From past 2.5 months I'm unable to use my data, due to which i've suffered a great loss at my work. I've already registered many complaints regarding the same. However, I've again and again passed on from one department to other and the complaint has been closed with the comments stating that complaint resolved from your end. Completely unsatisfied customer. If this is the kind of service you offer your customers after 7 yrs of loyalty, please be prepared to loose one of the them.

    Hello,

    This is to you inform that in the month of April 2016 I approached your Attapur Store in Hyderabad (India) and applied for two connections.

    Then two sim cards released with cell/mobile no. [protected] ( postpaid ) in my name and another prepaid No. [protected] which was recharged with 1500 Rs in my wife’s name i.e., J.Geeta . At that time floor executive explained me about Jodi scheme and its advantages. Then I agreed to transfer existing cell No. [protected] which stands in my wife’s name since last 12 years into my name. The services under Jodi scheme started to [protected] and [protected].
    Again In the month on September 2016, I approached your store for replacement sim card of [protected] since the sim card damaged while inserting into a new phone. The floor executive one Mr. Nadeem advised me to get transfer [protected] (still 1400 change is left in the account which was promised to be transferred to post account) from my wife’s name to my name and to enable to club with Jodi scheme already existing for cell No’s [protected] and [protected] which are already in my name stating that I can hold three postpaid connection under one name. Accordingly, I got transferred the connection from my wife names to my name and services also started from the same day. Suddenly on 15.10.2016 services for cell No. [protected](which had 1400 change amount transferred from prepaid to postpaid) got suspended, Mind you with any prior information. On inquiry with customer support, I came to know that on third party verification report my financial status not eligible for three post-paid services. In this connection, I am to inform that no person approached me for any verification in this regard. Further, it is informed that I am a retired State Govt., employ in the cadre of Gusted Officer in Transport Department. I own multiple houses with other movable assets like cars and two wheeler.

    From 15.10.2016 to till today I am pursuing for services to be restored as prepaid or postpaid for number No' [protected] with live chat team and approach the store as advised by your chatting executives. The Same fact may be verified with your database. The evidence of my visit to the store is as follows.

    1. Token No. 144 on 15.10.2016.
    2. Token No. 143 on 17.10.2016.
    3. Token No. 124 on 18.10.2016.
    4. Token No. 123 on 19.10.2016.

    I was informed by floor executive Mr. Nadeem, ( Attapur Store )assured me that services will be restored on that 15th evening. Every time when I requested to meet store Manager Mr.Nadeem loitering in and out and informing me that manager is very busy sometimes and the manager is not available sometimes. In my four visits, I observed that I never saw the manager and I assume store manager suffer from anthropophobia in store in spite of my repeated efforts and he is very negligent to solve the problems of customers by sitting beyond the partition not visible to any customer.
    After repeated request, I am not able to get a resolution either with your store ( Attapur ) or with CC Now I would recommend action against your store executives including manager also third party agency for giving false information .
    If you fail to resolve my issues next 48 hours I would be forced to escalate the issue to next level which not limited pulling to consumer and filing a criminal case for discrimination and harassment .

      I am a customer of prepaid Vodafone no. [protected]. This number was converted from post paid Delhi into prepaid Haldwani. The service was good but suddenly the sim card stopped working.

      Though it is prepaid but has net pack and also connected with the net banking so I need the number urgently.

      Kindly solve the problem at the earliest.

        I rcvd message stating Gamifive gaming services activated n was charged from my balance.

        I did not allow them to charge me any amount and as well i did not subscribe to such service. This looks like scamming.

        Details as follows:
        -date of incident : 17/10/2016.
        charged Rs.15/- on 18/10/2016 once phn was recharged.

        - Request refund for same.

          Hi team
          Actually i compaint to vodafone several time regarding activation o[censored]nknown vas service many times, but every month it automatically activated and charges of that services always added in bill cycle which is not my fault.Even this time a 102rs for VAS service and 199 for intenet charged added in my bill, how it is possible every time, I cant pay extra charge for unused service, even i just called them for inquiry for related to internet packs and they activated.This shows fraud happening in generation of vodafone bill. Please do needful we are from middle class we cant pay money again and again for unused service. Please help me.

