Hi Team,

(FROM 2 DAYS I AM SENDING THE SAME EMAIL BUT NO ONE IS BOTHERED TO ASSIST OR REPLY)

My Vodafone mobile number is [protected], I am really upset of behaviour from Vodafone stores executive and manager. From past three months he was co-ordinating with me in stores. When I have purchased the sim from that time till I am facing some other issue. After I have purchased the sim for 1st time there was negative verification and my connection was barred, I have submitted my documents again and again. Acctualy the verification executive use to call me and he use to tell I am near your home. Then after sometime when I call him again he use to disconnect. Many I time I have complained to Vodafone store executive "Mr.Shivraj" then finally he called that executive and asked about it, then that guy said he have verified and he will update that verification successful but on the same day eveving my number was barred again I went to the store and spoke to "Mr.Shivraj" then again he called but the verification executive didn't responde the call. The issue continued for 15-20 days everytime I use to visit to Vodafone store and beg his complete the verification and activate my number. Evrytime he use to give some other reason. Finally the issue resolved after 20days. Then I asked him my number was barred for 20days and everytime I have to come to Vodafone store and request I want waiver for my bill for which didn't use then he assured me and promised me that he will give me waiver.

*The billing issue:
This issue also is continuing form 2-3 months, I can not tell the exact month bill because the issue is repeating from long back.
Everytime I activate booter pack from my Vodafone app or by using USSD but that day there some error popping up like you can not activate kindly contact customer care. After I called they informed me that technical glitch is going on. Then I request him to activate 250/- booster pack for that he made me wait nearly 20-25 hold stating the system hangged he is restarting😣😣😣 then finally he released hold and said that he have activated the pack, I don't know he was in some hurry to disconnect the call😒😒 and said it will activate with in 30min, but after 1 hours also the pack didn't activate. Then again I called some one picked the call and at the opening only he kept me in hold for 30min😤😤 I was frustrated after he released the hold not even apologiesed😞😞😞(so unprofessional) then I aksed him about the issue and he informed me that during some issue the pack didn't get activated he will activated the pack, then again with out asking me he kept me in hold for 5min and came and said that he have activated the same pack. I was like okay.
But after 30min I got message that 450/- booser pack activated that to 2times 😵😫😫😫😫. I was like WTF then I called again asked for the escalaton and got the reply from them is they can not transfer my call, and they can not do anything once the pack is activated it will be added in the bill, and once the bill is generated I can escalate and ask for waiver. Then after the bill is generated, I totally shocked and went to Vodafone store and "Mr.Shivraj" co-ordinated with me I have said everything and he promised me that he will help me to het the waiver for the booster pack which I have changed and for the negative verification. Because of this I didn't pay the bill and there was delay for it and I have been charged for Late payment fees again🤔😣😣😣😣. Then like that 2months over I didn't get any waiver evrytime I go to see store he use to assure me that he will pass the waiver and after someday when I go again he use to give some reasons like the executive left office bla bla bla, but this month I was really frustrated because again my number was barred PSTN.
When I went him and asked he is like no I didn't promise you for the waiver I just I will try, I asked him ok take CCTV phortage evrythng will be recorded there right, so everyone will able to know then he was very rude to me all sudden. Then asked him to talk with his manager, then "Mr.Usman" came and said he is manage for the Vodafone store. The opened all the bill and she was like confusing me and said no we cant do anything it's your mistake you have used the service. Then I asked him why your executive have assuring me that he will pass the waiver then he is like no he didn't promise and all sudden "Mr.Usman and "Mr.Shiv Kumar" started replying very rudely as if like they want to hit me. They said call 199 we cant help. Then I asked him what if your executive do mistake while active packs I have to suffer for that, he is like you have used the service you have to pay etc all rubbish. I though to take a video and launch a police complaint against there behaviour but they didn't allow me to shoot the video😫😫😫 they do what ever you want. Hell this the behaviour we customer expect from executive when ask for the resolution. My family members everyone use Vodafone connection because we have crush on it but after they came to know this behaviour we are planning to shift it to Airtel though it's little costly but there behaviour is good toward customer.
* Yes, obiously I want waiver I am not ready to pay for the mistake which call center have done, I want all the recording from you guys, because I know that I have said them to activate 250/- pack.
* It's not about money it's about the customers respect 😤 trust with Vodafone. I want to know what is action have been taken on them. I will launch police complaint and I will go to consumer court, I will post the issue in FB page, Twitter, let all Vodafone fan see that when customers need help how the executive behave to ward them👿👿👿.

