Hi, i am anil kr. Das and i was issued a vodafone prepaid simcard with the number [protected], however suddenly all the services were disconnected stating no doccuments were provided after 8 months o[censored]sing the number. I have called the customer care with no help.

This number was used for official purpose which is getting hampered. Please assist asap.

Hi, my vodafone number [protected] has been disconnected without my consent stating that the no doccuments have been submitted. This is unacceptable.

I took this number in march 2016 and have been using it and suddenly vodafone discontinued this number without my consent stating my doccuments have not been submitted. No doccuments after 2 months o[censored]sage?

R u crazy? Please get this resolved and reactivate this number
Really bad 2G data services. been trying to upload one picture on social media since 2 hours. my instagram hardly works on my phone and I cant ever open my facebook account.

      I ira singhi had an airtel sim card which i ported on 29th september 2016, and port was successful on 7th october 2016 in kolkata. I had to get a replaced sum card in bangalore marathahalli branch and the person there told me it would be activated in 24 hours. Then on 10th october i visited the vodafone branch in bellandur.
      Their they told me it shall be activated by 12th october. The manager of that store said it would be done but till now the sim card has not been activation bangalore.
      All my important accounts are linked with that number. My debit card is blocked and i am not able to use the card because my linked number is off. I am literally beong harassed by vodafone. I am running short of money. I want a compensation of 1 lakh from them for the harassment that i have faced since one full week.

      I have download vodafone app by play store and i saw a plan of 75 rupees in this tarrif the call charge all std call 25 paise per minut .then i recharge my mobile no-[protected] and i got other benifit ..so i this is your fault why u dont update your vodafone app...so i want activate my tarrif or refund my blnce ...

Today i got a mesaage that Vodafone has activated their service called Top Model without my permission and deduct charge rupees 5...They also messeged me that it is a daily autorenewable service and i[censored] will not discontinue it, will charge rs 5 everyday so i deactivate it by calling on tollfree number but they deduct charge for[protected] without my direction to active such kind of service so i want my balance back...otherwise i will go for mobile number portability and will shifted to anyother mobile networking company.             We are staying at shanti nagar wagele estate thane 400604. Since last ten days we are facing problem from vodfone network. Some people not getting net connection, voice breaking at recivers end and many more. But all are saying they have complined but till now the problem not solved. Today i hane called customer care and explained the problem and asked to send the sms regarding the complaint but not received. All are facing problem if you go out of the area there is no problem either we have to shift or to shift from vodefone. Please solve your priblem.

              We took a corporate connection of Vodafone and they give me in written that we will provide you roaming Incoming free in 5 states and total roaming free in DELHI NCR but now they refused to provide benefits.                 As i was not satisfied with vodafone postpaid connection.i reverted back to prepaid but with the same mobile number which postpaid has. And i activated my prepaid sim by easy recharge.and when i try to recharge with 30rs ..i didn't get any recharge balance on my number and showing this error "Your card's face value is greater than session limit" . what does this mean ?? PS : I switched off and on ... i removed the sim and inserted .. i have tried all this ... Give proper resolution to customer's ... Customer people will say one thing and when i go to any vodafone store they will tell another thing ... and when both are working for vodafone .. how come customer people have diff.set of resolutions and you people have diff.set of resolutions.

                  I am using no [protected] (Delhi postpaid no). I have activated my internet (Plan 250 monthly rent) service on 24-sept-2016. As guided by customer care executive it will be charged on pro-rata basis. But after bill generated on 05-oct-16 it was charged rs 250 for 11 days.
                  As called customer care executive after bill generation no proper response at all. Also visited vodafone store for the same in 3b2 mohali but they also dont have any information regarding the same as no is of delhi.
                  Now i have ported a request for migration to punjab again. So i have already done payment of rs 1100 before bill generation. On asking for a waiver for the same customer care executive not able to give waiver for the same as i have already made advance payment for the same.
                  It was a wrong communication from customer care executive for which i have been charged wrong in my bill.
                  Now concern is i have request for vlr porting to punjab on 07-oct-2016. Now it will be rejected as due to this billing issue. And i am using this number in roaming with a high usage.
                  Kindly provide resolution for the same.