            My handset got lost on[protected] in kolkata. I filed a general diary at Burrabazar Police Station on the same day. GDE no. 1625. When I approached the Girish Park Vodafone store for a fresh SIM, The representatiove of Vodafone Mobile Services India, Mr. Prasanta Dutta denied the new SIM saying that yours is a company connection and hence the request is to be made on the company letterhead only. I said that I have no company connection and it is an individual connection. The application form which was filled up in 2002 had a column regarding business particulars of the applicant and the name of my Proprietory concern (not a company by any means) was mentioned in that column and since my correspondance address was that of my office and so from day one the bill is generated wherein the name of my concern is mentioned along with my name in the bill. I requested for some senior person to come forward and immediately one female representative along with two other representatives came there claiming herself to be his senior and without even checking the system just asked Mr. Prasanta about the ownership and in reply he said that the letter head is necessary. Without even checking the system she replied that whatever Mr. Prasanta is saying is correct and she asked to mention in the system that the sim cannot be issued from any vodafone store without the letterhead against this number. Later I took a written note from Mr. Prashant which he was not willing to give earlier but later he issued out of his ego suggesting me to complain in comsumer forum and that he had proper legal backup from the company which hires highly paid advocates to defend there says whatever they may be.                 Dear Sir,

                My self Manjunath Patil, i made a bill payment of 495.36 rupees to Vodafone network on 19th of September at 9:56 AM through there USSD code *111# (this option is only for ICICI customers with there Vodafone number registered in ICICI BANK of which i attached a proof below) from my registered postpaid mobile number [protected], after payment i got the message stating that dear customer we are unable to process your request and sorry for inconvenience caused to you from Vodafone i attached this message below, but my money was deducted from ICICI BANK account stating amount credited to VODAFONE USSD of which i attached a image below, i called Vodafone and ICICI and raised a complaint on this as that was the last day for payment again i made a same payment in the afternoon around 3:20pm by logging into my ICICI saving account by using quick pay option, that payment was successful and i got transaction id also i am attaching the same below, i called Vodafone customer service one of your executives told as transaction was unsuccessful you need to cal BANK and complain, so i called and given a complaint in ICICI, but they are saying that the transaction was successful and both amounts were successfully credited to beneficiary accounts please check with Vodafone, already one month is over still these Vodafone people not resolving my problem, instead they are arguing with me saying only one payment has credited to them and behaving rudely as per Vodafone instruction i submitted all documents they asked and even daily visiting there Vodafone store also, and submitted documents hard and soft copy's, VODAFONE IS CHEATING ME THEY ARE LAYING TO ME, I LOST MY MONEY, some customer executives in Vodafone namely DHANALAKSHMI and SAVITA from banglore office these people behaving rudely with me and irritating, and they are closing all my complaints without solving it, I AM VERY MUCH UNHAPPY WITH VODAFONE SERVICES, AND CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVES FAKE ASSURANCE,

                    I am using vodafone for lat 5 years and My credit limit is 3500.
                    I have been to abroad and activated International roaming plan. When I came back they have barred my connection and am not able to make any calls. Today I got a bill of 35000 for Sep'2016 that is 10 times of my credit limit. In the bill, they have not mentioned any roaming plan even though I activated daily 500 plan.

                      Dear Sir

                      I would like to bring to your attention billing issue with Vodafone and absolute ineffective customer complaint resolution process. I am reaching out to you after exhausting all efforts within Vodafone right upto Delhi vodafone appellate authority and company CEO, as you can observe from my mail trail.
                      1. I requested for porting my Vodafone number [protected] from Mumbai to Delhi circle on 25/09/2016 at Netaji Subhash Place, Delhi Vodafone center.

                      2. Mr Akash Sahrawat from Vodafone helped with the portability request and shared with me the total outstanding amount on my Mumbai circle account number to be around INR 480-490, and insisted I make payment of INR 500/- through Vodafone collection machine same time to ensure there is no delayed payment issue later on the Mumbai circle bill amount.

