Hi there,

Myself Sumin.
This main is with reference to my mobileno: [protected] and billno: 61093761 and relationshipno:68241349
I have taken the sim from a sales guy in my office(synechron) on 24 May sim got activated on 25-May
Had opted for a 375 rental plan with idea o[censored]sing internet over my phone.

I registered a complaint over phone regarding unable to access internet over phone and got an sms that it will be resolved by 2nd June
On 1st June I got a bill stating internet usage of 38MB. And a bill amount 83.46 with tax as per the rental.
On 2nd june I got an sms stating my issue is resolved without even checking with me if issue is actually resolved.

What wonders me is my internet is still not working on my mobile not able to access any sites tried with multiple browsers changed settings as per your technical team then how the bill says a 38mb usage and how the technical team closes issue without checking with customers.

I even tried to contact via chat but my issue still remain unresolved
Even this day I called the customer representative and they kept on transferring my call from one person to another
Hearing my issue but nobody cares to resolve it.
Finally one of the guy just kept repeating send mail to corpcare.[protected]@vodafone.com with your issue.

1) I only want to pay for anything I am using . Do you have a plan for that ? NO rental !! (irrespective of you use or not)
2) Would anyone cares to resolve internet issue before billing me.

Kindly Please let me know if issue cannot be resolved would opt for another service operator.
Also I would wait for next 72hrs for issue to be resolved(if someone cares to answer this mail or call me) before destroying the sim and moving ahead with next service operator.

    This is regarding my wife's prepaid to postpaid conversion request.

    One Vodafone executive, came to collect the docs. But he wanted me to come to the railway station to hand over the docs. His reason he doesn't know the area. I asked him to come home, but feeling bad for him coz it's hot outside I went in my car to pick him up.

    Gave him the docs and money (Rs.150) and got the sim card. This was on 6th June.

    Yesterday I got a call for address verification. And I thought sim will be activated.

    Today I got the following sms.

    'Dear Customer, we were unable to meet you as the entry was restricted at your billing address of your new Vodafone Connection [protected]. Please call on [protected] or 199 immediately to enjoy continuous services.'

    So naturally, today I called customer care and was kept on hold and disconnect twice. Third time I was transferred to one more executive and he said my documents are not showing in the system and without informing me transferred to other executive.

    She didn't have a clue why the call was transferred nor did I. So I explained everything to her one more time. She asked me to wait for the sim to be activated. I reminded her it's the 5th day from the time I submitted the docs.

    So with an arrogant attitude she asked me to call the person who collected the docs.

    So I called the person who collected the docs. Again this guy tells me rudely that he has done his job and I should call customer care. So I told him I am going to file a police complaint for the money he took, out of anger. He says do whatever you want to do.

    Of course I am not going to go to police. It was just out of frustration.

    Instead what I am going to do is I will go to Airtel gallery and port my number to Airtel.

    So you lost not one customer but entire family and possibly so many friends of mine after I tell them this experience.

    One question? Where do you hire these people to run your customer care. What customer care? It's a joke!

    And by the way your executives are not worried about escalation. Seem like they have total disregard to higher ups. Let's see the attitude of higher ups at vodafone now.

    I have emailed the same mail to Vodafone with the names of the executives. I didn't want to name them in this forum. I hope Vodafone learns from all the complaints they get about their customer care department.

      I have been charged for making a call to a toll free number and now I am being asked to make the payment. They have put it in the bill as an ISD number whereas when I took the connection I specifically mentioned I need only local and STD service. Everyday Vodafone is calling and asking me to make payment and when I tell them what the issue is they just turn a deaf ear and say you will have to pay. When I never requested for any ISD service how can they charge me? And if according to them that was an ISD call, why they did not block it from getting connected. It is just another way of extracting money from customers who have left Vodafone for there pathetic service. I have ported my services and will pay the amount that is genuine but I wont pay any amount which is not correct. I will definitely lodge a complaint with the ombudsman also for this mess up.