                    Hi. It's too bad experience of me with vodafone as there customer care service is very disappointed . Many times I have mailed them regarding my issues but they are yet not capable to solve my problem. By this forum I am in a hope that there some strict will be take by company. As per plan it's started with 1st of every month but as per consumption record it's showing a consumption of 1600mb. Which is very unusual and very worst case kindly help.                       This is benny stephan. I had been using the vodafone postpaid connection for about 6 months now. I was approached by a vodafone sales representative regarding a plan where i need to pay rs299 which promised 800 local minutes, 100 messages, 100 minutes std calls, free 3g data pack with 1gb quota and 2g unlimited if the 1gb of 3g data pack is finished. Vodafone never informed that the 3g datapack would be free only for 3 months when they gave me this postpaid connection. I had to port from idea to vodafone because of the lie from vodafone. I have been receiving a bill of rs600 to rs800 for the last 3 months. I had contacted vodafone recently and i was informed that vodafone has been charging me extra for the 3g data pack. I never received any acknowledgement from vodafone about any extra charge towards the 3g data pack. After having a heated conversation with the representative from vodafone in september, they told me that the data pack will be free for the next 3 months and then after 3 months i have to call vodafone back and tell them to provide free data pack as promised. The most disturbing thing is that they have again charged me rs700 for rs299 plan.

                        I paid my last 3 months vodafone postpaid bill and processes to port my number in burdwan vodafone store in tinkonia more and they give a new sim card and told me maximum 3 day when you left for the postpaid connection. Now 6 days left but the connection is running. Please disconnect my vodafone no. No-[protected]. Subhodeep karmakar holder. Please disconnect my no as soon as possible.

                          My name is nilesh. I am using vodafone number past 1 years. The number is [protected]. But this last 3-4 months i having lot of network problem with vodafone. Error is : no net work coverage. I am did not receive a single point net work. Every time showing no net work coverage only for my mobile. Once can i left the office after only i got the net work. Inside office only this problem. Here using 30 vodafone number this place. But not at all sastisfied. All people said very bad services. Almost all are gave more complaint. I am also made the so many complaint to customer care. But they will not at all responce. Customer care service also is very bad services. Inform to agent please transfer to line higher officer but they will not transfer to the higher officers. I thing there is not working any higher officer that why not picking my call. May be agent will transfer the line. Fully going on ring then automatically hang the call. Last 3 month back only i sent throw mail regarding this query to appellate & nodal officers. After only they will take a action but still this problem not been solve. One people came & check with here every thing as been noted. But not in use. He also said. Sir i will send technical deperment it is clear maxiamum 2 days. But does not clear. Than i got the call from vodafone team & asking time but not done it. One people made the call to me the name is mr mohan prabu. They was said sir give to me maxiamum time to 3 or 4 months surely we will arrage to clear the problem. But i not satisfied this services bcoz i know very well they will again take a time 3 or 4 months. I will asking i gave the complaint past 1 year back i[censored] not complited 3 or 4 months ah. Saying sorry sir. He was said i know that particular area is going on the network problem. I agree so give me time sir. I was asked sir you are know the problem going on there but why should not be clear there. Again they will said arrange to clear problem. I will told sir now i not able to use vodafone number. But they will not care about my problem. Simly asking time only. I am very sad to say this sir. I feel so sad. Bcoz my bussiness purpose only this number. I trust is this problem will be clear asap.                             theses kinda things are completely unknown to me & are not used at all .
                            this has been the case from the last few months, when approched the call centre they politely accepted to revert back charges for this month
                            but this has been charged from the last few months. when asked they say they cannot do, secondly they say they wudnt have the detail, how it got activated .
                            also they dont share the detail billing regularly, so i wudnt know how many times i have been cheated like this in the past few years that i have been using .
                            i request the forum to look into this matter & help me .

