India has no national langauge, and we don't need a british company to conduct a poll on indian national langauge. We indians have no national language and we are happy with our governament decision regarding the national language. We have 22official languages in our country. Respect it, better not to interfere in other countries internal issues.

    I lost my sim few days back i wanted the same number so i went to my nearest Vodafone store (sec 18 noida in front of GIP) as my number was registered on my brother's name, one employee told me to take same number but postpaid and submit Rs 400 as security( refundable ) which will activate within 3 days, if you want prepaid you have to bring your brother's original id and your id .. and sim will activate within 2 hrs . obviously i opted for 2nd option so on 22/09/2016 with all the ids, another employee told me
    no you cant get prepaid sim u have to take postpaid sim and submit rs 250 as security (refundable)then after 3 months come again to change it to prepaid ..now i am confused and annoyed

      Hi,

      I want to disconnect my vodafone post paid connection .My mobile number is[protected] .Reason for that is I am shifting from my current place to another place I don't use that sim now.Though I don't use it now I need to pay monthly package of my post paid sim card.So can you go through my issue and deactivate it as soon as possible .

        Vodafone service provider cheating Indian customers easily and simply looting money from Indians pocket. Because i had an some Dispute about excessive charges or wrong charges belongs to international sms service charges. Last 3months i discussed and fought for wrong billing to customer care, customer relationship manager they simply telling we will block all your international call and sms services so you don't get from next month and they told this month(respective) bill we can't change because its automaticallylly generated. For that simply giving some grab offers instead of waiving off the wrong billing amount. Even that also not properly reflects in your next bills and the problem still persists. Ok if again call to all this people they will tell same story. After again and again paid simply my hard earned monet to vodafone, I disappointed and realised now then i am changing service provider from vodafone to airtel.
        After just i am Checking online anyone have same issue
        And what actions they took against this stupids now i. Surprising after googling so many i think 40β„… customers especially this year 2016 have faced this issue irrespectively prepaid or postpaid, evryone same issue and same story, same request raised or feedback provding in online.
        After i realised now Vodafone starts cheating Indian customers brilliantly followed by cheated indian government for not paying respective taxes(still case's are pending in supreme court, Delhi).
        We are fighting to road selling poor vegetable shop people for just 5 or 10 rupees but this kind of corporates simply grab lot of money from your pocket either with or without your notice for your hard earned money.
        Who will control all this people?? Indian government giving red carpet to all foreign direct investments to this kind of people for enhancing employments and creating technology developments but the reality is horrible.
        They simply looting Indians money either not paying taxes or cheated customer services to indian customer, then employment aspects they put all automated machines and robots for increasing profits. Where the employment increased?? Still the unemployment issues persists in our country.
        Atlast what we got after changed all foreign and economic policies to india???
        I think it might be less than 2β„… benefits to indians and 98β„… profits or benefits to all this foreign multinational companies. It might be again the real benefits after changed the economic policies all goes to business people in India. They might have 70β„… benefits either they got investments from this people or doing / joining as joint Ventures but actually ground reality either middle class or lower class got nothing they simply cheated by all this people including our politicians.
        Is it possible all this peiple can do the same thing in their country intentionally or unintentionally??? Is the rules allowed them doing for that to this people in their country? Why we accepting all kind of scrps in our country?? How they have guts to do that herr, anything we can do in india(that mindset).
        Vodafone need to pay 14, 500crores for tax dues to indian government.IT tax department send so many remainders and leagal actions like filed case against this people.
        Now indian IT department can't control and indian government don't have control to this kind of people.
        When and how and who will change this 😩😨😰😰

          I have submitted a request on monday 19th sep, 2016 for name change request number [protected]. Vodafone closed the request without any feedback. I called the customer care and they told that my request is closed without any reason and i need to visit nearest store. I went to noida store and now they suggested me to visit sector 18. It is not my fault. I gave my documents aadhar card as proof and my name is reflecting wrong.

