Our Vodafone No. [protected] / Relationship No.[protected] / Bill No. 99399935 / Plan: VF Talk 199 One Sec Plan_new, Billing period : 04.09.16 to 03.10.16. We have received the original bill copy through courier today itself i.e.[protected]. We have not giving acknowledgment copy on the courier receipt.

But the bill due date is[protected], so now how can we accept this bill? Why you appoint very bad courier services? Instead of this if you have sent through normal post than also we would have received it on before due date.

WE ARE NOT YET ALL ACCEPT THIS BILL, WE WILL NOT PAY ANY AFTER DUE AMOUNT. It is your end fault, error, so immediately take an actions on this matter, Kindly acknowledge through return mail.

VODAFONE COMPANY GIVING VERY BAD SERVICES TO A BILLING CUSTOMER. WE ARE NOT YET ALL SATISFIED WITH THIS TYPE OF SERVICES.

    Vodafone had charged charged on my number [protected] for two services which was not in use at all. the first one is data pack (charged for last 2 yrs) wherein my mobile is not internet compatible. which means it does not make any sense for me to pay for a service which is never been used.

    International roaming for the last 14 months for no reason.

      Actually My Activation is done with wrong package so that i registered a compliant on it with your customer care, but no response from your care from past 15days, even i went for vodafone store 2 to 3 times they will also not responding.
      I am really feeling very bad with your response can u please do a favor i need to change my connection to other network please do a needful.

        I received my post paid bill on 21st oct 2016, in which i was charged for rs1260 saying that i called to 51717 for 90 mins. I never made a call to 51717.

        I called the customer care, the executive says he doesn't know what this number is for and doesn't have information about this number.

        I checked for 51717 on google and see many people have reported similar issue.

        I called the customer care again, this time the executive says it is a isd number.

        I said to the executive, the number 51717 is available on vodafone website for astrology service.

        When i said i will file a consumer complaint, executive said to wait for 2 days and they will check from their end. After two days i called customer care to check the status, executive says he will waive rs 200 from the bill. I said why should i pay for the service which i have not used at all.

        I have recorded the conversations with the executives.

        I request to look into this matter asap.

            Vodafone post paid mobile no; [protected]; paid the bills for june 2016, july 2016, not using mobile since 4th may 2016, as left for us, and besides after talking with your customer care executive paid amount for safe custody of the nos for one year:as advised by shri siva, while chatting on line with dr. Ridhi bhatnagar, transaction on 09/07/2016, for rs 1493.86, was for billed payment,
            Payment on 10/07/2016, for rs 793.50 for safe custody of number; mr hetal sarvaiya, service request no:[protected]; vodafone is still billing without usage of mobile no since 4th may should rather refund june & july payment for refund rs 1493.86 + rs 1493.86= rs 2, 987.72 at the earliest

            Vodafone is continuing to send bills inspite o[censored]sage for August 2016, then Sept 2016 now Oct 2016. Why they can't sort out our request, we donot want any of their service even for safe custody, the way we are put under stress & agony

            Vodaphone customer care executive talked when I called on [protected]; he only asked when I requested for Safe custody. Once I had made full payment on 09/07/2016, there was nothing due, still I paid Rs 793 on 10/07/2016 for safe custody. He informed that he will get the matter sorted out as no one is using this mobile or SIM since 4th May 2016. Rather we should get refund for what ever paid for june & july 2016

              I want to complain about mr amit kumawat, dinesh who is working in vodafone company. They are not providing proper information and detail to customer, and if we call then they just miss guiding and providing wrong information.
              Plz take action against mr amit kumawat, which is not good for like vodafone company.
              1 mont se ye log security amount le chuke hai and always saying kal activate hoga sim..
              They are really fooling people.

                I'm vodafone's customer for more than 11 years. I’m noticing my data plan is not updated this time. My billing cycle is 20th of every month and i’m getting repeated notifications for data used. Could you please check and update.in addition, its just 3 days of billing cycle and i don’t think i have used 1.5gb!!!. I use a red plan for 3gb.

                The hard part is that i have called in the customer care twice, but no one is able to help me!

                This morning i'm getting repeated messages for data usage that i haven't. Whats happening? I need this fixed!