                                Dear Vodafone,

                                This is with reference to the latest postpaid bill of September month generated on my mobile number [protected]. I have been charged Rs200 for data usage during the period from 22nd September to 2nd October, despite the fact that I have been using my 1gb net pack till 1st October and after that I had activated Rs100 for 300mb Add on pack. In my itemised bill, Vodafone has been charged me for the data usage between 22nd Sep 2016 to 2nd Oct 2016. It was confirmed by your customer care executive also that my add on pack has been activated and after getting confirmation only I had started using internet. Till 1st Oct I had my 1gb pack balance only that I was continuously checking through Vodafone app as well as through ussd code. This is cheating your customers if you charge them unnecessary charges for the services which they have not used. Please look into this matter at the earliest and revert back the extra charges so that i can pay my Vodafone bill before due date, failing this I might be forced to take some strict actions.

                                  I have been using Vodafone for about 6 years now.i have a postpaid plan with 8gb internet pack. It has so started happening recently that my plans have been customised by vodafone operators at their end without my consultation.my internet plan for the bygone month has been turned off by their operator and when i complained about it i was told that it has been customised twice and cannot be customised anyfurther. I was left in lurch when i did not even request them to change my plan details and so could not use internet for the entire month. Besides when i recieved my bill today; i have been charged for the internet !!! Is it ? So u want me to first survive without internet for a month and then shell out money for your own mistakes ! Deeply disapponinted !

                                    I bought the Alcatel link zone mw40cj Mifi device with 4g network and 32 Mbps speed @ Rs.2, 699/- on 25/9/2016. For the first 10 days it worked appropriately. However now the speed is bad and other than WhatsApp none of the applications, Google, Facebook work properly. Images are not downloaded or sent quickly or failed. The Vodafone service is really bad in terms of mobile network and now internet speed as well. The airtel 3g network in my mobile works much better than the mifi 4g.
                                    Vodafone really needs to get up to the mark to resolve these issues.

                                      I m mohit & i have port my number idea to vodafone because some one told me vodafone is very good service provider but he is wrong u are very bed service provider. I highly iretrait ur service. Some 1 call me in ur side she told me u can port ur number i dont required any kind of address proof. I have give it the document. After 3 ya 4 days my outgoing is closed due to my address verification (pd). Ok then she call me & told me ur profile is decline due to rental profile.then she told me u can me another addess for verication only i dont required any address proof.i have told another address its my uncal address verification is done its postive.but then call come from vodafone side & he want address proof. I already told to that girl i have not any kind of proof that home. Than i have call to customer care exicutive Mr mohit. He told u can go to vodafone store. Than i have reached in vodafone store & meet mr rahul. He told me we have not required any proof.i have submitted the requiest last 6/10/2016. We have visit in 8/10/2016 also but still my outgoing is not start. This kind o[censored]r service. Please see this. I dont want ur number please reconvert in this number to idea. I have not any proof.

                                        Hello sir/madam
                                        My self gorakh chaudhary, work in brd medical college gorakhpur. I have allotted vodafone cug no. [protected] in august 2016. At that time i choose plan of 199 and the was filled in form but the plan activated sme 99. Due to this mistake my bill was so high (As last billed amount was 515.00).
                                        About all this, i discuss on 198 but he told me that plz write a mail.
                                        So you are requested to change my plan from sme 99 to 199 as well as adjust my excess billed amount whatever i paid till.
                                        Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                        I am sunil kumar from pnipat haryana (india) my Mo. No. is [protected] is 15 Days is closed. i am going in vodafone main store to 14 days .
                                        If no action is being taken against it. plz me solution.
                                        My vodafone number [protected] is misplace, so please close this number.
                                        Plz. send the incoming/outgoing coll details this no, [protected] in september. 2016 so plz. return my email ([protected]@gmail, com). plz sir this is very emergency in my family. becouse my family is create to very understanding. so plz, , ,
