I have new five number convert to cug group. And pay one bill normally. After pay bill our helpline number [protected] was suspend. And say to me that your document invalid. But when vodafone staff verify all document why invalid number. Msme regestration, sale tax vat-03 regestration, aadhar card, rent agreement 500/- all documents invalid then why start number. Complain about customer service

Network issue

I stay in pune wakad area, near Dutta mandir I face huge network issue, call disconnections, no network, no voice.have raised it with the ur call center, but to no respite, even followed up with the guy who called up, but he didn't resolve the issue. please look into this ASAP or let me know I will switch to some other service provider.

India has no national language

India has no national langauge, and we don't need a british company to conduct a poll on indian national langauge. We indians have no national language and we are happy with our governament decision regarding the national language. We have 22official languages in our country. Respect it, better not to interfere in other countries internal issues.

Retrieval of same number after being lost

Deactivation of sim

Name change request closed without solution

I have submitted a request on monday 19th sep, 2016 for name change request number [protected]. Vodafone closed the request without any feedback. I called the customer care and they told that my request is closed without any reason and i need to visit nearest store. I went to noida store and now they suggested me to visit sector 18. Deduction without my consent

I am using [protected] Vodafone prepaid service. Two value added services named "Silk pack" and "Fashion portal pack" were activated and 124 RS was deducted from my balance. When I contacted customer care, they say it was activated just because some random pop up ad (one click ad) page opened on my browser page. Reduction of money without my consent

First fashion portal pack and now silk pack. You guys know how to cheat your customers. Vodafone network problem

Extremely poor network

I am a vodafone mobile postpaid user from past 7years, i am facing network problem from last couple of months, i couldn't get it resolved. Finally putting it here.

Charged 1260 rs by adding 51717

01/09/2016 - in bill the vodafone company added rs 1260 by just adding 51717 as a vas, which are never dialed only. I am not going to pay for this ridiculous attempt to suck money from the customers unethically.

I have surprised to see others also complaint about the same issue over the internet about the scam. That how the company added those special numbers to add on bills.
