Hi,
I held a vodafone no. [protected], for which disconnection request was been raised in october 2015, in new panvel, navi mumbai vodafone gallery after paying all the bills. (Zero payment was been made).
Despite of raising the disconnection request, the request was not further processed and rental amount for the vodafone no was been continuously generated.
I was continuously following up in customer care for disconnection of request, but still it was not disconnected.
Today 20th june 2016 i received a call from vodafone customer care, and the employee said the request for number disconnection was processed in may, but you have to pay rental amount till date for the number.
I would like to ask vodafone that when i had raised a disconnection request in the month of october 2015, then how come i am liable to pay the bill which was generated after the disconnection request.
After raising the disconnection request in october 2015, my responsibility towards the number disconnection was finished and it was vodafone employees responsibility to further disconnect the number.
If the employees are not performing there job on time then why the users should not be liable to pay the bill.
Vodafone customer care employees are calling me an threatening me to pay the bill amount for the number which was disconnected long back.
I would like if vodafone would look into, so that further vodafone users are affected.
Hoping positive reply from vodafone.
Thank you!
