My vodafone no is [protected].
On 1st july 2016 i got an sms n its written unlimited for 1 month *444*196# i just checked n went thru n suddenly ive seen my balance(Rs 196) deducted n my all previous 3g balance(Rs 376 for 2.5gb) gone .
My ques is how vodafone activate this plan without my consent ??? N if they activate then where was my previous 3g( 2.5 gb) balance ???From their sms(*444*196#) didnt mentioned anything i.E if i put this n dial, it will be automatically activated or my all present 3g balance will be deactivated.
So how vodafone done this thing without my consent ...It was absolute cheating ..I tried cust care over phone but didnt get any solution .I also have sent email, but i got replied that previous 3g balance can not be restored n present plan will be deactivated n will offer rs 163 talktime ...
But how to accept this cheating ? I spend 376+196 all of my amont gone n will offer 163 only (For vodafone ref correspondence is [protected])


My request u to plz deactivate this unlimited plan n return back my deactivate amount n same time plz activate my 3 g balance whc was running .
It was totally cheating frm vodafone, without consent how this was activated didnt understand
Plz do solve my problem as soon as possible

45 RS deducted from my account for WWE Zone on my Vodafone number without any confirmation. I want my money back. and please give a proper number where we can register our complaints at 1 go. Your all other numbers suggest us to click on different number to get our work done, we are not sitting free for all this & its very irritating.

    Hi, I have been a vodafone user for quite a few years, recently an unexpected network issue has started to affect me at my residence. Even after a dozen mails and more than 5 complaints via call, till date there is no solution to my problem. the problem still persists. Please find a solution.

      Dial *121# to activate.

      Than i recharge 75/- but i m not getting the 250 min local calls and while talking to care the just simply suggest that we had not sent any msgs and asked me to visit nearest care. i want to know that y u r send msgs fake i[censored] can't provide the facilities to the customers. i m using vodafone sine 4 years postpaid now i select prepaid and y r treating like that

        I have purchased the dongle at vodafone store they told me six months or seven months free i have no need to pay any money its unlimited package now i cant able to browse its taking too long to open i am using 4g dongle they told its 5 gb per month its bull...i have paid 4300 for dongle..money is not a matter but they failed their promise in words.
        i request some one pls look in to this...

          Hi,

          I have subscribes International Roaming on 2nd of July, 2016, from Vodafone having request number [protected]. As per their agent's statement, it should be activated within 30 mins. After 1 Hour, of subscription, I was not able to use the service, so they have logged an complain having complain number [protected] and assured to fix the issue within 6 o'clock at evening on the same day. As the issue was not fixed I contacted the agent again, and they replied that the complain has been closed, though the issue was not fixed. Then the agent raised another complain on the same issue without my confirmation and disconnected the conversation without providing the complain id.

          As I subscribed, so its their responsibility to provide the service. But instead of providing the service they are harassing me. Wasting the time with no benefits.

          Please do the needful so that, no can face this kind of scenario. Afterall I am paying for the services, but I am not getting the service. If asking them, for service interruption, then they are raising and closing issue without any proper resolution.

              Hi,
              This my second complaint against vodafone kolkata.
              My vodafone Kolkata no is [protected]. Today(02/06/2016) after visiting the vodafone Kolkata wesite i recharge my no with Rs.111/- at around 20:30 hrs. As per the details on the site, on recharge of 111/- i get a full talktime of Rs.111/- for 14 days nothing else. Screen shot of the details provided on website is attached.

              But after the recharge I get nothing in my main a/c balance. Then I contact vodafone customer care where they were unable to give clear info about it.

              I get the same excuse " It has not updated in system". When I talk to the supervisor Mr. Prabal, he says that Rs.111/- goes to the additional balance yet i cannot us it as i am on roaming. however when i check my previous transaction, i had done the same recharge (Rs. 111/-) on 30/05/2016 but had not faced this issue and i was on roaming then too.

              Above all on vodafone kolkata's website there is no such information saying the recharge wouldn't work while roaming or it would only work on home network zone.

              The Asst. Manager Mr. Raju Sarkar was also unable to explain the reason for it.

              Kindly check this issue and help me get the money back.

              It has been resolved. They called on Sunday, June 3, 2016 and refunded the amount of 111/- into main balance.

                I am Allan and i purchased vodofone prepaid mobile number:[protected] was purchased in chennai 3 days before and i wasnpromised activation in 24 hrs but it is more than 72hrs but not yet activated. Kindly help. Please find the sim number as follows:[protected].
                The sim card was purchased after submission of necessary proof as required by the company.
                Purchased for medical emergency communication. It can critical moment at home due to medical emergency
                Kindly arrange to get it activated without further delay.

