I am from Bhubaneswar in all city every one knows that there are network issue with vodafone and Vodafone people also know that but no action taken till now several times i call to customer care but response is negative. The situation is that i have to put my phone at window and if i have to talk on phone i have to stand near window other networks work fine but the worst service with Vodafone.

      I called Vodafone today and 3 employees informed me that I would be receiving a refund and also would be receiving a new plan where I would be charged Rs. 375 rental when I'm actually charged Rs. 450 without my acknowledgement to some change of rental charges. They promised that they would refund the amount that was charged extra and also give me a new plan of 375 like the one I had started with. I was promised a call back which dis nor happen.. after all the hassle. A team leader named Lawrence Dhanam from the Vodafone team who spoke to me was very rude and did not know how to speak to a customer. He told me that he could do nothing about the incorrect information provided and would not change my plan would neither given me a refund, when I was promised all of this. When I informed him that I would make a formal complain he asked me to go ahead and then said I could even mention his name and complain via email. He was just olnot bothered. In fact when I askes him the CEO's name he went and asked someone and then came back saying Marten Pieters. I askes him to speak it for me but I guess he wouldn't know so he ignored the question. He does not know that the CEO for Vodafone has changed that's what I found out, if I'm not wrong.

      I don't only think that he Shouldn't be wokrofor Vodafone but no other company should hire him, after the way he speaks to customers. I have asked for all my calls to be listened to.

      I have lost all my faith on Vodafone my experience today and you'll should outsource with people who do not have customer handling skills or basic etiquettes.

      Very disappointed. I need to know how can I take this as high as possible for all the trouble they've caused me and the time I've waited behind this mess.

        Without my knowledge my sim got replaced (by using fake id proof by vodafone) on 22-jun-2016 and port out request through my sim card. kindly stop that port out request immediately. i have already raised complaint to vodafone on 22-jun-2016 to 27-jun-2016 requesting my issue, but still my complaint is not yet resolved. from july 1st my sim card has been deactivated. my complaint no:[protected]. kindly check and help me to close and do the needful as soon as possible.

          My number was ported from postpaid to prepaid on 2nd june and on 3rd june missed call alert service was activated on its own, and i called the customer care to deactivate it and refund me 30rs. and next time i called they told that no refund request was initiated and now no money will be refunded but then i asked them to to the audio and all so they said that the senior is saying that it will be transferred back. later my call to customer service was barred so i called from other number, then also same happened and the person promised me that money will be refunded in 24 hrs. but nothing hapeneed. rs.30 is nothing for me but this is cheating and i am against it.

            I recently ported my number to vodafone postpaid from vodafone prepaid which i have been using for last 3 years, after using the postpaid sim for about 20 days, Vodafone barred my outgoing calls, SMSs and Internet services . The reason they told me is that the physical verification of my number is not done. When i got my sim i verified it twice and after that a vodafone executive called me and told me that they came to my place and that the verification is done . For 20 days the services working fine and they sent me the bill, I paid it and then they stopped the services saying that the verification was not done. I called the Customer Care three times, the agents were very RUDE and told me that they cannot help me about starting my services and that the services cannot be started before 12 July 2016. when i talked to one of the manager he told me that the verification will be done within 24 hours but still no one came to verify it. And I'm not able to make calls. No One tried to contact me regarding the verification process and I'm having too much trouble since I'm not able to make any calls.
            Please help me in this issue, I do not Want to continue using Vodafone anymore.

              Last one month my vodafone [protected] number was blocked for sms. I asked to customer care they said that i need to register with trai. Actually i did not do any kind of marketing. Ut i am not a tele marketer and i did not send any marketing message and i used to send messages to well known friends only. Without my knowledge they blocked. How to un block?

                  I have taken a plan of 299_1gb_3g_new plan where i was told that i will be charged rupees 0.50 per 1 mb data.in the month of may and jun 16 internet usage have been charged like that only. though i used to get messages that 4paisa/kb will be charged. and after i spoke to customer care about those messages i was asked to ignore such messages.


                  This month i. e. july 16 i received bill whereas internet usage is charged as 4 paisa /kb. request you to kindly send me revised bill so that i can process payment.

                  For your information, i'm still using the same internet plan and i have not received any call from customer care that plan is changed or so.

                      I have got the worst experience of Vodafone, All your employees are not liable on their words, they dont even understand the meaning of customer support
                      if this would be the condition I think the company will be getting a big and permanent LOCK.
                      A simple work of verification also they cant do it in once, It not the duty of customers to continuously call the agents to come and verify, Its really very frustrating

                        (raised concerned via email to corpcare. [protected]@vodafone.com on 9-may-2016 7:24 pm)

                        1) i have raise concerned regarding incorrect bill generated by vodafone to my mobile number.
                        Wrong plan information given to me by vodafone representative and activated plan on my mobile number
                        Which results rs. 1011.74 bill for my vodafone mobile number
                        2) after various mail and communication over mail and customer care number they provided me various solution via different
                        Customer care executive. each time they changed solution on my issue.
                        3) they have communicated that they will correct some of the incorrect charges. after frustrating with their solution i have decided to permanently deactivated
                        My mobile number.
                        4) on 04-jul-2016, i have given request for closing connection to vodafone store near thermax chowk, sambhaji nagar chinchwad pune 411019. because my mobile
                        New billing cycle was 05th of current month to 04th of next month. as per representative of vodafone store he told me that i have to pay rs 244.02 as a pending
                        Bill amount. as per that i have paid rs. 244.02 as pending bill amount.
                        5) after decided to closing my connection. they have sent mobile bill on 09-jul-2016 with bill amount as rs. 1036.38. with following details
                        Current month charges - 499 (i have closed connection on 04-jul-2016 so they have charged full month fixed bill amount cycle is 05th previous month to 04 of current month)
                        Usage charges - 90 (i have not used this mobile number for calling or for internet access)
                        Other credits/charges - 100 (might be late fee. but as per various communication they should no apply this fee due to incorrect bill generated by vodafone.
                        7g enternetment [protected]@90 - 90 (i have never request for such service or give any consent for activating this service.)

