I am a vodafone mobile postpaid user from past 7years, i am facing network problem from last couple of months, i couldn't get it resolved. Finally putting it here.
I am getting same response from them, that we planning to install a new site in your area in few days, i can't see the new site but i can see the new hoarding after few days, i guess vodafone is busy in putting hoarding instead of putting network towers.
Finally planning to either port or buy a new sim.

Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
since last four billing cycle i am paying data charges 299 rs without data usage
because i made lots of request to stop my data plan to your executives and even personally request at dombivli gallory, they just says ok sir i will forward request. but till today no result
and i request you plz stop the harassment of postpaid customer
and do the needfully
