I have got a post paid vodafone data connection under para military scheme by representative of vodafone saying monthly rental rs. 375-100=275+taxes wef nov'14. I have availed this facility contineusly. Suddenly discount rs. 100/- has been removed from my bills and i have charged in full amount from march 2016. But my other friends have get this type of discount till date. I have visit nearby vodafone store to solve this problem but they not to able do so nor a faithfully reply to me. Request provide me also this type of discount please.

Vodafone 3G data service in my area Kolkata-700035 is not good. I have already upgraded my sim 3G to 4G but Services as it is.

    I ported my number [protected] from reliance to vodafone, but after three days, there was no outgoing and incoming. I contacted the customer care for the same. They said that, your address verification went negative. I requested to raise an another request from vodafone ministore (3 b2 mohali) to verify the same again. After that, they said that i have to wait for 24 hrs, for the same. After 24 hrs, i called the customer care and confirmed that, there is no verification done against this request number. I am totally frustrated and i don't want to use the services from vodafone.

    I was using reliance postpaid connection from the same address.

    Due to this, i cant do any banking transactions (One time password cant receive).

    I need the number back and i would like to move from vodafone.

      Dear sir,
      We have 06 corporate mobile sim connections on the name of fast packaging. But before 01 month vodafone agents come to us and said that sir you port your mobile connections to our vodafone and we will give you better network coverage and plans. But after activating connections we are facing network problem badly. We complain many times but did not any any positive response by company.
      Before sim porting i have clear to mr amar saxena (Roorkee vodafone agent-[protected]) that we want a proper network coverage. He said that we have check and here is network best.
      Due to our all connections network is bad. Our company is facing many problems because mostly work handle by phone calls etc.
      I have many times call on 198 and they also did not give me any positive response.
      I think vodafone is cheapesh company. Such company tell a lie before giving you connections and after this they did not give any response.
      If company did not give my any response i have to complain against company for fraud and have to compensate our loss.

        My plan was rs around 299 and unlimited internet plan(1 GB-3G and later 64 Kbps) however they charged extra 650 rs of internet charges

        When i visit vodafone customer care- they told me that your plan changed to 750 MB and then chargable which i am not even aware

        they are cheating with customer and not informing. I dont want to change plan how can they change my plan?

              Dear Sir,

              on 02.06.16 there were two transaction made by some unknown person by paying his vodaphone bill amounting 2500/- each ( this has happened on 02.6.16 at 16.43 to 16.46 ) .
              this transaction is not made by me
              this is fraudulent transaction made by unknown person . i intimated to bank about the same
              There must be record that on 02.06.16 who made these two transactions of 2500/- each at 4.43 to 4.46. I dont have the mobile no for which the amount has been paid
              BUT I HAVE THE MOBILE NO FROM WHICH I GOT THE CALL THAT IS [protected]. Whose number is this pl help me in this regard, as i have made a police complaint also.

                I have a postpaid vodafone connection i want to discontinue it. I visit vodafone store 5 times during 6months and pay my whole bill and i gave them written request to discontinue my but they did not disconnect it.. They charge me monthly rent every month. When i go to store to complaint this problem they said pay your rent first afrer we disconnect your connection but they did not disconnect it please sove my problem otherwise i will go to file a conplaint against vodafone

                  Hi.

                  I am muthukumar having vodafone no [protected] using for the past 11 years

                  Last three months, automatically skillderby service activated more than 10 times and i immediately send stop msg to 155223 to deactivated it. I called your customer care talked and they told me we will subtract from your bill, this month also added after your assurance, i need a permanent solution and i won't pay this month bill until clarification and deduction from your side. Waiting for your reply to proceed further to change the my cug connection to another service provider or not

                    I made a call to customer care to know the plan details of my no [protected], but it ia surprised to note that one of the cuatomer care executives mr. Gaurav katiyar arrogantly replied and refused to provide details. Again and again he has replies arrogantly and finaly not provided the details. After asking details higher authority for resolution of the problem the said executive has the same reply and has disconnected my call and thus couldn't know the detaila of the plan. Also the said person has given information for change of service provider.

                      Dear helpdesk,

                      I am facing this issue from last six months, i had requested for discontinuation of [protected] number on 19th december 2015.

                      Within 8-10 days vodafone issued this number to mr. Dhanajay trivedi from ghatkopar vodafone gallery; i have this much detail only about number transfer. When i come to know from gallery that he is using that number i straight away sent an email that i wont be responsible to pay for this number any more. Mr. Trivedi continued using that number and bill amount went up to 5000 rs.

                      Now vodafone has barred my existing number from last 8 days. I did not transfer that number to mr. Trivedi infact i have never met this person.

                      I am getting same response as always that you have to pay this bill as documents shows your name and address unless n until you don't pay this bill we wont restart your existing number.

