I like to bring to your notice that i got call on 06.06.16 (Monday) from a mobile no. [protected], on my mobile no ([protected]) at about 8.20a. M. The day before the call, i tried paying vodafone postpaid bill of rs. 400 through netbanking but amount was not credited into my bill. So, i followed up with vodafone & vijaya bank. On query, bank cs person asked me to complain to billdesk (Merchant) regarding the “stuck transaction”. Which i conveyed to billdesk (Merchant) on 05.06.16 (Sunday) through mail. (Mail communication attached). So, when the person had introduced himself from billdesk (Noida), and asked me to get refund of the failure transaction through a website www.rbipaymentdoorway.com. (Since he was referring to the mail day before) i got carried away. That guy asked me to log into netbanking account to get the refund through that site. But instead of refund, rs. 9, 999 was deducted from my sb a/c bank account. Then only i could realize that i was being made prey of cyber crime with the fraudulent way. I called up the no but it was showing “vodafone no is out of service”. I lodged a fir in goshala ps (Case no: 449/2016) u/s 406/420 ipc (Fir copy is attached).

I have been following up with merchant billdesk for tracing the transaction. The below details provided by billdesk which i am sharing with you for your kind reference & perusal

It is observed that It is the Vodafone Mpesa account from where the cyber crime intiated. How can MNC like Vodafone compromise such lapse in scrutiney of such fraudulent account. Pls take some serious action on this. This is the biggest offence carried out by Vodafone at large.

Again the fraud caller [protected] called me at 3.10PM. Regaring my debit money. And ask me my account no to refund. But I refused and he drop the call. It is proved now that this fraud/miscreant is not stoppable by any means!!!
Good news guys!!. An ACP of Cyber Crime branch taken up the issue. And assured to resolve the case. Count down begins now!
Same experience had through www.rbipaymentdoorway.com after top up of my mobile aircel number on[protected]. Cyber crime should take necessary step to prevent fraudulent activities and safe guard hard money. The website should be banned.

    Hi,

    Yesterday live TV activated in my No when may mobile was in my pocket and when it was discussed with customer care 198 then representative said that you have activated the live tv when promotion link sent on you mobile.

    When my mobile was in my pocket then how can I was used that linked.

    As we much aware about that Vodafone 2G internet network is not good in Delhi and its take too much time to open any browser but LIVE tv net work open just like 16G speed so we can say that its totally fake deduction and without permission they deducted my balance and they not ready to reverse that amount.

Form DEC 15 I am highlighting the problem of network issue at my billing address for which I am getting stranded replies from there department that it will get resolved in some time but nothing has happened.         On[protected] coustmer care executive kept me on hold for about 20 min still not attended my call and resulved my query so i cancelled my call after waiting for such a long time wasting my precious time and this incident made my mind bothered and stresed and bothering me psychologically by overshooting my thoughts and making me sick
        O i request them not to charge for my future service calls and want my call charges refund and i not done m gonna lodge complaint at troi with ur customer care executives play with customers mind by there service negligency

          I have been interacting with vodafone people & the executive from btm layout office came & collected 500 rs from me 10days back & still they have not activated my postpaid. I kept calling to that vodafone executive whose number is [protected] every day but he is least bothered to take action & proceed. If they didn't wanted to activate my prepaid to postpaid then where is my 500rs which they have taken? I am fedup calling every day & request this forum to help me out.

            I'm really depressed and upset with the services of vodafone, today both outgoing as well as incoming services has been barred and when i called customer care they said that the verification was not done. Please let me know whether I have to take my home to your vodafone store or some where else for verification?, Your executive not updating records, making mistakes in updating addresses and your executives are not visiting for verification, even after that your are bounding customer for this. How many mails/calls/complaints you people want for this issue to be addressed? every time your ask for 48 hrs. I'm really fade up with this all and this is my last mail to you. If no solution provided withing 2 hrs. then I'll lodge FIR for mentally harassment and financial losses during the entire process and also a complaint in consumer forum.

              Hi, from last few days i getting some problem on mobile internet. I escalated already in previous time about the same to vodofone customer care about mobile internet trouble & mis handle of customer care. Then they revert back and say apologies for the same. Again same problem i am facing so i approached customer care for the same. This time also i recived same response which i never expect. They are unable to solve my problem and tried to escalate the same to concern in same customer care but i don't know why my calls are not connected to customer care. This is very bad practice of vodofone network. I had voice record tooo for the same.