                        So rs 1036.38 bill is incorrect and applied to me. vodafone is cheating me on applying above bill by providing incorrect package information, by providing various solution for adjustment and bill correction for that applying late fee, by applying value added service without my consent.

                        I am requesting you to take a strict action against vodafone india pvt ltd for cheating customer.

                            Hi ds is one of jss hospital mysore employe, since 15 days no proper network access in jss hospital atleast 2g all so not get, we cant cal also, every 15sec, cal going drop, againe againe, more then 1000 employes are useing ur network, doctors, staff, etc, plz solve ds problum early as possible, other wise day by day, you are loosing ur coustmer, sure

                              This bonus card/pack is not available for your current plan/service. Please try another denomination.
                              First time we should recharge from shop in Rs. 73, then this issue should resolve. I also faced same issue today

                                1) excess and abnormal bill amount i. e rs. 2149.95 in current bill where as i have used in rental plan –atp-399 but wrongly showing rental s 1874.7 and please note that i have no used any data connection, used 2 nos. sms and used 1135 minutes. 2) complaint was lodged on 04/7/16, 05/07/16, 06/07/26 3) please note these abnormal bill will not be paid by me as because i have no used any data pack, sms used 2 no's. and voice call used only. 4) on the other hand, if i have activated any data pack, then that used by me. i have not smart phone. i am not using any computer access & internet connection. 5) not confirm who was inform for activation the pack, sent me proper documentation. your people have done wrongly. it is one kind of theft. so inquire the matter properly 6) it have been made by any vodafone retailer to get excess money as because i am not able to open vodafone apps, i haven't any computer or laptop, i have not used any smart phone. further request to make inquiry properly.

                                  i am sudarsan kashyap main appse vodafone ki comlain karna chahta hu kyoki vodafone mere sath cheating kar raha hai .maine vodafone ka ek prepaid no postpaid karaya tha jiski security 250/-maine jama ki thi or jo number band karane ke baad refundable thi.maine last year wo number phir se prepaid kara diya.jab maine wo number band karaya tha to maine sari payment kar di thi or maine apne no prepaid kara liya vodafone walo ne mujhe securty money 45 days ke ander mil jayegi aisa kaha tha jo ajj tak mujhe nahi mili main time nikal kar bhut bar vodafone store gaya lakin meri security ka koi responce nahi mila.abhi 4-5 din pahle jab main vodafone store gaya to unhone mujhe bataya ki tumhari security bill main adjust kar di gayi hai isi liya security wapas nahi hogi.jabki maine apna pura bill payment kar ke prepaid karaya tha to vodafone ne meri security ko bill main kise adjust kar diya uske baad main vodafone care main baat kar unko puri jankari di to unhone 8 july tak ka wait karne ke liya bola lain 8 july 2016 tak meri complain ka koi responce nahi mila.is security ko 9 month ke aas pass ho gaye hai jise vodafone wapas nahi karna chahti.vodafone store jane par staff tamaij se baat nahi karta. baat 250/- rupess ki nahi hai sir ye vodafone ka kya statuss hai or wo apne coustmer ke saat kaisa vayvhaar karta hai uski hai.

                                    Hi,

                                    Vodafone india does not have proper 4g facilit then also they are selling 4g sim. i got to know in first month itself that's why after paying first month only i raised a complained starting of the month stating that"4g not working please close my account"

                                    Vodafone india charge me 2000 on the name of 4g, where i did not use the 4g data, they add some subscription and send me a 2015 rs bill for same month (june 2016).

                                    I have all the proof with me, called customer care vodafone superviser (name raghabendra "bangalore superviser" told me be ethical and pay the amount and we wont close your account as vodafone ceo told not to loose customer.

                                    The are not allowing to switch also and not closing also, they also told in india no one listen to you vodafone is foreign country.

                                    Now tell me where shall i go to fix m issue, i don't want vodafone in my life only please help me.

                                    Please help me i don't want money back just allow me to close my connection and someone please take action against this foreign company how they are scamming indian people.

                                      I have recharged my mobile no for 3G internet pack, but it was too slow. Not even help full to brows in net.

                                      Even I have called customer care for sort out the issue, but the advised to switch OFF and ON the phone.

                                      Solution should be - They have to provide 3G net speed or they have to advertise that in few locations 3G s not working and they have to stop selling those type of pack to customers in that areas.

                                        I am Idea cellular customer. Like to take postpaid connect when vodofone representatives gave a postpaid corporate plan and took all necessary things like documents needed for documentation. Also have given me the Vodafone SIM. Then have been said 7 days needed for to get activation. Waited a month still not activated and no call from representative/employee to me. I do not have their contact number but do have vodofone employee email id. I have sent email couple of times but no response is given, such a worst irresponsible Vodafone employee.
                                        then I walked in to Vodafone show room and they there is not immediate solution found there. And is being said raise complain against and have activation .
                                        Do I need this much effort for this to get activation. They are other network services is giving door delivery services..such competitive world this company is doing so.

                                        anyway I decided not got for this and recommend others also the same