                      I am really fed up with this issue; its a mental torture for the mistake which has not done from me. Its not about bill its about truth.

                      I am sure i will get justice on this; that person used that number made this much bill and not showing courtesy to pay the bill too.

                      I am not getting any proper response from Vodafone side... every time they are giving me the answer to pay the bill...completely injustice...every time deducting some amount and asking me to pay the bill.. now the bill amount has gone down to 3000rs...

                        Data pack cheating twice in vodafone in one day
                        I have add superheo 3g pack and get 1200 mb and using... But within 5 hrs it showed you have 50% balance which is only 600mb. I have done only 10 to 12 text line what's up text chat and for that they have shown me 600mb which is not possible i have called customer care but no proper reply they r just arguing that i have used it but how can i justify it when i have not used data and still it's reduce please help me. Vodafone is charging rupees 50 for knowing 1 month data usage detail which just harassment of customer. My phone was in purse for half and hour and still it's showing 150 mb consumption in tht time how don't know

                          I got a message which told me about the tv channel service activated on your phone it cut my balance of 8rs but i did not activate any type of service. This is the fault of the company. I also called on toll free customer care number but it also charged. I want my balance my as fast as you can. These types of faults happened many times before this incident. I am also frustrated from this network. When i activate my internet 3g it takes 10minutes to start and many times it gives 2g instead of 3g. This company did fraud with me. I want my balance back

                            I spoke to a vodafone agent on 4th april and she told me to pay the outstanding and i paid the outstanding bills and said to deactivate it and convert it to prepaid. She said okay and she didn't process it.
                            Next month i got the bill generated and i inquired about this and they are saying you have to pay the generated bill and then only we will deactivate. I have a complaint[protected] to them even now they are saying to pay it.

                              I am prepaid customer of vodafone. Vodafone has been deducting money from my account since long stating that i have subscribed for the value added services. This is a consistent problem. Even if i am browsing through google using my net pack, at times, i end up receiving message telling me that i have subscribed for the service. The amount deducted varies from rs. 25 for 7 days to rs.50 for 7 days.
                              I once complained furiously to the vodafone customer care and they refunded my amount for that particular service activation.
                              Also, while browsing net, there is no pop-up notification or message even if i have clicked on some of the links unknowingly.

                                So i was porting from vodafone to airtel and a vodafone executive called and offered me a scheme which would solve my problem.
                                Proposed scheme:
                                250 - 1000 mins free (800 local +200 std)
                                299 - 1gb unlimited data 3g after 1 gb @60kbps

                                However all my current packs are dropped and there is no internet pack activated and neither is the other talk time activated.

                                I have called the customer care multiple times and they have promised to solve the same in 24hrs and now 10 days have passed. Its just frustrating how sad the customer service is at vodafone. Whatever contact center application they are using and i am sure its oracle is the worst they cant manage customers. Kindly resolve this (Hopefully)

                                  Though sim [protected] is blocked 2 month back, vodafone is still generating the bill without responding to any mail communication.

                                  Asked to pay the due amount of 1600+ after knowing i have blocked the sim. And than generated a new bill for this month of amount 1400 though not for a single minute sim is used and asking in the same way. And when i mention i have done the last payment, they are mentioning like i need to go to vodafone store to block the number.
                                  Than 2 month back how did they came to know i have blocked the sim if so.

                                    I vishal khanduja of bilaspur cg 495001, i requested for a 1 gb internet plan
                                    for a month. For about 3 months this cycle is not working in a correct manner as on a particular day around 500 mb is removed from that data pack without any extra usage.Nor we are getting any support from the customer care office of Vodafone India neither we are getting any support from the local Vodafone store.My mobile no. is [protected].The dates of removing the mb were as follows(near about these dates):
                                    1st June 2016,
                                    21st May 2016,
                                    10th April 2016,
                                    Please take proper actions that I don't face the same problem again and again.

                                      I m sorry to inform you that i m get an offer on recharged 169 and get 1 gb 3 g data for 28 days but after recharged on 29/05/2016 i m still not get the benefits because my offer pack not activated for this issue i m complained on 29/05/2016 at night 8:10 to customer care for two times my companied no is[protected]
                                      Frm the last 6 days gone my internet pack not activated and ur customer care dnt know about the matter what is happening they r just told that ur problem will solved soon but last 6 days gone still not activated now what to do take some necessary action and activate my offer pack what i recharged

                                        Dear Sir, I am using Vodafone Postpaid sim and I have problem that Value Added services is activated automatically which I don't activate. In May 3-4 times services had been activated automatically. They apply the charges on bill when I complaint customer care for it they told me that there is the new rule of his company from 1 May not to waive the charges on bill.I had complaint in every month for this and in May I had complaint 3-4 times for this.In this month I again faced the same problem. Please Sir stop this.I hope you will take action against it as soon as possible.