    Vodafone gave me international roaming last month. There was no information from their customer care team that updates that run the background will also get charged in mobile internet charges before i left for us. When i came back from us, i was charged a heavy bill. Inspire of repeated emails, they dont understand my point. They are so useless that they dont even have a escalation mechanism to talk to some senior person there.

      Recently i have purchased a new vodafone postpaid no [protected] on 28th september 2016 but still my no is not active when i called the vodafone agecy executive they said this no is alloted to another person so why he alloted me the same no with security amount of Rs 250 and why he collected my documents please strictly take the action against him and please provide me the solution. Vodafone is a big fraud company m very disappointed with vodafone and i decided to complaint against vodafone to consumer court so i have sent one copy of this complaint to consumercomplaint also.

        Hi,

        This is bhargav my phone no is [protected] i have many issues regarding bill and the internet the bill iam paying is very high

        The customer service guys are the worst they are not even giving me proper answer

        Why i have to pay this much bill no one is informing me anything even when i call the customer service

        They are keeping me on hold for more than 30mins

        Why i have to wait for 30-50 mins to talk to executive from customer care this is the worst customer service i have experienced.

        O i am going to change the network to idea

        From last one year i am bearing all these things from vodafone now i am exhausted

        Nobody is updating me about the bill even i requested how i have to give complaint to the customer service they are keeping me on hold more than 40min even after they are not connecting to the customer service if the call is disconnected i have to start from the beginning.
        I think u guys better close the customer service and do any other thing i don't know how u r recruiting these waste guys like younus and the manager sanjeev from hyderabad begumpet he is not even available to speak to customer these people are for serving customers or to do any other things i don't know

        I want to change to idea network

        I[censored] r not going to give any positive response i am going to change to other network and i will post each and everything in all social networks and public forum as well.

          Hello,

          I am a vodafone customer & am facing a disastrous experience from your team.

          The problem is in the end of the last year i bought this premium number [protected] for which i paid rs 5000/- and a sim was given to me, however this number never got activated for which then i consulted your vodafone store team and the person who sold me this number and i was told that i will be given a refund via a cheque /dd and that will be delivered at my billing address.

          It has been over 7-8 months that i have not received my refund and i have been rigorously trying to get in touch with the concern vodafone person who sold me this number on his cell phone [protected] but the same person is not available on the same number anymore.

          I also tried reaching out to your vodafone store for the refund and i was denied for it, however i was told you can buy another premium number but no refund.

          I dont understand how can your company sell and force me for another number when i have paid for the number that i shortlisted, i don't want any other number but i want the amount to be refunded that i have paid for.

          I urge you to look into this matter urgently and kind refund the amount that i have paid for the number.

            Before i use to get vodafone msg through my language (tamil) ex - chinna recharge but now even i have opted my lanuage as tamil it comes as (hindi) chota recharge, india is united through culture, language ethnic n religion if you are still wants to promote hindi rather than promoting your own brand you may have to fail poorly, with all due respect change ur strategy of marketing when comes to india while the language issue is in severe... i hope u understand the situation and make changes

              I am holding vodafone no [protected] under torrent pharmaceuticals limited - cug plan, we have to submit bill copy along with the vouchers and therefore we need printed bill copy. Vodafone on their own sent a message thanking for opting gogreen which i did not opt. This is unilateral and i strongly object such attitude.
              Please provide us printed bill copy till we use this number under vodafone service.