        I am using vodafone data pack per month. I always aware of any irrelevant deduction while using the internet. But on Dt. 09.06.2016 The Vodafone Co. has deducted Rs. 99/- from my main account balance and I got a messege "Fashion Portal pack is now active on your number, as requested.This service is valid till[protected] and a 30 days rental of Rs.99 has been deducted.Your current Balance post service activation is Rs.334.182.To deactivate SMS STOP to or call 155223(toll free)." They had done this second time. first time some hotshot service was activated when i contacted vodafone they refund my money but very next day this fashion portal activated and deduct my balance Rs. 99/- I had contacted customer care earlier for this type of issue but they had constantly told me that I wanted this service, that is why the service was activated. I had tried to convince them a lot that I am regularly using your data pack and I am well known about the unwanted download through advertisement but they had not refund my money.

        Also i had talk with three persons of Vodafone yesterday 1- Apurva -2 name not remember 3. Suresh, the second person of Vodafone misbehave with me and said that i am lying .

        I need my money back and an explanation regarding ridiculous behavior of your employees with customers.

          I have submitted the documents for the purpose of migration and the postpaid connection of the vodafone network.Dead line has been passed still i didn't get ported to the vodafone network.For this issue i have called customer support centre they are saying that they didn't get any documents and porting cannot be done.They are telling me to resubmit the documents.I am afraid of misuse of the documents that i have been submitted. Iwant my submitted documents retuned.I don't want to port to vodafone network they are so careless, irresponsive.

            I want to share a bad experience about your data security. Yesterday on date[protected]. The person who were talking with me he told me he is the associate of Vodafone Care your number is win 25000 and a Samsung LED TV. For collecting you will have to go Vodafone store with yours I'd proof. Your winning amount 25000 will be transferred your mpaisa account if you have otherwise they will open your mpaisa account and they transfer your winning money. And you have a second option you can transfer directly from mpaisa
            I'm helping to open it. I got many sms from Vodafone mpaisa after opening my account he say to load money when I did, he transferd the money an another contact number [protected]. This is also a fake number.
            I share my information because the number [protected] is showing on true caller app it is a Vodafone Care number from Mumbai with logo and he knew everything about me like my address, email id, date of birth, my all previous bill payment thats why I trust him.
            These numbers still working. so I it's my humble request that if this person is your associate and working in Vodafone pleas take action otherwise he will make fool may persons.
            I loss only 1000 but anybody may be loss more amount so please take action and close him number. And secure your data it's important for you and me.

            I got the same call by this number do take an action.this guy is acting as a person from your vodacone care n speaking in cheap language with women.take an action against it.

              A year before I have changed from Vodafone to airtel to get the services of 4G.
              For that, I have requested for porting - means using same vodafone number in airtel also.At that time, I have account balance of Rs 1000 and they said it will be paid in cheque. Its been almost a year, still
              they are in the progress of sending that cheque and I am still waiting for my money.

              Every time they used to ask me the issue as if it's not a big issue . They pretend like behaving polite. We will check and call you is what they used to say.Actually they are cheating us indirectly.

                  I was a vodafone customer and port in to airtel from 5th march.2016
                  Last bill generated 25.01.2016 to 24.02.2016 of amount 2388.14 inr
                  For this bill period i had made a payment of 3000inr since port in request is raised.

                  After port in to airtel, first generated bill period 05.03.2016 to 04.04.2016
                  And i had made a payment

                  Issue : vodafone generated a bill period 25.02.2016 to 24.03.2016
                  Late payment fine also 25.03.2016 to some day till april.

                  I am using airtel sim from 4th march.2016 onwards.

                  Multiple email and call come i explained but since vodafone generating the fake bill and asking to make payment.
                  Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                  Vodafone Notified but no body bothered to get connect.
                  This telecommunication company is good for nothing.

                    This is Monu Sharma.
                    I am using Vodafone services since last 4 years. Earlier I was satisfied with Vodafone services. I moved to Hyderabad in Oct-2015 and had been changed the my Vodafone circle in Hyderabad. I am continuously founding discrepancy in monthly bills. Even in feb-2016, I paid RS.2800 mobile bill because of false bill was come to me. I am facing this things, because I am not getting my bills on time in my email. so cant check my usage.
                    This time again, I am facing same issue. Some data pack was activated on my number, even I was not aware about, even I did not use single Kb of data. they blindly adding some plans on my number from last few months and added in my bill. I am voice call recording software on my cellphone. I can provide all proofs. Never Ever I raised any kind of request to activate any kind of plan. This time I am completely feeling frustrated with Vodafone. so, I request you please disconnect my number, I don't want any engagement with Vodafone. Resolve my issue, send bill to me as per my outstanding, I will pay.

