I have purchased one dongle from your siliguri representative sri subhadip, 1st time when i got the dongle box, when i open it, there was no dongle, it was empty, 2nd time i call him and asked about the dongle, then he the next day handover the dongle and told me the new sim data card is activated. But when i going to do my work with my laptop and connect the vodafone new sim card with dongle it is not working, when i call mr subhadip he replied me that your new sim card is not activated. I am sorry to inform you that why your employee false me. Vodafone is a world famous company but his employee is lier? Never expect such a behaviour from a company who is world famous. Please well trained to your employee to talk with the customer ina true manner
