I had activated international roaming for 10 days on may 30 since i was travelling to mauritius. I had recharged with rs.673 to activate this. But there was no signal over there. So the amount which i recharged was a waste. I had called customer care, and they din't respond well. Customer care is like you could have contacted us. But how to contact them when there is no signal.

    I'm from killa-pardi, gujarat.
    I'm sorry to inform you that till now there is no perfect network connection in all locality. Also i've already given so many complain to their authority. But there is no such result ii got. Its a very serious matter and request you pls kindly give me the justice asap.
    I'm facing alot of problem in connection.. I want the network to be good and it's the best sim i have ever used.. But this network problem in all cities and all area is causing me much problems to use my 3g internet plan and i can't make call without restarting my phone.
    I already contacted the customer care and they note my complaint but they can't resolve my problem.. And after some days i can't make call to customer care and i did not receive any solution from them not any resolution to my problem... Resolve it as soon as possible!!

    Hey, why don't you try the Bill Bachao app? I experienced a similar problem when I shifted to a new area. Thanks to this app, I figured out which network service provider has a strong signal in my area. I have switched to Airtel since then, and I am enjoying a lovely uninterrupted service.       I bought a sim number [protected], it was to be activated by 2 days but its 16 days now n till now its inactive .
      I received call from [protected] they said that buy this number [protected], its similar to your current no ...so i agreed to buy it . aperson came to my home took the money n documents n just gave me the sim packet ...no receipt was provided.
      After 2 weeks i called them
      Now they are saying that the number offered to u was different, n committing to provide me a different number ([protected])
      Still the sim is inactive
      They dont pick the phone now
      The manager is such an illiterate person
      He doesn't know how to talk and i m just feeling cheated
      The number from which i received the call to buy this sim is [protected]

      They are continuously ignoring my calls and just waste my time
      After going to vodafone store, he is saying i can provide a new no. but again pay the security fee

        Dear ICICI Banker,

        I got a sms from the icici bank that the transaction of rs 5000/- is declined as the transaction was authenticated with a 3d secure PIN.

        YOU ARE EXACATLY RIGHT.
        I have related you the whole story.

        I made a payment to VEDIOCON D2H towards the monthly subscription of my dish, It was my mistake that the money was transferred to other I.D ( I typed wrong I.D ), In this regard I was writing to PAYTM and asking them about my money. which was transferred to wrong I.D.

        I got a call from paytm and I was asked to open a web site ( wwwrbipaymmentdoorway.com) and to fill the particulars.
        I followed his instructions and filled all the details of my debit card. he changed my 3d security pin and made two transactions of 2500/- each bill payment to vodaphone -as i got the sms from the vodaphone that payment successfull to vodaphone of rs 2500-each.within 3-4 seconds there were 2 payments made to vodaphone-These payments have not made by me. ( have no number of vodaphone-I am having the mobile no of Airtel )
        this is fraudulent entries, since then i am writing to you, i am writing to police department, to help me in this regard.

        Kindly make enquiry about the person who had made these 2 payments to vodaphone on 01.06.16 at 4.42.P.M, and against what vodaphone number. If you wish you can get the fraudulent person.

        I am attaching the snap shot of that website for your reference.
        I am also attaching police report copy to you for your reference.

        It is your duty to make the enquiry on large scale and to get the culprit to light -I cannot take any action it is beyond my reach. The person working in PAYTM company has cheated me, he must me cheating others -be aware of him and get him to light.

          Dear Sir,
          I have voluntarily joined from Airtel prepaid to your Vodafone value 199 CUG plan postpaid. For the period on 16.03.16 from the first day of 16.03.16 to 04.04.16, you have charged Rs.152.62 only for my usage. Then from 05.04.16 to 04.05.16 your bill amount comes for Rs.234/- against my usage.
          On 13.05.16, the outgoing call facility has been deactivated in my phone. I was unable to know the exact reason from your customer care centre over phone. Your customer care people told that it may be caused due to the international calls usage. But, I never made such a calls. On 14.05.16, I have seen a Email requesting to pay Rs.1800/- immediately and the credit limit of Rs.1500/- has already been over.
          So, I am unable to use this number from that day onwards and request your good office to change my plan from post paid to prepaid immediately please. In addition to that, I like to inform you that the bill is prepared wrongly for the calls to special numbers not made by me. I wonder that no man can make two different calls in two different numbers at same time in single sim (Refer my itemized calls summary for outgoing calls dated 12.05.16 time – 15:40:26, [protected] for 36 minutes duration. In same itemized call summary for Value added service charges dated 12.05.16 time- 15:47:32, 51717, 90:10 minutes duration)
          So, I will not make any remittance to those amounts as per your demand.