                Dear team,
                I was using vodafone postpaid plan of rs 375 (approx). company was offering unlimited 2g after 3g data gets over but in april or may they came up with new changes like 2g will be chargeable after 3f gets over which they did not have informed me by any of the medium like sms call email and they have charged me extra approx 1050 rs which i have already complained in vodafone but i did not hear back from them.
                Please accept my request that vodafone cannot charge or change plan without informing their customers.

                  My another number has been registered on someone else name without my permission and without my knowing and from prepaid it has been done postpaid this is so unethical please take some action and provide me better service i want it back on my name and prepaid again. i deactivated my sim 3 months ago today 29 october 2016 i re activated by sim and in evening i found my sim wasnt working when i called customer service executive they said it was registered on someone else name

                    Since evening today, it is observed that no outgoing call is possible from my mobile, after a bip sound dialed calls are terminated. It is also reported by my frainds that they are not able to call in my number, after a bip sound call is terminated. Now at 11 40 PM, after dialled one number, message shown "Mobile calls restricted by access control."
                    I fail to understand why calls are restricted and what is the reamidy. Please look after the matter and restore the proper system to enable me to dial and receive calls.

                        Hi Team,

                        I am seeking assistance from you as the Vodafone customer service unable to clarify me.

                        For the month of August The bill amount produced as Rs 1955.74(Inclusive of tax). I asked for the detail and they said I had crossed the limit o[censored]sage and post I have used 2100 mins approximately. But I don't feel I have used as such.
                        I have checked on 19/09/2016 in the app as my billing cycle is 20th of every month, I had 6 mins remaining at 20.07 and i[censored]sed he whole 4 hrs also i would have used the 240 mins extra max. I am not satisfied with the kind of service they provided despite of being cheated. They are really making money doing this. Please look in to this.

                            I am trying so many times to port my sim in Vodafone, even i have given three times to porting code it is expire but still my sim is not porting in Vodafone because your service in my area is very bad even your office is there but Mr Abhay that contact no is [protected] is not available any time when i go to in your "bad ke balaji office in Jaipur Rajasthan" even he is not pickup the phone i don't know why ? so i ask one question why you are open the office in our area because we have no advantage of it so please close the office and fire the employee because he is not reliable in service why we go to Jaipur city office. i and other people are also suffer from your service so please stop this and solve our problem immediately for kind information i am working in reputed print media and member of consumer forum so please care fully do any action otherwise your reputation is down you know very well.

                              I have a complaint on one of your vodafone store regarding postpaid to prepaid connection.

                              Hi this is p durgaprasad and my mobile number is [protected] now this is in suspend state. Previously my number is prepaid but accidentally the sim card is broken into two pieces that was the worst fate in my life leads to take me to your liar vodafone store(please find the attachment of your liar store photo).

                              When i went to vodafone store(vodafone mini store sree dhanalakshmi communications sarpavaram kakinada) and the in-charge is mr diwakar his mobile number is [protected].

                              He said that my number is not registered on my name but when i took my number [protected] i have given my proof aadharcard. Mr diwakar said that, first you convert to postpaid and with in 1 month i will change your number again to prepaid.

                              Issues:

                              1. I will change you to prepaid with in 1 month*
                              2. Im putting 500 as the maximum bill limit*
                              3. He said 100 rs as the verification charges initially after we argued with him he deducted it in first month bill*
                              4. He said that he doesnot charge for any money for downloads for the first three bills.
                              We said ok and proceeded for the postpaid connection.

                              All these happened on june 25th, for the first month bill he asked me to pay 300 bill i.E 299 pack and i have paid the bill and again i gave my proof to convert again to prepaid as he said on around august 1st week. He asked a request letter to change to prepaid and he said that don't use your sim any more after two or three days the sim get into suspended state still it is not working but the monthly bill is as usually generated why?. From on that day worst part is began he never lift our calls, daily we used to call him 50 times he lift the call and keep it aside. When we went to store always he used to said that under process or server under maintainanse, with in 3 days it will be done.This same story happened for all these days.
                              Our expenses : mobile bill to calling him hundreds of times + petrol charges to went store around 20 times which is 30 kms apart from my location.

