I had requested to port of my number from Airtel to Vodafone. I called up [protected]. Vodafone executive gave me number [protected] and asked to share all documents for activating 99 rental plan. The number got activated yesterday with 499 plan. Now the person is not responding. Also there is no reply from Customer Care and Vodafone store.

There are many compliment that person having [protected] has done fraud by selling wrong Plan still no action is being taken by Vodafone.

This is not expected from company like Vodafone. Will surely switch back to Airtel once 90 days are over.

    What the hell is going on ? How long will I have to wait for my tariff change? What is the status of the request No[protected] taken on 10th Nov. Why have you kept me on hold for this ? If impossible, please deactivate the number [protected].
    I wanted to change my tariff to SEP 149 N CUG according to my own Ref.No [protected]. Both numbers on the same name. So why are you delaying even after taking the request?

      I have port from Airtel to Vodafone.After one weak of my Vodafone activation, my sim is working out.On call of customer care, i was getting surprised that where i live(12/22 Noida) it get comes in negative zone.How is it possible that 12/22 is come in negative zone .I gave i-card of my company too and said plese see the records of that sim i am using postpaid last 6 years but no response and they said that you are not able to pay the bill thata by we block your sim.On Call center they said go any vodafone store in india and show him documents and unlock your sim but when i went out to store in west up they said we are not able to do anything from you .you have to go ncr's store because your sim related to NCR.

      what can i do?How to resolve this problem because this is my personal number and it spreads every where.

        My no [protected] have recharged with 20 got 15.32 in my account i made 1 call for 4 minutes and another for a minutes and had a deduction of straight away rs 10 in my account and the same issues i have faced earlier as well where i have recharged suddenly my balance got to rs2/- if i call up on vodafone their customer care either do not response or the answering machine fails to connect to them. i believe excess charging on calls should be avoided just because they are dropping their margin due to jio doesnot mean they will exploit prepaid customer.

              No sooner I access to net vodafone deduct my balance ₹180 or more, in the name of net service. I have been facing such illegal deduction for more than 7 days.. this has become a daily routine . It consumes lot of time also. Such ill service is affecting my daily life. customer care employees are no longer picking my call.. called so many times to nodal officers they are too busy to pick my calls. Lost more than ₹100 in calling them.fed up of all these non-sense.

                I am facing network connectivity issue from June 2016 on my postpaid numbers [protected] & [protected]...
                I have called several times to Vodafone to resolve the same & registered complaint 2 times also...But till now I am not satisfied with the feedback provided to me...Vodafone closed the complaints without resolving the issue & without informing me...
                And secondly, I am not getting proper feedback also while calling to customer care executives or via mail...I am being asked the same details regarding network again n again...
                I am now mentally disturbed because of this issue as I am not able to utilize my plan benefits properly...I am not getting satisfactory replies from Vodafone...

                For 3 months Vodafone has given me 50% rental discount but that's not the solution...I am asking them to resolve my issue but they are not ready to understand my situation...

                I request Vodafone to pls. look into this & resolve the issue as soon as possible otherwise I will have to take some legal action against Vodafone for mentally harassing me...

                  my name is vikas verma. and i am running a small business shop here in shambhooganj sultanpur u.p. i bought a mantra finger print scanner from your vodafone PSR named hari prakash mishra . after 3 days he came to my shop and ask for same machine says that he is taking it for some updation and did not refunded me. when i went to him he was very rude and said "agar machine na du to" what you will do. its matter of vodafones pride that is why i am writing to you.. if vodafone does not take any action against him . i will register a FIR against him ..
                  hoping that vodafone customer will understand the value of there team mates as i am .and will take action against that rude officer .thank you

                    I availed connection in April but due to non availability of service I requested the service provider to close my connection. I visited the store thrice met one of your executive at Vodafone store at Mangal Pande Nagar but I remained unentertained. So I decided not to pay the bill. Thereafter on your executive's call I decided to pay the bill provided connection get closed. They send me an individual who collects unpaid bills and I repaid the bill of Rs 2700 for the month of July. After repaying the bill I destroyed the sim but after 4 months I got a call from [protected] for repayment of bill pertaining to no [protected]. I told him that I have not used the connection for last 5 months still I m getting bill. Being a customer of Vodafone they would have entertained me better rather they are harassing me by telephonic calls. I want this to be resolved sooner.

                    I have been wrongly charged rs 800 saying I dialled 51717 for duration of 23 and 40 mins. I m sure I didn't use this service. Called customer care and they told they can't do anything about it. Going to port for other service provider

                      This is not a network that provides telecom services it has become a way to harass people till someone decides to commit suicide. Shut these [censored]ing bastards and get rid of them.
                      From last three year i am using the following no and now they are saying your no is blocked and it can not be reactivated. they blocked the no without giving any intimation and stop services.

                        My state bank card ([protected])

                        Yesterday i got a call stating that my state bank card is hacked and i was one among the 1 lakh cards being hacked recently and i would get new card replacing old one they have asked for the card number. Later, suddenly got messages from Citi bank and state bank regarding OTP and other was surprisingly received debited messages of 01 transactions 5000rs on 08 Nov 2016 and transaction done at Vodafone bill desk.