            Yes this s right and this is what i am now going to write and inform everyone and to your ceo sunil sood as well.

            My name is bhanu and i work as head of marketing with it company. i have been a vodafone customer since year 2000 but now it seems its time to say good bye to vodafone. my number [protected] was on a 699 red plan with 1 gb data and when i checked on the website it was showing that now this plan has 2 gb data.

            I called customer care and after many attempts in last 2 days i reached someone names ashwani and he after putting me on hold for 20 mins said my plan is upgraded.

            Now the beauty is before upgrade i was shown that i have used.86 gb of my 1 gb quota on my vodafone apps and after upgrade i am shown i have used 1.86 gb of my 2 gb quota. so vodafone upgraded and also added 1 gb of consumption on their own.

            He also said for the last month smart byte which i bought because i was not aware that this plan now has 2 gb of data free, i won't be given any refund because we had send sms to all customer that the plan has new gb add on and they should get it done which again is not true.

            I am investing my time to post this not because of money but because this is not what was expected from a company like vodafone and this not how a customer who has been with you since 16 years should have been treated. mr. sood please look at what's happening at the ground level in your organisation else vodafone will soon be soon be depleted of its customer base.

              Now listen very carefully,,

              I have request to active rs.150 plan of 500mb internet from vodafone app. At 6.30pm dated[protected],
              After that data pack not active so called to customer care,, he says wait till confirmation message,
              And finally at[protected] at 21.31 pm i got two sms that your rs.100 plan deactivated and rs.150 plan is activated and you have got 500mb data... (You may check your system send item)
              After that i check ussd code *111# and found that there are 0.00 mb in my data account, then i called to custmer care that why not credited mb in my account???
              But the customer care agent says that your mb is already credited,,, you may use the internet, i also confirmed that if i will be charged for it,,, you have to refund it from your salary,,, he agree and says that its confirmed that rs.150 plan is activated,,,, (I have called six time to your customer care but each and every time your employee says that pack is active and you have 500mb)
              After that company send me a message at 22.30 pm at 20/8/2016 that you reach the data limit and capping of rs.499 is done now you will be use net in capping speed,,,,
              (Check all the messages send from your system)
              I have use capping gprs data,,,,,,,
              Data pack actuallly activated at 21/09/2016 and i have used all 480mb and 20 mb left in my account,,,,,
              I have also confirmed at your customer care that i have 20mb...
              Then after i request to deactivated rs.150 plan at 22/8/2016 at 20.01 pm

              I took the vodafone prepaid connection just three days back. From my account rupees 21 was deducted for the service UNLIMITED VIDEO SERVICE for 7 days which I not I not selected. Sir, please stop this service and give me back my balance.

                  Hi team,

                  I took vodafone data card connection [protected] through corporate plan on june 28 2016
                  β€’ service interpreted from 24th june 2016 without prior communication.
                  β€’ there is no email notification when data usage exceeds above 50%, 75%, 90%, 100%
                  β€’ there is no sms notification to my registered mobile number.
                  β€’ raised ticket on 27th july 2016 for the same and requested to cancel the connection immediately
                  β€’ no response for more than 3 days and haven't get any proper information from support team
                  β€’ no workaround resolution from helpdesk.
                  β€’ unwanted data consuming videos, pictures, news from online. vodafone home page which also consumed my data indirectly.

                  Following are the real time issues i faced due to vodafone's worst network service:

                  1. unable to complete my deliverables to customer on time
                  2. my company had a bad name from their customer since missed regular business activities which was on my assignment
                  3. made situation to lose trust and goodwill for me and my company
                  4. my job got impacted due to worst network service
                  5. due to above reason i had unnecessary stress, mental pressure and depression.
                  6. due to stress, mental pressure and depression and my health problem, my family and my parents got impacted and suffered a lot.
                  7. when my job impacted, family, health because of worst vodafone service i decided to come out of vodafone and requested to cancel the connection on 26th sep 2017

                  When i had a problem with network connection, there was no support provided.