                  We have shifted from jharkhand(ranchi) TO KOLKATA. I have applied 3 sims of vodafone from Baguihati vodafone store ON 19 th, 20 th october, 2016.We have recharged every sim of Rs.130.Total 390 Rs, i paid. After confirmation of adrress, the connection is done by the company, but the store of baguihati never recharged the amount. Next day, i again visited the store and said that the day before i already paid the amount. After that they recharged. But again after 3 days they cut the connection without any reason.We have sufficient balance.The nos are [protected], [protected] is totally blocked by the company. I have again already all the documents along with my pan card, voter id.
                  Please dont go to this baguihati store of vodafone, kolkata customers.The only purpose of this store is business unless satisfying the customer.

                    We recharged on Oct 3, 2016 our Vodafone mobile [protected] with Rs 297 for 1GB data for 28 days, online from Ahmedadad & received SMS confirming vide Trans ID MU[protected]. The data / internet never got activated on phone till date (24th oct). We were travelling & required badly internet connection on our Chardham yatra etc. We first visited some mobile shops for help but after trying they suggested us to visit Vodafone store. With great efforts we located & visited a Vodafone store in Delhi near PVR cinema, Saket. They tried but could not solve the issue. Subsequently, we visited another Vodafone store in Haridwar & here also the helpdesk (Geetika, [protected]) tried & also sent a mail to their HO for resolving the issue & assured that within 2 hours it will resolve. But nothing happened. We came back to Indore on Oct 21 & visited Vodafone store on A.B.Road near Hotel Amaltas. The CSE there Pooja kumar could not resolve the problem & told us to go to Vodafone store in Mumbai!!.
                    We also told here to arrange refund / transfer the amount paid for Data to our prepaid call account. They refused to help & again said you go to Mumbai! We insisted on sending a mail in this regard from their office to their HO & very reluctantly half hearted mail was sent I believe.
                    Since our purpose for buying Data plan during journey & outstation didnot get materialized & now back home we donot require data plan for which now validity is also getting over in next 4-5 days, we ask Vodafone to immediately transfer our money to our prepaid call account.

                      I placed a caller tune in my voda number somehow company changed the
                      called tune but placed the another language tune after complaining to the vodafone care they guys told me that we cant do anything, afterwards automatically they placed a new caller tune in bhojpuri language also they
                      deducted my balance 3 times . (15+15+15) = 45 .
                      i also complaint to the twitter account of vodafone india, but no response from last 24 hours, only they are giving excuses that they will call me .

                        He call me in the morning of 19th october (today)2016 and said that he is calling from UK and a grand prize alloted to me from cheverolet lucky draw and he is arriving from UK with flight so that i should pay 25000 indian rupee in the account as he would delevered the prize money to my door.

                        This network has proved there can be no worse network. They give churned numbers in the name of new Sim.                           First Rs45/- and then 30/- is deducted from my main balance due to the activation of Biscoot Store Pack on[protected] and[protected] respectively. I have no Idea about how this got activated and what it is. I have though sent a request for deactivation but I need refund. In both of the incidents I received SMS from VF-CARE. Hope for help as soon as possible.

                            I have Vodafone Postpaid Connection([protected]). From last two month Value Added Service (Social Book) is automatically subscribing and it is added in bill.I have complaint last month they told it is removed from subscription and they refunded money also.But still they added this month.And after complaint this month they are telling it is correctly charged.Please check and do needful.

                              I have experienced lot of issues with Vodafone in past 4 months. Before that it was totally ok but now if I call for complaint either complaint is not registered correctly or noone follows up...
                              Not acceptable...
                              Hence I decided to not to pay bill till I don't get resolution. However now they have stopped incoming outgoing both. When I call people are either rude or not able to help...really unhappy and disappointed... lot of extra nuisance charges. I never bothered about it before bit it's almost every times thing now...I hope atleast here something can be done...

                                For 2 months I was trying to reduce my plan without any data services.
                                First i was told to wait for the 90 days period after which then I was told to wait for the bill cycle, then when I call again they say there is no plan available for my number.
                                after few call I was told the plan would change after some days.
                                now it got changed to Rs 199 calling with Rs 199 data on 20/10/16 and I was not told of this plan and the additional charge of the free calling number.
                                I didn't receive any call from the executive regarding all details of my new plan
                                also when I talked to executive at Vodafone store, I was told there was additional Rs 49 charge for a number for which calling was free.
                                this number was included in my previous plan, so the plan is actually increased by 50 that is Rs 449
                                When I tried to migrate my number to prepaid today, I am paying Rs 400 just for a 3 day period .
                                I have not even used any data for the past week.
                                You are charging alot and keep on increasing my bill for no fair reason.
                                I want you to nullify the bill plan as