            I am using Vodafone no [protected]. I have been using this no for more than 3-4 year. Due to some issue i have transferred my no from prepared to post-paid. They suggest me the plan of 200rs and 100rs extra for internet plan from which i was getting 300mb. On receipt of the second bill of post-paid called to customer care about my bill where i found that they charged me extra for internet usage which i didn’t use, so they offered my internet plan of Rs/-150 for 1GB, during first week of April 2016. But they did not active the offered plan, which i accepted. I called in Vodafone customer care so many times to change my plan and they replied that your plan will be activated in next 72hours.
            Recently i received 3rd bill but they have charged as per old plan. Now i called again and now they are saying there was no request before 9th may 2016.
            I will request you to look into and take appropriate action for value of my money.

            this complaint is regarding extra bill amount charged during month April and May 2016 and the number i called that is 9811098110 this is customer care number of vodafone. i called on this no repeatedly. but i did not get any positive respond. vodafone customer care literally lying. they are saying that i called on 9th may for my plan change. but the truth is before 9th may 2016 i called to customer care for the plan changed. now i am not going to pay extra amount. they are seriously making fool to the customer.

            Everything month vodabill is getting more and more, customer care saying you are hitting chargeable site . Asked pls help me site for which charges added they don't have clue. Clear indication of cheating customer. What I should do for such fake charges.

              I am using past 6 years Vodafone network, lot of pop up messages are stored in my inbox. and also without my knowledge the they are deducting my main balance money. For this two months that is May and June i loose my money around 200 rupees for unwanted activation from network side. I made a call to complaint them but executives are blaming me only..without my knowledge how they can deduct money from my main balance.

                I have been using this Vodafone for past 8 months. Till April'16, there is no issue with this network. I can browse things and download the apps and other even after completing the 750mb 3g usage. From April, I am unable to browse through this network and facing lot issues with the internet. I do contact your phone customer service and made a complaint. but they're convincing me stating, "after 750mb 3g, the speed will be reduced and your network is fine" like this. I know that after 750mb 3g the speed will be reduced. But previously I can do the things as I mentioned above. After April only I am facing issues. Last month I have contacted you people via phone I have forced them to accept the issue which is happening with your network and they send 1 message (SMS) to change the APN settings. After that also, its not working fine and Now, another month started June 1st, From that date I am using the network, check the screenshots how fast is that working.. Even 3g not even crossed 1kbps. I have also scheduled for call back. Still no response from your end. Is this way you ppl treating your customers and how you ppl expecting me to pay the bill without using the service.
                There is another is issue, If i make or receive any calls its creating echo and I am unable to communicate with other end.
                As per my device its shows that I have consumed 210 mb. I damn sure that I haven't consumed that. That is why I have attached the screen shots. Check it and resolve the issue. Without resolving, please dont expect me to pay the bill.

                    I have noticed that, Vodafone Kerala they are charging for value added services with out knowing the customer. They deduct 35 rupees for each services, even the customer doesn't know about those services.

                    When I contacted vodafone customer care, they said these are because we have activated Internet in your mobile. I requested to deactivate all value added services still same, again and again my balance deducted for different value added services.

                    Customer care personal also giving some stupid suggestions like install this app and that app, complaining that you are using paid app, don't use micromax, oh God I really irritated.

                    Simply vodafone doing this, they don't have any solution for this to restrict the balance deduction. I lose 150 rupees in a single day. This might be happening with many.