                      3. Thereafter he assisted me with making the payment through the machine. Scan of receipt generated from the machine is attached in mail trail below. This mentions credit of this amount within 24 hours of payment

                      4. Thereafter I was ported within 1 week to Delhi circle and as per advise from Mr Akash, I minimized my usage to ensure not to exceed the paid amount significantly.

                      5. Later in the month I checked through my Vodafone app that a total bill of INR 980.75 has been generated. On checking I found INR 505 pertaining to some ad hoc charge applied to same.

                      6. On multiple calls I made to Customer service 198 I was informed that this is some service I availed for which I have been charged and no complaint was recorded as they did not believe there is a valid reason for complaint.

                      7. After escalating to a senior on one of this call I was informed there was total charge of INR 505/- from Mumbai circle which was added to my Delhi circle bill. On informing that I made a payment of INR 500/- at the time of porting was curtly informed they do not find the same reflecting on their system hence I need to pay up.

                      8. I thereafter shared the details on receipt number etc to validate my claim and was later informed in mail that my information was incorrect.

                      9. I escalated this to Corporate care in delhi and received the same response.

                      10. Thereafter I escalated to Vodafone CEO from where it got routed to Vodafone appellate authority

                      11. I received a call today informing that my Mumbai bill was INR 1005/- and hence the balance after my payment was INR 505/- was added to Delhi circle bill. I requested for evidence as in my entire 5-year history with Vodafone Mumbai never received monthly bills higher than INR 700 and my surprise at how minimal usage of a week can be higher than INR 500/- as I was informed of outstanding less than INR 500/- on the date of porting.

                      12. Post-closing the call and in response to my query I was again sent the same delhi bill of INR 980.75/- with INR 505/- charge that I was disputing.

                      13. Meanwhile Vodafone appellate authority mailed that INR 505/- is billed amount for Mumbai circle and INR 475.5/ for Delhi circle which in aggregate covers my current bill amount of INR 980.75. This in itself disputes the information I received from Vodafone customer care earlier.

                      This appears to me a deliberate attempt of Vodafone to cheat / defraud unsuspecting customers.

                      I request your help in resolving this issue for me and helping me to port out immediately to Airtel as I realize the futility of continuing with such a sub-standard service provider.


                      I do have prior instance in 2012 when similar issue occurred when I was harassed by Vodafone supporting collection agency for an amount that they never billed me and after back and forth (in which they provided multiple random customers & not mine, bills to justify their claims) they admitted they may have missed charging me 6 months earlier and hence had to pay the amount plus late payment fees. The matter was resolved only after I wrote to senior most authorities where they reduced the late fee charges and without as much an apology requested me to pay up. They also impacted by CIBIL score for no fault of mine. I have all the proofs of same and would furnish the details if requested further. This is a serious issue as Vodafone can share anyone's bills with other customers as well as can go to any extent even after realizing their mistakes to recover additional charges from the customers.

                      I would really like you to consider the evidences for unethical practices followed by Vodafone in India and advertize its anit customer behavior.

                      Appreciate your help in resolving my current issue which despite escalations to various levels has not been resolved.

                      I am not sure if I am dealing with intentional cheating or people who do not understand at all..

                      I had already provided reciept of the INR 500 amount I paid at Vodafone store through Vodafone employee at insistence of Mr Akash Sahrawat (store personnel at Netaji Subhash Place, Delhi center). In case you have not been observant I attach the same receipt again. This was per Mr Akash as payment towards covering outstanding unbilled amount on Mumbai Circle account at the date of request. I am unable to understand why the pending amount is still 505 for Mumbai circle.

                      The outstanding amount on date of request was less than 500 and I was ported within a week and per advise hardly used by phone...so would like to understand if my Mumbai bill was in range of INR 1000/- in Mumbai circle...which has never been in entire billing history.

                      The only other reason I can understand is your Vodafone center in delhi is not correct and Mr Akash who was positioned there is a crook and hence I have been cheated by him, in which I case I pursue this issue personally with him.

                      Few minutes back I also received a call from Vodafone where someone curtly explained to me that my Mumbai bill was over 1005 and they have received INR 500 and pending amount is from Mumbai circle. On requesting proof of that bill I was again sent the bill with 980 outstanding amount from Delhi circle which I am disputing.

