Vodafone wifi is not connected to any devices like mobile or laptop from 2 days continuously.. it is a post paid connection. I m tired of complaining about it. If it is going on, i have to switch to airtel or reliance.

    In Oct'13, I changed my Vodafone mobile plan and attained the 3G scheme of 1GB in monthly rental of INR 299. In this plan, after consuming 1GB pack, the 2G services are with no additional charges.
    After activation of the 3G services, the components related to the previous 2G services should have been removed.

    Instead, Vodafone has been charging rental for both the packs for last three years.

    When I was informed by one of the Vodafone representative about the mistake in the bill, I wrote to Vodafone customer care.

    They offered to compensate only last 3 months extra claim and not the whole amount. We had the discussion for about 4 mins. At the end when they did not agree to reimburse the money which they had wrongly taken. They were informed to reply in writing to the complaint.

    Instead they dropped a message stating that they tried reaching me from[protected]XX to understand more regarding my feedback but were unable to speak to me. They would call me again shortly?Vodafone.

    A lie in the end is disturbing and might endorse it as their fraudulent practices of cheating their clients.

      In this month's bill Rs.105 were charged for value added services. But I didn't use any such services. Some Skillderbuy service got activated again in this month though I have not applied for it. I tried to stop it by sending a message but no use. And now I am receiving service charges without even using it.

      A Balance of Rs. 400 has been deducted from my account and no details for the deduction are being provided to me on any complain any number please see to it

        I am Delhi based customer & was on roaming upto 2nd July,
        When I entered in mumbai I received auto msg to start roaming plan of 75, I subscribed, but vodafone are charging me even after I entered in Delhi local circle without my consent.
        I am very disappointed on this, specially behavior of your customer care @199 (Karan was CC executive). They simply denied to reverse any charges & even denied to register my complaint without any reasoning.

        I want waiver of all roaming charges which were charged to me since I am in local circle, as i never agreed on monthly plan & Vodafone is charging me monthly roaming without my consent even when I am in local circle.

              Below contact number [protected] has been barred, from calling. I presume that request of waiver will be taking as grant, but result again fruitless ..
              Every time and instance, i need to call from my separate number to vodafone care for activate . It is just disseminate .

              Spoken with senior executive, post discussion it seems the things will be align but again I disappointed with such dissatisfaction .
              Kindly took this as a Serious note else I m going to SURRENDER PERMANENTLY and will switch entire Relationship to some other SERVICE PROVIDER .

                I have switched to 4g sim last evening and was supposed to have the new sim working in 20 mins but it's been more 15 hours and it's still not working. Vodafone people are saying it is activated from their end but I don't see any changes on my phone. No one from their company has done anything about it ever since I told them.                   In regards to the said mobile number [protected], I would like to reiterate that I am extremely disappointed the way Vodafone is handling the things. I would hope that this issue will be resolved in proper way from your good office.
                  I am a NRI and was holding this above mentioned SIM for last 2 years. Whenever I am in India, I am using this number for internet service. I have used this number last in January 2016 and exit from India. In between in the month of June 2016 recharged this SIM from outside India. Now on 14th Sept once again I recharged the Data (Rs 251 for 1GB recharge) on this number for use. When I tried to access Internet from this number [protected] I got to know that this SIM have been deactivated and reissued to someone named Mr. Avijit Ghosh. We have been trying to register a complain through call Centre and Vodafone store to transfer the recharge amount of Rs.251/- to my another existing Vodafone number but no one could help us.
                  Now my concern how you are giving service to NRI customer those are not using their mobile number frequently even though they are recharge their SIM with in speculate time. Also, I spoke with Mr. Avijit Ghosh present SIM holder who has assured to return back the data 1 GB to my other new Vodafone SIM number-[protected]. Need your help to do so at the earliest.

                    I just complain to vodafone bcoz. I recharge for 3g and 4g net but they are not give me. Proper speed and tell me that we are work on your complain and give me 5 days time.                       It is stated that I got a text massage from company on 8/09/2016 at 08:09 pm regarding crediting free internet data of 50 MB in my account valid up to 13/09/2016. I used data at around 08:34 for few seconds for which Rs. 16.44/- has been deducted from my main balance. When I called up customer care next say to complain the same, the executive informed that no such massage has been sent as per his record. He told that he is forwarding my complaint to his senior and asked me to put complaint via mail with screenshot of massage. If no such massage has been sent to me then how come I got it? If it’s been sent by company how come customer care executive have not any record of it. If message has genuinely been sent to me, 50 MB data has been credited in my account and I used it accordingly, how come main balance by Rs. 16.44/- has been deducted for it. The said discrepancy may be rectified and deducted balance be debited back in my account.

                        I sent a request once for Mobile Portability..my no. Is from Mumbai and I've been living in the Tamil Nadu circle since quite a few months..I got a call from the staff just a day after I had filed for a complaint. She explained me that she can't do anything from Mumbai, I will have to visit the local Vodafone branch in TN. Then I got another call after half and hour from a different female and she asked if I had requested for Mobile no. Portability..when I said I had already talked with their executive..she didn't speak a word and then banged the phone down..next day was a public holiday..I got a call from a man who was typically from UP or Bihar..and then he tell me that he has called for service..I asked what..to which he replied woii madam Jo aap request kiye the..I asked him..aapko pata hoga..Kya hai batao..then he kept laughing amongst his friends..I cut the call..I identified it in true caller that he was a regular spammer and blocked him..three hours later I get another call with the same thing..some other woman..she calls but gets confused and starts laughing amongst her colleagues and puts the phone down..now three more times the same thing has happened! Its very clear that the Portability requests have been leaked by one of your staff and I kept getting dumb calls from your alleged staff who had their numbers from Idea and Airtel.. stupids..I will file a police complaint if I keep getting such calls! It's really really annoying.