                      In Vodafone app it mentioned for 297 u will get up to 10 GB and minimum 1.25 gb on every recharge.
                      I recharged 297 on my prepaid vodafone number [protected].
                      I got 1 GB only. That's fine but I got nothing in next recharge of 60 RS. As the offer says it should give 1.25 GB on every recharge. I mentioned my concern to Vodafone customer care but I didn't get any help. According to the customer care executive I should recharge 297 RS again to get 1.25 GB data. But the offer says minimum 1.25 GB on every recharge no where mentioned about 297. Please consider my complain

                        I am a Vodafone customer Ms. Veena C. Palan is using postpaid card since Aug.2015 with 399 rental+free sms/std etc. My usages are within the free units. without my consent an SMS plan was activated & monthly I have been charged extra rental + usage chrgs for such plan. I requested every month to stop such services but no use & still bill continues with such value added services. I had paid my bills regularly till March 2016, but when my bill exceeds 1000, not paid for April 16 & immediately my services for incoming/outgoing discontinued. For this have approached the Vodafone Centre of Dombivli (w) on 4/6/16 there I came to know that my card was suspended & was ready to settle the bill. My bill settled after reversal of Rs.500/- towards sms plans. On the same day I requested to convert my post-paid to prepaid immediately but I have been told that I will receive an sms for final bill payment i.e. Rs.1900-500 = Rs.1400/- for which I have not received any SMS for a week. When I called on customer care, came to know that it has been reversed & I have to just pay Rs.1400/-. When I visited the Vodafone center on 23/6/2016 for payment i hve been asked to pay Rs.350/- in additional to 1400/- as per bill cycle though the card was suspended & was not using at all Still to get rid off this I paid Rs.1400+200 = 1600/- After paying this amount within ½ an hr. card was activated but they told me that it will take 20 more days to cancel my postpaid & to convert to prepaid they were even not ready to accept the documents for the same. When I called on customer care 3 to 4 persons told me there is no such rule for conversion of post paid to prepaid can be done within 24 hrs. So for final move I went to store on 1/7/16 at 10.00 a.m. I am asked to pay 539/- further rental+card activation charges etc. nearly spent 2 hrs. there. Then they accepted my documents & ask to fill the rejection form, saying they have to send for further formalities & told me that either my card will accepted or it can be rejected from Vodafone co. due to not payment of your dues & I was asked to pay 129/- for prepaid card. they told I'll receive SMS within 24 hrs. but till now not received any SMS for accepting my request.
                        What the hell is this just for converting postpaid to prepaid one has to keep on paying? & without any usage. The delay was from your side though we had made the bill payment on 23/6/16 & my a/c. shows 0 rental for June. Why your customer is being harassed like this?

                        I kindly request you to look into this matter as I will not pay any dues for the services which i have not used and instruct your Vodafone center to revert back the said amount and convert my mobile no. to postpaid to prepaid at the earliest time.

                            Hi, I was using Airtel prepaid card and one of voda promoter called me and offered nice plan for postpaid. So i ported my number. I completed official formalities and they activated my plan. After 8 days without prior notification Vodafone suspended my service saying address verification is not done and neighbour do not identify me. I asked that neighbours name. But they dont have it. I asked my building mates, everybody is saying that nobody asked them about my identity. This is shere cheating by Vodafone and they are trying to bring in more customers by luring them. Now they are asking me to change to vodafone prepaid. Hell...why should I ?? Why they dont rejected my number at the first place before activation. I used ₹200 service and now this drama. Harrassment by Vodafone...

                                I wanted to port my vodafone number from mumbai circle to airtel in bangalore circle. I had taken this number in college in Mumbai. Vodafone has rejected the porting request stating that this is a corporate account and with the college being the employer. However college has nothing to do with Vodafone in terms of paying the bills or having a relationship manager with them.
                                I am being told to go to college and get approval from vodafone relationship manager which is in reality non-existent. So basically with vodafone mumbai and unable to port out of it.

                                  I have requested for porting my corporate connection postpaid number from Vodafone to other network. I personally visited vodafone store and cleared all my outstanding amount and informed them about my porting. After two days of the payment done, i received a message from the new network saying the porting got rejected by Donor because of pending dues. When I called vodafone customer care to convey my concerns, they are least bothered to provide the justification on the message and the rejection by keep on advising to visit nearest vodafone store. When i asked for any other option, they replied saying they cannot do anything in this case. As a customer service provider, how can they say this sentence to the customer. It is very annoying after experiencing this kind of communication with a customer care executive. He is not even accepting to connect to his supervisor for getting a solution for my problem. I never expected this way of communication towards customer from a service provider company. This shows how worst the service the customers are getting. The executive name is Mr. Rishabh Mishra and he is very dare to give his name without any other identification number.
                                  This will really bring down the reputation of the company which the customers expect always a good service on-time. This is an example where company is loosing such kind of confidences with such kind of manner-less people.

                                        I'm Ankita from Lucknow and was using Vodafone number [protected] since 2009, this number is spread all over to my friends, family, office, banks, social media.
                                        My phone number got blocked in end of June 16, as I shifted to Delhi for higher education but I was using this number since I get bank transaction OTP, other recovering password on this number.
                                        My Sim has stopped working from first week of July, while talk to customer care over phone, they told me that sim might got damaged, I was busy in my final exams so couldn't make up to enquire more.
                                        when I reached customer care at in june end at hazratganj, Lucknow Vodafone representative told me that this number has been allocated to some other guy.
