My no [protected], im using this sim since from 15years, but now a days vodafone is very bad and they provide very poor quality network, and the service is also worst. They have told the different plan and activated some other plan, very very worst, cheap service from vodafone, i never ever suggest vodafone to anyone.

    Vodafone network in our area, muzaffarnagar 251001 has been locked from last 7-8 day, i have complaint to customer care and also local vodafone office but there is no definite time to resolve the issue..
    When people try to call, they get a message that phone is switched off, rather out of coverage area this also cause mis understanding with other people. I have been using vodafone from past 4 years now, they claim to be the largest network around the & they are not able to solve issue a small area.

        My Mobile number is [protected] i am change my plan on 16/5/2016 from 299 to 499 due to my bill is high as per talk to vodaphone representative on phone that why at present bill is received at my home Rs. 3089/- this is totally wrong internet charges is weived .

          Social book value added service was activated in my number without my consent and rs 90 was deducted from my balance, when i contacted the customer service they mentioned it was activated since 2015 though i had not received any sms regarding that, and that rs. 90 was being deducted from my balance on a monthly basis. I did not recieve any sms regarding that deduction explicitly. I was told this service is activated after confirmation from customer but i'm very sure i have never opted for such a service, in fact this is the first time i'm hearing that such a service is available. Kindly take strict action against this.

              As i was not satisfied with vodafone postpaid connection. I reverted back to prepaid but with the same mobile number which postpaid has. And i activated my prepaid sim by easy recharge. And when i try to recharge with 30rs.. I didn't get any recharge balance on my number and showing this error "your card's face value is greater than session limit". What does this mean?? Ps : i switched off and on... I removed the sim and inserted.. I have tried all this... Give proper resolution to customer's... Customer people will say one thing and when i go to any vodafone store they will tell another thing... And when both are working for vodafone.. How come customer people have diff. Set of resolutions and you people have diff. Set of resolutions..

                After paying my bills my number not get any services & and this going from last 4 months, and again want me to pay my bills, how i pay bills again if they not starting my services, and why i pay bills for last 4 months there no services are activated on my vodafone no. this is the last time i m sending my complaint to vodafone if my problem not going to solve this time, then i hv to take further steps in this matter

                  I am a resident of chittranjan park, new delhi-110019 and has been facing network problem on my number [protected], [protected] since past 2 years regarding which i have made many complaints to vodafone including nodal office but failed to find any solutions. Even trai is also not taking any initiative to resolve the problem.

                  I have been registering network complaints with vodafone since past approx. 2 years. After repeated calls to vodafone complaint number 198, the problem still exists.

                  Due to the network inconvenience i keep getting messages from my family & friends that my phone is coming not reachable or switched off while it is not. No person can contact me on my number.

                  I had around 10 numbers of vodafone in the end i had to switch to other service providers since nothing was done in respect to my n number of complaints. I do not know what the company is doing in this regard.

                  Till date no executive has visited my locality neither they are willing to provide me with a network boaster. Perhaps their service is getting worst.

                  On the complaints the customer care executives just reassure me that something will be done as soon as possible and provide me with another date.

                  The problem exists till date and i had no other option left. Hence i have decided to file a complaint against the service provider vodafone.

                    My num is [protected].i am using my this number from last 2 year.and now literally you guys gave this num to someone else without my permission.how it is possible? literally i saw i dnt have network on my sim and when i checked out my num was on and when i call on my num someone recieved my call and said he get this num from vodafone store today.how it is possible.and i call to vodafone customer care and they said my num is reg with my name.i want my num back now.

                      I received cal from this number [protected] stating that he is calling from croma head office and was asking for my debit card details and when i refused than he started using abusing language. On truecaller it was showing as ask me bazaar ravivarma asst mgr. His mobile operator is vodafone.
                      Please take a action against this guy.. He is trying to fool many people by becoming manager of many reputed company such croma, ask me bazaar etc.

                      Today (30th December, 2017), i received a call from #[protected], a lady told me that in my credit card reward points are expired and it is converted to a cashback then she was asking personal details about my card. I knew that it was a fraud call so i did not give information then she started abusive languages. When i searched on truecaller it shows that this number registered in vodafone. So i am requesting company to take necessary action on it. Because i know the trick but others can be trap.

                            Hi,

                            I had been a fair customer of Vodafone since over 2 years but the kind of service that had been provided to me made one thing clear that this is worst company i have ever come across. I was having a vodafone number [protected] on which i had given request for activation o[censored]S/Canada Calling pack through their website on march 27th 2016 and got confirmation stating that the request have been successfully taken and the pack would be activated from next billing cycle. But the pack never got activated and the next bill of April which i got in May was having full call rates charged. I spoke to customer care and as per different advises from vodafone executives I have sent emails to various email ids of vodafone but none of them took this initiative to solve the complaint and even commit that the mistake is at company's end and finally my connection was barred due to non payment as i wanted resolution for the same.

