Before i used to ariel network in prepaid connection, i port on 20th april 2016, my connection approved on 10th of may 2016. Of 22th may 2016 onword my network is lost, now is 06th junn still my no is not working i submitted all the document that they requierd but still is my no is not working. I go to vodafone gallery at m p nagar bhopal many time they said ho jaygea but no netowork on my no and i have ported of 5 no [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected] same address other 4 th no is continue but my not running... Already verify 2 time he tolt 1 hours is come network but till not coming kindly do the needful what the your service???

    I have submitted request two time to port my airtel no [protected] into vodafone. But still not done. First time i generate port code on 4th of may 2016, that expired after 15 day. I generateed again on 22nd of may 2016. I hve cleared my total outstanding both time. To know the status of my no when i call to vodafone then they tell, we are not able to do anything please contact to your cuurrent service provider. If i called to airtel than they also told me same story, ask your new service provider. No one is provoviding me right solution. I am just walking between airtel and vodadone.

    again I requested to port out my airtel no on[protected], but still same story is happning with me. I have given my port code to vodafone on same day, still not ported out.

    Please update me with the actual reason why this my no is not getting port out. Where and what is the actual either on your hand or Airel hand.

      Date of incident- 25th may 2016
      time-approx 11 pm (Indian time)
      place-Delhi Indira Gandhi international airport(at gate no 17)waiting for Thai airways (flight time -11.30pm) going to Vietnam

      on 25th may 2016, 11pm when i was boarding to plane before that I called vodafone help line no 199 to disconnect my internet plan one person talked to me from vodafone and assured me that he activated my request for internet close plan.It will disconnect as soon as possible, he gave me a request no also but unfortunately I missed that no . but he dint send any msg regarding that request no . and my internet service was not close till when i reached bangkok airport. I was not awaire about that my internet service was on .now they charged of rupees 7454 .
      now I have 6 minute call record of 199 no over my phone as proof.
      why I pay this unnessary internet bill although this fault done by vodafone company??
      this is the harrasment of consumer.

        The company activated a vas service to my mobile. Thn i called many time to their 155233 number for deactivate it.. Thn every time their system says your request cant be process right now.. I called many time to this number but nothing is happened.. Now today they cut my balance..
        I called their service number for deactivate. Their system not taking my request for deactivation.. Is that my fault.
        When i called to customer care they again and again try to change my question.. And last they says it can be their system problem. Now what can i do.. Its their fault... Not mine.. They are not refunding my money.
        O i request your department to go through this matter.

          I have an outstanding payment due for rs. 465. I have been experiencing problems with Vodafone network over a month now. I hardly get a signal strength 1 or 2 and no internet at all. I raised a complaint to an executive names "Vishnu" who very kindly raised this to the technical team. I had told I wont pay the bill until this issue is resolved. I KEPT RECEIVING CALLS FROM THE TEAM. a week ago you barred all of my outgoing calls. I then spoke with "Yash Paswan", a supervisor. Yash recommended that my outgoing calls will be restored. Today again my outgoing calls have been barred. This is ridiculous.
          YOUR TECHNICAL TEAM HAS GIVEN ME A DEADLINE OF 20TH JUNE UNTIL THEY RESOLVE THE NETWORK ISSUE.
          how could you bar my calls until the issue is resolved.
          Not sure if this complaint will be resolved ever. Could someone in the world of Vodafone please look into this. Or I will have to switch to Airtel after happily using Vodafone for the last 7 years!!!

            My experience of MNP from Vodafone to Airtel has been extremely harassing. It’s been already a month now that I am following up with Vodafone customer care for the same and every time there is one excuse or the other.

            The executives say that approval is pending from my authorized signatory, however, I have shared both the mail and hard copy approval thrice (Please refer to the attached proofs). Have spoken to customer care on 28th May (6th Time) and he promised that I’ll get a revert within 24 hrs. for port out, but alas, haven’t received any call yet.

