Offer internet pack 169 is not activated recharged at 29/05/2016

I m sorry to inform you that i m get an offer on recharged 169 and get 1 gb 3 g data for 28 days but after recharged on 29/05/2016 i m still not get the benefits because my offer pack not activated for this issue i m complained on 29/05/2016 at night 8:10 to customer care for two times my companied no is[protected]

Bad network of Vodafone

Payment refund issue

my vodafone postpaid number [protected]. I used last 2 year. Now my number is port on airtel on 25 april 2016,
problem is that- last payment deduct to my hdfc bank 167. On 15 may 2016 after number port on airtel. Customer care is told me your amount 167 refund to bank on 20 may 2016. But now bank statement is not show on amount. Bank stament also attch on attachment.

Fraudulent Transfer from my Bank A/c

Invalid balance deduction.

On 01.06.2016 at around 01:00 am i got to know by customer care chat support and dialling *121# as well that if i recharge with rs 48 data pack recharge i will get 500 mb data for 28 days for my number [protected]. So as per cc guidelines i do the recharge by balance deduction but get 250 mb data for 7 days. 3g data speed reduced significantly

The 3G data services of vodafone has deteriorated significantly in the past few weeks. It has become even worse than the 2G data. As we know that the 3G data plans are already costly and even after paying for the service we are not getting the desired service.