                    Vodafone kerala is cheating their customers. I'm using same mobile and in vodafone Delhi number with 3G network but nothing as yet happened. Vodafone might be mis using the education backward people. Many customers still don't know where they lose their balance.

                    Please enquire and take necessary action against vodafone kerala, and ask to stop this game and revert the money which are deducted from customers.

So finally I had to find another way to deactivate these services. I have installed the Bill Bachao app to deal with such issues. The app is basically for recharging your phone or making bill payments, but it has additional features that are very useful. It has a special Self-Help feature that eliminates the need of calling the customer care now and then. You can activate Do-Not-Disturb (DND), deactivate all the Value Added Services (VAS), get alerts for the latest plans available, check your balance, and do lots more with a simple touch. Do try it. You will not have to make hundreds of calls again and again. "

                      This is dhakshina, i got offer from u for rs 299 recharge u will be provide 2.5gb. I have recharged now but i didnt get 2.5gb and i only got 1.25 gb. Why are you cheating us like this type of fake offers. So please give 2.5 gb otherwise refund our 299 money. I[censored] wont then i will change my network.                         I was recharged with rs:168 on vodafone network with a tariff 1.2ps/2 sec @60 days validity, but the company was deactivate the offer for 28days i was called several times to customer care since 1st july the spoken executives are told me your problem will resolve in 24 hours since i didn't get any benefits. This is not the first time it was happened last 2- 3 times kindly take prior action on this.

                            My new Vodafone number got activated and I tried to recharge it with a 30rs top up card, when they showed the message - "Your card's face value is greater than session limit." I tried calling the customer care or contacting the store I got the SIM from, but none of them could provide with any help. I switched my phone on and off, took the SIM out and reinserted it, but the problem remains. What does this mean? How can I get my phone recharged? Please see this message as soon as possible and provide me with a proper answer.

                              I am living in mandvi, surat where vodafone network coverage is too bad. I have complained many times and they say that we will fix it. But no solution is provided yet. We can't even talk inside house we have to go outside and everytime someone calls it says that the user is out of coverage.In their advertise they say that they provide best connectivity in every area and here we are suffering from bad coverage for which they didnt even take any action.

                                My balance was deducted (Rs. 195) since 3rd may 2016 a number of times even when I did not agree to any advertisement subscription. Infact, company had not sent me any message about deduction. Moreover, customer care care executives harassed me for about 45 mins without any solution. I mailed the higher authorities but they also refused to give my balance back. These companies are snatching people's hard earned money through wrong means.

                                  Vodafone India — Overcharging and changing plan without notification

                                  My plan 299 Rs
                                  500 Min
                                  300 Msg
                                  750 Mb 3G then 2G Unlimited

                                  Without informing vodafone changed my plan and thinking that i have unlimited 2G i kept using my internet.

                                  Vodafone charged me 669 Rs extra and also rejected my complain of adjustment.
                                  I visited vodafone for 3 times but no satisfactory answer/solution.

                                  Also talked to manager but no satisfactory answer

                                    Without informing me vodafone changed my plan and i was thinking that i have unlimited 2g i kept using my internet.

                                    Vodafone charged me 298rs extra and also rejected my complain of adjustment.
                                    I visited vodafone for 3 times but no satisfactory answer/solution.They have not even informed me and they hav echanged my plan so please take some action against them please do solve my problem they are just not Coopertaing with me

                                      Hello,

                                      On 11 May, I requested for the international roaming pack on vodafone webpage (Rs. 599/-). I received two messages, one for request and the next for activation. I traveled abroad on 13 May and used the service for one day. Then I received email on 15 May saying that there was high data usage and my service was disconnected. My pospaid number is [protected] (disconnected as of now). I do not have another number.

                                      Now I am being asked to pay a bill of over Rs. 30, 849/- . I replied to the email and had several emails exchanged and I also shared the screenshots of the sms I received but I keep receiving the response that there was no request from me to activate the pack. Even now, my service is disconnected.

                                      Apart from losing connectivity while traveling abroad, having to buy sim cards at the places I traveled to, I am now charged with this incorrect amount. I am attaching the screenshots of the messages. Please resolve this billing issue and restore the services.