                I have recently moved to Vodafone postpaid and since that day I have connectivity issues - both calls and internet .
                Since 15 june, I am not getting any incoming calls . I tried on 3 different handsets assuming that it could be an issue with the handset, but no luck.
                I registered a complaint on 16 June morning and did a follow up call on 15th June evening where customer care person had no clue . He got his supervisor on call - named as Rahul Gupta and he told me that it will be fixed in 24 hours and they are not technical ppl to answer my queries and they cannot transfer the call to Technical team - . . i mean, seriously ?
                Fine, I waited till next day and called again, the guy again started with the same things that your handset has issues . we are not at fault . Then he told me due to some system error my request could not be processed and then I made him to transfer the call to same supervisor Rahul Gupta who now told me that we have millions of customers . we are not sitting hetre to resolve your issue . It will take 7 days . Imagine, I have to wait for 7 days to get my incoming calls . when I told that supervisor that yesterday you mentioned that it will be resolved in 24 hours, then he said you are lying I was on leave yesterday how did I talk to you and there is no other Rahul in our office . That man was really disgusting . Not sure why would any company hire such a person . On top of this my, internet is also not working . . . a BIG NO to vodafone and its customer support

                  It is my painful duty to complaint you about the inconvenience in response. You remember, you're payable because o[censored]s (Customers). If we stop buying simcards you'll be coming to the road.
                  "i recharged datapack based on your sms for 178rs. Once a message has sent to my mobile from your side that pack must be in active but that has not activated. I called to your customer care and they said it is not available but we will give talk time and this is a bull reply from that side because once if a message from your service is sent, that must be valid. This means the message sent from your company has no weightage and not valuable.
                  Ok i agreed for talk time even that is not done. I've been waited for 4days. I've all copies of recordings with your voice and they holded my call for about 15mins. If voice service is there i was sending that recorded call.
                  I'm not interested in your service kindly give my 178rs back credited to my mobile."if they are not ready to give information and unable to solve our problem, what works are there for them? Remove them from their job? Why you're taking some people sweat money with people? Its not good for you and your children! Go and take from politicians. 178rs amount is a quite big for me? Please send back

                    1. Further to my complaint ID: 1307279 regarding erratic and fraudulent deduction of Talk time balance of my cell phone no [protected].
                    2. It is too shocking to find that rather than taking prompt action to address my problem, the company has again cheated me by deducting amounts on 14 June and 17 June 2016 respectively for MP1 MOBI Video without my having been used. Also SMS STOP sent to toll free no 155223 each time as advised has also not been taken notice by the company.
                    3. After my last complaint vide ID: 1307279, an official from company, from Cutomer Care no [protected] rang up at 2.37 PM on 12 June 2016, to discuss the problem and assured to take immediate action.
                    4 I request the Company to take immediate remedial action else I would be forced to take legal recourse.

                      II had purchased a sim card for vodafone no [protected] from vodafone store opp Sindhuwadi Ghatkopar Mumbai on[protected].Servivce is not activatedand Iam tossed by customer care to store from where the sim is purchased for pursuing . Visited store as per the directins of customer care service .The staff at customer service center intmatedwe do not retain any documents and intimated my service will be activated by 2100 hrs at1200..But even at 1200hrs customer care replies documents not received and directs to visit the store.this is harrassment .Irequest to activation of service.

                            I have raised a complaints many times as I am facing network problem. there is a lot of signal strength fluctuation. Vodafone people will tell everytime they will resolve the issue but they don't do that. Please take an action. My Postpaid number is [protected]. Due to this problem I am missing many important calls and emergency calls. When ever I call Vodafone cuctomer care simply they will provide reference number and tells like they will resolve as soon as possible but they wont do that.

