Hi,

It is very sad to say that sometimes the operator is deducting some amount without giving proper explanation. it happened recently after doing my full talktime recharge. i got stumbled and contacted the vodafone care. one representative had no clue and reiterated that it was due to my internet usage, which was totally false. he couldn't give proper explanation on if i used internet then how much time i used or for what purpose the deduction happened. even, i had seen such instances in the past and informed customer care. i saw the deduction even when i enabled my data service. i am very sad and expect some action from the concerned including the dot after instances of call drops.

    I bought a from your nibm store on the 4th june, 2016 (package of 3000 which includes the dongle & 6 gb data per month for 3 months). the next day i left for mahabaleshwar as i work there. the connection was working perfectly fine without any glitches. a few days later the i was unable to connect in spite of trying all permutations & combinations. i even took help from the it manager of my organisation & who then spoke to pushpak (person from the nibm store), who said that my tele-verification was cancelled. i immediately gave him the details of mr. vinay (mobile number – [protected]) who had come to my house on the afternoon of 6th june for the verification process. pushpak then told me he will get back to me but he never called back. my calls were never answered by them. the next day i asked my father to visit your store which provides horrendous services, to shake up the people because they seemed to be taking me for a ride every time i tried reaching them. finally when my dad reached the store & spoke at the peak of his tone did things start to move. even the store manager ms. jyoti was very callous about the entire incident & this shook them up. although they kept calling me, they never could help me out with a definite solution. a gentleman from the data support team was very kind & there were times when he went out of his way & helped me with the issue, unfortunately i don’t recollect his name. after his assistance, i came to know that the store team at nibm had given me a wrong sim card & the sim card that was originally given to me was blocked for some reason. the same was confessed by jyoti, this incident happened on 18th june. though the sim card was expedited on top priority, i had also asked the store team to send me an apology letter for the non-sense that they had done & the way the entire scenario was handled. on top of all this, they billed for the period that my internet wasn't functioning due to the error at their end. when i request for a credit for the same, they took more than 10 days to have it done. i escalated the issue to their manager mr. virat sharma & corporate relationship manager, ms. pooja arrawatia but they were of no help. the only thing that they could do was apologise & request for some more time. finally i did receive the mail regarding the credit but it was addressed to someone else. i am still waiting to receive an apology from their for the trauma i had to go through in addition to my work getting disrupted to their lethargic attitude. i also have the audio recording where ms. pooja has accepted that nobody from their end has been responding to my complaint.

      Please be noted that i am the owner of vodafone mobile sim card having phone number [protected]
      Which as per records is still under my name deependra dewan and above address. I went to vodafone
      Tore situated in south ex part 1 on 24th of june 2016 for the purpose of changing the same number
      To prepaid as it was postpaid. The customer service agent was a lady which i still recognise filled
      In all the details needed took 2 photographs of me took photocopy of my pancard and election card and
      Asked me to pay the balance amount of rs 1736 which i paid with my icici debit card and its still
      Howing in my bank statement records (Mps/vodafone mo/[protected]/0) and after that she handed me
      A new sim and said will be activated after 24 hrs but even after 3/4 days the number was not activated
      O i went to the same vodafone store again this time was attended by a guy he after listining to my qurey
      Handed me a new sim said will be activated after 2 hrs but again same thing happened sim did not activate,
      But due to my busy schedule could not go to the vodafone store same day. I thought i will go on monday
      Now i went today with the same complaint but this time the customer service lady gave me a shockin news that
      My number [protected] has been ported to some other service provider. I was shocked to hear this and asked for
      A solution but they were not ready to help, i said that neither i nor anybody in my family did the porting but
      I was let down by the vodafone agent. I doubt that as this was a vip number someone in their has played the trick.
      Sir please help me in this regard i would be very thankfull.

        We are having 5 vodafone corporate numbers, one of that number has a problem of outgoing bar each and every month we have requested to exceed the credit limit of that number and the zonal office service head gives her id to us to email the limit you want to exceed and after that we have received the revert mail that limit has been exceeded but this month we are facing the same problem...
        What is this????

