I myself vijay varma my mother cell no [protected] getting call on his no frm vodafone collection agency since last 2 days, , , 24 sep to 25 sep, vodafone agency no [protected], I have raised a compalint at near by my police station, the lady name is priya she calls after 10 min & tells to my mother that we will kick u if we come there, tell that guy to pay all dues of vodafone bill, if not then we will recover our amt by picking up all ur furniture & electronic item o[censored]r home, , , after that on saturday 25 sep in afternoon lady called again & given bad words to my mother in evening my mother was shifted to hospital bcoz he has bloodpressure problem, , , , i have done compalint in police station, if i get return frm any vodafone care collection i will case a file in high court, , , , ,

    Hi i'm manisha singh vodafone customer i had a network or call rate and 3g data issue. I had complaint 22sep about your network, call rate and 3g. But today 27sep and i havt receive any call and msg from your side. I had mantion all my problum. You diduct my 3000mb 3g data in 1 month and and the time on active my 10 paisa voda to voda call rate you promise me that we continue this call rate after 3 month but when i called u, u direct refused me. So right now im very disappointed for your side.

    Now i decided either you resolve my issue, or i will file complain against you in court for doing fraud activity with an government official and for harassment.

      My prepaid number is [protected].
      Without my knowledge or request, vodafone tamilnadu has debited the following amounts from my prepaid account by activating various services. After activating they are sending sms to inform about the debit.

      1. Rs. 45.00 on dt. 29.05.2016 for loop digital games pack
      2. Rs. 75.00 on dt. 28.07.2016 for gamifive pack
      3. Rs. 150.00 on dt. 11.09.2016 for tv all channel pack
      4. Rs. 60.00 on dt. 13.09.2016 for movies pack
      5. Rs. 60.00 on dt. 23.09.2016 for movies pack
      6. Rs. 35.00 on dt. 27.09.2016 for silk pack

      I need justice.

          Sir, on saturday 24/9/2016 i have applied for my number migration from postpaid to prepaid at vodafone store sector 15/D, chandigarh, Mr. Ravi, customer care executive attended my request, but he not take my request seroiously and not response properly, he said that it is lengtly process and take time, however he give me prepaid sim and told me to switch off your data and not make any outgoing call.But till today evening my new sim not started and my postpaid number not disconnected, hence i visited around 6 . 15 at store and some othet person told me that your request is not processed till that time, and Mr. Ravi is the person who know the same that why your request not processed. I again visited around 7.00p.m and met Mr. Ravi that why he has not take any action on my application, he again told that it is lengthy process and not behave properly and my unattended application was still with him and he again told me that its take time . Whereas from Saturday evening I am not able to call and not use my data as he told me the same to not use it. Sir kindly look into tha matter.

Recently I am not getting proper tower signals from my residential address and also all the people of our locality suffering the same . Please try to increase tower signal straighten of this area.

            Without my permission a pack is activated and a rental amount of rs 99 is deducted from mr prepaid balane. The mesaage is as follows

            (Hello! Fashion portal pack is now active on your number, as requested. This service is valid till[protected] and a 30 days rental of rs.99 has been deducted. Your current balance post service activation is rs.130.441. To deactivate sms stop to or call 155223 (Toll free).)

            This is not the first time. Already four times it happened. There is no response when i call to customer care. First day one person told tommorw refund wll be done. On the next day other person said that refund is impossible.

            Is this the right way in responding customers?

            I want a solution for this!

            We are very suffering a lot of this problem.in our village we are not any tower or nean 5 km average so we have a big problem of network.in our village named "zezari" in taluka-patdi, disk-surendranagar.
            We promise that if you are make tower in our city as early ad possible, we use your telecome sim or othr gadget.

              please lodge a complaint against this number and permanently block it from calling / texting anyone.

                I have been facing call drops at particular areas in Pune Everyday while travelling.
                The route taken is from Kharadi to Aundh via Nagar Road-Shastri Nagar - Yerwada - Khadki (via Bombay Sappers route) - Aundh

                There have been call drops due to no network since the last 3 months every day while crossing the above mentioned routes. Not to forget, no network for about 15 minutes or more while taking the Bombay Sappers route to Khadki and further. I fear in case of emergencies one wouldnt be able to contact anyone.
                Strangely, other telecom providers have full networks in all these regions except Vodafone.