                      I am not sure if there is special attempt to mask this issue, like I similarly experienced in such unethical behavior in 2012.

                      My additional request to Mr Sunil Sood was to allow me to port out of Vodafone to Airtel now that I realize I am dealing with a company with zero customer service focus.

                      I have already spent nearly 2 hours talking to your multiple personnel and writing/responding to your mails. Next step at my end if this is not resolved either with proof on what is pending or correction and allowing me to port out, is that I take this to TRAI as well Social and News media to fight it out.

                      I am writing this is with extreme pain and dissatisfaction of services of Vodafone, despite being a continuous customer of Vodafone for more than 5 years.

                      Current Issue
                      I ported my number to Delhi Circle on Sep 25, 2016, and was advised / insisted to make payment towards unbilled amount (INR 500/-) as of date on my existing number, which he facilitated through your Vodafone collection machine instantly. However the same amount is billed again to me and despite repeated interactions with your customer service (Which appear least bothered to help) they do not recognize the payment made. I am attaching the receipt copy generated by machine, I thankfully retained since then to prove my case but I see no solution coming out of it

                      Prior instances
                      I have had similar issue in 2012 when collection agents were sent to chase / harass me for an amount apparently due in Jan but never billed to me till July. Upon talking to customer service for proof of billing I was sent bills of different customers (which in itself is a severe Infosec issue within your company) and thereafter they send me mail summary of details of amount which they had never billed to me. This throughout I faced discourteous behavior with all the staff involved and never received even an apology for this issue even after Vodafone discovered this was issue at their end.

                      At this stage I am not bothered significantly with INR 500/- overcharged to me this time, which I can even forget...I just regret my decision at continuing with Vodafone. I sincerely request you to help me cancel my portability within Vodafone (from Mumbai to Delhi Circle) and facilitate my portability to Airtel which I trust for better customer service. This request is irrespective of resolution of my case here. I do hope and expect at your levels the sensitivity to customer service is high and you would save me from ignominy of taking this to TRAI or social media, which frankly I have no intent / patience to do so.

                        It's an irony that a company has to make 10 to 15 calls a day to a customer that too on a daily basis just to take there feedback.. Yes its a height of disturbing ur customer by calling them foolishly so many times.. Asking more foolish questions.. Ye aapka no. Hai.. Ye phone aap use karte hain.. Hume service ka feed back chaiye... Who the hell is free whole day to give u feedback on ur services.

                          While surfing net, i got this sms, "hello! beauty fix service is now active on your number, as requested. this service is valid till[protected] and a 7 days rental of rs.21 has been deducted. your current balance post service activation is rs.11.55. to deactivate sms stop to or call 155223 (toll free)." i never knew what beauty fix service was all about. i didnt request for its activation.

                            1. I sumit sareen using postpaid vodafone mobile no.-[protected]. At last, on 11/10/2016 bhavna nagpal called me regarding my pending bill on my alternate no.-[protected]. At that time my brother was out of station. So that i can’t pay the bill at the time. When i asked her all this to her. I also asked her i had disputed regarding bill with your company. When my bother came to station i ‘ll talk about this then i will pay your bill. She asked me if i ‘ll disconnect your phone. And if you don’t paid after 2 days. She will disconnect my alternate no also.
                            2. Her way of speaking was very rude. She speaks like directer of the vodafone company.

                              Hi today 20-10-16 i got an sms from vodfone saying that trai is going to shutdown my number because i have made some promotional calls.
                              But i have been using my number as my personal number for years.
                              My number has been shutdown and i have contacted vodafone for the same but they say they cannot help in this case.

                              I do not know whom to contact now.

                                Dear Sir, I have complain about my mobile services against the Vodafone. i am the Vodafone CUG corporate user. They have suspended my mobile services (mobile no-[protected])on 13th Oct, 2016 without any prior intimation due to payment related issue which was not belongs to me . I have paid all amount of bill online. Then i request them to release my services but till date they have done nothing. they are making just fake promises. Whenever i call the responsible person, they do not pick up my call and making me very angry. So, please help me to sort out this problem.