            This gives me an impression that Vodafone is creating unnecessary troubles and harassing the customers who want to port out by false fault finding. Please suggest a way out ASAP else I’ll have to file a legal complaint against Vodafone for harassment.

              The worst online customer care service from vodafone.
              Chennai service center +[protected]
              Whenever i try it'll keep on ask you press 1, 2, 3,... At last it said 'wait connecting to person' waited online 30 mins, the recorded voice keep on saying 'we are happy help you please wait' but no response.
              After 30 mins i disconnected
              Vodafone thinks his customer as workless bull
              This is not the first time i'm facing this issue
              I'm going to change my all 4 postpaid connections to some other service provider
              100% disappointed by their customer service

              Not going to recommend vodafone service to anyone

                Since last month, useless service packs are getting activated on my mobile phone without any request and balance is getting deducted.
                Below are the details :
                1) may 7th : hottz bkvideo pack balance deducted : rs 49
                2) may 11 :deals pack : rs 5
                3) may 27 : hot chillies pack : rs 49
                4) june 1 : follo pack : rs 35
                5) june 4 : bollywood buzz pack : rs 99

                Each time i called the customer care and every time i received the same response that i requested for all these "stupid" packs.
                I would like to ask you who in the right frame of mind will opt for these useless packs?
                I got the refund for three of them (2, 3, 4). For 1st pack, customer care guy told me that they could refund only within 24 hr. There were no customer care executive available today (5th june). Therefore, i don't want to listen on monday the same reason for no refund.

                I need a refund for both 1st pack (Rs 49) and the 5th pack (Rs 99). I don't care
                About the time frame as i was not responsible for the activation of these packs.

                Kindly initiate it and if it happen again i am surely switching to new operator

                I have been trying to contact Vodafone Customer care since yesterday and each time i getting the response
                " Sorry, We are unable to process your request.Thank You for calling Vodafone".

                This is really pathetic service considering first sentence from IVR is "We are happy to help you"but no one is available to help.

                Initiate my refund for Rs 99 and Rs 35.

                  Dear Sir/Madam,

                  I got my Vodafone postpaid [protected] bill very high i.e nearly 10, 000, in last month and 24050 in June month bill but my actual credit limit 3800, and they barred my services all of a sudden without any prior notice.

                  I approached corporate customercare through mailing, and they given my bill reduced to 4900 after so many struggels to get back my all services, even after i paid 5000. And after 10days again they stopped my services and showing 24000 bill is pending to pay in latest month bill.

                  I used my mobile in international roaming dated[protected] to[protected] asuming that as i had enough data 2GB in my monthly rental plan and the charges will not exceed more then my credit limit and i will get alert SMS or mail if it is near to my limits, but i didn't get any alert or SMS. Atleast a SMS from the company should come that you are on international roaming and charges will apply, this is like cheating a customer and hiding the actual facts. I asked the same like how could you charge my bill than my credit limit, so they cleverly increased my credit limit to 6000 with out any of my confirmation.

                  Now they again stopped all my services from the last fewdays and dont know to whom i can approach without working my number even to call customer care. I wrote many mails to corporate customercare but no proper responce from them.

                  I have really struggled a lot mentally and physical due to my number issue, not only myself, my parents, friends, relatives and my office staff due to this number not reachable all of a sudden with out any notice.

                  My only concern is how would the charges came more than my credit limit? Why didn't u stop my services as soon as it crossed credit limit, whether my usage was in Local/Roaming or in International Roaming. And how could they barried my services all of a sudden.

                  This is my kind request that i can't afford this much amount(25000 charged for 35mb of Data witout my knowledge), please help me.

                    Its very disturbing to tell you that inspite of being such a well renowned and famous service provider vodafone company finds the cheap means to earn money. It activates vas (Value added services) without users consent and users are charged enourmous amount of money for such services. Many services are also activated on my postpaid number ([protected]) like follo pack, utv action pack etc. If all these means of teasing vodafone customer continues vodafone company will surely be in a great loss. If all such things happen again then i have to think about changing our subscriber.

