I had recharged my phone for rs 500 in the morning and I have been deducted rs 126 for a 5 min video call unnecessary.

yesterday Also I had recharged for Rs 500 and By afternoon my balance was 0.00 why I am charged so heavily for a video call when I come only for 5 ten minutes for a video call In a day and that also after recharging it separately for net.

    I was promised by the vodafone representative that a number will be free on the connection if I port my number to vodafone . But the bill I got included the cost of calling to that number.

    I have raised a complaint against this to the vodafone service centre but did not receive a reply.

    I feel deeply offended by the fraudulent services provided by such big companies in the market

        In aug 15 i got this number for mumbai when i was transferred from surat.
        On 27th april i send a mail to deactivate this number from 5th may 2016 since i am retiring from service on 30 th april. Thereafter i have received only auto mails in my different mails and i have replied all your mails requesting you to disconnect this number and clearly mention that i will not pay bill since i am not using this sim card after 5th may and shifted to ncr delhi. Then co enquired about my residence, dob, email id etc which i sent but i am surprised that you have sent bill for june. It is a totally harassment of a senior citizen. There are some ethics of every co. There seems to be a lack of coordination between the different department of the company. Till date i have received atleast 7/8 mails but no action? Once again i request you to close this number from 5th may and you can check from your system that sim of this number is not being used. I have records of all mails and can be produced to any logical authority. I hope you will look into the matter and resolve the issue to a logical end. Thanks.

          Sir, on 13 june 2016, my total mobile balance is around 97 rs. I have activate 70 mb date pack of 23 rupees on 13 june2016 by using mobile balance. After some time i have recharge 175 rs for internet data 1gb 3g on same day morning. I have used in small amount only approximately 200mb, i have not get any alert till evening regarding reduction of mobile internet data, i get a message at evening your 90 percent data is used and 3.33 mb data is remains. After that within half hour i get another messege, your mobile data is completely used, after certain time i get another message your 50 percent data is used and 8.11mb remains. I also get another message that your data is completely used at 1:00am on 14 june2016. But i have not used after9pm on 13june2016. First of all, as i have recharge data 175rs 1gb, at that time my balance is mear about 73rs and total data balance is 1076 mb. And as the company send me messege 90 percent used than 107.6 nearby data balnce should remains, on what basis company send me that 3.33 mb data balance is remains, and on what basis they send another message after sometime that 50percent data used and 8.11balance but nearby 500 mb data must remains, as i used data in morning my balance of 68.17 rs also deduced, sir, please take this matter, take some action why they dont give proper balance messege alert and also i check in their no. *111#, only 70mb data activation shows that is activated on my mobile, and 1gb 3g data is not shown that is was activated on my mobile. Sir, please overall about 68+175 rs loss occur, some action must be taken..., help to refund my reduced money,

            Today morning when i wake up on 14th june 2016 found some messages in my inbox for some of the unauthorized services for which i have not given my consent. Below services are activated with charges on my mobile no. [protected].
            Faith pack - rs 90
            Racing & sports - rs 35
            Biscoot pack - rs 21
            I am highly disappointed with this kind of service from vodafone and looking for my money back.

              I am writing this to raise my complaints against one of your executive who misguided me and I had to suffer a lot because of that.
              I was interested in Vodafone Postpaid plan so I applied for the same on website.Then I got a call from Ms Zara (Mob No- [protected]), she proposed a me plan as per my requirement.She gave me a plan of Rs 399 monthly rent in which I will be getting 1700 local and std minutes, 1gb 4g and unlimited 2g and 500 sms.I even have watsapp conversation with her which I will attach with this mail.
              I gave the valid documents with 150rs deposit.But after my Postpaid plan was activated, I got completely different plan.I was given 800 local minutes.I tried calling her but she is not responding which makes it a clear case of fraud.
              Even my grievances were not addressed from Vodafone Support side.I raised complaint from all the available portals.I was given assurance that I will receive a call from back end and my issue will be resolved..But nobody responded to my complaints.When I approached Voda store again today I was told that your issue is closed because you have signed the documents on which tha plan is written which i got.But on looking at the documents and on inspection it was clear that it was'nt me who signed those documents.As it had different signs on different pages.
              So all these action make it a case of fraud.I request you to look into the matter, take severe action against this Executive and provide me the plan which was proposed to me i.e, 1700 local and std minutes, 1gb 4g after that unlimited 2g, 500 sms.Else I will have no other option than moving to consumer forum with the proofs I have and my manipulated documents.Every time I call customer care or go to voda store I am just told that yiu will get a call from back end.But i did'nt get any.Moreover the reply I am getting in mail is pathetic, that I have'nt the document on which this plan was mentioned, I am stating again and again that I went to Voda store and proved in front of them that somebody faked my sign as it has different signs on different pages.
              Vodafone is not paying attention to my problem as I have not got a single call from back end.I want my greivance to be addressed soon.

                I have got a message on 3rd june-16 that changes made in your account.
                I called vodaphone on 4th and they informed that through vodaphone got request for change in email-id and duplicate bill was send on dusaj. [protected]@gmail.com. That person who is using vodaphone app against my number is using my data and harassing me so much. I have already filed fir against him but on that day i called vodaphone and they said they won't be able to help me even floor manager said sorry now saying we have not done any changes and no bill sent. Their is no security in vodaphone.