                                    It is with sad plight that i have to write this complaint regarding a network provider that i have been using for more than 20 years.

                                    I have a vodafone cell number which i have been using for a long time. Recently i got a new phone which required a nano sim. As a result i called the vodafone customer care people who raised a request and delivered me a free 4g sim (For the same number) through blue dart yesterday (10/18/2016) at 4 pm ist. I followed the entire steps as mentioned in the letter to get the 4g sim activated.

                                    As a result my 3g sim network got disabled. Now started the journey of inconvenience and pain with this network. Though my 3g sim network/ service got disabled but i realized that my 4g sim was also not activated. I was only able to make calls to the customer care center but was unable to receive any incoming or make any outgoing calls.

                                    I have called almost 5 times today to the vodafone helpline number 199 since morning 5:27 am ist. I have spoken with anamika, sandeep and pankaj to name some. All these people who absolutely dont have any knowledge about their process keeps asking the same questions to without understanding the actual cause of the issue and without providing any concrete solutions.

                                    So here's a brief description of the solutions being provided by all the them. When i called and spoke with a person without understanding the actual issue he transferred by call to anamika from data activation team. On speaking with anamika for 15 minutes she realized that she realized that my account was suspended due to which she wouldn't be able to provide the solution nor transfer my call to the previous team. As a result she asked me to call 199 again tell the team to provide me a resolution for suspended account activation.

                                    I called the helpline again and they assured me that hey have raised a request and the needful shall be done. The sim would be activated and i would be able to make calls precisely after 2 hours. More than 6 hours lapsed and i called 199 again at 6:30 pm ist. I spoke with sandeep who told me that my request was raised to the incorrect department and that he has raised my concern/ request to the right team and it will further take 2 hours to get my sim activated. I called the 199 again at 8:30 and this time i spoke with pankaj who told me that the request was raised at 6:30 pm ist however, it will take 4 hours for it to e processed. All this time all the customer care people told me that it takes 2 hours to get the sim activated. He was the only one who asked me to wait for 4 hours. On retaliating with him regarding their negligence to understand the issue properly and provide timely resolution. He asked me to wait for another 1 hour for my sim to get activated. The time is 10:30 pm ist now. Its been more than 15 hours now and not 2 hours or 4 hours and still the [censored]ing sim is not yet activated. Still not able to make any outgoing calls or receive any incoming.

                                    Considering the history of this huge brand who is one of the top cellular network provider. I fail to understand how could they keep careless and negligent people as part of their customer service team. They hardly have any process knowledge and hardly provide any satisfactory customer service to anyone.

                                    Now i know the final solution to this would be getting my network changed to airtel. It wouldn't even matter to them to lose one loyal customer but they should consider if they continue to provide a service like this, the day is not far behind when they will start loosing out all their customers.

                                      A person holding vodafone number "[protected]" is continuously making fraudulent calls on my family numbers. the persons falsely claims to be from some bank and repeatedly asking for account information and card information. he is speaking in bengali and also uses abusive languages.
                                      Request you to block this deactivate this mobile number and also warn that person to stop doing this further to anyone from any other numbers.

                                        I had an airtel number which i ported to vodafone. For quite sometime i did not recharge the number as i changed my city of stay, and the number seems to have expired now.

                                        I want to get the number re-activated. How can i do that? Any specific number that i will have to dial?
                                        Customer care numbers never connect me to the executive to talk to. Can anybody guide me through the process?

                                        I had vide my e-mail dated September 7, 2015 advised Vodafone to disconnect my no. [protected]( Talk plan MTOFlexiDataPlan).
                                        I had reiterated the above again on March 10, 2016.

                                        I have not been using the said no. for a long time. But Vodafone continues to raise new bills.
                                        Whenever i try to call some one using my vodafone number i always get Call Dropped signal and Rarely do my call connect. I m residing in airport road, all surrounded by Mobile Towers. I request them to look in to this issue and See to it.
                                        I have entered the wrong pincode so now its asking for the puk code .Kindly send me the number my no.[protected], My Vodafone sim is the PUK BLOCKED is not open my sim, A sim in lot of phone no, plz clear the mu Problem, thanking u sir / madam
