Sir i have postpaid vodafone sim.i made some delay in payment of march& april bill during that time in april they had stopped the services to me.finally i had paid the amount on 19th may after the payment also services to my sim was not activated. I was not able to contact them because i had nt got signal.so i thought my sim was completly deactivated. but on[protected] i got bill amount of Rs.193 even my sim was not in use.sir they are not listening to my Complaint even i have raise a Complaint request so please do justice.mu no is [protected]

    I have a corporate plan and using 3 numbers under the same.
    Almost every month i receive incorrect bill with same the issue. I have free data usage, however, i am incorrectly charged for at-least one subscription

    Every time i have to write and escalate the issue, post which i am assured refund and resolution.

    Refund is passed for the incorrect amount, however, the issue is not resolved and do not think vodafone has required skill and systems to resolve simple issues.

    Kindly resolve at the earliest

    To keep it short and focusing to resolve at-least this issue, i am limiting myself only to one issue with providing details on..
    A) harassment to pay bills even after paying bills before due date
    B) insane and unfriendly call center support.

      This is to inform you that i am keep on getting Glamour Zone activation charges 90rs from you and also i have not received any message for activation simply applying charges to me . For your information i am not using vodafone internet pack for browsing internet.Without customer notice applying charges to us This is not acceptable. So i am requesting you that disable the services immediately also reduce 90rs from my bill and send me the revised bill. Otherwise i will port my connection.

        Vodafone will provide unneccessary limits on your number and then make undue charges to sleaze money from customers. i ve been charged 45000 for 42mb usage for credit limit provided 20000 without my consent, i actually dont need such limits as my regular usage is 1400rs monthly. As it is if i dont pay my monthly charges then they suspend services immediately then why should one have such high credit limit. This limit serves only and only vodafone as they can charge undue bill on these unneccessary limits and then harass customer to cough up payment. I have been requesting time and again to vodafone to reverse all these undue charges, as a small regular user cannot take this kind undue charging... i will use every forum available to bring this LIMIT SCAM to stop. port to airtel, idea ...stay away from vodafone.

            My number has been provided as an alternate number for the vodafone number [protected].
            About 2 weeks back i got a call saying that the person who was using the number [protected] has not paid their vodafone bill. I provided vodafone with the current contact # of that person (Who is currently not in india) and that person himself spoke to vodafone and got the details regarding the bill.

            Still i'm getting calls everyday regarding this. They are having the direct contact phone number of the person. I asked them to contact the person responsible. Why are they even calling me? I got 20 calls today in 2 hours continuously. This is disturbing my work. Today the customer care person spoke really cheap. I asked her to correct her language but she continued to talk in a slum-like language and insulted and bad-mouthed me and said that i do not deserve any respect. She asked me if i talk on the phone with dogs everyday and all sorts of non-sense. This is the worst behavior i have ever seen in any customer care. I am extremely upset to receive such language from a person who is supposed to help you "customer care".

              I had requested for a new JP Morgan corporate sim card on 14th June and had reached out to your executive Sachin[protected], and sent him all the documents that day itself.
              Till today, the sim has not been activated. I had requested for number portability service also.

              After chasing the executive Sachin daily for 2 weeks, he delivered the sim last Friday finally, but when I called Vodafone helpline for activation, they said no documents have been submitted yet by the executive.
              I have registered a complaint also against Sachin on your helpline on last Saturday, 25th June, complaint no :[protected]
              So far, no updates on that complain too from your helpline.
              I am being sent around in circles since more than 2 weeks. Its not my responsibility to chase the executive and Vodafone helpline for the complain. Once I submit the documents, I expect prompt action on it.
              Please consider this on high priority. I have all the calls and chats also recorded as evidence. If I do not get any reply back in 1 working day, I will be prompted to take legal actions.

                  Have been billed value added services charges inspite of not using and activating these services for mobile no [protected].

                  Have been reminding them for last 2 months to not automatically activate these services for this no.

                  Have paid once for these services last month in spite of no usage.

                  The service executives at call center every times ensures that no charges will be levied but in spite of this every time i am getting the bill of value added services charge

                  Request you to kindly take action against this.

                    I am using vodafone since so many years. Always had some or the other problem. Sometimes the over billing. Irony! I can not sit and calculate every single minute charges they charges for call and data. This time i paid my bill and my phone is still not working its been 1 and half day.In todays time when one do all the work from mobile. Its tough to be without phone services. I called vodafone four time and asked to connect to their manager. These big companies have few permanent lines to repeat every time. 1. We are very sorry for your inconvenience 2. I understand your problem. 3 we are happy to help and list goes on... I have been promised that my problem will sorted in 2 hours and that two hours has nt completed after one and half days. I think they have given me the time of some other planet where i dot know when two hours get completed. Irony is they earn from customer. And customer is the only person who is always get troubled by their services. Basically its a trap. And we common people can not do any thing against them. We poor people without any single power. I don't know i should laugh or cry.

