Hi sir,
my incoming and outgoing service is not working since 9-oct-2016.i have visited 4-5 times in Vodafone gallery and call 30-40 times in customer care nut problem still same.not resolved my problem I have facing very big problem and I have tired to visit Vodafone gallery every day.and also condition your plan is changed you do not port number

    I have taken a Vodafone pre-paid SIM ([protected]) in the name of my daughter Shivangi Singh on 05/10/16 from a shop near Ajay Kumar Garg Engineering college. As the SIM was not activated, I have written a mail regarding it to vodafone care.[protected]@vodafone.com on 09/10/16. I have been assured that my problem would be resolved within 72 hrs. But till today the sim is not activated. When I contacted to vodafone customer care Delhi no [protected] I have been informed that my documents is not reached to vodafone office so they can not help me. It has gone 12 days after getting my sim still the company is not clear wheny sim would be activated.
    Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    Mob no [protected] was rechareged 10.10.2016 with 180/- Rs and after half an hour it's balance was reversed by same mobile no. of Retailer Mr.Ramesh Kumawat, Akola, Dist Chittor [protected]. I have paid cash to him. for zero balance. TM chittor suggested me to go consumer court against retailer and company. I have their voice recording in my mobile
    I have lots of problems. I want my call list in my number. Hope u will help me soon. I must required my call list, because my family trouble in this. This is very important for me. Please help me please as soon as possible. If you help me i m very thankful to you.

      I did a recharge of Rs.80 on 16.10.2016. Mistakenly i entered my number as [protected] instead of [protected]. I called the customer care and they asked me to send an sms on 144 but after I did that, i received a message saying that the dealer number is incorrect. I again contacted the customer care but this time they simply refuse to help me saying that they cannot revert back my money. How can things get change in a span of 5 minutes.

        I had been to France recently for one moth and I have not used Vodafone at all(I bought local sim). But when I came back to India, around 200 rupees got deducted from my account for activating international roaming through msg which I have not done at all and one important thing is at the time i was having nil balance.
        when i asked for proof as I have sent the msg for activating international roaming, they said that we should not share that information.
        One more important thing is that the customer care people have not taken my complaint at all and also said like it is my mistake.

        200 Rupees is not a big matter here, but the cheating that has been done by the vodafone without my notice and also very bad respose that I received from customre care is the very very big issue for me.

        Please take necessary actions on this...

          I had filled porting form on 5 october 2016 for porting of my number [protected] from postpaid to Prepaid at Vodafone center at New Fatehpura Road, near UTI office, Udaipur by Mr Umar (center Official). I was instructed to pay an amount, which Mr Umar had calculated and on paying the amount, MR Umar gave me a new sim and assured me that the porting will be done in another 3 to 4 days. The best part was it was not done till 12 October for which when I contacted customer care and i was shocked to hear that my application is not processed for which I lodged a complaint. Since 12 october innumerable times i am contacting the 198 complaints section. Absolutely annoying response i get, that the amount you have paid is less, you pay the remaining and it will be done. I had not decided the amount that i have to pay, it was decided by the appropriate authority sitting in the recognised vodafone office, then why should i pay extra at the mistake of the vodafone official.

          I want the porting to be done without any extra cost and the vodafone should be careful in appointing officials who are so careless.

          Also at the vodafone customer care, the customer care executives should be helpful and not supporting the wrong thing done by the executive at vodafone center and CHEAT customers

          Vodafone office people are CHEATING customers, vodafone should get this wrong practice stopped.

          I demand justice, porting of my number [protected] with added compensation for the mental torture they have done to me.

          If it doesnt stop here and settle at this stage, i will be forced to approach Consumer Forum Court and Switch to other network

                Rs 25 was deducted in the name of Namkeen Pack from my main account balance without my knowledge. What the hell is this Namkeen pack? What king of Robbery is this.                   Yesterday I too got a message regarding activation of follo pack followed by 35/- deduction, usually we recharge for less amounts only that too they are taking it away then how can we use their network.Immediately stop this cheating innocence people will not give you any growth.

                  when I called customer care they said it was due to a pop up, but in my phone popup is always in blocked state only, they are cheating us.