                      I called Vodafone customer care (Complaint no.[protected] for deactivate phone no. [protected] as on Feb 2016 and we have paid the full and final bill of Rs.2550 as on 19.02.2016 but now as 08.06.2016 Vodafone customer care called us and said to pay last bill of Rs.1044 . The Sim card is not in use then why this bill? I have called Vodafone customer care they are saying it's 10 days bill means till deactivation period and second time i called them they are saying its Rs.200 monthly renter charges & saying that Sim card is suspended as on Feb 16 and deactivated as on 3rd March 2016. I mean Vodafone people are lying . They are making us fool. We have not used the sim card or any service regarding this but still they are saying to pay the bill plus they have intentionally deactivated the sim card late so that they can charge us. Please help. Resolve my query as soon as possible.

                        I have been facing Signal issues ever since i have been switched to Postpaid connection, i have raised complaints after complaints and nobody seems to be bothered to respond, i have a bill where i never received service but i was billed, now my phone number has be deactivated.                           Sir, i have also been charged rs. 1260 by vodafone making call on 51717 on 4 may 2016 which i have never used. It is clearly a loot by vodafone. They block the number & try to enhance the limit.
                          Please suggest everyone to save oneself from this great fraud by vodafone. The same number & same vodafone clearly hints the knowingly done fraud. I am going to complain about it to competent authority.

                            I had activated international roaming for 10 days on may 30 since i was travelling to mauritius. I had recharged with rs.673 to activate this. But there was no signal over there. So the amount which i recharged was a waste. I had called customer care, and they din't respond well. Customer care is like you could have contacted us. But how to contact them when there is no signal.

                              I'm from killa-pardi, gujarat.
                              I'm sorry to inform you that till now there is no perfect network connection in all locality. Also i've already given so many complain to their authority. But there is no such result ii got. Its a very serious matter and request you pls kindly give me the justice asap.
                              I'm facing alot of problem in connection.. I want the network to be good and it's the best sim i have ever used.. But this network problem in all cities and all area is causing me much problems to use my 3g internet plan and i can't make call without restarting my phone.
                              I already contacted the customer care and they note my complaint but they can't resolve my problem.. And after some days i can't make call to customer care and i did not receive any solution from them not any resolution to my problem... Resolve it as soon as possible!!

                              Hey, why don't you try the Bill Bachao app? I experienced a similar problem when I shifted to a new area. Thanks to this app, I figured out which network service provider has a strong signal in my area. I have switched to Airtel since then, and I am enjoying a lovely uninterrupted service. You too should install this app in your phone and learn about the best network service provider in your area. With this app, you can opt for number portability too. It’s great. Do try it.                                 I bought a sim number [protected], it was to be activated by 2 days but its 16 days now n till now its inactive .
                                I received call from [protected] they said that buy this number [protected], its similar to your current no ...so i agreed to buy it . aperson came to my home took the money n documents n just gave me the sim packet ...no receipt was provided.
                                After 2 weeks i called them
                                Now they are saying that the number offered to u was different, n committing to provide me a different number ([protected])
                                Still the sim is inactive
                                They dont pick the phone now
                                The manager is such an illiterate person
                                He doesn't know how to talk and i m just feeling cheated
                                The number from which i received the call to buy this sim is [protected]

                                They are continuously ignoring my calls and just waste my time
                                After going to vodafone store, he is saying i can provide a new no. but again pay the security fee

                                  Dear ICICI Banker,

                                  I got a sms from the icici bank that the transaction of rs 5000/- is declined as the transaction was authenticated with a 3d secure PIN.

                                  YOU ARE EXACATLY RIGHT.
                                  I have related you the whole story.