                        Eg: 01 transactions of Rs.5000 in Vodafone bill desk

                        Later, i tried to call that number, which was switched off, then i came to know that it was a fake call, the same has been Confirmed by state bank Customer Care and They blocked my cards. Then I Filed a compliant Regarding the same with state bank and Even bank customer care told to complaint the same to vodafone .

                          I was using Vodafone postpaid mobile connection.
                          Recently as I had decided to close the connection, I had discussion with one of the vodafone representative and they said me to pay the settlement amount and said they will close the connection.
                          I payed the bill and sent screenshot.
                          Despite this I am continuously getting mails from one person from vodafone named Pankaj Kumar, who is claiming that I have to pay 1400rs non-usage bill.
                          I am not ready to pay this amount as they have not cancelled the connection the day i requested.
                          This is harassment they are doing with me by sending multiple notices for the amount which I don't claim to be paid.

                          I am using Tata Docomo Sim, and also Airtel Broadband which are giving very good service, But I see that Vodafone is giving worst Service and also when we ask to cancel the connection they are harassing.
                          if my intention was not to pay Bill, I would have not agreed for settlement and also would not have paid bill every month promptly these many months.

                          I again paid 1200rs which they said outstanding. But again Vodafone representative is repeatedly calling and now claiming a different amount is due.
                          How and why are they charging even after Number De-activation?

                            Many time the caller of this no.[protected] called at my number & said that he is judge of Delhi ...when I asked his name .he started abusive language continuously ...I asked the problem why he is doing this ., .then he threaten me to kill me by shooting ..repeatedly he is calling .& I'm a medical student so I can't concentrate on my academic study ...pls take a hard action against this caller

                              I have number [protected] its from meerut, i lost my mobile and sim in gorakhpur, because i working here and i FIR against this and make a duplicated copy of FIR and submit to vodafone mini store because this number is register in my company and my all banks. they are give me duplicate sim but when i call to customer care center there is a msg( not registered on network)then i complain to customer care they told me go to your vodafone center where your buy they told me sir call again customer care center they will help you i call again they told me its not our problem call your meerut customer care center. how i can call meerut customer care center. its very complicated me.
                              if vodafone company have these type of service i do not need vodafone network.

                                I have recently opened a NRI account with the bank (Customer ID[protected].

                                The webpage displays option for downloading the yesbank mobile app, so I assumed that the bank provides a mobile banking facility for NRIs like all other banks.

                                After opening the account I was surprised to learn that the bank does not support mobile banking for NRIs.

                                When raised the issue with th Bank I was informed that mobile banking is not available for NRIs and they do not know when it will be made available.

                                The link on the webpage is deceiving customers into thinking that Yes Bank like any other bank provides mobile banking to their customers.

                                Please either remove the link of mobile banking from the web page or mention that the app that can be downloaded is only a chatbot app and not a full scale mobile app.

                                  I am really dis-pointed your service and your network so i done the portability of my Vodafone number- [protected] to change the Bsnl Network .My last bill is 758 rs i paid 1-9-2016. Bill number[protected].

                                    I lost my phone in train & den requested the borivali store to issue a duplicate SIM.
                                    As the SIM was in my husband's name they verified all details & said it would be courier, as per not available & the SIM would reach you within 24hours.
                                    Same day, when I went to check if the SIM has been dispatched in courier, Lady STEFFI informed me that process has been changed since yesterday & kept apologizing for her untrained & not updated staff.

                                    She did not try to find ways to accept the ownus of her & her team's mistake & thereby creating exception. She gave me a solution that she will give warring letter to the concerned staff- which was not the solution for my problem.

                                      I am very sorry that i have purchased your prepaid sim card.
                                      I rather prefered Idea reliance or leading Airtel.
                                      I purchased vodafone sim on 2/nov/2016 wid all the required documents today is 7/nov/2016 and still not activated when i asked to care center they talk to me very rudly and told me sir why you have purchased it from retailer..
                                      And retailer said sir i have submitted your all documents.
                                      Now i am going to buy new sim card of any other company but i will never buy your stuffs and not suggest my friends too...

                                        I purchased a vodafone no.[protected] on 13/10/2016. excutive has cum from Vodafone registered agency Wings Corporate Servicves Pvt. Ltd. They token my documents and 250/- security amount against above no. Next day they called me and tolled that given no. is not available so choose another no. I tolled return my money and documents.
                                        But till the date no body are responding. I called customer care, mailed to Nodel officer and that person who taken from me all. But they are saying you do what you can. It is pending till now.

                                        Now I visited to Vodafone mini store Alaknanda Kalkaji. I purchased a new number [protected] and paid Rs.-200/- for security at 02/11/2016. But it happens again my number not activated till now and that vodafone person not responding me. I don't have money to fight with them and don't have time to visit store to store. So please what to do???? Why Vodafone doing like this. Why I suffering from Vodafone. What is Vodafone responsibility about customer.
