I received a cheque from vodafone on 28/5/16 or 27/5/16 but i lost it. Today i went and asked them to cancel that chequ and reissue me that cheque at howrah dobson road branch. Two people from the vodafone side namely Sampad And Soumya said me that u didnt received any cheque and that vodafone doesnt gives away any kind of cheque. So i want this complaint to be resolved as soon as possible. The amount of the cheque was 278 or 279. They didnt talk even properly and it seemed that they didnt knew even how to resolve this problem. When i said them that u must have the details then they simple ignored and said that they didnt have anything. So please look into this matter. Few days back before loosing the cheque, i visisted them and said that i received this cheque so tell me for which reason did i receive this. They said that just submit it and get the money as the reason is unknown. So i dnt knw whether this is scam or they dnt keep consumer details safe. Please do justice.

    I don't own a vodafone number. Even then, i have been receiving bills of a vodafone customer. I have emailed them regarding this, but i don't see any action taken as i still continue to receive them. They have asked me to ignore these emails, but, i would like them to remove my email id from their database. I am concerned how can they register my email id without my consent? Do they not verify the contact and address details of their customers? If this is the case, it does raise security concerns. Any anti-india body would be able to get a vodafone number in india by registering fake contact details.

        Dear customer care team,


        Greetings of the day,


        This is to share with you my issues and grievances that are disturbing me since a long time now.


        We had a vodafone connection since last year and despite of not using it in the month of dec '15 & jan '16 we were sent hefty bills even when we has requested for stop service over the phone to the vodafone customer care.


        I can give you details on this one, when we raised our concerns, they did not care and asked us to pay the entire due amount if inr 1, 700/- some change and eventually given and option of a waiver and closure of this connection and taking a fresh with added benefits.


        Finally, we were asked to inr 1, 100/- + 250 of our security towards final settlement hence we were obliged by giving a waiver of inr 350/- change only which is certainly brought a negative feeling. Then, we were offered a 5gb a month package with a luring offer of getting lesser rentals for 5 successive months i. E.Instead of 850/- + taxes we need to pay only 650/- + taxes per month and we ended up by accepting it. It was another mistake of ours.


        We spoke all this on 1st march 2016 and we should have been suggested to take the new connection from 4th onwards because billing cycle details should be discussed or at least reminded if they expect us to know being an old customer. Negative again...


        Now the actual trouble started which increased with each month and makes me restless until today to a great extent. No one likes confusing billings, incorrect and false charges and uncaring staff to handle the issue.


        First bill came for duration of 3 days from 1st to 3rd march which could have been avoided by taking a connection from 4th. The amount was inr 100.68 which was paid immediately then according the plan we agreed onto the bill for march cycle should have been inr 650/- + taxes i. E. 744.25/- taking taxes as 14.5% but it came for 937.31 when i asked about the reason they tried to pacify ne saying there was some problem in registering you new connection but i will be charged 650/- + from april till 5 months as previously agreed so on their suggestion i paid 900/-.


        Here, i cannot digest that i took a connection on 1st march, vodafone charged me for 3 days separately then why i had to pay a rental of 850/- + rate for 26 days and 650/- + rate for 5 days. Why are there 3 bills at the end of 1 month itself.


        Moving on, in april i was charged inr 105/- + for a service i did not use, i did not activate and i did not know about but it was included in my bill. I reported it on the same day but it did not get resolved till the approaching last date of bill depositing, i ended up depositing a lump sum amount to be at easy but because if the weekend instead of 22nd it was done on 24th so because vodafone delays resolution i am again charged inr 25/- + as fine. Why?


        Issue continues, i can see in the vodafone app that another charges of same 105/-+ are getting wrongly charged in may also same as april, i reported immediately to the same person i'm contacting ever since starting buy again zero resolution. Neither any waiver was done for april nor they stopped it to appear again in may bill along with the late fees.


        I being annoyed started to remind that gentlemen daily but got a waiver of mere 100 rupees and i had to talk to them seriously about it now. Another executive pitches in talks inappropriately as if he doing me a favour by waiving off the extra charges, he also spoke that he will pay some amount on my behalf which if offending and hurting beyond words. He also spoke that i must have clicked oonsone site which charge through the phone bill and must have not realised. I can't believe someone can say that to a customer when that guy is not more than a year experience. I work in hospitality industry and i don't deal with my guests like that.


