Outgoing call in my Vodafone Postpaid connection [protected] has been deactivated, the reason for that they has said is address verification negative. I didn't receive any calls, no one came to residence and none came to my office address as well. I have raised the request thrice and every time address verification is negative. I also visited vodafone store but didn;t get any resolution till now.

    I recharged my vodafone number with ₹291/- on 10th june 2016. Still i didnt get any data from vodafone. How many times i have been contacted with customer care but no response from them just one word please wait...
    I also mailed to them and trai but no reply from them.3 days what i do please suggest me. Really its panic and embarrassing me.

      Sir i got message vodafone supernet offer - 4 gb 3g data @ rs.497 for 28 days. And i conformed offer by visiting ur vodafone store at davangere karnataka. But after activating the plan i amount deducted but i got only 2.3gb only so i called ur customercare now they are telling that offers available but still i have that message in my inbox, so i not able to came to what was happening, so help me and slove the problem as early as possible...

        Hello sir/madam,
        This is my second-time registering a complaint on my new replaced sim card, number[protected], phone number [protected]. I collected a new sim as a replacement for my old broken sim. I was told the services are active on my sim. I contacted your vodafone stores number of times, but that was a complete waste of time. Dont know what is wrong with the sim, every time I make a call it is saying your service has been barred. Signal is seen on screen, but of no use. I have tried all the settings as instructed by your excutives. Kindly look into this issue.Hope you take this seriously and solve my issues ASAP.

          I am using vodafone over airtel, but for past 1 month i am irritated/ frustrated due to unnecessary /freaking reduction of my mobile talk time money which your company said due to subscribe of some nonsense. I am freaking frustrated, highly disappointed due to your company bull subscribe nonsense.
          Therefore, please heed in to this issue and show some contemplation and stop stealing my talk time money.

            Whenever I called Vodafone care on [protected] or 198, reps transferred my call to IVR or disconnected my calls which is Zero Tolerance Act according to Call center Norms.

            I dont know why Vodafone barred my services though my credit limit is 8000.00 INR.

            I also wrote following Email to Vodafone

            Hi Team,

            This to inform you that I called Vodafone care [protected] for barring 2 no.s [protected] & [protected] during Feb' 16 to block 2 SIM Cards. I asked rep. to ensure no outstanding balance remains on these no.s as its sim lost case. I was asked whether I need sim to be delivered again, to which I denied as I no longer wanted to continue with those no.s. I was told that request has been taken to block those sims permanently & no bills would be generated thereafter. I still have each & every call recording with me where I was not treated well by customer care reps., where they transferred my calls to IVR without any reason, disconnected calls & a lot other ZERO TOLERANCE ACTs. Moreover when I called relationship manager Gaurav assigned to me, he was the most pathetic, illiterate guy I ever spoke with, who doesn't know how, what & when to speak in which way.

            Despite I've cleared my bill for 2800.00 INR today, my services are still barred on 958271***5 despite I was told yesterday afternoon that th no. [protected] will be unbarred if I pay 2800.00 INR. If I wouldn't have bothered to try to be Loyal customer to Vodafone, I wouldn't have bothered to pay 2800.00 even. Vodafone proves that it hired not only hopeless Reps., but also useless relationship manager like Gaurav.

            After writing the above Email Vodafone barred my Incoming calls as well.
            Worst & Pathetic Customercare Ever recieved. they dont even know how to pay bills for Inactive Vodafone no.s. I was @ Vodafone store to pay the bill of my alternate inactive Vodafone no. because of which my Primary Vodafone no. was barred... These guys doesn't know how to clear the bill & they asked me to call relationship manager Guarav (who doesn't know how to speak in English) on [protected]. who answered the call & disconnect the call as if he has no time for customers. Rishi another person above RM doesn't answer the call during the working hours. They have timings to be called between 10am - 6pm on week days. but they don't seem to answer the call.

            Worst Service offered by VodfoneCare lower & higher authorities.

                For many days i am receiving someone else's account information. I dont know who's account it is but whenever that person deposits money i receive an sms. This is really disgusting. This should reallly stop. One of the message i received yesterday says"your a/c xxxxx111624 credited inr 4, 000.00 on 10/06/16 - deposit by transfer from mr. Uttam dhar. A/c bal inr 23, 005.14". But this is not my acoount, in fact my mobile number is not related to any bank account. So i request vodafone to look after thos issue. This is not the first time i am receiving this type of message.

