On 27.09.2016 & 28.09.2016, I have been charged for various VAS in spite of me not activating it. The executive at 198 says that I have activated both VAS on 27.09.2016, and he deactivated it. However, the next day, ie, on 28.09.2016, I have been charged from account twice and the executives at 198 was unable to justify the same saying the system was not updated. My current account balance is Rs: 0.00.
On 27.09.2016, they activated "Silk Pack" and "Hot Bikini Videos" saying that I gave consent for the same. However, on calling 198 they deactivated those services without a refund. On 28.09.2016, they deducted my balance twice ultimately nullifying but could not give reasonable explanation even after repeated requests. I would clearly like to mention that I have not tried activated or gave any consent to activate VAS but they did it.
I have had called Vodafone numerous times but they always give trademark replies without any perfect resolution. I even approached facebook page of Vodafone India where I got an instant reply but no resolution or a clarification call so far. I have approached both online complaint and 198 helpline without any effect.
I request for a complete refund as well as a proper explanation to as why services are being activated when I use to use the network for call, sms and data only.
Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I would like to surrender my vodafone post paid connection- [protected].
I don't want to take this connection due to some personal issues. Please de-activate this number as soon as possible.
