I have closed my vodafone post paid number and paid the balance amount and settle everything at vodafone stores in bangalore and moved to us. After a month i have received a mail saying that need to pay the balance amount.

Many times i have followed up with vodafone customer care through phone and emails, there are not at all bothered, no response at all.

This is to inform you that from last three month I am not using this vodafone no from that time and I had already paid my Feb bill. Further on 17/03/2016 I had called the customer care and disconnected this no because of moving from Lucknow and its been confirmed from your executive.

I need call history for deactivated vodafone number [protected]. Now it is renewed and it is being usedby some other person. But i need call history details prior to that. Contacted customer care and said that it is possible but i didn't get the same even after verifying proofs.

Request you to please change my current 199 corporate plan to individual red family plan 899. I want my add other number as well in this plan as family.

Each and every month, my vodafine bill is faulted. I have to take 10 minutes of my time to analyse and see the break through of my bill and compare it with my plan. Some month they have charge me for voice charge when i have it free under my plan, the next month they charge me for data pack when i have it free under my plan. I have applied for MNP in Bangalore at Vodafone mini store (kundalhali gate) on 9/06/2016, still there is no action, when i went to Vodafone store, person sitting there was unresponsive and saying he dint know. This is unsatisfactory answer from Vodafone side.

I have post paid connection and month ago i got call from compay asking for set a caller tune at that time i didnt perform any task though company set a caller tune and charge 195 rs. I had immediatialy called to customer care and asked to stop caller tune and asking for revised rs.195 in my account but in this bill cycle i saw company charged rs.195.

Hi, mconverge fashion portal pack was activated in my account. And i have not approved this. Rs.99 extra bill has been amounted due to this pack. Kindly give me my money back. Customer care has not given any valid answer for this unapproved activation of this pack and thus this extra bill for which money has been deducted from my account. I held a vodafone no. [protected], for which disconnection request was been raised in october 2015, in new panvel, navi mumbai vodafone gallery after paying all the bills. (Zero payment was been made).
Despite of raising the disconnection request, the request was not further processed and rental amount for the vodafone no was been continuously generated.
