Fraud charging on international data roaming

Twice of the amount of usage needs to be paid

I have decided to move from vodafone postpaid to prepaid, went to vodafone store for payment, i have used data for 800 Rs and call for 200 Rs. it comes around 1000 Rs. I have data plan for 900 Rs. Vodafone stated me to pay 800 + 200 + 900 = 1900 as a bill. 800 is my usage + 900 for plan. This is real cheating. going to file a consumer case against vodafone....

Hello,
I have set up a credit limit of 2600 INR on my number [protected], I used vodafone's International roaming services and they generated a bill of more than 25000/- when I asked how can my bill be more than my credit limit they said on international roaming they automatically increase it, now nothing can be done about it and I will have to make the payment.

Obviously this is lot of money when I looked into this...

Billing dispute

Home network still not activated, roaming charges, bill not received,

Customer care of Vodafone is the worst I have experienced so far. When I wanted to port my Airtel number to Vodafone in Oct 2015, I was told that if you will take Vodafone Red 666 plan, we will make your Maharashtra, Mumbai & Goa circle free (i.e. no roaming whenever I travel between these 3 regions). Reception of signal is very poor

Zero Network and Frequent call drops

Dongle