          I have not subscribed for skillderby service but still they are charging money. I request to "Vodafone to deactivate this service. My no [protected]. I have sent sms "STOP" to "155223" but still money is getting deducted from my account. I am using your service since 7 years. I hope to get quick solution for this problem.

            Vodafone - bangalore has hired a bunch of incapable and unethical verification personnels, also not to mention the customer care executives and supervisors, who have no idea about what they speak to customers. this is the seconds time this has happened. 1st time verification personnel visited a wrong address and submitted negative verification result and without prior notice my outgoing and incoming services were barred. after a series of escalation the issue was fixed. now again with my second sim, inspite of personal as well as telephonic verification, negative verification was sent and my outgoing services have been barred. customer care executives refuse to take complaint.!!!

            Inspite of positive verification done by both personal verification personnel and telephonic verification personnel, my verification has been negated. my outgoing services have been barred without any prior notice. this is really frustrating. customer care exe. payal (saturday - 9th jul, 2016) told the issue will be rectified as she will arrange the verification team to call me in an hour's time. cust. care exe. amir (monday, 11 jul, 2016) refused to take down any complaint regarding my outgoing services being barred. cust. care exe. khushboo and supervisor rahul (12 jul, 2016) said they could not help me and asked me to visit vodafone store. this is heights of disrespecting your customer.

            This is a similar issue i am facing with respect to verification. either your verification team is not summing up the details properly or your backend team is just fooling around with the data.

              Hi there,

              I'm valued customer of vodafone mobile for delhi ncr circle having the mobile number[protected] and i'm raising the complaint over here regarding the same number.

              Story/history:
              *
              In the month of june'16 above mentioned number was in vodafone prepaid ncr and it was having main balance 490rs. When i applied for prepaid to postpaid migration everyone said me your 490rs prepaid mobile balance will be adjusted as money in the first bill of your upcoming migrated vodafone postpaid number [protected].

              I waited couple of days and after all formalities and verification my number has been successfully migrated to vodafone postpaid; i'm thankful for this.

              Thereafter on 7 july my first e-bill came and i was there is no adjustment shown for 490rs which i was expecting it would be.

              I thought there may be some technical issue behind this, let's lodge a complaint to vodafone customer support; i called 198 and informed all about this concern. The executive said we're from postpaid and we cannot track your prepaid balance therefore i require your permission to transfer your call to prepaid desk, i told okay transfer my call. He transferred and i connected with vodafone prepaid desk and i explained all concern. He told as currently your number is postpaid so we're unable to check your details and i'll transfer your call to postpaid. I said ok, then again my call landed to postpaid desk and nobody help, even 198 executive was not agree to lodge a complaint.

              I wrote the same matter to corporate care via mail and i received acknowledgement copy of mail in which it was stated that we will respond you back within 1 day.

              I waited alot and still there is no response from corporate desk.

              I'm raising this case here for justice and i just want to know where my 490rs gone, and if it has not been adjusted then please waiver the amount asap.

              If require i can provide you call recordings and mail copies as well for proof.

              Looking forward for justice!

                    Every month after Internet Data pack expires, the company deducts money from the call balance rapidly and stops only when all the balance is zero. The amount deducted is not recorded in the bill/online account and I believe that the company is stealing the money. The usage is below 200 MB for 28 days (when the data pack is active) and as soon as the data pack expires, the company deducted Rs 180 (which is equivalent to 43 MB data) in 2 days. This is no way possible as there was no changes in data comsumption.
                    This is happening for the last 3 months, and I have complained on[protected] but to no avail. I complained again today[protected].
                    There is no way to stop this and the Vodafone does not have any auto-renewal plan and that is why even when the call balance is more than the data pack, the data pack does not renew automatically.
                    Vodafone expects that a 60 year old person has to go every time and disable the data connectivity or do I think it is just a ploy to make money out of gullible customers, and push them to take post-paid connections?
                    The pre-paid number is [protected].
                    I want Vodafone to refund me all the money lost for the last 3 months. I do not want to provide them fake data usage report.

