Dear Madam/Sir, I am having mobile number [protected]. Yesterday, on 30th October 2016 at around 1:30 to 1:45 PM I made a local call. Before making the call my balance was around Rs.112.During conversation (after around 4-5 minutes) my phone call was disconnected. I got message which showed call charges as Rs.6 (and some paisa) and my balance was shown as Rs.0.00. All my prepaid balance was swallowed by that single local call.

I have just switched to vodafone from MTS and the first experience is very bad. I request you to take necessary steps to restore my pre-paid balance.

If my pre-paid balance balance is not restored, I will be compelled to move another service provider.

The vodafone internet speed is very bad from yesterday ie 24th October 2017 till now.
This network was best but right now the internet speed is worst. Even 3g mifi gives the poorest speed.
My cash was hang in my atm card please give me thae address of this no-[protected]
My prepaid number [protected] was blocked without any information. I have submitted telephonically and through email but still no positive response received.

    i am pawan kumar mandal my mobile no is [protected] i am port my no on 22 oct. 2016 airtel to vodafone. your costumer esscutive call me and tell your offer 399, 800 local call 350 national and international sms, 1gb 4g internet, but they given me plan of 199 because off i live in negative area that time when he call me i tell him i live in negative area and my airtel no on this no than he said its ok sir . than i chosen plan of 399 . now my problem is my outgoing call barred . you give me rong plan. my most of work in roimng but 28.10.2016 when i went utrakhand . after crossing gaziyabaad your vodafone network is gone. today i call in costumer care and talk with vandna she said sir if you paid 500 security deposit than you continue your post paid plan with vodafone other wise go to vodafone store and take prepaid card on same number. really sir it is my badluck i chosen you. after 3 month i changing my network again and never came back in vodafone.

        Vodafone store in bandra hill road has very poor services and loooong waiting periods every time I visit. The waiting is a minimum of 30 mins. The company must do.something about it. The store manager akbar is irresponsible and useless. Doesn't have the stature of a manager. Attendants are sitting free but not attending to customers and akbar has no control. Many of them also have no expertise and need help of others to help customers.

            Vodafone deducted rs. 45 by automatically activating biscoot store pack service without any information and without my consent. When i enquired with vodafone customer care operator he refused to refund the deducted amount and asked to deactivate the service to avoid further deduction after 15 days of current pack. The operator insisted that i have clicked some link which activated the pack but i don't remember to have done anything like that. This is a matter of cheat with customers and i expect vodafone to be ensure such deductions are avoided in future even if this time they can't afford to pay back the irrelevant deducted amount.

                  I never activate follo pack although i received massage for follo pack the massage here under

                  Your subscription for follo pack has been renewed and rs 35 has been charged. The service will get renewed on[protected]. To deactivate sms stop to or call 155223 (Toll free).

                    My mobile number is [protected]. Currently, I am on 999/month Vodafone RED plan. While paying my September bill, I studied the bill for the first time as I was curious to how it got to the higher side of my usual bill amount and to my surprise I found out that I was charged 149/month rentals for two mobile numbers [protected] and [protected] which I had not received, activated or used even once and Rs. 250 rental for 1GB 3G pack. I wasn't even notified about such new rentals via a message. Then I went and check all my earlier paid bills and found out that I was being charged for these numbers since June 2016. How can I be charged for the numbers without even my consent or approval? Just a comparison, few months back I had taken 3 SIM cards from Airtel and in that case I had to activate each and every number with my address proof on call with their executives. And then they started those SIMs on my ID. And here, I'm being charged for something which I had no freaking idea about!

                    Hence, I contacted Vodafone support via both Email and Twitter. The responses by the support staff were so pathetic and textbook responses that I lost my faith in Vodafone's service. The support never once called me since I raised my complaint. They always said "they tried reaching me but couldn't connect" but which was not the case. They even tried calling me on some random number (according to them) when I had shared my contact explicitly.

