Dear team,

My state bank card ([protected])

Yesterday i got a call stating that my state bank card is hacked and i was one among the 1 lakh cards being hacked recently and i would get new card replacing old one they have asked for the card number. Later, suddenly got messages from Citi bank and state bank regarding OTP and other was surprisingly received debited messages of 01 transactions 5000rs on 08 Nov 2016 and transaction done at Vodafone bill desk.

Eg: 01 transactions of Rs.5000 in Vodafone bill desk

Later, i tried to call that number, which was switched off, then i came to know that it was a fake call, the same has been Confirmed by state bank Customer Care and They blocked my cards. Then I Filed a compliant Regarding the same with state bank and Even bank customer care told to complaint the same to vodafone .

    I was using Vodafone postpaid mobile connection.
    Recently as I had decided to close the connection, I had discussion with one of the vodafone representative and they said me to pay the settlement amount and said they will close the connection.
    I payed the bill and sent screenshot.
    Despite this I am continuously getting mails from one person from vodafone named Pankaj Kumar, who is claiming that I have to pay 1400rs non-usage bill.
    I am not ready to pay this amount as they have not cancelled the connection the day i requested.
    This is harassment they are doing with me by sending multiple notices for the amount which I don't claim to be paid.

    I am using Tata Docomo Sim, and also Airtel Broadband which are giving very good service, But I see that Vodafone is giving worst Service and also when we ask to cancel the connection they are harassing.
    if my intention was not to pay Bill, I would have not agreed for settlement and also would not have paid bill every month promptly these many months.

    I again paid 1200rs which they said outstanding. But again Vodafone representative is repeatedly calling and now claiming a different amount is due.
    How and why are they charging even after Number De-activation?

      Many time the caller of this no.[protected] called at my number & said that he is judge of Delhi ...when I asked his name .he started abusive language continuously ...I asked the problem why he is doing this ., .then he threaten me to kill me by shooting ..repeatedly he is calling .& I'm a medical student so I can't concentrate on my academic study ...pls take a hard action against this caller

        I have number [protected] its from meerut, i lost my mobile and sim in gorakhpur, because i working here and i FIR against this and make a duplicated copy of FIR and submit to vodafone mini store because this number is register in my company and my all banks. they are give me duplicate sim but when i call to customer care center there is a msg( not registered on network)then i complain to customer care they told me go to your vodafone center where your buy they told me sir call again customer care center they will help you i call again they told me its not our problem call your meerut customer care center. how i can call meerut customer care center. its very complicated me.
        if vodafone company have these type of service i do not need vodafone network.

          I have recently opened a NRI account with the bank (Customer ID[protected].

          The webpage displays option for downloading the yesbank mobile app, so I assumed that the bank provides a mobile banking facility for NRIs like all other banks.

          After opening the account I was surprised to learn that the bank does not support mobile banking for NRIs.

          When raised the issue with th Bank I was informed that mobile banking is not available for NRIs and they do not know when it will be made available.

          The link on the webpage is deceiving customers into thinking that Yes Bank like any other bank provides mobile banking to their customers.

          Please either remove the link of mobile banking from the web page or mention that the app that can be downloaded is only a chatbot app and not a full scale mobile app.

            I am really dis-pointed your service and your network so i done the portability of my Vodafone number- [protected] to change the Bsnl Network .My last bill is 758 rs i paid 1-9-2016. Bill number[protected].

              I lost my phone in train & den requested the borivali store to issue a duplicate SIM.
              As the SIM was in my husband's name they verified all details & said it would be courier, as per not available & the SIM would reach you within 24hours.
              Same day, when I went to check if the SIM has been dispatched in courier, Lady STEFFI informed me that process has been changed since yesterday & kept apologizing for her untrained & not updated staff.

              She did not try to find ways to accept the ownus of her & her team's mistake & thereby creating exception. She gave me a solution that she will give warring letter to the concerned staff- which was not the solution for my problem.

