I have purchased Vodafone prepaid around 2 months ago. Then i have ask to switch to postpaid. Next day I got a call from number for the same and she sent her man to collect the relevant documents. I have gave him all the necessary documents and within few days my postpaid card has been active. But from 16th May they suspended my services for my number saying that the address I gave they are not able to verify it. while few days back I got the Bill of the vodafone postpaid number. So I have asked the same question to their executives that if my address is not verified than how you able to send the Bill at my address?

They have no answer of it and just saying me that they will sort out my issue. My services is still in suspended mode. Due to this I can't make any transactions because that number is linked up with my account number and without it I can't make any transactions.

Please do the needful.

    Hello my name is Bikash Baishya and I'm a Vodafone customer. I'm from Assam. I tried to complaint against my some problem to a customer care man name Rupam Baidya. But he refused to take my complaint and he behaved so rudely. Before that I also tried to complaint against my problem. But that customer care man also behaved rudely to me. I forgot his name but still I can remember his title n his title was saikia. I want to complaint against that customer care man whose name is Rupam Baidya.

      I am Vodafone customer and my mob number is [protected]. I saw many aids on media about Vodafone network and I also think Vodafone network is good. But, this all false about networks. I face a big problem due to these false aids, when I reached other station that is Banbasa Uttrakhand. I shocked and face many problem due to bad network and am not able to talk with other also customer care, many times, I try Vodafone customer care on mobile. But due to bad network am not reached their. Every time call drop and am facing big problem. But my major problem is that:-
      I have get a data pack offer on dated 28 may 16 that is i[censored] recharge of Rs 497/- you will get 3.25 GB 3G data for 28 days. i activated this plan and get 3.25 Gb data. But many times am suffering internet but am not able to use this data pack in this area (Banabasa, Utrakhand) due to very bad network of Vodafone. In this way, if i not used this pack that’s the wastage of my money due to fault of Vodafone company.

      So, I request you pls to solve my problem and tell me earlier what I do and how I get out from this problem otherwise.

        my vodafone postpaid number [protected]. I used last 2 year. Now my number is port on airtel on 25 april 2016,
        problem is that- last payment deduct to my hdfc bank 167. On 15 may 2016 after number port on airtel. Customer care is told me your amount 167 refund to bank on 20 may 2016. But now bank statement is not show on amount. Bank stament also attch on attachment.
        I am also call on vodafone care and also email. But no reply for satistfactation.

          On 01.06.2016 a lady from Mumbai fraudulently transferred Rs.5000.00 each from my SBI & SBI Bank accounts.Yesterday i had send a complaint reg.this in the mail id vodafonecare.[protected]@vodafone.com. No reply received yet. Please take steps to verify the credits and refund the same.

            Change in billing cycle and over billing


            My billing cycle have been changed 3 times in last one year, without consent.

            Plus every time the new bill generated is for full month but billing period is less than full month.

            Again in april 206 2 bills have been generated - first bill on 5th for full month on 4.4.2016 and second bill on 26th for 5.4.2016 to 25.4.2016. Both bills are for my full monthly rental of rs.666+tax = 762. How can second bill with 19days be for full month rental of rs.666.

            It seems like vodafone is in financial crunch and wants to make money by overcharging innocent customers.

            When i complaint the complaint was rejected stating "billing is correct". The complaint number is[protected] registered on 27 may 2016 and closed with horrible response, no solution and over charging.

            I wish we had class action suits in india, so that all overcharged customers could file a case in court against vodafone in one class action suit.

              I was using vodafone postpaid connection and recently done mnp to airtel service. Vodafone has previously given me waiver of rs. 1692 for internet charges and they have now reversed it because am moving out of vodafone. I have all the mails for second time waiver but they are not ready to reverse the amount. I dont have money to pay the amount. Please take action against this gimmicks and cheap tricks and help me to get waiver of rs 1692..

              Friends please done use vodafone postpaid connection because if you are moving out of vodafone they will raise big outstanding amount.

              Request authorities to take action against vodafone.

                I am writing this to inform you that yesterday night, i recharge my fon with rs 99 via paytm and my money has been deducted and i received 99 minutes that is what i was not requesting for i am attaching a screenshot that clearly shows 99 full talktime and 1 sms and what i recieved is just the 99 minutes. I dun want 99 min. I want 99 full talktime and not only thds when i filed an issue with paytn they said i have to contact to the operator and my question is why should i contact the operator when i had a busines with paytm.                   I recieved a message that fashion portal has been activated on your number and charged me Rs. 42.425. I have not heared about this service. And it is not the first time, they have done it before in the name of other service. I have stopped this service immidiately, but balance is gone in vain.
                  I want my balance back this time.
                  And i don't want any these type of services to be activated in future on my number.

