Hi,
I have subscribes International Roaming on 2nd of July, 2016, from Vodafone having request number [protected]. As per their agent's statement, it should be activated within 30 mins. After 1 Hour, of subscription, I was not able to use the service, so they have logged an complain having complain number [protected] and assured to fix the issue within 6 o'clock at evening on the same day. As the issue was not fixed I contacted the agent again, and they replied that the complain has been closed, though the issue was not fixed. Then the agent raised another complain on the same issue without my confirmation and disconnected the conversation without providing the complain id.
As I subscribed, so its their responsibility to provide the service. But instead of providing the service they are harassing me. Wasting the time with no benefits.
Please do the needful so that, no can face this kind of scenario. Afterall I am paying for the services, but I am not getting the service. If asking them, for service interruption, then they are raising and closing issue without any proper resolution.
