I have new five number convert to cug group. And pay one bill normally. After pay bill our helpline number [protected] was suspend. And say to me that your document invalid. But when vodafone staff verify all document why invalid number. Msme regestration, sale tax vat-03 regestration, aadhar card, rent agreement 500/- all documents invalid then why start number. I have request to you that plz continue this numbers with cug plan othervise...

I got a call from +91 [protected] about 4 pm today stating that i should submit my sugar r card other wise my icici bank account would be locked forever. When i asked him to call later, he used profanityy in hindi like madarchod and tera baapp which is very insulting. It made me want to discontinue banking with icici. I stay in pune wakad area, near Dutta mandir I face huge network issue, call disconnections, no network, no voice.have raised it with the ur call center, but to no respite, even followed up with the guy who called up, but he didn't resolve the issue. please look into this ASAP or let me know I will switch to some other service provider.

India has no national langauge, and we don't need a british company to conduct a poll on indian national langauge. We indians have no national language and we are happy with our governament decision regarding the national language. We have 22official languages in our country. Respect it, better not to interfere in other countries internal issues.

Vodafone service provider cheating Indian customers easily and simply looting money from Indians pocket. Because i had an some Dispute about excessive charges or wrong charges belongs to international sms service charges. I have submitted a request on monday 19th sep, 2016 for name change request number [protected]. Vodafone closed the request without any feedback. • service interpreted from 24th june 2016 without prior communication.
• there is no email notification when data usage exceeds above 50%, 75%, 90%, 100%
• there is no sms notification to my registered mobile number.

When I contacted customer care, they say it was activated just because some random pop up ad (one click ad) page opened on my browser page. First fashion portal pack and now silk pack. You guys know how to cheat your customers. Unnecessarily you will activate stupid packs on our phone and earn money. i am fed up with your services.so many complaints you guys get about these packs but still no response from your side.That's our hard earned money and i wont sit quiet till i get refund for this.

I am facing serious network problem with vodafone network services at my residence located at 862 jessore road, block j, 1st floor despite of multiple complaints, vodafone is taking no action on my complaints. I am a vodafone mobile postpaid user from past 7years, i am facing network problem from last couple of months, i couldn't get it resolved. Finally putting it here.

I am getting same response from them, that we planning to install a new site in your area in few days, i can't see the new site but i can see the new hoarding after few days, i guess vodafone is busy in putting hoarding instead of putting network...

01/09/2016 - in bill the vodafone company added rs 1260 by just adding 51717 as a vas, which are never dialed only. I am not going to pay for this ridiculous attempt to suck money from the customers unethically.

I have surprised to see others also complaint about the same issue over the internet about the scam. That how the company added those special numbers to add on bills.