                    About the 1GB internet pack, few months back, my internet limit had got exhausted, hence I bought a RED 1GB Add-on "One-Time Charge Pack" via myVodafone iOS App. I was under the impression that it will be applicable for that running month only because that's what "One-Time" means at least according to the English Dictionary. I don't know about Vodafone Dictionary. The 1GB pack got active for each month. Now why would I pay for extra internet pack when my own plan's internet quota was enough for me. There is no option to cancel any add-on using the mobile app which points out that Vodafone just wants to extract money from it's users hence there is no option to deactivate any pack in the app.

                    I used to pay all my bills on timely basis. I refused to pay my bill from September thinking that will catch someone's attention and my complaint will be looked at. I was right but the only attention it caught was I was getting payment due calls. And they said they don't know about my complaint but I have to pay my bill at the earliest and that I have to visit a Vodafone Store to deactivate the SIM cards. Now why would I visit the store for deactivating the cards which I have no idea about. My outgoing has been stopped now! And imagine if those SIM cards were/are used by some random third person and I would be held responsible for their wrong-doings, if any.

                    I wonder how Vodafone reach it's 200 million users by giving such pathetic service and deceiving it's users. Now I'm fed up with this whole thing. I would be paying my outstanding now and doing MNP to Airtel as there is no resolution here. I am just banging my head to an unresponsive and dumb Vodafone Support.

                      I have done a recharge of 57rp on 24/10/2016 on the number [protected] with Transaction ID MH[protected]. According to this recharge scheme the effective call rates should be 0.30p/min but when I checked my active tariff details it is showing me 2p/sec.They are charging me double 0.60 p/min.

                      When i tried to contact there customer care i didnt get any help as such from there side.They are asserting that the call rates are effective but i am getting charged with nearly double call rate.

                      In fact they showed me the my last call charges which is 0.60p/min.Unfortunately i am not getting help from there side.

                      Can Someone from vodaphone help me here.

                        I use post paid Vodafone Delhi cell Number since 2014 .however by November 2015 i have been transferred to chennai by my office .most of the times there is no signal in my cell .am very upset and frustrated i wanted to change my current Network operator through MNP .infact i hold INR 5250 as deposit at vodafone Delhi Sant Nagar store but when i inquired an Chennai ambattur vodafone Store representative they said i have go direct to get the deposit refund to delhi .So getting INR 5250 deposit i need to travel to delhi from chennai is it a way to get an refund in vodafone ? this is very ridiculous and i hold an voter ID, passport, driving license, AADHAR card in chennai address .why cant they approve my deposit at my chennai residence .

                        This very bad on vodafone network . then what is the use of MNP from same number .

                          I did the port my no from aircel to vodafone, after few days my, all outgoing service has been barred. And your customer support executive telling me your verification was not clear. I just wanted to know why you do not verify my address before porting my sim.

                            I had recharged for inr 50 and inr 47 under the below order id but my balance shows nil amount. Reason seems follo pack was activated. What is this follo pack. What i see is vodafone is fooling / cheating the customers. Would request to refund the money back to my account immediately. The person is calling Basavanagudi Medical Centre (Hospital) landline[protected] since 27.10.2016 and talking in vulgar language to my female staff. when i pick the call he cuts the call and calls after some time. I used Truecaller app and found that the no. is in the name of Hadimani and the 16 people have reported it as spam.

                                This email is to inform you about the poor service which I have received from Vodafone.

                                This is really discussing to use service of Vodafone. I was using Vodafone Postpaid connection and my number is [protected]. I recently took a JIO sim card due to which I no longer needed Vodafone postpaid plan. So I recently walked to Chakala branch (Andheri East) Vodafone Store which is in JB nagar and the person spoke to me very rudely. He didn't wanted to help me and started insulting me because I was switching from Vodafone. He was trying to misguide me with various reason and not helpful at all. I was really not expecting this type of behaviour and he was telling he is a floor manager. While taking postpaid connection he just told me to sign and took my small size photograph but this time he was telling me to go and get proper photograph and he told me only to fill the entire form. This was a pathetic behaviour. But still I did everything what he said I filled the form and gave him proper bill. He told me to pay the pro rata amount which was 100 rupees more than what I used and I payed that amount too. Presently if you will see there is no overdue amount on my number. I did whatever he told me even after been so rude but I dont know why still my number is not switched to prepaid and I'm not getting network on my number. From Monday evening my network disappeared from phone than I inserted my new prepaid sim card but still I'm not getting any network. You must be aware that this is the festival time and this is my main number and people are facing difficulty to contact me. I'm unable to do bank transaction and order anything online and things which I had ordered were returned since the person couldn't contact me on my number.