                              This is a first company which charges for data usage without being switched on, i raised this complain through their online support, dumb people never getting my issue, even i showed a screenshot which shows consumption 0000 mb, charge 0.04 inr, the funny part is the guy "ajeesh" says cannot open or see this url and claims i am using data.
                              I lost more 0.04 inr this month without accessing or switching data on.
                              Added a screenshot to alert people to keep an eye on your device i[censored] have chosen vodafone as your provider.
                              I advice vodafone to start a charity or donation website instead of looting 4 paise from cutomers, this is just like begging.
                              Through online search found a little solution, send ‘start’ or ‘stop’ to 1925 for internet termination, users can search about this, need to see whether this works.
                              So be alert vodafone users, check your device often is u opted for vodafone data.

                                Hi, im jameela using vodafone [protected] for past 7 years. but now one person who is having the no.[protected] who steal my itemised billing and misuse all my contacts for past one month. i never ask my billing to you. but someone who is having the [protected], he is stolen my billing paper. How do you give itemised billing statement in prepaid without my knowledge. he is giving mental torture to me and my family, relative and friends. i got fed up and plan to commit suicide. i want justice and let me know the person who is giving my bill details. pls reply soon or else i will go to cyber crime and human rights.

                                  Hi, suddenly i got message from vd-vfcare on 16/06/2015 at 20:55am ist stating "live tv service" has been activated as requested and rs. 45 has been deducted as rental. Attaching the screenshot of the message received for reference. However i haven't requested any such service. I am using vodafone from past 5years and i haven't face any such issue but today. Kindly look into matter and i want my balance to be credited back. Hoping to see positive response from you. Thanks!

                                      I am a customer of Vodafone since 4 years.. my Sim is registered on the name of my uncle...the incident took place on Saturday 11th may 2016. i have lost my phone have complained about it in a call center where it was told that my Sim will be deactivated and will receive new Sim at my place. i got a new Sim but when its comes to an activation process there is no1 to activate as the customer care says go to the store to activate and store says as we have not issued a Sim we cannot activate tell the customer care to do it. i was there at store for about 1 hr, but no proper assistance and hence i tell u that the worst service is of Vodafone where they don't have any kind of after sale service for there existing customer. and hence i will discontinue with all the Sim of Vodafone and will also shift my service provider from now on.

                                        The ibm plan in the same,
                                        Hoping for the better service from vodafone. On 1st sep'14 while i
                                        Introduced to vodafone - ibm plan. My plan was vg_mv_kar_ibm_new475 plan
                                        And

                                        My tariff for local v2v:.30 paisa and std call was.50 paisa

                                        Later on 17-oct-14, i requested the customer service center to provide
                                        Information related to roaming pack details and they changed the plan
                                        Without my intimation.

                                        Later, i received oct'14 bill of rs.2186.39/- and i paid the same without

                                        Checking the tariff. Again nov'14 bill is sent to me which was rs
                                        4468.89/-

                                        And i was shocked to see the amount. I am not a businessman to get bill
                                        Amount of rs. 4468.89/-
                                        Immediately i called customer service on 01-dec-2014 and requested to
                                        Provide the details for the same and they agreed that by mistake they
                                        Have
                                        Changed my vg_mv_kar_ibm_new475 plan to roaming plan and reverted back to

                                        Ibm plan on 02-dec-14.

                                        Now, i am requesting you to give response to my below queries asap:

                                        1. On 17. Oct 14 when i was called to check roaming plan.. Without
                                        Intimation how it got changed? Also, i didn't receive any sms or mail
                                        Communication for the same
                                        Also, please let me know without my notice how my previous plan got
                                        Terminated.

                                        2. I paid already oct'14 with new tariff, when i am going to get refund
                                        For

                                        The same.

                                        3. For nov'14 bill i already communicated for a revised bill, but till
                                        Now
                                        No action has been taken and they are asking me to pay.
                                        Being a holder of corporate plan and the mistake is from your end, how
                                        You
                                        Can ask the customer to pay the amount which is wrongly charged.

                                        4. I went to vodafone store also, to clear this issue. But there, i
                                        Explained the same to the supervisor and he made the complaint no.

                                        I request you to refund my oct'14 payment by considering old tariff and
                                        Revise the nov'14 bill immediately. Failed, i am not going to pay nov'14
                                        Bill and will take this to consumer court.

                                        Note:

                                        I raised nearly 5 complaints but still i am not getting any proper update

                                        How is it possible to get only sms not even calls.
