I stared using VI postpaid in Feb 2021 because the Vodafone store manager went adamant to update my number to 4G postpaid, after 2 months when i tried to recharge my number 250/- Rs, it straight went to someone else's number when asked that manager replied that he added my number to a postpaid family pack, that amount never returned, then 456/- Rs he took from me to recharge my number which never happened after 1 week when i asked him about this he picked my call after almost 11 missed calls,
he said that i have extra 256/- Rs bill for caller-tune, which i never requested for. moreover even after that i was unable to use internet services saying that i had some bills pending. and now they have audacity to send me a bill of 477/- Rs when i couldn't even place a call in last 1 month.
i have no intention of paying anymore cause you guys wont let me use any services anyway, and i am scrapping your SIM
i am never going to opt for any VI products you are as incompetent as much as that VI store manager of yours was.
Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