                  When i had mnp to vodafone from tata docomo i was assured that i will get the rs 50 discount for lifetime
                  I have got the 2 bills since the portability and i have not got the discount and i need to call the customer and talk to many people for getting it done
                  Also in second month after complaining i got rs 34 discount only

                        From last 10 days I am trying to convert my sim pre to post...I have submitted my all the documents on 4th june at (C-1 Janakpuri, Vodafone Mini Sotre, New delhi)...Today is 13th of June and still waiting for post paid sim...customer care call me 3 times and they told that sim will be activated soon but I did not get any response from vodafone service...I am fully frustrated from your service.                           Dear fraud vodafone,

                          With regard to my bill date 12th june 2016. I have been
                          Facing billing issues for the past 1 year. I have your
                          People are good at manupulating and cheating customers. Last
                          Month on the advice of your customer care representative i
                          Changed my plan from 199 plan to 299 plan. Which gave me
                          Data usage of 750 mb and 1000 local calls. With all the call
                          Drop that i am facing. Your network which on most times
                          Drops calls and no internet connection i have have been
                          Charge 1657. Which is more than 8 times my normal charges.
                          As per my phone app device i have consumed 820 mb of data.
                          Now you have billed me for 900 mb charging me 650 for
                          The same. More over i have not taken any additional
                          Ervices. I keep getting this pop ups that i have activated
                          Ome or the other services, if i chose not to then send a
                          Message to 199 then i send it gets rejected. I have saved
                          These messages also. After going through a horror time with
                          The service and billing frauds from you i have decided to
                          Opt for a different service provider from this month. I am
                          Also taking up with this matter to consumer forum. I have
                          Also twitting and sharing horror experience with vodafone
                          With all my facebook friend and my students. I have already
                          Given my request to disconnect my connection.

                          Even now i don't have vodafone internet connection working.
                          My internet is blocked for more than 25 days. Even after
                          Repeated complained there no effort to resolve the same. I
                          Am sorry to say that you customer care sucks. It has no
                          Knowledge or competency to advice customers. Give them some
                          Training before putting them on bay.

                            i have taken Vodafone 4G wifi connection on 31st May and i have been trying to get connected it was not connecting, when i called customer care they said i have to pay 6000 which is of advance rental plan without my notice they have billed and asking for the payment and without the usage why should i pay..when i called that executive he has extended the timeline but not the resolution, please get this filed severely and make the waver closure in my account and i dont want to use this wifi device anyhow its not working.

                              Myself dr.nirav gajre, i had 499 vodafone postpaid plan in which i get 1.5 gb 3g data and unlimited 2g data company said that they r giving 64 kbps speed in 2g data after 3g data completed...but in full network in 2g data speed is only 5 to 9 kbps same situation exist in 3g data also, after completion of 3g data booster pack in which they r giving 245 rs 1gb 3g data.
                              Problem is that company dont giving much speed in 2g data so pepople are force to do 3g data booster pack, that is the comoany strategy they making people fool by not giving much speed in 2g data...

                                . I purchase goods from jaipur, surat, ahmedabad, ludhiana, jetpur, jodhpur etc. on net facilities just like mail, whatsapp, facebook. From 10 june evening to 13 june evening, my business totally demolish by the silly mistakes of vodafone.
                                I get turnover upto 4 lakhs goods of cloth merchant per day on mobile. I lost upto 16 lakhs business in 4 days amd i cant purchase any cloth from above cities. That's why till today i cant manage my loss because i have lost my designs. I have lost my designs.
                                On 18 jun evening, the company called and told that i have applied for disconnection but i haven't done anything. When i got angry on them then they requested me to reverse my complaint though i haven't registered any complaint. I have a family connection on my no. Due to this sudden disconnection, all the other connections have got their bill.
                                I am suffering from oral infection and i am getting treated in Delhi. My contact was broken with the doctor in those four days on whatsapp and mail. My medicines were too delayed due to this mishapenning.
                                Its an earnest request. Please look over it and curve over this menace.

                                  Vodafone has CUG plans for 299; among which one specification was 750 MB 3G internet followed by low speed 2G internet. All of a sudden, on May 1, 2016; they changed the scheme to 750 MB 3G followed by 3G internet @ 0.5p/MB till the bill counts to Rs. 650 then 2G unlimited.
                                  They added the middle money snaching part! That was not the part of the original contract that Vodafone signed with customers.

                                  If they can change the entire scheme in this way then it is a serious breech in the contract from their side. Also, it means, they are criminalizing the system, for their personal gains.

                                  When customers sign a contract, they enter a one to one deal with the company based on certain criteria. The company cannot change the BASIC SCHEME. That's fraud.

                                    In the month of april-16 vodafone charged me 99 rs fashion portal (Which i didn't activate) and rs 105 for 3 units of download (Again fictitious). After much hassle and escalation to karnataka nodal office i got the charges+service tax at 14.5% reverted back.

                                    In the month of may-2016. I again see the same things. Again they have put this bogus rs 99 fashion portal thing+ rs 105 in bogus fictitious download and added 15% service tax on this.

                                    It is really sad to see vodafone resorting to this cheap means to exhort money from postpaid customers. Please resolve this asap.

                                      1. I have pre paid vodafone mobile connection no. [protected]. The company keeps deducting talktime, on the pretext of mp1 mobi vedio streaming pack charges, when neither i had asked for it nor i use it.
                                      2. To deactivate, each time i have sent sms stop to toll free no.155223. The reply instantly comes saying you do not have active service currently. I do not understand why this trick is played by vodafone with its customers.
                                      3. Please investigate the matter and besides refunding amount which has been deducted so far and take stern action against defaulting staff.
                                      4 an early action is requested.

                                        I have recharge my mobile phone for lower call rate @88 for 90 days on 5 May 2016, which transaction ID is PBH [protected]. Now campany is saying that this plan is s for only 28 days and started cutting normal charges per call. I also spoke to this matter to customer care but his replies is not up to satisfactory lable. I want to know the real picture abt my compline.