                  Vodafone activated value added services on my vodafone number without my permission and deducted balance. I called vodafone customer care and ask them register a complain regarding it. But he refused to register the complain. They said that this service was activated at 11pm at night. Then i said i was sleeping at that time then he said that this was activated previous week also. Please solve the problem.

                      I have requested for migration of my [protected] and [protected] vodafone numbers from postpaid to prepaid on february 4th 2016. It is not done even after payment of bills and submission of all the required documents. Again i went to the vodafone store on 4th of june 2016 and submitted the documents for the second time. I paid the outstanding bill on the same day of bill generation (15 days before the due date). I surprised to check that it is not happened after so many visits and submission of documents and payment of bills. When they issue the new post paid connection they will be very friendly. When it comes to conversion they behave like this. They do not want to loose the customers nor they provide proper service. I had been harassed by this a lot. I request to take action on the matter in a faster manner.

                        I am copying and pasting the mails written to vodafone, by the way i am a 15 years old vodafone customer with same number:-

                        Mail sent by vodafone on date: 22/04/16 :-

                        Reference: vodafone relationship no.[protected] & vodafone no. [protected]

                        Sir/madam,

                        We state that we are cellular mobile telephony service provider in the delhi and ncr.

                        We state that you had approached and requested us to provide you our cellular mobile phone facility. Relying upon your representation and assurance, we provided the said facility to you, with the clear understanding that you shall pay the bills on or before the due date. We state that you have availed the facility but, in breach of the aforesaid representation and promises made by you, you have failed and neglected to pay the amount of rs. 4751/- which is due and payable.

                        We state that in spite of our repeated reminder and request to pay the aforesaid amount, you have failed and neglected to pay the said amount till date. We state that from the aforesaid, it is apparent that you have intentionally and deliberately not paid the said amount for the facility used by you. We state that as on : 22/04/16 a sum of rs. 4751/- is due and payable by you.

                        We state that believing your representations to be true, we acted upon in good faith and entrusted upon you with our cellular mobile phone facility, which you put into extensive use and accumulated huge amount.

                        In the circumstances, we hereby call upon you to pay the sum of rs. 4751/- together with accrued interest thereon @ 18% p. A.                         Please provide me my statement of account from january 2015 till date as i cannot log in to my account to verify the amount payable because my services have been discontinued. There is lot of discrepancy in the amount you have charged charge and claim.

                        Please advice on my request for number port as i want to shift to some other service provider as you have time and again failed to provide proper service for which people pay you. I had requested for number port on 24/2/2016 at 1:45 am.

                        Please provide me the status of my numerous complaints made regarding network issues that have not been resolved till date and its almost 2 years now. The result is call drops for which we customers have to pay for the calls dropped and then again for reconnecting to finish conversations.

                        Please provide me the status of complaints regarding data as data connection is a big problem and complaints have been lodged various times but no resolution to these issues for which you have received the due amounts on regular basis.

                        Please advice on your failure to provide at least the basic services which are required for normal communications and in spite of your failures one has to pay for your so called services.

                        Please advice on the installation of cell tower in my area as claimed by you that the same shall be installed in the month of february. The reason for poor network since last 1 year as admitted by your people and yet you have been charging those people for you so called services.

                        I have requested for number port for 9 vodafone numbers 4 of my own and rest friends for which it has been more than 2 months and there has been no update from you.

                        Please refund me my money that you have been charging from me on account of blackberry services whereas its been 3 years i have not been using blackberry nor have blackberry handset and also in your records it is my andriod phone that is listed. You have charged me rs.399/- per month for more than 3 years now amounting to rs. 14364 based on 36 month calculation.

                        Please provide me compensation for me not able to use my vodafone services that has impacted my business majorly. You people just disconnect the phone on account of non payment whereas you yourself dont know your accounts well.

                        I have records that you have harassed me by disconnecting my phone on several occasions claiming for bills of x amount whereas as per your own statements it is y amount.

                        Please pay me compensation for visiting your vodafone store on various occasions and wasting my time there for no fault of mine.

                        Please advice on what is credit limit as discontinuation of services from you end is very common unlike other service providers who value relationships.