                              I have purchased one dongle from your siliguri representative sri subhadip, 1st time when i got the dongle box, when i open it, there was no dongle, it was empty, 2nd time i call him and asked about the dongle, then he the next day handover the dongle and told me the new sim data card is activated. But when i going to do my work with my laptop and connect the vodafone new sim card with dongle it is not working, when i call mr subhadip he replied me that your new sim card is not activated. I am sorry to inform you that why your employee false me. Vodafone is a world famous company but his employee is lier? Never expect such a behaviour from a company who is world famous. Please well trained to your employee to talk with the customer ina true manner

                                Actually i compaint to vodafone several time regarding activation o[censored]nknown vas service many times, but every month it automatically activated and charges of that services always added in bill cycle which is not my fault.Even this time a 111.52 charged added in my bill, how it is possible every time, I cant pay extra charge for unused service.This shows fraud happening in generation of vodafone bill. Please do needful we are from middle class we cant pay money again and again for unused service. Please help me.

                                  I have been using vodafone postpaid ([protected]) from more than 2 years. I have activated data plan of Rs. 299 2 years ago which includes 1GB 3G and later 2G unlimited. In the month of April'16 vodafone has changed my plan from Rs.299 to Rs 250 without my request rather without my consent, in Rs250 plan 1GB 3G is offered and later they start charging for usage. from last two years my avg bill amounts to Rs800 but for the month of May'16 my bill amounts to Rs9000 this is because they have changed my data plan.

                                  I have been calling vodafone customer care almost daily for this issue. Operational user confirmed it was mistake from there end and escalated the issue on higher priority still after one month also issue is not resolved.
                                  Vodafone barred all my services including calling and messaging from last one month, i have been calling them continuously to activate it. Now its been 4 days they have barred my services. Everyday from last month they tells me to wait for 24 hours, yet issue doesnt get resolved and even i dont get any calls regarding the issue. Every day i have to call them, explain every operational user from the start

                                  MISTAKE IS FROM THERE END AND CUSTOMER HAS TO SUFFER. Whats the use of being loyal to company.

                                  I ask them to resolve the issue, give me the correct bill amount and start my services asap

                                    I took a Vodafone 4G Mifi last week on a 15 GB/month data plan. I made an advance payment for 4 months (Rs. 6670/-) as per the plan in which I also got the 4G wifi device. In less than a week's time the speed became slow and I was told entire 15 GB has been used which is not true as I hardly used it for 3-4 days and wasn't ever sent a notification to my registered cell no. of data usage. Moreover, it is impossible to exhaust 15 GB in such a short time.

                                    My complaint no. is reference[protected]. Both customer care executives from Kolkata Sujit Shah and Barshan Chakraborty didn't solve my problem and were in a hurry of keeping the phone. I was promised a call back from Sujit but never received it. Barshan Chakraborty was very rude to me and said no senior executives of his want to come on phone to talk. Vodafone excels in poor reception but what completely sucks is their customer service. Airtel, MTS, Tata Docomo are way better. I am a Vodafone customer for merely a week and I regret this. Please help me resolve the issue. If a resolution is not given by Vodafone, I demand my entire payment back, surrender the device and go to some other service provider. I can't continue with a rogue company.

                                    Because I already made an advance payment for data for four months, my data details are being tampered with so that I pay more for booster package even after paying close to 7000/-. Add to this the rude customer service, if people are nice you can deal with them but such pathetic behavior and computer generated messages on Facebook is sad.

                                      Please note that yesterday i wrote a mail to vodafone nodal office up east but no response from office and the no response from given contact no
                                      +91 [protected]. I also contacted to mumbai head office but that contact no is not responded.

                                      This below lines i wrote to vodafone office.

                                      I want to drag your kind attention towards the inconvenience i faced while recharging my vodafone no. [protected].

                                      I recharged my no. For a 2g unlimited data plan of 199 rs. After that i again recharged for a topup of 8 rs as internet could not be accessed without a balance in the account but unluckily this was a data plan also so my 1st recharge was deactivated, i contacted to customer care many times to either refund or reactivate the data plan worth199.
                                      But they all said that the refund is not possible. We can't make any type of cbanges.

                                      Please find the attached screen shot.

                                      Now you are requested to help me in this matter. Either refund the amount or reactivate the plan.

                                      I hope i won't get disappointed from your side.

                                        I recharged my with 147 supernet and I got 1 GB data ..then after 4 days I receive message that my data pack is over but I haven't use 1 GB ..I use only 508 and I have proof my mobile data shows that I use only 508 mb. I have written complaint customer care and I get response but my problem was not solved and then again I got call from Vodafone and i have given assurity that I got my data in 48 hours but after four days (including today) ...please give my rest data or I will go to consure care b'coz I have proof.