                      I happened to visit store for porting my bsnl postpaid sim to vodafone red service. Firstly, he need to taught to talk to customer's politely & when i objected to his behavior, he said, ' aap kahin ke dm tohdeh ho, maine to saab se aise he baat kartan ho". Late on when asked him to help in conversion he provided me with the list, which i completed in 1 day & gave him back the other day. He kept my paper for month giving excuses everynow & then. On 31st day he gave my paper back declining my request saying,"5 sim chahiye, ek nahin ho payenga."when i asked for his manager, he said," manager ka number nahin dunga aur tumhara kaam bhi nahin hoga, karlo jo karna hai."
                      Such people working in our company is going to only make you guy's lose business, i request you to terminate him immediately...

                        Hi,

                        I am raising complaint for Vodafone India as I am not able to call any STD Land Line numbers from my Vodafone number [protected]. I have already raised service request number # [protected] on 24/6/2016 and they they are saying that there is no issue from them. I already said that i have changed sim card to different mobile and having same issue another point i said that i am able to call STD Land line numbers from my another vodafone number [protected] and still vodafone is saying that there is no issue from vodafone. How its possible? still I am not getting resolution from Vodafone.

                        Please help me to resolve my issue.

                          I had bought a new sim and got it activated in june 5th, but from the very first day, it gave error : "data usage exhausted" (attached).
                          Whereas, i have used 0 mb internet, as it never worked.

                          Complaint was submitted and customer support seems to be really helpless in resolving it. they keep calling every 1 hr, asking if it started working.
                          I wonder, how would it work, when you are not doing anything??

                          Please understand, internet is the basic necessity and its been a week, vodafone didn't come up with any solution!!

                            I Mr Aniket Nanjee am harassed customer of Vodafone internet services. I bought dongle from Vodafone authorized agent Mr Pankaj More who seats at shop no 1 Shivkrupa complex, opp D-mart, Hinjewadi, Pune - 411057 in the 1st week of April 2016

                            This was my worst decision to trust and opt for Vodafone service plan of Rs 4000 where you get free dongle and unlimited data usage for 3 months upto 10 gb per month. I paid Rs 1000 in cash as booking fees since the shop was small it did-not have the wifi dongle at hand so they assured me to deliver the same next day to my office address. The sim card number issued to me was [protected]. On requesting for a bill Mr. More said "no bill book at present it is with my senior who is on field an then wrote 1000 paid on the sim card pack which was given to me and asked to trust him". The photo of the same is attached for reference.

                            Then Mr. More delayed providing the dongle for almost a week on finally after chasing him daily I received my dongle at my office address personally delivered by him and also paid the remaining amount Rs 3000 in cash, The IMEI number of the dongle is as follows - [protected] yet he only gave the dongle and on asking for bill this time he said "he had forgotten the bill book at shop an would mail me".

                            After which once the 1st month bill came I contacted the Vodafone customer care that i have already paid 4000 Rs, they mentioned its not credited yet neither could see any bill number and asked me to kindly contact the shop from where i took the dongle to rectify it. Again the same cycle of chasing Mr. More started finally had to spend 300 Rs in to and fro and visit the store myself after which he said "yes i forgot the payment am doing right now service will start in 2 hours time". This time the bill had traveled Pimpri regional office as they dont keep bills 1 month old and have to submit all sales every month to there regional office so again will mail once I visit the Pimpri store".

                            Now after more than 3 months of chasing for the bill and mentioning it to vodafone customer service agents on phone multiple times no resolution has been found. My dongle services are barred and each day I am bearing loss in my official work due to your unprofessional and illegal behavior of denying bill to a customer. I would like your kind service in assisting me to get my bill and compensation for the mental harassment and loss of opportunities due to lack of internet services for which i had already paid