                          I am facing Internet speed issue and I am chasing the our team from almost 5-6 days and I didnt get any resolution till now.

                          I have called your support team on 11th of Sep and they have provided me the dates for 16th of Sep but nothing has been received till now and over this I have visited your Vodafone Store 4 times in Sector 18 Noida and no resolution has been provided till now.

                          Every time I visited the Sector 18 Vodafone store and asked for the Store Manager Amit Sharma, and the response which I get from the team is he is not available in the office premises, he is out for lunch, timing for visiting the store (12:30 pm, 2 pm, 4:30 pm, 3 pm) as I have been there 4 times.

                          They also changed my Sim, and told me it will be resolved but nothing happened.

                          Now there is some guy named Deepak - he just told me it cant be resolved from our end, wait till 16th Sep and told me everything is working fine, its because of network issue so Network team will resolve we cant do anything.

                          Some girl named Shweta Puri, I asked her for the resolution - she told me we cant do anything - we have one more store in sector 18, go there and tell your issues to them, so it can be sorted - Is it a joke or she is out of mind.

                          Is this the way you treat your customer's, your team in this store has a bunch of bad people and illiterates who cant help the customers and dont have a way to treat customers.

                          I am paying INR[protected] every month and I am not going to pay anything unless the issues is resolved.

                          nothing happened even after chasing alot, everytime I talk to them I get time slot of 5-7 days.

                            I, Nivedita Israni, phone number, +91 [protected] want to port my number from Mumbai circle to Karnataka Circle. I gave my porting application on 25th august and my number has not been ported yet.
                            the vodafone agents had come to my company Tavant technologies in Bangalore . But my number has not been ported yet, i am so disappointed with Vodafone services.
                            i call up that agent everyday and he tells me that it will be ported within 7 days but it has been over 3 weeks. everyday i recharge my phone with Rs 100 and Internet data pack.
                            i also want the compensation for the same.
                            if i am not contacted immediately and told of my application status,
                            i will be forced to go to the consumer court.

                              I am completely harassed by the Vodafone and team which is not only the worst customer service but a bunch of jokers.
                              This billing issue of mine is going on for more than 5 months, all I asked for is a supervisor or manager call back on each call, as the agents severely lack the knowledge and I dnt have an iota of doubt that they r any good.
                              But now its the height of testing my patience, not only the rep was rude but refused to give his name n id.

                              Enough is enough, I will now invest my time in defaming Vodafone for all the harassment that I have gone through at all possible channels that I can.
                              BTW the complaint management team is also no good as all my efforts with them are also wasted. Seriously they give a about customers rather they can't handle their. They r in deep.
                              N now from a loyal customer for more than a decade, more than 5 connections I'll go to 0 plus will make people aware of the torture n trauma.

                                I am using Vodafone from last one year, never defaulted on payment. From last two and half months I'm living in foreign country and did not use Vodafone service. Last month they have charged me 650 where my monthly itself is 99 and have not made any call from it. This month I travelled to India, used the services for 15 days and my billing 2230. Where monthly charges are put as 350 instead it should be 99 and also internet charge is 1621 for 45 mb I consumed that means they are charging 36 rupees for mb for 2 g service.

                                  I wanted to port my number XXXXX2093 and raised a request for Porting. I am using the same number with Vodafone since last 2 years and as a Post Paid number for last 6 months. I have send an email also to vodafone care Delhi with payment receipts for Apr 2014 and Apr 2016, but they are not responding the email also.

                                  My porting request was denied by Vodafone stating the number is not more than 90 days old. When I called there customer care and asked them to register my complaint, they also said as per our record your number is not more than 90 days old and so your complaint is invalid. I told them, I as a consumer raising a complaint and your should register a complain and give me a complaint number. You can reply whatever justification you are giving against the complaint, but I a consumer is raising a complaint, you must register and give a reference number.

                                  Despite a long discussion I was not provided a complaint number. Why are they scared to provide a complaint number, if customer is raising one?

                                  Can Vodafone please explain?

                                        I had recharged my account with 96 rupees for 1 GB 2G data and i pre confirmed this with a agent i called just before recharging my account. i again called the coustomer care for confirmation of my data balance, she told me the balance 550 MB 2G data. i again rechrged my friends account of vodafone company with the same amount and then again i got information it was 550 MB 3G + 1 GB 2G. well that was a surprize moment for me. i called again to the 3rd agent about regestering a complain against it they exclated the call to next senior level. the senior told it was never 1GB 2G data offer avilable on my acoount. i had raised a complaint against it i asked him for providing me a solution. his name is "MANISH", he gave me tat of 48 hrs. then i called today for my resolution, i got information that there had not been any conversation between me and the agent who told me the wrong information and not any complain against any issue. they deleted my whole conversation and activity log. i am not finding any solution regarding it. please help me this this illegal issue.