        Then, he asked me to pay 50 rupees extra than the amount i calculated and said in an arrogant tone that he will adjust the rest. We spoke this on 15th june and preferred being patient again to offer then more time otherwise i was angry enough to write to you the same day.


        Issues:


        1. Extra rental amount charged in march.

        2. Wrong charges added in apr & may.

        3. Late fee added when the delay is from the executives handling my issue and did not resolve it at all forget on time.

        4. Send me exact bill from next time onwards,. I've list my patience seeing incorrect bills.


        Grievances:


        1. Train your staff on resolution skills, problems do occur buy when reported should be timely resolved.

        2. Train your staff on etiquette, voice modulation and choice of words while talking to a customer.

        3. Create an escalation process so that if one person can't handle it, the issue reaches to someone who can.


        I request you look into this and act sooner, i hate being late on my payments.

            According to trai, i gave stop sms to 1925 to deactivate my internet service. you did not deactivate my internet service, instead u deactivated my internet pack. when i activated it back my balance around 1000mb in my data pack has gone. i lost 1000 mb because o[censored]. according to trai, start or stop is meant for internet usage in main balance & not for data packs. for using data packs, its deemed to be restricted to the specified data volume or the specified period. but u r against the trai regln & u r cutting down the data pack & u r looting the data balance. i kindly request u to revert the data balance in my account. now timebeing i recharged again for my internet usage. my mobile no [protected]

            They call me. But they said that my data is for fitted due to stop masage. In Airtel it work nicely. Please don't buy Vodafone. They may forfit your data with silly mistake.

              I have recharged rs. 123 form myvodafone apps on 18.06.2016 at 09:11:36 pm. myvodafone app showing a special recommended offer for the corresponding number as all local at 1.3p/2s for 3 months in rs 123. after recharging that amount on that day i have received regular talk time instead of the said offer. i have informed vodafone care 4 times via email but finally yesterday they have asked to submit me a screenshot of the offer tab of the myvodafone app. but this special offer has been changed and not showing now in the app. again, it is not mandatory to take screenshot every time whenever a user recharging his/her mobile. again, today in the live chat one person of vodafone named ajeesh has claimed that "all vodafone special offer need to be activated only via etopup and it must not be done via online". from my point of view, his behavior was also unethical. i have recharged the mentioned amount from the myvodafone app of the corresponding number directly from offer tab in the app.

                  I had taken a postpaid connection of vodafone from Varanasi, i used it for around 4 months gave request to vodafone for converting the number to prepaid.Instead of converting it in prepaid, company issued it to some other person.I had a conversation with nodal officer he said it is done illegaly by some mini store, but taken no action yet. My number is registered with banks and other important places, got fed up of this behaviour of such thing.

                    Ho can vodafone disconnect connection without intimation???

                    I had converted my existing prepaid connection to postpaid recently. my number got deactivated on 25.06.16 and is still not activated even though complaint for the same has been made to the concerned officer. please look in to the same to the earliest and activate my account.

                      One person called me from punjab and inform me that i won rs.31, 000/- but for that i have to recharge m-pesa account b paying rs.2, 500/-. once i paid rs.2, 500/- than again he told me to pay one more time i have to pay rs.2, 500/- than only i will get rs.31, 000/-. again i paid rs.2, 500/- and whatever otp i get he always take it from me. actually, for register in m-pesa it is only your mobile no. is required and you can put any date of birth and it is not concerned with your actual date of birth. you can use your pin as per your wish and otp generate will come to your mobile. once you share the otp with any one he can easily create and acess your account. actually there is a big scam going on.infact i can also able elp me to create fake profile and by taking otp one can cheat any one. m-pesa should go for high security. my mobile no. is [protected] and if m-pesa officer can help me than please call me on my mobile no.:[protected]. i am already lodging fir for the given no.:[protected] (punjab no.). m-pesa also should take place against such fraud no. and credit my vodafone account with rs.5, 000/- i hope vodafone m-pesa will help me and refund me the amount of rs.5, 000/- and lodged police complaint against mobile no. owner :[protected] on immediate basis. i am having m-pesa recharge slip of vodafone store also.

                        I recharged on 4th july, after recharge immediately,
                        According to trai, i gave stop sms to 1925 to deactivate my internet service.instead of deactivating my internet service, vodafone deactivated my internet pa ck. i lost my 1.5gb of internet.
                        297 is a big amount (1.5gb)
                        They didn't asked for any confirmation of removal of that pack.
                        They just made it zero.