                  However now i am getting demand notice, mails and lot of calls from vodafone to make the payment for month of july 2016 usage. which again making stressful.

                  If i make the payment,

                  Will vodafone give me job for me?
                  Will vodafone resolve my health problem?
                  Will vodafone get my good will from customers?
                  Will vodafone safe my family?
                  Will it return which are all i lost due to worst connection?

                  Please advise.

                  1. you had subscribed to the cellular mobile telecom services being provided by us on the terms and conditions of the customer application form (caf). we have from time to time sent you bills for the cellular mobile telecom services availed by you. you have been served monthly statements and reminded through telephone calls, sms messages and visits made by our representatives, including our agencies, to make payment of the bills sent to you. however, in spite of several such demands and reminders, you have failed and neglected to pay the amounts of net outstanding amounting to rs. 701/- as on 09.09.16 after adjusting the deposit if any.
                  2.in accordance with the terms and conditions of the caf, you are under an obligation inter alia to make payment of periodic bills raised upon you in respect of services availed by you. however, in spite of the receipt of bills, you have grossly failed to make the said payments. that you are aware, that you would be liable to pay the net outstanding amount that is in default together with interest thereon @ 2.5 % per month from such date on which it became due. that the above acts and omissions exfacie contribute flagrant breach of your admitted contractual obligations. this may necessitate appropriate legal proceedings.
                  3.in the aforesaid circumstances, we hereby call upon you to pay the net outstanding amount mentioned in paragraph 2 above, together with interest thereon @ 2.5 % per month from such date on which it became due within 2 days from the date hereof. failing which we will initiate appropriate legal proceedings against you. this legal notice supersedes any other legal notice (s) sent by us.

                  4. kindly clear the o\s of rs. 701/- on or before 15/09/2016 (thursday) 5.00pm with out fail to avoid legal proceedings.

                    Im manisha singh my mobile no. Is [protected]. I have issue with your network, call rate and data diduction.

                    I have 45paise call rate this is too high for me and if i tell you the other network only 30paisa call rate. You give me 10paisa voda to voda for 3 months coz i use voda to voda much call but tomorrow 10 paisa voda to voda pck expaire then i called your customer care he told me if you want the pack again so do port msg again. What the nonsence if i want something so i have to do port msg this is not jock ok. Now i come to the data i use 3g data pack befor 4 month i had 5000 3g mb in my account and i use my data only in night for only whtaspp and facebook chatting i dont use my mobile data for any downlong but last month i have 2000mb day usese and 1000mb night usses but tomorrow i have only 324 mb in my mo. How can it is possible. Only in chatting usses u diduct my 3000 mb data.

                    Your customer care gave my reply very badly this is not gud for your. Right now your company working a fake things only thts why i m doing port my in airtel.

                      I am using [protected] Vodafone prepaid service. Two value added services named "Silk pack" and "Fashion portal pack" were activated and 124 RS was deducted from my balance. When I contacted customer care, they say it was activated just because some random pop up ad (one click ad) page opened on my browser page. How can a random ad page deduct money from my balance without operators permission.

                        First fashion portal pack and now silk pack. You guys know how to cheat your customers. Unnecessarily you will activate stupid packs on our phone and earn money. i am fed up with your services.so many complaints you guys get about these packs but still no response from your side.That's our hard earned money and i wont sit quiet till i get refund for this.

                            I am facing serious network problem with vodafone network services at my residence located at 862 jessore road, block j, 1st floor despite of multiple complaints, vodafone is taking no action on my complaints.                               We have a corporate connections from vodafone, while submitting the form we have asked the store manager to include all the services for all the numbers we purchased from them, but now to my surprice they are saying the owner of the company has to come to the store for every request.                               I was paid Rs., 250 as advance for connection No.[protected] when I cancelled I cleared the billing amount but I have not received the booking amount till now. Payment of another connection is due that cannot be paid till you clear the pending payment.