                It is frustrating to have multiple call drops during one long call every 10 minutes because we are crossing the apparent "No Network Regions".

                I would like to bring to your notice that one of the areas of the call drop is at Viman Nagar (on the Road next to one of the VODAFONE offices situated at the Mantri building.)

                  Sir, I had ported my postpaid connection to prepaid connection on November 2015 and as per rule it was required to withdraw deposited security amount within 60 days but on enquiring multiple times they failed to return my security amount and now they are saying that I had received the cheque and have encashed it which is not true.I request you to kindly look into the matter and help me on the same.thank you

                    A mobile tower had been installed in Derawal Nagar b block, house no. 126. The neighbors have claimed that the mobile tower installed has a very low level of radiations but I am not convinced by their claims. Recently there have been repeated claims of severe head aches from all the neighbors in the locality. Moreover there are two primary schools in the area and a hospital. The area is densely populated and the installation of this mobile tower is now causing health issues in the area. I would like to keep my identification anonymous but I personally have been hospitalised three times due to head ache. Please look into the matter at your earliest and I would like to request the removal of the of the tower if the authorities think that it is best for our welfare and health.

                      Complaint against Vodafone India for activation o[censored]nnecessary weekly packs without my consent. Many such packs were activated. The most recent ones are as follows:
                      25/8/16- Dindo club weekly- Rs. 35/-
                      29/8/16- VIP Games- Rs. 50/-
                      4/9/16- Fashion bunny- Rs. 15/-
                      5/9/16- Movies pack- Rs. 60/-
                      25/9/16- Silk pack- 35/-.
                      These are only the recent ones for which i have a record. This has happened many times before. I want Vodafone India to refund the balance of Rs. 195/- for these packs atleast for which i have the record and not activate any such pack in the future without my knowledge. I have tried to contact them many times but received no help from them.

                      I have being charged every month by vodafone. Even though I keep the mobile ideal the Vas services gets activated, the reason for this is un know. And for this november month bill, I have heard about a new game DINDO Games. I am a lite user of mobile, but still being charged unused services
                      Same is happening with me. And vodafone is refusing to reverse the charges.

                        I want to deactivate all the value added services and Vodafone life services of my number.everyday I deduct more than 100 from my recharge for these services. I want to deactivate as soon as possible.even I didn't apply for these services.                           Hey vodafone, as i a customer of Vodafone before, now i am using Jio
                          4G service, i have notice that Vodafone is stopping all Jio's
                          incoming call to its vodafone networks, customers needs to dial 20-25
                          times to a vodafone number to get connects to that particular
                          vaodafone number. As i came to know that vodafone is is not releasing
                          POI to its customers, so this issue is facing hugely by Jio customers.
                          This issue was also same with Airtel and Idea Network, but now Airtel
                          and Idea restore the issue and now it smoothly conecting to there
                          network from a Jio number. But Vodafoen is still not providing any
                          resolution to this issue..

                          If vodafone still not solving this issue not releasing POI to Jio
                          network within coming days, than Indian consumers will approaching to
                          TRAI (Telecom regulatory Authority Of India) and DOT (Department of
                          Telecomunication) for the same...

                            I am facing problem in message service where incoming and outgoing messages are not coming and going respectively since yesterday noon and tried calling customer care as well multiple times but always got response to switch off my mobile after 2-3 hours but still the service is not getting started.                               On my Vodafone mobile number [protected] company started 2 value added services without my permission and request they say i start this but i didn't did this due to this i Lose 99and 35 balance. .company refund only99 one service charge. i want my my all balance i loss this happen 2nd time to me in this month.i already loss my data due to company wrong information recharge. .i complaint about this here but i didn't get any solution. hope i get on my this complaint

                                        I am using Vodafone prepaid past 1 year. My number is [protected].

                                        [protected] I got a SMS from Vodafone (611123) that told me that I need to recharge Rs.48 and I will get 1GB 3G Data with 28Days validity.

                                        I recharged the same on[protected] afternoon. But i got only 175MB 3G Data instead of 1GB 3G Data.

                                        So I called the customer care executives, the told me that the offer is expired on[protected] morning. Because the offer had validity for 3days only.

                                        I have read the SMS fully, there is no expiry notifications. So i think that Vodafone is misleading their customers by this fake offers and fetch their hard earned money.

                                        I need my data 1GB 3G as i have been told in that SMS, herewith i attached the screenshot for your ref.