                    The same thing's happening to me, they activated a stupid UTV action pack on my number. I deactivated it, even complained and got them to credit 90 Rs. to my number but just 3 days later they pulled off the exact same scam on my number again. Seems like This is happening to everybody this year.

                        I have got a post paid vodafone data connection under para military scheme by representative of vodafone saying monthly rental rs. 375-100=275+taxes wef nov'14. I have availed this facility contineusly. Suddenly discount rs. 100/- has been removed from my bills and i have charged in full amount from march 2016. But my other friends have get this type of discount till date. I have visit nearby vodafone store to solve this problem but they not to able do so nor a faithfully reply to me. Request provide me also this type of discount please.

                          I ported my number [protected] from reliance to vodafone, but after three days, there was no outgoing and incoming. I contacted the customer care for the same. They said that, your address verification went negative. I requested to raise an another request from vodafone ministore (3 b2 mohali) to verify the same again. After that, they said that i have to wait for 24 hrs, for the same. After 24 hrs, i called the customer care and confirmed that, there is no verification done against this request number. I am totally frustrated and i don't want to use the services from vodafone.

                          I was using reliance postpaid connection from the same address.

                          Due to this, i cant do any banking transactions (One time password cant receive).

                          I need the number back and i would like to move from vodafone.

                            Dear sir,
                            We have 06 corporate mobile sim connections on the name of fast packaging. But before 01 month vodafone agents come to us and said that sir you port your mobile connections to our vodafone and we will give you better network coverage and plans. But after activating connections we are facing network problem badly. We complain many times but did not any any positive response by company.
                            Before sim porting i have clear to mr amar saxena (Roorkee vodafone agent-[protected]) that we want a proper network coverage. He said that we have check and here is network best.
                            Due to our all connections network is bad. Our company is facing many problems because mostly work handle by phone calls etc.
                            I have many times call on 198 and they also did not give me any positive response.
                            I think vodafone is cheapesh company. Such company tell a lie before giving you connections and after this they did not give any response.
                            If company did not give my any response i have to complain against company for fraud and have to compensate our loss.

                              My plan was rs around 299 and unlimited internet plan(1 GB-3G and later 64 Kbps) however they charged extra 650 rs of internet charges

                              When i visit vodafone customer care- they told me that your plan changed to 750 MB and then chargable which i am not even aware

                              they are cheating with customer and not informing. I dont want to change plan how can they change my plan?

                                    on 02.06.16 there were two transaction made by some unknown person by paying his vodaphone bill amounting 2500/- each ( this has happened on 02.6.16 at 16.43 to 16.46 ) .
                                    this transaction is not made by me
                                    this is fraudulent transaction made by unknown person . i intimated to bank about the same
                                    There must be record that on 02.06.16 who made these two transactions of 2500/- each at 4.43 to 4.46. I dont have the mobile no for which the amount has been paid
                                    BUT I HAVE THE MOBILE NO FROM WHICH I GOT THE CALL THAT IS [protected]. Whose number is this pl help me in this regard, as i have made a police complaint also.

                                      I have a postpaid vodafone connection i want to discontinue it. I visit vodafone store 5 times during 6months and pay my whole bill and i gave them written request to discontinue my but they did not disconnect it.. They charge me monthly rent every month. When i go to store to complaint this problem they said pay your rent first afrer we disconnect your connection but they did not disconnect it please sove my problem otherwise i will go to file a conplaint against vodafone

                                        I am muthukumar having vodafone no [protected] using for the past 11 years

                                        Last three months, automatically skillderby service activated more than 10 times and i immediately send stop msg to 155223 to deactivated it. I called your customer care talked and they told me we will subtract from your bill, this month also added after your assurance, i need a permanent solution and i won't pay this month bill until clarification and deduction from your side. Waiting for your reply to proceed further to change the my cug connection to another service provider or not
