A mobile tower had been installed in Derawal Nagar b block, house no. 126. The neighbors have claimed that the mobile tower installed has a very low level of radiations but I am not convinced by their claims. Recently there have been repeated claims of severe head aches from all the neighbors in the locality. Moreover there are two primary schools in the area and a hospital. The area is densely populated and the installation of this mobile tower is now causing health issues in the area. I would like to keep my identification anonymous but I personally have been hospitalised three times due to head ache. Please look into the matter at your earliest and I would like to request the removal of the of the tower if the authorities think that it is best for our welfare and health.

    Complaint against Vodafone India for activation o[censored]nnecessary weekly packs without my consent. Many such packs were activated. The most recent ones are as follows:
    25/8/16- Dindo club weekly- Rs. 35/-
    29/8/16- VIP Games- Rs. 50/-
    4/9/16- Fashion bunny- Rs. 15/-
    5/9/16- Movies pack- Rs. 60/-
    25/9/16- Silk pack- 35/-.
    These are only the recent ones for which i have a record. This has happened many times before. I want Vodafone India to refund the balance of Rs. 195/- for these packs atleast for which i have the record and not activate any such pack in the future without my knowledge. I have tried to contact them many times but received no help from them.

    I have being charged every month by vodafone. Even though I keep the mobile ideal the Vas services gets activated, the reason for this is un know. And for this november month bill, I have heard about a new game DINDO Games. I am a lite user of mobile, but still being charged unused services

      I want to deactivate all the value added services and Vodafone life services of my number.everyday I deduct more than 100 from my recharge for these services. I want to deactivate as soon as possible.even I didn't apply for these services. I reduce my balance for various packs.please do something as soon as possible.please be kind enough to pay attention for this matter

        Hey vodafone, as i a customer of Vodafone before, now i am using Jio
        4G service, i have notice that Vodafone is stopping all Jio's
        incoming call to its vodafone networks, customers needs to dial 20-25
        times to a vodafone number to get connects to that particular
        vaodafone number. As i came to know that vodafone is is not releasing
        POI to its customers, so this issue is facing hugely by Jio customers.
        This issue was also same with Airtel and Idea Network, but now Airtel
        and Idea restore the issue and now it smoothly conecting to there
        network from a Jio number. But Vodafoen is still not providing any
        resolution to this issue..

        If vodafone still not solving this issue not releasing POI to Jio
        network within coming days, than Indian consumers will approaching to
        TRAI (Telecom regulatory Authority Of India) and DOT (Department of
        Telecomunication) for the same...

          I am facing problem in message service where incoming and outgoing messages are not coming and going respectively since yesterday noon and tried calling customer care as well multiple times but always got response to switch off my mobile after 2-3 hours but still the service is not getting started. Changed message centre no as well but still no luck.

            On my Vodafone mobile number [protected] company started 2 value added services without my permission and request they say i start this but i didn't did this due to this i Lose 99and 35 balance. .company refund only99 one service charge. i want my my all balance i loss this happen 2nd time to me in this month.i already loss my data due to company wrong information recharge. .i complaint about this here but i didn't get any solution. hope i get on my this complaint

              Last night my mobile no is on no service mode.pls check and start service.this is postpaid number and all bill payments are clear on this number .my Vodafone no is [protected] and alternating number is [protected].yesterday I was going to vodafone store to change postpaid into prepaid but not change it . After one day my number is going on mo service .

                      I am using Vodafone prepaid past 1 year. My number is [protected].

                      [protected] I got a SMS from Vodafone (611123) that told me that I need to recharge Rs.48 and I will get 1GB 3G Data with 28Days validity.

                      I recharged the same on[protected] afternoon. But i got only 175MB 3G Data instead of 1GB 3G Data.

                      So I called the customer care executives, the told me that the offer is expired on[protected] morning. Because the offer had validity for 3days only.

                      I have read the SMS fully, there is no expiry notifications. So i think that Vodafone is misleading their customers by this fake offers and fetch their hard earned money.

                      I need my data 1GB 3G as i have been told in that SMS, herewith i attached the screenshot for your ref.

                        i have visit your store for convert postpaid to prepaid. below store

                        i pay bill of last month 275 rupees . but your customer care of store said i[censored] want convert postpaid to prepaid you have to buy voucher of 275 rupees then able to convert otherwise not possible and they charge me .
                        tell me on what basis you are giving this voucher . stop fool the people . i have faced trouble since port in your service my number was in no service i don't no why you deactivate.
                        i visited 7 time your stores in thane, but not resolve my issue .finally converted into prepaid service.kindly revert on what basis you are giving voucher if i no need this. (kindly refer attached images of bills and voucher given by your store ). i have loss of 5000 rupees because of my number deactivated by company for 4-5 days in last 40 days . i cant reach my company team by calls. kindly arrange amount.if you cant able. i will proceed case on consumer court (under consumer protection act 9 a ).

                          Sir, my vodafone prepaid no. is [protected] (pune, maharashtra circle)
                          On 24 sep 16 in the morning i receive a message from vodafone stating activation of vodaphonre tv and deducted rs 75 from my balance
                          I immediately deactivated this vas (value added service) on phone
                          And lodged an online complaint as well as i had a live chat with vodafone custemercare representative... she said at around 06.23 hrs this service was activated by me...
                          But surely i did not activated this
                          I need that my amount of rs 75 be added to my main balance

Different service like life style pack, silk pack etc. Are activated repetitively by vodafone and deduct all the balance. After complaining about the problem to customer care they told we can not do anything as the service have been activated by me, though i have never requested for this type of service. P

                              With warm regards i just want to complaint about vodafone network problem. I will just convert my number idea to vodafone for best networking but now i am very upset from vodafone phone network problem because form last 10 days i have to face problem of while using internet. It was not working at all i just need my money return of recharge or do something because i was to irritate from your services i dont want to continue with your network but it was my bad luck i have to be with you at least 90 days from portability. And say to me that your document invalid. But when vodafone staff verify all document why invalid number. Msme regestration, sale tax vat-03 regestration, aadhar card, rent agreement 500/- all documents invalid then why start number. I have request to you that plz continue this numbers with cug plan othervise convert to prepaid immediate basis for running it. Suggest me. Best offer.

                                      I got a call from +91 [protected] about 4 pm today stating that i should submit my sugar r card other wise my icici bank account would be locked forever. When i asked him to call later, he used profanityy in hindi like madarchod and tera baapp which is very insulting. It made me want to discontinue banking with icici. Please look into the matter and compensate me for the mental harassment and torture faced by me. I answer in satisfied. I want justice. My acc num is[protected]

                                        I stay in pune wakad area, near Dutta mandir I face huge network issue, call disconnections, no network, no voice.have raised it with the ur call center, but to no respite, even followed up with the guy who called up, but he didn't resolve the issue. please look into this ASAP or let me know I will switch to some other service provider.