                      I was searching call rate option by dialing *111hesh. But vodafone has mention unnecesary discount option mydala 765798 so that customer can accept that offers. But i accept that offer for make my call rate cheapest. But vodafone has deduct my 49 rupees. And didnt get any benefit. This is the falt of mydala service of vodafone.                           Hi Vodafone Person,

                          My name is Reetu and I have been your customer from a long period.
                          I have my vodafone postpaid number in Delhi Circle ([protected]) . I have moved to Delhi to Pune (Maharashra) in May 2016. I requested to port my phone number from Delhi to Pune on 3rd June 2016 at Vodafone Store Kalyani Nagar.
                          After a month when there is no progress. I requested them to proceed the disconnection of the same number.

                          My First complain is about the disconnection which is request before 3 months and still not happened. Vodafone representative called me to ask why I want to disconnect my number and I told them the reason clealy and they gave very wired answers like "You should disconnect your number before leaving Delhi". How could they ask these kind of stupid questions to me? After so many follow up and and mental frustration. Still the number is not disconnected and I am getting bills with increased amount. This is clearly mental harassment and I am going to Sue you guys for the Same. I am clearly mentioning
                          here I AM NOT GOING TO PAY ANY BILL AMOUNT FOR YOUR STAFF MISTAKE.

                          Hi Vodafone Person,

                          My name is Reetu and I have been your customer from a long period.
                          My Second Concern is I was using a prepaid vodafone number ([protected]) in Pune because my delhi number is supposed to be disconnect. Lnsast week I applied this number to convert from Prepaid to Postpaid. There is no verification Person who visited at my place for Verification. And now my outgoing is barred due to verification failure. I am sorry to say but "F#ck of Your Vodafone services". How could you disconnect my services without any prior notice, while there is no person visited to my place after booking the appointment to visit.

                          I have again booked the appointment for visit today between 10 AM to 12 PM, but still there is no verification person visited to my place. I am helpless as my outgoings are barred.

                          Request you to take the matter personally. And get it settle ASAP.

                            I had using Vodafone No: [protected] since lost four years. Every time i am calling outgoing calls for any networks the Worst Vodafone Company jumps 1 or 2 seconds. Why loot always my money. Please don’t cut my money. I am calling for eg 20 secongs, cut only 20 seconds only my money. Not 22 seconds of my money. I have had a proof is there.

                              for the following few lines for your kind consideration, i beg to drag your attention regarding the above mentioned cheated company.While we recharging for a desired service by providing exact money asked, the company is unable to provide good service .Even this company don't have any toll free number to contact the customers, also charging money to talk with.Hope this company should not be in INDIA.I would be grateful to you if you would have a look into this matter and find out the proper solution .Not only me other customers too appreciate what the decision you would take against this cheated company.

                                  Hi, i just return from one of the worst experience from an international service provider company staff. Vodafone deactivated my preserved number since two years without intimation. And when i went to complain regarding that they show me laid back and careless attitude. I asked them i would like to port my another vodafone number as i am disappointed from their service and they took no resistance. I tried to capture a video asking them that they dont have problem me shifting to another company when the manager anmed mayank chudasma tried to snatch my phone from my hand. From now on i don't want to take any service from vodafone but i would like that the necessary actions should be taken against them.. Uploading video as a proof.

                                    Dear sir, Vodafone company waley mere bill me international message k fake charges laga rhe hai kai baar complaints karne par bhi na to waver diya hai ar naa he charges deduct kr rhe h. mai apple 5s phone use kr rha hu ye log khte h ki mai msg krta hu agar maine msg kiya h to uski history ya deleted msg ki history i phone se nikl aayegi. aap mera phone check krawa skte h. pls help me. vodafone ne bhut paresaan kr rkha h mujhe.

                                      After doing port to Vodafone, they asked me to do tele verification by dialling the 59059. Though I'm trying to do it, it's unable to complete verification since 12 hours.
                                      While doing port, the vodafone team told that it will take just a hour to do the port after dialling 59059. but here this is not the case.

                                      For the same issue when I call to vodafone customer(5 times) they are telling like it will take 30 min. And one stupid question they are asking is, whether the network is their in my phone?How come they(Even Manager Anupama) ask these type stupid questions, as I already told them that I called 59059 and I'm geeting respone that "Thank you for calling vodafone".
                                      After so many try, now the Manager Anupama is saying it need 4 hours(This is also not sure) to fix this port. Which means almost my one day is gone without any calls.
                                      Though they confirmed that the port will happen in non businees hours, now they have done this during business hours and that also a weekday.
                                      Because of all these problems, now I'm getting escalation call from my office managers, as clients are unable to reach me. And in postion remove from the project.

                                      So I request you to please take this seriously.