                    On 01.06.2016 at around 01:00 am i got to know by customer care chat support and dialling *121# as well that if i recharge with rs 48 data pack recharge i will get 500 mb data for 28 days for my number [protected]. So as per cc guidelines i do the recharge by balance deduction but get 250 mb data for 7 days. During the late night conversation of late night after recharge i tell the cc executive by name shanoj that i only get 250 mb, he confirmed me the rest 250 mb and extra validity will be added in next 4 hour or earlier.
                    But the rest 250 mb is still not added, so i again chat with ayusha the cc executive around 01:30 pm on 01.06.2016 for that firstly he is denying for nay such offer. He replied me no such offer is for me. After telling him that i have every details in snapshot and the offer is still showing in by dialling *121#. He accepted that offer is showing in *121# after that i told him to take a complain for that, he refuses to take any such type of complain.
                    Now the question such a big brand with such renowned customer care service and such a poor service. They are accepting that offer is for my number but after recharging they are refusing to give the benefit. A single complain in also not taken. Please take it as a serious because day by day this type company are cheated as this way and forum please help me to get the resolution from cheater company vodafone.

                      on suterday 28-May-2016 i lost my mobile some where in thane.
                      After that i trayed to call to costumer cear . they disconnect my call
                      2 time then after long time i get connect to cear .i did not rember the
                      name but you cce told me he just block the card and i will get my card
                      in 24 hour it mean sunday was holiday, i will get in monday. i ask him
                      one more time are sure i will get my card in monday evening. and i did
                      not get my sim card on monday evening..then one more time i called
                      vodafon cear they told me i will get my sim car in 24 hour mean
                      teusday evening .still i did not get .when i called on tuesday evening
                      wednessday is sure.till afternoon i did not get my sim card.then i called
                      one more time to vodafon cear and the girl who talk me her name was
                      Priyanka and she told me my sim card had dipetch from the compny i
                      will get in evening. i was wait till 7 o' clock. then i called one more time
                      near by 6:58, the boy who was talking to me, his name was Rathod.
                      he just called his supervaisor and she talk tome, she told me i will
                      chechk and she told she will give me call back and she disconnect the
                      call at 8:14 pm. iwait for more then one hour then i called one more time
                      to vodafon cear.i have 3 racoding of your cce.how they make
                      costumers full. i wanted my time cost coz you cce waist my time they
                      waist my mony and they did hersment. now i am going to put all the call records in middia. i hope you al enjoy it.

                        Sir, I asked for migration from postpaid to prepaid. And I had received a call from Vodafone people regarding the same. And I said clearly that i am not in a position now to use postpaid number now. He accepted and asked to visit the local Vodafone care, where I was taken connection. So I approached voda store, and the executive there given the prepaid sim and said the new prepaid sim will work after 2 days...

                        Now it is one month of over.I had not used the postpaid sim from the month. Please see that charges are not to be levied for the past month. No proper response from that person from the store.
                        IAM EXHAUSTED BY GOING TO VODAFONE CARE. NOW IAM FEELING THAT WHY I HAD CHOOSEN VODAFONE AS MY NETWORK.

                          I had deactivated my second number "[protected]" in Dec.2015 as my brother who was using this number lost his phone in Goa due to which I had called up Vodafone first to deactivate the number as the sim card was lost and then called again to discontinue the number as my brother purchased another sim card with a new number but, I continue to receive bills every month to pay for this number inspite of me clearing the dues and then discontinuing the number.Today my own number is barred from making outgoing calls as I haven't paid the bill for the number which was deactivated 5 months back and I called Vodafone customer care twice explaining the situation still my services are not rendered. As per the Vodafone's customer care advice, I went to the Vodafone gallery in Malad, Liberty garden today to clear the issues regarding my old number "[protected]" and they told me that I do not have to pay any money for the number which was deactivated 5 months back also they told me that my services would be rendered in 2 hours for my current number which was barred. I waited for 2 hours still my services were not activated for which I called the customer care again and they told me that it would be activated in another 2 hours as the request was not taken properly by the Vodafone gallery. I again waited for 2 hours and still my service wasn't activated. I called Vodafone 2nd time and they said that I will have to make the payment for my services to start again. I just cannot understand why do I get a different answer each time I call Vodafone? Secondly why is there no coordination between the gallery and the customer care?

                                The 3G data services of vodafone has deteriorated significantly in the past few weeks. It has become even worse than the 2G data. As we know that the 3G data plans are already costly and even after paying for the service we are not getting the desired service.
                                Moreover we are losing the data connection in between randomly.
                                Please look into this problem and kindly work for resolving it as soon as possible.

