I want to file a complain against your customer sevice okhla centre your representative abuse me 3 times in night at around 1:26 am, i have recorded thier call, and i make payment after that my number outgoing is not active whtais this matter with this number, i call 2-3 times in week to customer care from last 3 months, as you told me that my number credit limit is 1500 then my bill is 1200 for this month and i pay 500 then why my outgoing is not active can you answer me please .. hope you can under stand, i request many time to increse my credit limit but you decreased my credit limit incase of increase, and you stop my service 3 -4 time in month, i pay my bill before due date, your customer speak lie evertime they says your number will work after 2 hours .. i am tired right now, tell me solution please
Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
On 22nd January 2016 i got a phone call from mob no: [protected] stating that they are calling from AXIS credit card and want me to redeem reward points so they were asking all credit card details and also when i got a OTP on my mobile, they asked me to give that so that they can credit cashback. I did give them OTP without checking whole msg, its then when i realized its a fraud but it was too late. they made a payment of Rs. 5000/- from my credit card to VODAFONE MUMBAI BILLDESK IN. after that i had called to AXIS Bank credit card customer care and after hearing all they blocked my credit card on same time.