                              Recently i have checked my bill that was around 1375.20 on[protected]. How can it crosses 500 maximum bill limit and how it is still not converted to prepaid. When i call him still he said it is under process what is the process you following.. To cheat customers we are serious about this issue im not going to pay any bill amount crosses the maximum limit and i want proceed legally on your stupid store which harasses customers. And one more thing is he collect 100 rs extra for verification purpose along with 500 deposit + 100 rs sim cost + 100 rs verification charges totally 700rs and first month bill 300. These all stupid expenses paid by me to get my stupid vodafone number. Im not going to pay money to you and i want my number back as prepaid 3 months time is completed already.

                              This is not the first time for us, around six months back my colleague had the same problem with the same store guy mr diwakar which takes 2 months time to change his ordinary sim to micro sim. For your verification his name is k sai krishna and number is [protected].

                              This is very worst service you guys providing to your customers.Take necessary action immediately and solve our issue as early as possible...

                              to change my ordinary sim to micro sim they charged me 100rs and it taken around 2 months this blody vodafone store guys irritated me like any thing i have lost important calls, i have travelled so many times to the store to ask them. for this type of guys only vodafone is loosing customers, they didnt have any manners how to treat the customers. through my friend i come to know that they wil charge 20rs to change the sim but this blody guy taken 100rs from me.

                                On 27.09.2016 & 28.09.2016, I have been charged for various VAS in spite of me not activating it. The executive at 198 says that I have activated both VAS on 27.09.2016, and he deactivated it. However, the next day, ie, on 28.09.2016, I have been charged from account twice and the executives at 198 was unable to justify the same saying the system was not updated. My current account balance is Rs: 0.00.

                                On 27.09.2016, they activated "Silk Pack" and "Hot Bikini Videos" saying that I gave consent for the same. However, on calling 198 they deactivated those services without a refund. On 28.09.2016, they deducted my balance twice ultimately nullifying but could not give reasonable explanation even after repeated requests. I would clearly like to mention that I have not tried activated or gave any consent to activate VAS but they did it.

                                I have had called Vodafone numerous times but they always give trademark replies without any perfect resolution. I even approached facebook page of Vodafone India where I got an instant reply but no resolution or a clarification call so far. I have approached both online complaint and 198 helpline without any effect.

                                I request for a complete refund as well as a proper explanation to as why services are being activated when I use to use the network for call, sms and data only.

                                  Surprisingly Vodafon has deducted Rs. 90.00 today early morning at around 2.10 am although I had never activated so called "Lifestyle Pack" and I was puzzled to see the notification SMS of the said deduction. This is really very bad & shocking. I tried my level best to contact Vodafon peoples to get back my money and to ensure that this is being deactivated immediately but its very tough to contact them.
                                  Now which service provider we should believe ?

                                  I'm hereby requesting Vodafone people to REFUND my Rs. 90.00 at the earliest and deactivate that Lifestyle Pack.

                                    I have discontinued using vodafone services on my number [protected], but still huge bill is generated and they are threatening me saying they will file legal proceedings. I have already communicated to the vodafone team about my grievance but there is no response from them. Several times i have told them that i cleared all the fess but they are saying i have used 3g packs, which is incoreect. I asked them for a proff but they are not able to provide any proof.

                                    Please help me

                                      Im using corporate plan 375 where I get 1GB free 4G data every month. I had complained to Vodafone customer care on Saturday 24th September about not allowing me to access the 4g internet even though I had 400MB data left on my balance. Till today the issue is not resolved.

                                      Every day I had to call and let them know my issue but every time they had a constant reply that it will get resolved in 24 hours time.

                                        My vodafone no [protected]. No body person come to verification and vodafone cuatomer care tell me go to vodafone store. And vodafone store person told me call to cuatomer care. No reaponse. And he told me ur address verification os nagative but my address are correct. I have gas connection and passport also in same address. Vodafone verification team also fraud. Without any verification update status nagative.