                                  I made a payment to VEDIOCON D2H towards the monthly subscription of my dish, It was my mistake that the money was transferred to other I.D ( I typed wrong I.D ), In this regard I was writing to PAYTM and asking them about my money. which was transferred to wrong I.D.

                                  I got a call from paytm and I was asked to open a web site ( wwwrbipaymmentdoorway.com) and to fill the particulars.
                                  I followed his instructions and filled all the details of my debit card. he changed my 3d security pin and made two transactions of 2500/- each bill payment to vodaphone -as i got the sms from the vodaphone that payment successfull to vodaphone of rs 2500-each.within 3-4 seconds there were 2 payments made to vodaphone-These payments have not made by me. ( have no number of vodaphone-I am having the mobile no of Airtel )
                                  this is fraudulent entries, since then i am writing to you, i am writing to police department, to help me in this regard.

                                  Kindly make enquiry about the person who had made these 2 payments to vodaphone on 01.06.16 at 4.42.P.M, and against what vodaphone number. If you wish you can get the fraudulent person.

                                  I am attaching the snap shot of that website for your reference.
                                  I am also attaching police report copy to you for your reference.

                                  It is your duty to make the enquiry on large scale and to get the culprit to light -I cannot take any action it is beyond my reach. The person working in PAYTM company has cheated me, he must me cheating others -be aware of him and get him to light.

For the period on 16.03.16 from the first day of 16.03.16 to 04.04.16, you have charged Rs.152.62 only for my usage. Then from 05.04.16 to 04.05.16 your bill amount comes for Rs.234/- against my usage.
                                    On 13.05.16, the outgoing call facility has been deactivated in my phone. I was unable to know the exact reason from your customer care centre over phone. Your customer care people told that it may be caused due to the international calls usage. But, I never made such a calls. On 14.05.16, I have seen a Email requesting to pay Rs.1800/- immediately and the credit limit of Rs.1500/- has already been over.
                                    So, I am unable to use this number from that day onwards and request your good office to change my plan from post paid to prepaid immediately please. In addition to that, I like to inform you that the bill is prepared wrongly for the calls to special numbers not made by me. I wonder that no man can make two different calls in two different numbers at same time in single sim (Refer my itemized calls summary for outgoing calls dated 12.05.16 time – 15:40:26, [protected] for 36 minutes duration. In same itemized call summary for Value added service charges dated 12.05.16 time- 15:47:32, 51717, 90:10 minutes duration)
                                    So, I will not make any remittance to those amounts as per your demand.

                                      I am using Vodafone no [protected]. I have been using this no for more than 3-4 year. Due to some issue i have transferred my no from prepared to post-paid. They suggest me the plan of 200rs and 100rs extra for internet plan from which i was getting 300mb. On receipt of the second bill of post-paid called to customer care about my bill where i found that they charged me extra for internet usage which i didn’t use, so they offered my internet plan of Rs/-150 for 1GB, during first week of April 2016. But they did not active the offered plan, which i accepted. I called in Vodafone customer care so many times to change my plan and they replied that your plan will be activated in next 72hours.
                                      Recently i received 3rd bill but they have charged as per old plan. Now i called again and now they are saying there was no request before 9th may 2016.
                                      I will request you to look into and take appropriate action for value of my money.

                                      this complaint is regarding extra bill amount charged during month April and May 2016 and the number i called that is 9811098110 this is customer care number of vodafone. i called on this no repeatedly. but i did not get any positive respond. vodafone customer care literally lying. they are saying that i called on 9th may for my plan change. but the truth is before 9th may 2016 i called to customer care for the plan changed. now i am not going to pay extra amount. they are seriously making fool to the customer.

                                      Everything month vodabill is getting more and more, customer care saying you are hitting chargeable site . Asked pls help me site for which charges added they don't have clue. Clear indication of cheating customer. What I should do for such fake charges.

                                        I am using past 6 years Vodafone network, lot of pop up messages are stored in my inbox. and also without my knowledge the they are deducting my main balance money. For this two months that is May and June i loose my money around 200 rupees for unwanted activation from network side. I made a call to complaint them but executives are blaming me only..without my knowledge how they can deduct money from my main balance.