                      I have ported my number from idea postpaid to vodafone postpaid on 18.06.2016.

                      Start of day it is very easy to access the services but from the last 2 to 5 days ago i am receiving the sms on which mentioned that y verification is going to be negative.

                      I was shocked to heard that how can my verification would be negative despite a man has came to my house on 18.06.2016 and he took my adhar card number too.

                      This is seriously a stressful to hear that my number is not ported completely without any harassed.

                      Now i am just wonder whether my connection will be suspended or barred?

                      If this happens i would never get a vodafone connection again in future.

                      Please do the correct action regarding my complaint. There is no requirement of verification for such a small credit

                          My self ikram mulla.I have prepaid card and I want to change my service from perpaid to postpaid.I called to costomer care she told she vl do it.she told to submit my document and deposite 150rs to executive who will come to take my document. I gave document and 150rs deposit to that executive.after 3days I got msg in my alternate number that reqestion from perpaid to postpaid has been canceled.I called that coustomer care girl but she is neglating telin that I dont have to slow that and disconnecting my phone.her name is zara and mobilr number is [protected].again I called to costomer care he ttold to submit my document by scaniing.he gave me asurity that ths my card will b activated.but 4 days gone I still my number is not activated.
                          I dnt know how such reputed company have such irrisposible employers who dnt care about coustomer issues.kindly please do something..

                            It's 2 days my outgoing n 3g services have been barred.
                            Have done all the payments and their customer care too said so.

                            Only reply i get it.. It will start in 2 hrs.. But of no use.

                            I have mailed them twice too

                            It says i had some credit limit issues.. Which too is sorted. Moreover ritual has twice in this month. Last time it started barely for a day

                              Vodafone Mumbai has changed my plan without my consent. Its been 20 days and 2 complaints filed with vodafone, nut no call back has been recieved. The only call i get back is pay your bill. When I ask them to resolve my problem they say to pay the bill first.
                              Just because no one is using your RED plan that doesnt give you the right to change my plan. If you say you have my approval. Prove it to me.. Cheaters!!!

                                I have been using vodafone mobile wifi a bit earlier till jan 2016. B'coz of their poor service i had cancelled my device using number. I have done so going to their registered vodafone dealer office at bharuch, gujarat and i had also made my full payment up to date. Now after even being cancelled my number they are requesting me to pay my bills. Fromjan 2016 onwards each month one of their customer executive calls me and tell to make payment. And each time i have to explain that i have cancelled the number by making full payment. Today being june 28 2016 i again got call (From [protected]) and this time they are threatening me they would send me legal notice and executive i tried to explain behaved very badly to me. I would like to raise a complaint against this.

                                  They disconnected my no and now its been 24 hrs none of the executive have any details for why they have disconnected. Everytime i am calling i am getting different reasons, now they are disconnecting my calls i asked for a complain no they gave me a no[protected] with an assurance that it will get activated in two hrs but today i got to know that complain was regarding dnd activation, for the sake of giving an complain no they have raised a complain for some other reason.

                                  No one has an answer and now the executives are disconnecting my calls.

                                    Hii i am vishal i bought 2 vodafone postpaid connections with the name of my father mr. Naresh singh but recently i have shifted that's why my vodafone verification has been not completed so after that i have visited in vodafone store and vodafone guy told me i have to visit with my father then next time i have visited vodafone store with my father and i have complete the process and the guy he told me that withing 48 hours verification guy would be visit in my new address to do this verification process and then no one visited my home i was waiting for that guy but he didn't visit in my home and then i called to vodafone customer care they said guy visited in my home but i told him that no one visited in my home then he put my call on hold around 40 minutes i was waiting for him but he didn't retrive my call then i hung up that call then i have visited in vodafone mini store in hari nagar ashram and i met with mr rana and he talked me very rudly and he told me that he can't provide service to me and he told me again visit in lajpat nagar store with my father but i told him i don't want your service and i destroy your sim card but this complaint i am telling you is regards for the vodafone service i don't which kind of guys the have on their customer service even they talked me very roodly so please kind the action asap and contact me for any further information on [protected]. Thanks

                                      I'm really very disappointed with the vodafone services and their team as they're not resolving my concern regarding the network issues. I've written numerous emails to them but only get the reply to wait for 2 days, 1 months-2 months thats'it. I've all the emails with me with their silly and irresponsible replies. I'm facing the serious network issues inside my building for which i'm continuously writing an email to them and doing a follow up to resolve this issue but they're not helping me out with this. I've also filed the complaint through consumer forum but no help. What should i do. I paying my bills for which i'm not able to use the service.
                                      Please do some needful to me.