                                  Vodafone services sucks bog time.. I upgraded my sim to 4G sim today and was told that it will be activated within 2hrs. Post the activation of my sim I tried paying for my CC bills and other bills but I did not receive any OTP from the bank. So when I called Vodafone they said that once the activation of new sim the SMS service will be barred for 24hrs. I spoke to supervisor Salin Khan who said they cannot help me in this case though the problem is caused by the Vodafone representative who did not disclose this information prior to placing the request for activation of new Sim. Very easy way to get away..Really???? Is customer supposed to know all the undisclosed weird policies before hand??? Now when I'll be charged with a late fees from the bank am I responsible for it without a fault on my own??????

                                    Recently I have transfered My Mobile Number from Reliance to Vodafone.
                                    At the time of enrollment store person explained me postpaid Plan of Rs.499/-
                                    When process is completed and shocking is postpaid plan is different of Rs. 249/-
                                    Store person has selected plan without any intimation or approval. I had tried to contact customer care... They are saying we can't do anything now.
                                    Store person is trying to convince that please use same plan which is very costly and non affordable.
                                    This is very bad experience of Vodafone services which is affecting customer pocket.

                                      From past 2.5 months I'm unable to use my data, due to which i've suffered a great loss at my work. I've already registered many complaints regarding the same. However, I've again and again passed on from one department to other and the complaint has been closed with the comments stating that complaint resolved from your end. Completely unsatisfied customer. If this is the kind of service you offer your customers after 7 yrs of loyalty, please be prepared to loose one of the them.

                                        Hello,

                                        This is to you inform that in the month of April 2016 I approached your Attapur Store in Hyderabad (India) and applied for two connections.

                                        Then two sim cards released with cell/mobile no. [protected] ( postpaid ) in my name and another prepaid No. [protected] which was recharged with 1500 Rs in my wife’s name i.e., J.Geeta . At that time floor executive explained me about Jodi scheme and its advantages. Then I agreed to transfer existing cell No. [protected] which stands in my wife’s name since last 12 years into my name. The services under Jodi scheme started to [protected] and [protected].
                                        Again In the month on September 2016, I approached your store for replacement sim card of [protected] since the sim card damaged while inserting into a new phone. The floor executive one Mr. Nadeem advised me to get transfer [protected] (still 1400 change is left in the account which was promised to be transferred to post account) from my wife’s name to my name and to enable to club with Jodi scheme already existing for cell No’s [protected] and [protected] which are already in my name stating that I can hold three postpaid connection under one name. Accordingly, I got transferred the connection from my wife names to my name and services also started from the same day. Suddenly on 15.10.2016 services for cell No. [protected](which had 1400 change amount transferred from prepaid to postpaid) got suspended, Mind you with any prior information. On inquiry with customer support, I came to know that on third party verification report my financial status not eligible for three post-paid services. In this connection, I am to inform that no person approached me for any verification in this regard. Further, it is informed that I am a retired State Govt., employ in the cadre of Gusted Officer in Transport Department. I own multiple houses with other movable assets like cars and two wheeler.

                                        From 15.10.2016 to till today I am pursuing for services to be restored as prepaid or postpaid for number No' [protected] with live chat team and approach the store as advised by your chatting executives. The Same fact may be verified with your database. The evidence of my visit to the store is as follows.

                                        1. Token No. 144 on 15.10.2016.
                                        2. Token No. 143 on 17.10.2016.
                                        3. Token No. 124 on 18.10.2016.
                                        4. Token No. 123 on 19.10.2016.

                                        I was informed by floor executive Mr. Nadeem, ( Attapur Store )assured me that services will be restored on that 15th evening. Every time when I requested to meet store Manager Mr.Nadeem loitering in and out and informing me that manager is very busy sometimes and the manager is not available sometimes. In my four visits, I observed that I never saw the manager and I assume store manager suffer from anthropophobia in store in spite of my repeated efforts and he is very negligent to solve the problems of customers by sitting beyond the partition not visible to any customer.
                                        After repeated request, I am not able to get a resolution either with your store ( Attapur ) or with CC Now I would recommend action against your store executives including manager also third party agency for giving false information .
                                        If you fail to resolve my issues next 48 hours I would be forced to escalate the issue to next level which not limited pulling to consumer and filing a criminal case for discrimination and harassment .