                I am very sorry that i have purchased your prepaid sim card.
                I rather prefered Idea reliance or leading Airtel.
                I purchased vodafone sim on 2/nov/2016 wid all the required documents today is 7/nov/2016 and still not activated when i asked to care center they talk to me very rudly and told me sir why you have purchased it from retailer..
                And retailer said sir i have submitted your all documents.
                Now i am going to buy new sim card of any other company but i will never buy your stuffs and not suggest my friends too...

                  I purchased a vodafone no.[protected] on 13/10/2016. excutive has cum from Vodafone registered agency Wings Corporate Servicves Pvt. Ltd. They token my documents and 250/- security amount against above no. Next day they called me and tolled that given no. is not available so choose another no. I tolled return my money and documents.
                  But till the date no body are responding. I called customer care, mailed to Nodel officer and that person who taken from me all. But they are saying you do what you can. It is pending till now.

                  Now I visited to Vodafone mini store Alaknanda Kalkaji. I purchased a new number [protected] and paid Rs.-200/- for security at 02/11/2016. But it happens again my number not activated till now and that vodafone person not responding me. I don't have money to fight with them and don't have time to visit store to store. So please what to do???? Why Vodafone doing like this. Why I suffering from Vodafone. What is Vodafone responsibility about customer.

                    Regarding my mobile no: [protected].
                    Before porting out, i had paid all amount at Vodafone store and even had paid some extra amount as per the instruction of Store executive in Navi Mumbai.
                    After that there was not outstanding amount i had received neither on email nor though call/SMS.
                    Now Vodafone people are sending me Legal Notice Email demanding for due amount(which is not due).

                    When i called them on their number, they are speaking rudely and misbehaving saying you will have to pay this at any cost.

                    Please help me here.

                      I had applied for portability on 28Oct16. in 4-5 days, SMS that your port request has been rejected. i went to Vodafone store and ask for reason, executive suggest, remaining payment has not clear, while asking for remaining amount, they said they dont. if they dont know remaining amount how could i pay it, and switch to other operator ?

                        I would like to inform all to be aware of Vodafone. they charges even without your request or even if your request for reversal for the same they do not do it even they do in one month and they will again charge in next month. odea fone charges rs 1500 extra in my bill, and once i started firing them then they reversed and again in the next month bill of october they had chareg same amount. they are unafair in dealing.

                          My name is Kishor Tare, my contact no is [protected].

                          From Last 2 month I have ported my number from idea to vodafone through your vodafone direct sales agency shree enterprizes. mr. sushank singh. [protected]

                          They have provided me info about 299 rental plan in which they have promised me to provide below benefits for lifetime

                          1. 1200 local and std minutes.
                          2. 300 sms
                          3. 4g internet 1 gb after that unlimited 2g with speed of 84 kbps.
                          4. No rental for Conference calls.

                          Only the condition was I have to pay first bill and after that they change my plan.

                          But when my no was ported i have received call from customer care regarding plan benefits and confirmation, they replied no such plan exists.

                          Then customer care executive taken my complaint regarding plan confirmation.

                          After that i contacted dsa person sushank singh, he told me that after first bill my plan will be changed, we have special plans as we are DSA.

                          Now when My bill is generated I called sushank singh but he is not picking my phone.

                          Also called customer care, they told we cant help you in these matter. But I have already launched complaint regarding plan.

                          My 8 more friends have also ported their number in vodafone from your dsa shree enterpriz they are also facing the same problem.

                          In last conversation with appellate officer they told me that they will take some action against that dsa in 24 hours and will inform me, now its more than 1 week they havent called me and even not reverting to mail.

                              This is with regards to mis- guiding and wrong information provided from Vodafone customer care executive.

                              Actually, I had 4G pack activated and it has around 994 MB of data in Vodafone my Number [protected] still whenever I use internet my main balance was being deducted. When I enquired, CC executive said that if I message "Stop" to 1925, my problem will be resolved. Due to that my internet data balance (994 MB) has been lapsed without no fault of mine.

                              Date of Incident: 6/11/2016, Time: 15.00(Approximately)

                              I did oral complain (Complain Number: [protected]) as well as written complain in your Customer Care Department but did not get satisfactory reply nor my complain has been resolved.