                              Dear sir,
                              This is to inform you that i opted for vodafone network after being promised a family plan (3+1 members) by your company executives, working at vodafone store, aliganj, lucknow. Vodafone executive mr satya attended me on 22.06.2016, he informed that the plan was only for 3 people but after consulting with store manager mrs kajori rai he willingly offered for adding extra person. Thereafter, the formalities were completed i gave my voter card and identity card issued by oudh bar association, high court bench, lucknow. Mr satya, himself checked the documents and got it photocopied in the store itself and i was issued 4 sim cards against bsnl numbers viz. [protected], [protected], [protected] and [protected]. The bsnl number [protected] was opted for plan 225 and the rest were in the plan 199, in which the mutual call among the 4 numbers was charge free and plan 225 contained 450 min talk time with 1 gb data and 200 messages and the plan 199 talk time of 700 min and 200 messages was given. At the same time my bsnl numbers were ported to vodafone. The tele-verification was completed and the services were resumed by vodafone at [protected] and [protected]. Immediately, after two days of tele-verification the outgoing services with regard to my number [protected] was stopped, the services of [protected] were stopped a day later. I immediately called the executives who said they will check it and promised me to do the needful. When nothing was done i approached the vodafone store on 3rd july, 2016. Vodafone executives after checking the details informed me that due to some mistake on their part i have been given wrong plan and as such the verification has failed because the instant plan was a govt employee plan to which i was not entitled as per their version, though initially they have told me it to be family plan. It being sunday executives and asked me to come next day and talk to the store manager. I tried several times to call her but she did not responded.In the meantime the services of bsnl numbers [protected] and [protected] were completely stopped i. E. Outgoing and incoming both. The executives thereafter on 8.07.2016 informed me to deposit security money rs. 3000/- but when i contested that the plan which was issued to me was free of security deposit, they said ‘you deposit just rs. 500/- and we will resume your services on individual identity papers’. I considering the professional loss which i was facing due to barred services of vodafone agreed to it because i was using the said bsnl number since last about 14 years. I agreed for the same because i could not revert back to bsnl again before 3 months as per mnp guidelines. But, i did not accepted the same for the other 3 numbers, of which 2 have already been ported to vodafone. Despite, the promise of resuming my services immediately it has not been done by the vodafone company as result i have been suffering badly in innumerable manner. I being professional lawyer has suffered huge loss to my credibility which is beyond redemption. Vodafone and its executives are responsible for the complete mess. It has affected me, my family, my old aged widow mother and all my clientage. Please do the needful and revert all my numbers to bsnl, as i have lost complete faith in vodafone. For the time being kindly resume my services immediately.

                                      I called Vodafone today and 3 employees informed me that I would be receiving a refund and also would be receiving a new plan where I would be charged Rs. 375 rental when I'm actually charged Rs. 450 without my acknowledgement to some change of rental charges. They promised that they would refund the amount that was charged extra and also give me a new plan of 375 like the one I had started with. I was promised a call back which dis nor happen.. after all the hassle. A team leader named Lawrence Dhanam from the Vodafone team who spoke to me was very rude and did not know how to speak to a customer. He told me that he could do nothing about the incorrect information provided and would not change my plan would neither given me a refund, when I was promised all of this. When I informed him that I would make a formal complain he asked me to go ahead and then said I could even mention his name and complain via email. He was just olnot bothered. In fact when I askes him the CEO's name he went and asked someone and then came back saying Marten Pieters. I askes him to speak it for me but I guess he wouldn't know so he ignored the question. He does not know that the CEO for Vodafone has changed that's what I found out, if I'm not wrong.

                                      I don't only think that he Shouldn't be wokrofor Vodafone but no other company should hire him, after the way he speaks to customers. I have asked for all my calls to be listened to.

                                      I have lost all my faith on Vodafone my experience today and you'll should outsource with people who do not have customer handling skills or basic etiquettes.

                                      Very disappointed. I need to know how can I take this as high as possible for all the trouble they've caused me and the time I've waited behind this mess.

                                        Without my knowledge my sim got replaced (by using fake id proof by vodafone) on 22-jun-2016 and port out request through my sim card. kindly stop that port out request immediately. i have already raised complaint to vodafone on 22-jun-2016 to 27-jun-2016 requesting my issue, but still my complaint is not yet resolved. from july 1st my sim card has been deactivated. my complaint no:[protected]. kindly check and help me to close and do the needful as soon as possible.