                        Really pathetic services i must say and to top it up i would like to mention the fraudulent activities carried on by you by cheating your customers by manipulating the bills and charging them extra. People who notice the same must have approached you for the cheating that you have done and the ones who have not noticed you get the undue credit by pocketing that amount you must have raised fraudulently.

                        Why have you barred me from accessing my statement that i did from vodafone portal and noticed the fraud and cheating you have been doing with me?

                        Why are you scared of giving rights to your customers to access the statements?... Just because they have noticed the fraud???

                        I visited your vodafone store a month back and was supposed to get a call back in 48 hours... I just hope i heard 48 hours and not 48 days... Even if it was 48 days i am sure that with such intentions and unprofessional attitude of yours no one would have called back and maybe must have tried once or twice and if not reachable then wouldn't have bothered to call back... That shows your approach and intentions.

                        This is really pathetic and i will make sure that i use social media and all my other rights including the consumer form to highlight the frauds you have been doing with your customers and make them aware of such unscrupulous activities that you have indulged into.

                        Below mail is self explanatory o[censored]nprofessionalism that reflects on vodafone's dealings. I am vodafone customer since last 15 years and above and such treatment is really uncalled for.

                        Please advice of future course of action regarding my number [protected] that is not in use since last three months or so and it is not a personal use number rather a business number and this has already caused me huge business loss as my business associates try to reach me but are not able to due to a fault from your side for which i am being penalised.

                        Please advice if there is any hope left with vodafone considering the so called relationship or else i switch my number to airtel. I have already switched my other number ([protected]) to airtel last month.

                        I at least expect a quick reply either ways.

                        See the amount being esclated from inr 4751/- to inr 5184/-... Considering the fact that they have barred my services for more than a month now.

                        Ombudsman Services: Communications. It's dealt with "an increasing number of Vodafone complaints over the last nine months" and it's working with the company "to identify the root causes of the issues".
                        Complaints website Resolver says Vodafone's the most complained-about telecoms firm on its site by a wide margin – it had 6, 213 cases opened against it between May 2015 and April 2016, more than double the next telecoms firm, TalkTalk.

To deactivate sms stop to or call 155223 (Toll free). This message is insane... Fearing of deduction i have been recharging with short recharge...                               I attempted a recharge for Rs. 1000 June 03, 2016 from vodafone website. I did not receive any balance in my account and the amount has not been credited back to my bank account even after 5 days. My order no is o[protected] and payment transaction no is GHMP[protected]. This has happened to me second time (earlier I lost Rs. 500) and highly inconvenient. I request you to look into matter.

                                Sir,
                                I have this postpaid number ([protected]) with me for the last 8 years. I have frequently been made victim o[censored]nethical marketing by Vodafone.
                                Lastly some one called from your call centre and talked about some data plan. Even I wasn't intrested, you activated an additional data plan for Rs 699 per month without my consent. Now whenever I call Vodafone centre for reversal of the plan they suggest me to go to Vodafone store.
                                My simple question is if you change my plan upwards without my consent why I have to go to your store for reversing it?
                                As a protest I have not paid my bill for May 2016 and my outgoing calls have been barred.
                                This is an extreme example o[censored]nethical practice being adapted by Vodafone.
                                I request that my connection be restored to the basic talk time plan of Rs 199 per month and I'm not interested in value added services.
                                I hope I'm not asking for a fortune and only asking for redressal for a genuine grievance. And as a principle, I won't go to Vodafone store. If you can change plan upward through call you should revise it downward too by mail / call.
                                I hope I'll not be forced to take other steps to get my grievance redressed.

                                  Myself Sumin.
                                  This main is with reference to my mobileno: [protected] and billno: 61093761 and relationshipno:68241349
                                  I have taken the sim from a sales guy in my office(synechron) on 24 May sim got activated on 25-May
                                  Had opted for a 375 rental plan with idea o[censored]sing internet over my phone.

                                  I registered a complaint over phone regarding unable to access internet over phone and got an sms that it will be resolved by 2nd June
                                  On 1st June I got a bill stating internet usage of 38MB. And a bill amount 83.46 with tax as per the rental.
                                  On 2nd june I got an sms stating my issue is resolved without even checking with me if issue is actually resolved.

                                  What wonders me is my internet is still not working on my mobile not able to access any sites tried with multiple browsers changed settings as per your technical team then how the bill says a 38mb usage and how the technical team closes issue without checking with customers.