                                Hi,

                                I am a vodafone mobile postpaid user from past 7years, i am facing network problem from last couple of months, i couldn't get it resolved. Finally putting it here.

                                I am getting same response from them, that we planning to install a new site in your area in few days, i can't see the new site but i can see the new hoarding after few days, i guess vodafone is busy in putting hoarding instead of putting network towers.

                                Finally planning to either port or buy a new sim.

                                  01/09/2016 - in bill the vodafone company added rs 1260 by just adding 51717 as a vas, which are never dialed only. I am not going to pay for this ridiculous attempt to suck money from the customers unethically.

                                  I have surprised to see others also complaint about the same issue over the internet about the scam. That how the company added those special numbers to add on bills.

                                  Hope, necessary action will be taken against this complain from me.

                                  It is charged in invoice as dialing 51717 for 60 min and 139 for 6 min. which is never dialed only.
                                  so I will ask them to recheck and send the bill again.

                                  This kind o[censored]nethical behavior is not expected from Vodafone.

                                  Horrible customer service in Alwarpet branch below IBM office

                                  All the sales women's are lethargic not interested to work.

                                  No proper information is provided by them. They take 3full days to activate a SIM worst branch ever seen

                                  Those women's don't know how to handle a customer useless

                                    I have two sim one is of vodafone (no.[protected]) and other is of bsnl (no.[protected]). my sim of no.[protected] damaged so i applied for new sim having same number and also applied for bsnl no. to change into vodafore no.

                                    But till date not success. please do the needful. as company has stopped both the sim and asking for registeration from new sim. but new sim have no signal. how can i register from stopped sim.

                                      I opted for corporate connection because the sales person told me that in my postpaid plan I will get 2 Gb Internet and if we reach 2 Gb limit, Internet will stop working as the plan has a cap of 2Gb. I took the plan for me and my family. My mom used Internet thinking that if it's working she must have not exceeded her plan. Now she has an unbilled amount of more than 4 thousand. On top of that:

                                      1) I called Vodafone customer care and spoke with a lady who said that the amount will be reversed and all I have to do is call back once the amount is billed.
                                      She also confirmed that there is no such plan and that there is no cap system. I was shocked to hear this, however, as she said since it's the first time, she will reverse the same as it was exceeded due to misinformation.

                                      2) Today I called Vodafone customer care again and they said that have no records of the above conversation. If possible I want to hear all the calls which I made to Vodafone customer care in the month of August 2016 which will prove that the lady promised the reversal.

                                      3) I got angry and asked them to transfer the number to prepaid.

                                      4) I don't want to pay the extra amount. Please help me

                                      Dear Team,
                                      I want to disconnect my voda phone connection. my no. is [protected] and [protected] and I have recd my last bill and already clear the dues. I dont want to pay any more for this connection. So please disconnect this connection. Do the needful ASAP.

                                        Hi Team,

                                        Myself Sandeep Wagle.

                                        This is in regards to a connection [protected] registered in the name of Harikrishna K almost used for 3 years. The sim is in UAE and services has been stopped. I myself visited the Vodafone store to check what can be done, but the representative seemed to be helpless. She could not tell what exactly needs to be done. She kept on repeating " I will ask the manager and get back". Manager was hardly interested and stated the sim is in the market and we cannot do anything. The representative was more of a translator instead of product specific.She also took my number and confirmed she will ask the manager to call back with a appropriate answer. Unfortunately never received a call.

                                        This is a serious concern as my friend Harikrishna K never got a sms, email or a call stating the services will be stopped. Also just to bear in mind, as this is a old connection it is registered with the bank accounts and also with the financial institutions.

                                        In case the number goes in wrong hands, it can put him in big trouble as well as invite a huge loss.

                                        I will appreciate your help in advance if this is sorted as soon as possible and the connection is live again.
