    I was searching call rate option by dialing *111hesh. But vodafone has mention unnecesary discount option mydala 765798 so that customer can accept that offers. But i accept that offer for make my call rate cheapest. But vodafone has deduct my 49 rupees. And didnt get any benefit. This is the falt of mydala service of vodafone. And i call that my dala service no[protected] they are saying we will not refund.

        Hi Vodafone Person,

        My name is Reetu and I have been your customer from a long period.
        I have my vodafone postpaid number in Delhi Circle ([protected]) . I have moved to Delhi to Pune (Maharashra) in May 2016. I requested to port my phone number from Delhi to Pune on 3rd June 2016 at Vodafone Store Kalyani Nagar.
        After a month when there is no progress. I requested them to proceed the disconnection of the same number.

        My First complain is about the disconnection which is request before 3 months and still not happened. Vodafone representative called me to ask why I want to disconnect my number and I told them the reason clealy and they gave very wired answers like "You should disconnect your number before leaving Delhi". How could they ask these kind of stupid questions to me? After so many follow up and and mental frustration. Still the number is not disconnected and I am getting bills with increased amount. This is clearly mental harassment and I am going to Sue you guys for the Same. I am clearly mentioning
        here I AM NOT GOING TO PAY ANY BILL AMOUNT FOR YOUR STAFF MISTAKE.

        Hi Vodafone Person,

        My name is Reetu and I have been your customer from a long period.
        My Second Concern is I was using a prepaid vodafone number ([protected]) in Pune because my delhi number is supposed to be disconnect. Lnsast week I applied this number to convert from Prepaid to Postpaid. There is no verification Person who visited at my place for Verification. And now my outgoing is barred due to verification failure. I am sorry to say but "F#ck of Your Vodafone services". How could you disconnect my services without any prior notice, while there is no person visited to my place after booking the appointment to visit.

        I have again booked the appointment for visit today between 10 AM to 12 PM, but still there is no verification person visited to my place. I am helpless as my outgoings are barred.

        Request you to take the matter personally. And get it settle ASAP.

          I had using Vodafone No: [protected] since lost four years. Every time i am calling outgoing calls for any networks the Worst Vodafone Company jumps 1 or 2 seconds. Why loot always my money. Please don’t cut my money. I am calling for eg 20 secongs, cut only 20 seconds only my money. Not 22 seconds of my money. I have had a proof is there.

            for the following few lines for your kind consideration, i beg to drag your attention regarding the above mentioned cheated company.While we recharging for a desired service by providing exact money asked, the company is unable to provide good service .Even this company don't have any toll free number to contact the customers, also charging money to talk with.Hope this company should not be in INDIA.I would be grateful to you if you would have a look into this matter and find out the proper solution .Not only me other customers too appreciate what the decision you would take against this cheated company.

                Hi, i just return from one of the worst experience from an international service provider company staff. Vodafone deactivated my preserved number since two years without intimation. And when i went to complain regarding that they show me laid back and careless attitude. I asked them i would like to port my another vodafone number as i am disappointed from their service and they took no resistance. I tried to capture a video asking them that they dont have problem me shifting to another company when the manager anmed mayank chudasma tried to snatch my phone from my hand. From now on i don't want to take any service from vodafone but i would like that the necessary actions should be taken against them.. Uploading video as a proof.

                    After doing port to Vodafone, they asked me to do tele verification by dialling the 59059. Though I'm trying to do it, it's unable to complete verification since 12 hours.
                    While doing port, the vodafone team told that it will take just a hour to do the port after dialling 59059. but here this is not the case.

                    For the same issue when I call to vodafone customer(5 times) they are telling like it will take 30 min. And one stupid question they are asking is, whether the network is their in my phone?How come they(Even Manager Anupama) ask these type stupid questions, as I already told them that I called 59059 and I'm geeting respone that "Thank you for calling vodafone".
                    After so many try, now the Manager Anupama is saying it need 4 hours(This is also not sure) to fix this port. Which means almost my one day is gone without any calls.
                    Though they confirmed that the port will happen in non businees hours, now they have done this during business hours and that also a weekday.
                    Because of all these problems, now I'm getting escalation call from my office managers, as clients are unable to reach me. And in postion remove from the project.

                    So I request you to please take this seriously.

                      I port my airtel number[protected] into vodafone.

                      But from 7th october my incoming and outgoing interupted, i called vodafone care and come to know my address verification is negative.
                      On 9th october request generated to re verify address by mail.
                      On 10th october i visited vodafone care with my address proof documents. they assured me that my number will be started from 12th october, but number not started yet.

                      Again i talk to vodafone care on 13th october address verification request regenerated but no action done.

                      But now vodafone is saying i have to again visit vodafone care centre with documents.
                      No support provided by vodafone and my number is blocked from 7 days worst service i have seen in my life.