                                After so many mail I am not getting proper answer and even when I told I would like to spk to some senior I have been told today no any senior is available in office (that's also after waiting approx. 5 Mints)

                                I had word with Mr. Akshay + Mr. Adesh Jadhav but dint get any solution and today its really surprising when I got call from Swati she told me my complain already closed.

                                My main problem is when I had discussion with Mr Akshay at 16:40pm, Date 27/09/2016. to activate below plan.

                                Telcall- 249/500Mint/Local + STD
                                Data plan – 450/3GB/3G Plan
                                SMS – 1000 SMS Local + STD.

                                And he assure there is no any other charge I will get except above plan charge, than how I got MI_C_V_450_BC_R2GB_RED_3G INR 450/- additional.

                                  I received a huge shock when i received a bill amount of 1442 ... On enquiring the details from vodafone(dalhousie, kolkata), i was told that there is a special call which has been made from my number for 40 mins and for that call only the charges are 1050... It is absolutely a fake excuse and it is way of siphoning of money from public . It is absolutely a fraudulent practice followed by vodafone and all their staff know about this . I want the company to immediately take corrective action and stop this fraudulent practice and refund the amount .

                                  I received a huge shock when i received a bill amount of 1442 for Oct 16 Bill... On enquiring the details from Mr.Santanu Das Vodafone Outlet(Dalhousie, kolkata), i was told that there is a special call which has been made from my number for 40 mins ( 51717) on 14th Oct and for that call only the charges are 1050... On checking the online platform i was doubly shocked to see that there are several complaints made on the same issue ( Call from 51717). No call whatsoever has been made to this number and if a thorough check is done then it will be seen that number is mostly used as incoming facility . The number actually does not exist when tried from some other number . It is absolutely a fake excuse and it is crooked way of siphoning of money from public . It is absolutely a fraudulent practice followed by vodafone and all their staff know about this and that is why Mr.Santanu Das explained as it is my fault . I want the company to immediately take corrective action and stop this fraudulent practice and refund the amount .
                                  I am paying for 4g internet but not getting it even for an hour . it always show 2g. I don't want to continue it
                                  SIM has not been activated

                                    This is Abhijit Tulsani from pune, I am using vodafone from long time. but now I am facing multiple call drop issue, also 3G internet problem. 3G is working poor than 2G. so in internet part vodafone should not talk about 4G, 1st workout on 3G. Vodafone is reputed company but now days the situation of Vodafone poor than Telenor or any other.this i8s very sad to say, that this is very worst experience of mine with Vodafone.

                                      I am the Vodafone's prepaid network user and my mobile no. is [protected]
                                      i got the popup on my mobile screen relating to activation of pack which bymistekly subscribed by me and now its getting auto renewed due to this my balance is negative now..it was no were written that it will get auto renwed
                                      it got auto renewed two time
                                      plz deactivate the pack and refund my money back.
                                      Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

By mistakly I have done data pack 251 two times in above mentioned number...I talk with customer care member 4 times..nobody's can't cancel the second recharge...I want to Cancel one recharge...why it cant...if I not used that much data also...I want to Cancel one recharge and want my cash back..
                                      Please block my sim card as I have lost my handset.

Mere no ka fraud i d se riplace v m s apoorva communication Varanasi ne krke no port krne me sahyog Kiya hai. Mere no ko mujhe vapas diya jaye. Nhi mai congumar foram va cort me jane ko majboor hooga.

                                        I have done port into vodafone ([protected]) for some days no. keeps run good . And suddenly it stopped without any call just got an sms and with in few hour no. is stopped . I went to vodafone store for complaint they said some issues in home verification and it need to be done again i said ok . Then no started again and after 12 hours it stopped again they said agent will visit again my home that day i close my office which is huge loss to my business, at 5 pm just to receive vodafone agent for verification . That day all thing done and he said by tomorrow 12 pm your no. will start now its 3-4 days past still my no. is not started . I am not able to pay my workers this month salary due to OTP comes on that no. Really nightmare to switch from Reliance to Voda . I thought voda is better company if my complaint not resolved i will drag everyone into court for sure .