                                I again visited the Vodafone store on Tuesday but this time on Ghatkopar east branch and again the boy didn't help me out. He told me I will take your complain but I don't know why this is still not resolved.

                                All your store's are useless and you don't know to hire proper employee. I'm sure my prepaid request was purposely not done by the Vodafone guys who was in Chakala and I don't want to visit that branch again.

                                This is illegal you cannot stop any number unnecessarily for so many days even after following all the legal formalities. I'm now not going to stop here I will take this issue at very higher level and make your company gets heavily penalize. You have hazard me enough and I will show you what I can do. I'm also lodging a complain on consumer forum of Mumbai side by side. You cannot stop anybody's number even after paying a extra amount. I have payed extra amount than your billed amount.

                                I'm also forwarding this email to higher vodafone manager like Pragati Bhardwaj, Surekha Desai and Naveen Chopra.

                                I'm not getting any network on [protected] so contact me on [protected].

                                Assume this email as a documented email. I will not give you now more time. If my issue is not resolved by tomorrow I'll forward this email to the CEO Sunil Sood and also lodge a complain against Vodafone for misleading their customer in the police station and file a case in the Mumbai civil law. I will make sure your company gets heavily penalize and forward all this to media stating you are not able to give service to your existing customers and this are inconvenience which has been caused due to Vodafone.

                                This is the final warning and I'll be using this copy email while loading a complain on Vodafone and I've all my evidence handy and we will meet in court now. I've visited and complained twice but still not response came so now this is what I will be doing.

                                    I have a complain against your sales person ganesh using mobile no [protected] and zoya a lady [protected]

                                    They asked me to convert to billing which i agreed but they never informed me that my mobile will get switched off and before giving me the new sim they activated the transfer. And now my both the nos are not working as they have activated the transfer and the new sim is not with me.

                                    This is a major problem i would request a strict action against this persons for giving half information which is not at all acceptable to me and if such issues are there i would like to switch to some other service provider instead of vodafone.

                                    If no action is taken within 7 days i would not mind going to consumer court.

                                    If the porting process is activated then i should have the new sim with me then only the porting should be activated.

                                    Why have the sim not been given to me and the porting process has been started.
                                    Detail explaination should have been done before doing the porting and also new sim should have been given to me.

                                    Your plan of action and detail of action taken will have to be informed to me.

                                        Dear vodafone,

                                        This is shailesh kumar gupta my mobile no is [protected] i had start using vodafone services form 14th of oct-16. But again and again why no is going to bared i don't know which kinds of people working in vodafone they are never given the proper response 1st complaint i was raise against vodafone rep coz they are working with vodafone but they are not given positive response.

                                        That person name is mr. Samar he is working as a manager then mr salim he is working as a supervisor and somo1 else even they didn't have any knowledge abt the product and service they didn't have manner how to talk to the customer.

                                        Many complaint i have already submitted to nodal officer they are also not resolve the problem simply they are saying sir we are going to take strong action against him.

                                        I think no action taken by nodal against him and i cant trust anymore to vodafone.

                                        I did taken plan of 48 Rs. Of 160 mb 2g data plan I recived and of activation but can not see in *111*6*2# now I want 2g or 3G data for 2 or 3 months
                                        Sir,
                                        i want to deactivate my vodafone postpaid number [protected] as i have lost my phone. kindly deactivate it soon as i no longer have to pay any more amount.