                        I am using Vodafone from 2006 .Now I am going to say bye bye to them.In next seven days I will port to Airtel.

                        In 2006, I brought my first sim - vodafone. It was amazing company at that time. Vodafone had - One of the best customer services.I remember calling them and they used to resolve any issue.

                        Come to present day - 2016. For last 2 months they are adding VAS charges to my bill on my number [protected]. Even when I have not requested for any VAS services. When I call customer services last month - they put me on hold many times - and even when they talked rudely. One of them even gave me flat NO. Telling me that its my mistake.

                        So 2 weeks back I gave porting request to airtel. One customer rep from Vodafone called. She promised me that she will refund all extra charges.

                        I have sentimental attachment to Vodafone . So I gave it a chance. When this month's bill came - I saw - they have not refunded 500 .Instead they have added 240 VAS charges extra.

                        When I called Vodafone customer care - they told me that there is no mention of Rs 500 reversal.

                        So I have reached my Limit. Applying for Porting to Airtel again. If this time Vodafone rep calls me after porting request - I am not going to listen to her false promises.

                        Perfect Example of bad customer care destroying 10 year old relationship.

                        Bye bye Vodafone. Welcome Airtel.

                          Dear sir,

                          I’m mahesh bhosle. I have use vodafone prepaid # [protected] since 2008.
                          I have another tata docomo prepaid # [protected]. I have called vodafone customer care on toll free dated 03/10/2016 for portable by tata docomo number to under vodafone post paid, call center person tell me i will received call from our side for the same.

                          Very next day i have received call on 04/10/2016 from vodafone representative ms. Sana (Andheri office) # [protected]. She given me the plan of 399 and i’ll get the 1000 min of and after 30p call rate and unlimited 3g/4g data for lifetime. So, im agreed for this plan, then she said me, give me document on mail or whatapp for process. There is no need to collect the document of hard copy we will manage with soft copy.
                          Next day 05/10/2016 i have provided my document upc no. Tm995462, pan card, aadhar card, my address, my photo, my home agreement on whatapp # [protected] on 05/10/2016.
                          Once received all documents she tell me the number will port within 7 days and i’ll call you for confirmation.

                          After 7 days. Today i have called on same # [protected], but no one received my call, every time ringing and somebody cut my call. Since morning im trying to connect with this #. After some time ms. Priyanka picked my call, i have asked her for status of portability, she said i’ll update you in 1hrs, but she didn’t call me back. And again start calling.
                          Then have called on vodafone toll free # but no one respond me proper. I have again start the dialing same # on my office land line and some guy pick my call, i have asked status of portability request and about ms. Sana but he disconnect my call without any response.
                          Then i have called on 198 vodafone toll free, these person also start transfer my call hear and there. I have speak more than 30min. And trying to understand my problem to them finaly he said me please put complaint via mail.

                          I have attach my mobile screen short of all communication done between me and her.
                          1) sms that i have send with upc no.
                          2) whatsapp that i have send my all documents.
                          3) how many time i have done call her today.

                          Today i really frustrate with this type irresponsibility of vodafone and their employees. Im worried about my document that they not use in illegal purpose.

                            The vodafone represntative has told us the plan that our numbers shall be roaming free in delhi, harayana & rajasthan & also our number in which we are using internet the net pack was unlimited . But when we came to see the bills they have charged us for roaming & data usage . When we call the person who told us that the service shall be free he said that he will waiver the amount & from next time same shall not be charged in our bills & now he is not picking our phone & also not giving the reply to our mail we have even mailed to vodafone nodal officer & appeal authority but no one is giving revert to our mail .

                                  I had registered a complaint of call drop and internet issues on 8th Spet 16' to Vodafone customer care. Post than there was initial commitment by their customer care to rectify the issue by 12th Spet 16'. However, no communication was made and till date 13th Oct 16' my issue has not been resolved, neither the company is supporting me for my port out request.

                                  Vodafone has created painful and humiliating experience for me by putting the matter on hold and giving false commitment. I have been a genuine customer paying my bills on time. The kind of treatment given to me is really disappointing. I request the consumer forum to take strict action against such service provider so that they learn lesson and do not repeat such things with any other customer.
                                  If required I may share the several email communication made from my side to Vodafone customer care and nodal officer too.

                                    I took this number in march 2016 and have been using it and suddenly vodafone discontinued this number without my consent stating my doccuments have not been submitted. No doccuments after 2 months o[censored]sage?

                                    R u crazy? Please get this resolved and reactivate this number
                                    Really bad 2G data services. been trying to upload one picture on social media since 2 hours. my instagram hardly works on my phone and I cant ever open my facebook account.

                                      Request you to please cancel these charges & resend me new bill.
                                      FYI - This mobile number is no longer in use. i have already deactivated.