                                  I m taking a vodafone corporate number and i have given my all proofs. And my number will be activated. but the verification team of vodafone will considered my verification negative. as they don't even come for verification. and without my permission they said that the customer is denied the verification and my all outgoing services will be deactivated without my permission. and now they are not activated my services even i told them that they can do the verification process. and when i go to the vodafone store they said that the verification team is not related to the vodafone centre and they can't do anything. as they given me harrasment. my all work will be harrased due to this. please provide me the proper solution and also take strict action against the vodafone store sarabha nagar ludhiana.

                                    This month Vodafone bill deducted 99/- MConverge Fashion [protected]@99, which I never activated. Customer care executive is not giving any valid answer for this bill. they says i clicked somewhere, eventhough i click somewhere how vodafone can bill it??
                                    I never used any of this portal, how can i pay for this??
                                    Do I need to go for consumer court for this or can solve the issue here?

                                      Note: This is real incident happened to me please don't go for vodafone and I have a proof if anyone wants it and I can forwad you all the mails that I got from them but because the mails are too much so I can't attach here and if anyone wants it please mail me tomy email id- ganvir.[protected]@gmail.com or call me on this number [protected].

                                      My number was [protected] and it was on Docomo network which was prepaid. I had got call from vodafone executive regarding offer from vodafone if I ported my number to it. I liked the plan and I decided to port my number to vodafone.The vodafone personnel came to my home and gave me the sim and took all the required documents from me. After that my number got ported from docomo to vodafone and just after some days they stopped the service without any intimation and when iicalled the customer care they told me that your physical verifiacation was negative because I wasn't at the home when they came, they told me to that you have to submit the documents to he vodafone store then I submited the documents in the vodafone store after that they told me that your number will be active but it wasnt then I again went o he store then they told me that you have to reschedule the physical verification Then they rescheduled physical verification but and they gave me date and time of the meet but they haven't come for meet after that again I visit vodafone store then they again scheduled the meet and again gave me date and time and they again hadn't came to meet. after that finally when I commpalined the store manager then they resheduled it and they finally arrived at my place for visit. At thet time of visit personnel asked me couple of questions and i answered showd him my all the original documents then he ook my sign and he told me that your number will be activated within 48 hours but actually it took 8 days to activate my number, But, the big problem arrived now, again after two days my number services again stopped without any intimation and when I called them they told me that your number was stopped due to incomplete address but the reason was unacceptable by me because I already submitted all the documents required by them and there personnel visited my place if my address was incomplete then how electric bill come to my house and how there personnel visited my place. then I visited the vodafone store again they told me to submit the documents due to incomplete address and i really submitted the documents by visiting the vodafone store again two times but still my number wasn't activated . then after too many mails to vodafone care they gave me another reason because they have the list of the reasons to give and they told me to again resubmit the documents but I told them that I already submitted all the documents you told me to submit and also I had successful verification done then why without any intimation you are stopping my services. then they again had another reason that they told me to submt the documents with the rent aggrement but I had no rent aggrement coz I had just moved to that house on rent so they told me to give NOC and I signed the NOC at the vodafone store gave my owners number for verification and hey told me now after some days your number will be activated but still after so many days my number wasn't activated. then I again called them and told them that my number haven't acivated yet then they again gave me the rent aggrement reason what the hell is this is this a joke that they are asking for a document I am submitting like a mad and they again asking for another document. Now currently they are asking me for rent aggrement, but I don't have it now coz it's under process online and the house is on the name of owner's mother there is some problem and it will take some time and my house owner is working on that matter and it will besokved soon and after some 8 days as soon as I got the rent agrrement I will submit it to them. But they are not considering my request and they told me that after 48 hours your services will be permanetly deactivated. So that I requested them tha I want to switch to another network so please tell me the process but htey are not responding and htey are being very arrogant.

                                      So, I request to solve this matter immediately,

                                        I am using vodafone no. [protected] for my internet usage. I had taken a plan of rs.1500/- +stax for 8gb data for my data usage. As per the plan, if i use more than 8gb, the net connection will be slow but the bill amount will not exceed rs.1500/-+stax. Since january vodafone has been raising very high amount of bill. I paid rs.3905 on 28.01.2016, and again a sum of rs.4652.77 has been debited through autopay option on 22.02.2016. I had lodged complaint with core centre, the complaint no is -217181.4.2016 after this a guy called me from vodafone and confirmed about my complaint. He said by mistake some added frills/services were included in my account. I told him i had never requested for such request nor did i get any confirmation call or call for consent from vodafone. He said the same will be refunded. But till now nothing is refunded. Moreover vodafone has raised a bill of rs.9166/- and keep harassing me by making umpteen calls asking for making payment of rs.9166/-. I have stopped using vodafone and i am not going to pay a penny unless to vodafone, infact vodafone has to compensate me for the torture caused to me.
                                        I request that vodafone should be properly penalized for causing such mental and financial harassement to their customer.
                                        I request that both these payments may be refunded back to me and further only the payment of rs.1500/-+stax may be charged as per plan.
                                        Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
