Vodafone dim [protected]. I respect lot Vodafone company I used my sim from last 7 to 8 yrs. I hope that unwanted wrong charges will waived off I will able to use that sim pls do the needful

                        I recently ported from airtel to vodafone i submitted all my documents, my old sim stopped working
                        Having a massive inconvenience from the past six hours
                        The company was so prompt at start please port and they have horrible after sales service
                        No one confirmed port status and no one is helping me out
                        Poke on coustomer care they say we don't have my number on system takes one week
                        Well its been for then 7 days
                        Got the sim on the 5th of november

                          Vodafone had deducted rs 10 from my account & activated some song as callertune without my permission on "10 nov 2016"
                          I called customer care & asked them to immediately stop the unauthorized service & refund my money. The person said that he will do so & the service will get deactivated in 24 hours.
                          Since the money had not been refunded to my account later, i called again after 24 hours time period, but they refused to refund the same.
                          Kindly look into this.

                            Dear sir,

                            I am a customer of vodafone postpaid for 5 months, from more than a month i am facing the following issue. Whenever i call anyone for more than 5 min i cannot hear any voice from them. I complained about this 3 times, every time they register a complaint and say that their representatives will call me within 48 hours but no one calls me and no further action takes place. Kindly solve my issue.

                              I purchased a Vodafone wifi hotspot postpaid device by paying Rs. 2700/- initially and Rs. 500 extra as deposit which is showing in the balance; I was promised that i will be getting 6 GB data for first 3 months further unlimited at 64 kbps speed and additional i might have to pay for the booster packs what i activate.

                              Whereas the bill arrived for Rs.5692.000 contradicting with their own offers, whereas i have been on consecutive email communication with the representatives who keep changing daily, but no body seems to understand the issue and till date have failed to provide me the break-up of the bill what they claim i am liable to pay.
                              It cost a fortune for me to use the device initially due to its long activation procedure and a pathetic customer service from Vodafone. whereas i never expected it to haunt me throughout.

                                  I was using a Vodafone number, 0-[protected] for quite some time. From the time I took the connection, I was facing network issue. I complained many a time, but the Vodafone did not take any proper action that could resolve my issue. I was frustrated and sent a mail to corpcare.[protected]@vodafone.com asking them to stop the services and billing on October 11, 2016. After two mails, I received a reply from them saying the billing was stopped with affect from October 13, but when I received the bill this month, they charged me till October 23rd. I mailed them to redress the issue so that I can pay the bill, but no reply from their side. VODAFONE, STOP CHEATING PEOPLE BY SENDING FRAUDULENT BILLS

                                  If customer said i want to portal number to another sim so there will be no convincing at all from Vodafone customer care dept.

                                  I was recharge @ Rs 18 on 12th Nov 2016 for full talk time offer but recharge is done & also amt was deducted in my account But i didn't receive any Recharge in my mobile so call the customer care in 12th nov 2016 evening. some Guy say i received my 18Rs between 24 working hr.

                                  Then i was again call to customer care @ today 14th Nov 2016 morning the some of Shamal lady on call. She direct said to me that i not get any 18Rs in mu account then i will said to her if i not receive my 18rs so will be Portal my number in another sim the Shamal said OK you portal your Sim to another SIm and she provide me all procedure that how to portal my number. there will be no convincing to customer at all. Like we can assume that Vodafone dont care if Customer can portal his/her number from another sim.

                                  i was again call to customer care to raise my complain regarding i lost my 18Rs. i talk with Dipali and dipali handle me very politly and also immediately i got my 18rs in my account. I appreciate DIPALI Who handle me very nicely.

                                  I dont want that you take streaked action to Shamal, but if we are oldest customer of yours so you should be taking care of customer. it was just feedback to shamal.

                                    I purchased a pay as you go indian sim card for 500 rupees. The details of the complaint are set out in this email i sent to vodafone below. So far i have had several acknowledgements, been allocated a reference number and promised a response but nothing has been resolved in more than 2 weeks

                                    I purchased a prepaid sim on monday (1st november) this week from the khalchawada shop in arambol, pesnem, north goa. The sim cost rupees 500, and i was told this included 1g of internet and rupees 172 of call time.

                                    I activated the phone the following day as directed by the shop assistant and received several text messages to confirm the sim was now activated. On wednesday i tried to make a local india call but found that i had no call credit left. This was the first call that i had tried to make so i was amazed to discover my credit could have gone down to rupees -0.50!

                                    In addition to the problem with call credit i had absolutely no internet access since purchasing the sim.

                                    We had moved from arambol by this time so i was not able to take the phone back to the shop; instead i called your costumer services number. I selected english as my language option but when i was connected the adviser spoke little english. She then cut me off without answering my question!

                                    I went to a local shop today in palolem to ask for assistance but the shop keeper could only suggest that i return to arambol. This is not possible as it would cost around rupees 4200 to make the trip and return. I topped up rupees 100 and the internet became active. This internet 'session' was charged against my call credit, instantly reducing my balance to rupees 63, i immediately turned off mobile data before to whole lot disappeared again!

                                    So, to date, it has cost me just under rupees 600 for no calls and a couple of seconds testing if the internet was connected.

                                    I would therefore be extremely grateful if you would deal with this issue for me and provide the following solutions:

                                    Reinstate the call credit that i was originally promised (Rupees 178)
                                    Provide me with 1g of data as promised
                                    Provide me with an explanation of what happened
                                    Provide me with some complimentary call time and data to compensate for the problems i have been experiencing.

                                    My vodafone [no.[protected]] was lost in taxi [Mh03 8718] today at 8:10[07-11-16].                                       i mihir shah recently i had ported my number [protected] form airtel to vodafone Approx two Month before. Before Porting the vodafone executive had visited to our office and we had cleared about terms and condition & roming plans he told me no roming charges will apply on my number at mumbai maharashtra circle while my first bill of Rs 197/- i had paid my bill including roaming that time i spoken with executive he told mr i will get reimbusment in next bill but now on my recently bill of Rs 657/- i got including roaming charges now i get very dissapointed n totally unsattisfy i Request you to plzz reduce my all roaming charges unless i will not pay any bill .

                                        Sir,
                                        My previous service provider was airtel. I had some due balance in the no[protected] due to this my service had been stopped by airtel through vodafone. Now i'm the customer of yours and i paid all the due bills and submitted the documents at vodafone store, barrackpore, west bengal on dated12/11/2016. But still today my service has not been started.
                                        Pls take necessary step.

                                        I got 3G night data pack for Rs 49... After that I could not get 3G signal.. My 2G signal is very good but no 3G... What is thae use of 3G night data pack with out 3G signal... Dont offer us such an offer... Vodafone get my Rs 49 for nothing, , , ,