                                  I even tried to contact via chat but my issue still remain unresolved
                                  Even this day I called the customer representative and they kept on transferring my call from one person to another
                                  Hearing my issue but nobody cares to resolve it.
                                  Finally one of the guy just kept repeating send mail to corpcare.[protected]@vodafone.com with your issue.

                                  1) I only want to pay for anything I am using . Do you have a plan for that ? NO rental !! (irrespective of you use or not)
                                  2) Would anyone cares to resolve internet issue before billing me.

                                  Kindly Please let me know if issue cannot be resolved would opt for another service operator.
                                  Also I would wait for next 72hrs for issue to be resolved(if someone cares to answer this mail or call me) before destroying the sim and moving ahead with next service operator.

                                    This is regarding my wife's prepaid to postpaid conversion request.

                                    One Vodafone executive, came to collect the docs. But he wanted me to come to the railway station to hand over the docs. His reason he doesn't know the area. I asked him to come home, but feeling bad for him coz it's hot outside I went in my car to pick him up.

                                    Gave him the docs and money (Rs.150) and got the sim card. This was on 6th June.

                                    Yesterday I got a call for address verification. And I thought sim will be activated.

                                    Today I got the following sms.

                                    'Dear Customer, we were unable to meet you as the entry was restricted at your billing address of your new Vodafone Connection [protected]. Please call on [protected] or 199 immediately to enjoy continuous services.'

                                    So naturally, today I called customer care and was kept on hold and disconnect twice. Third time I was transferred to one more executive and he said my documents are not showing in the system and without informing me transferred to other executive.

                                    She didn't have a clue why the call was transferred nor did I. So I explained everything to her one more time. She asked me to wait for the sim to be activated. I reminded her it's the 5th day from the time I submitted the docs.

                                    So with an arrogant attitude she asked me to call the person who collected the docs.

                                    So I called the person who collected the docs. Again this guy tells me rudely that he has done his job and I should call customer care. So I told him I am going to file a police complaint for the money he took, out of anger. He says do whatever you want to do.

                                    Of course I am not going to go to police. It was just out of frustration.

                                    Instead what I am going to do is I will go to Airtel gallery and port my number to Airtel.

                                    So you lost not one customer but entire family and possibly so many friends of mine after I tell them this experience.

                                    One question? Where do you hire these people to run your customer care. What customer care? It's a joke!

                                    And by the way your executives are not worried about escalation. Seem like they have total disregard to higher ups. Let's see the attitude of higher ups at vodafone now.

                                    I have emailed the same mail to Vodafone with the names of the executives. I didn't want to name them in this forum. I hope Vodafone learns from all the complaints they get about their customer care department.

                                      I have been charged for making a call to a toll free number and now I am being asked to make the payment. They have put it in the bill as an ISD number whereas when I took the connection I specifically mentioned I need only local and STD service. Everyday Vodafone is calling and asking me to make payment and when I tell them what the issue is they just turn a deaf ear and say you will have to pay. When I never requested for any ISD service how can they charge me? And if according to them that was an ISD call, why they did not block it from getting connected. It is just another way of extracting money from customers who have left Vodafone for there pathetic service. I have ported my services and will pay the amount that is genuine but I wont pay any amount which is not correct. I will definitely lodge a complaint with the ombudsman also for this mess up.

                                        I am using vodafone data pack per month. I always aware of any irrelevant deduction while using the internet. But on Dt. 09.06.2016 The Vodafone Co. has deducted Rs. 99/- from my main account balance and I got a messege "Fashion Portal pack is now active on your number, as requested.This service is valid till[protected] and a 30 days rental of Rs.99 has been deducted.Your current Balance post service activation is Rs.334.182.To deactivate SMS STOP to or call 155223(toll free)." They had done this second time. first time some hotshot service was activated when i contacted vodafone they refund my money but very next day this fashion portal activated and deduct my balance Rs. 99/- I had contacted customer care earlier for this type of issue but they had constantly told me that I wanted this service, that is why the service was activated. I had tried to convince them a lot that I am regularly using your data pack and I am well known about the unwanted download through advertisement but they had not refund my money.

                                        Also i had talk with three persons of Vodafone yesterday 1- Apurva -2 name not remember 3. Suresh, the second person of Vodafone misbehave with me and said that i am lying .

                                        I need my money back and an explanation regarding ridiculous behavior of your employees with customers.