                          I am sorry to say I am very disappointed with the services of Vodafone. I had a call with Mr. Amit Kumar on 17th June 2016, Saturday to reverse the data usage on my iPhone. This has still not been done inspite of several reminders and talks . I was promised by a call back from him on 20th June 2016, Monday, but nothing was done, there was no call back. I had left messages everyday from 20th June 2016, Monday to 24 June 2016,
                          later I had discussions with different executives but these guys always put me on hold for eternity with the same promises of call back.
                          1) When I took this plan i was told this is an unlimited data plan, then How come I am charged extra for the data usage.
                          2) While looking at my billing history, never have I been charged extra earlier. I am billed extra for the data usage without any intimation when I have an unlimited data plan.
                          3) I am without a data connection for past one week. I am using this phone for my office work. This is loss of business to me . The team is not bothered to get this issue resolved.
                          4) Everyday I spend 30 mins listening to their executives giving same old lame promises that we will sort out this issue but nothing has been done.


                          Want this to be resolved quickly or I will have to go to consumer court on this issue and change my service provider as well as people who are using vodafone in my office.

                            I have pre- paid connection [protected] Bangalore.My balance is being reduced without using any of their service. I have lodged complaint with Vodafone store and also called call centre several times and explained in full detail about this .even though they admit the problem lies with their software and unwilling to refund the amount which they have deducted so far illlegally.
                            I tried to bring the matter to the appellate authority for several time to No 71711111 . every time my call lands in to their music promo and I also tried to contact national head office result is same there also no body picks up phone.
                            Now I am convinced that vodafone is fraud company cheating many subscriber and looting us.I think this company is being managed by international crooks & rouges.
                            They do not have guts to talk to me face to face

                              I am from orissa, until last month i was working for and small it firm. one of my friend told me about careers at vodafone. as i was ambitious i attended vodafone interview at vodafone delhi office, they asked me to pay sum of 2lakhs. payment was done to mr indronil on the pretext of promising job with rs 35000 salary. 4th july was my joining date and today when contacted vodafone office they checked all my documents including offer letter and said it was fake. along with me my 3 friends also have been fooled. i have every proof. please guide me how to legally proceed as i am unsure of approaching police in this matter. i hope the consumer forum will take my problem on a serious note and provide justice. awaiting for your reply.

                                  Got to port a prepaid Vodafone number [protected] to post paid number to Delhi circle.
                                  Some executive from Vodafone have visited and collected all documents and security deposit of Rs 250 on 21/06/16.
                                  I have calling customer care regularly but they are not even bothered to solve the problem.
                                  Each time I got a different solution.
                                  My call is being transferred else where and asked to make a call again.

                                    I had taken a post paid data SIM no [protected] (tagged to my mobile [protected] for billing) from your Sasthamangalam, Trivandrum store. Since data connectivity was very poor, when I paid the May bill of Rs 1255 at above store I gave a request to cancel the data SIM [protected] which was accepted and I discontinued using the SIM. However in the June bill of Rs 1384.62 included the billing for data SIM and I took up the issue on phone . I was told to pay the bill and the connection would be cancelled and amount refunded.I find that this month also the bill for Rs !648 is received indicating that the data SIM billing is done. I have not used the data SIM for 2 months after deactivation request was given at store. Please see that billing for data SIM is reversed and extra for data SIM I paid last month is refunded to me as assured.

                                      I had given a request for converting my postpaid number to prepaid connection retaining the same number on 2nd July, 2016. I was asked to insert the sim after 24 hours and call on 59059 for televerification. I have cleared all my dues while I was using postpaid connection at the vashi store and I was given new 3 in 1 prepaid sim card. Televerification was unsuccessful as there was no verification done.

                                      When I complained I was asked to again visit the vashi store. I don't understand when I have submitted all my documents for getting the prepaid connection by paying extra on top of the due bill charge of 381. I was asked to pay 530 Rs. The activation is delayed from Vodafone for which I shouldn't be liable to pay the charges till my connection is changed from postpaid to prepaid as the delay in activation is due to the poor customer services.

                                      Kindly resolve this matter or else I will take this matter to the consumer court.

                                        From Jan-16 Call Dropping during call on my no [protected]. I have Complain but after regd complain no return my call drop charges. insted high rate of call charges 1.2 paise to 2 paise per / sec call .

                                        Vodafpne offer very poor services & charges it seems its having big ghotala...
