Months back changed the service provider from airtel to vodafone and

The ibm plan in the same,
Hoping for the better service from vodafone. On 1st sep'14 while i
Introduced to vodafone - ibm plan. My plan was vg_mv_kar_ibm_new475 plan
And
My tariff for local v2v:.30 paisa and std call was.50 paisa
Later on 17-oct-14, i requested the customer service center to provide
Information related to roaming pack details and they changed the plan
Without my intimation.
Later, i received oct'14 bill of rs.2186.39/- and i paid the same without
Checking the tariff. Again nov'14 bill is sent to me which was rs
4468.89/-
And i was shocked to see the amount. I am not a businessman to get bill
Amount of rs. 4468.89/-
Immediately i called customer service on 01-dec-2014 and requested to
Provide the details for the same and they agreed that by mistake they
Have
Changed my vg_mv_kar_ibm_new475 plan to roaming plan and reverted back to
Ibm plan on 02-dec-14.
Now, i am requesting you to give response to my below queries asap:
1. On 17. Oct 14 when i was called to check roaming plan.. Without
Intimation how it got changed? Also, i didn't receive any sms or mail
Communication for the same
Also, please let me know without my notice how my previous plan got
Terminated.
2. I paid already oct'14 with new tariff, when i am going to get refund
For
The same.
3. For nov'14 bill i already communicated for a revised bill, but till
Now
No action has been taken and they are asking me to pay.
Being a holder of corporate plan and the mistake is from your end, how
You
Can ask the customer to pay the amount which is wrongly charged.
4. I went to vodafone store also, to clear this issue. But there, i
Explained the same to the supervisor and he made the complaint no.
I request you to refund my oct'14 payment by considering old tariff and
Revise the nov'14 bill immediately. Failed, i am not going to pay nov'14
Bill and will take this to consumer court.
Note:
I raised nearly 5 complaints but still i am not getting any proper update
From customer services. They are simply closing my complaints by sending
The sms for all complaints like
"in response to complaint no :"[protected]"we were unable to reach you on
Your mobile to give an update. Please call 111 for an update."
How is it possible to get only sms not even calls.
