Dear sir,
I’m mahesh bhosle. I have use vodafone prepaid # [protected] since 2008.
I have another tata docomo prepaid # [protected]. I have called vodafone customer care on toll free dated 03/10/2016 for portable by tata docomo number to under vodafone post paid, call center person tell me i will received call from our side for the same.
Very next day i have received call on 04/10/2016 from vodafone representative ms. Sana (Andheri office) # [protected]. She given me the plan of 399 and i’ll get the 1000 min of and after 30p call rate and unlimited 3g/4g data for lifetime. So, im agreed for this plan, then she said me, give me document on mail or whatapp for process. There is no need to collect the document of hard copy we will manage with soft copy.
Next day 05/10/2016 i have provided my document upc no. Tm995462, pan card, aadhar card, my address, my photo, my home agreement on whatapp # [protected] on 05/10/2016.
Once received all documents she tell me the number will port within 7 days and i’ll call you for confirmation.
After 7 days. Today i have called on same # [protected], but no one received my call, every time ringing and somebody cut my call. Since morning im trying to connect with this #. After some time ms. Priyanka picked my call, i have asked her for status of portability, she said i’ll update you in 1hrs, but she didn’t call me back. And again start calling.
Then have called on vodafone toll free # but no one respond me proper. I have again start the dialing same # on my office land line and some guy pick my call, i have asked status of portability request and about ms. Sana but he disconnect my call without any response.
Then i have called on 198 vodafone toll free, these person also start transfer my call hear and there. I have speak more than 30min. And trying to understand my problem to them finaly he said me please put complaint via mail.
I have attach my mobile screen short of all communication done between me and her.
1) sms that i have send with upc no.
2) whatsapp that i have send my all documents.
3) how many time i have done call her today.
Today i really frustrate with this type irresponsibility of vodafone and their employees. Im worried about my document that they not use in illegal purpose.
