Vodafone is giving me worst time of my life by overcharging me on 3G services & on top of it not responding against my complaints . I am a victim of inflated bills (4640) for last month now & every single time the bill is generated I have to bang my head with the reps there to get those fake charges removed. This month yet again they have been consistent & persistent in overcharging me for data I have not used.
Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

    My vodafone number is [protected] yesterday night vodafone activate glam doll pack in my mobile number and deduct money 75 rupee in my vodafone balance . d i have call vodafone customer care but customer care call disconnected 4 time and i am very trouble please solve my problem hurry. please help me for refund my balance

    Same problem has been happening with me sce e3months. And I dont even know about this pack. My number is [protected]. please remove this pack. Or I may change the operator.

    Same problem has been happening with me 20/3/16. And I dont even know about this pack. i have call vodafone customer care they also dont know about this pack Realy waste Vodafone. So many times they dedected money.
    First write a mail to Vodafone Customer care.
    If they don't solve the problem then Just Write your complaint to CPGRAMS and see the effect for yourself, Include the docket no of complaint to Vodafone for reference purpose.

    Select Grievance concern -->Central Govt then under Ministry Select --> Department Of Telecom.
    It is a Central Govt. Grievance Redressal Mechanism and it works very fine.
    I was able to get a refund of Rs 3000 from Vodafone following this approach.
    And Yes Don't forget to tell others about CPGRAMS.
    Same happened with me today. My number is [protected] and rs 75 was deducted for glam dolls pack without my consent. I will report this in CPGRAMS
    What the heck Voda, I thought we had something special and then you screwed up !
    Today I also got to know that this pack was activated on my no from last 3 months.

    Upon calling to Vodafone executive, they told me that this is a server request which generally activated from third party when you click on some popup (advertising sites)

    Only 2 question;

    1. I strongly believe that this is a scam and without knowing the services if vodafone is entertaining these type of service provider is highly unethical and I believe that Vodafone is also involved in this to make money.
    2. If they already knew about the problem of this value added service (why they have not stopped it till now) this shows that they are not customer centric organzation.

    I condemned this unethical approach of vodafone.

    Hope you guys can help me out to bring this to hivodafone management notice.

      I want to file a complain against your customer sevice okhla centre your representative abuse me 3 times in night at around 1:26 am, i have recorded thier call, and i make payment after that my number outgoing is not active whtais this matter with this number, i call 2-3 times in week to customer care from last 3 months, as you told me that my number credit limit is 1500 then my bill is 1200 for this month and i pay 500 then why my outgoing is not active can you answer me please .. hope you can under stand, i request many time to increse my credit limit but you decreased my credit limit incase of increase, and you stop my service 3 -4 time in month, i pay my bill before due date, your customer speak lie evertime they says your number will work after 2 hours .. i am tired right now, tell me solution please

        I have been paying before due date since I have ported out off Docomo to u, specifically I have cleared more than my billing amount before the due date I.e 19th of the month. Today my outgoing was barred without any given caution and warning, no sms that I have overstepped my credit limit which I realized after calling the customer care. Frankly I am not a psychic to get a dream regarding my usage and billing amount nor you are a monopolistic operator to Barr my outgoing arbitrarily. Frankly, I have had a connection of BSNL since inception in the city but never had to counter such embarrassing situation. One has to learn some business from your company, when you to collect you are the most proactive and autocratic without notice, while master the art of deferring in paying taxes to Govt of India over a comfortable time spread. Hats off. Afterall Vodafone in India is Batata vadagone.

        Hi, myself Ravinder Kumar from Noida, Im using Vodafone postpaid 971100**** since 8 years. Same is happening with me. I paid my November month bill on 10.12.2015 (before due date 12.12.2015) and yesterday Vodafone barred/blocked my outgoing calls, , which is very very shameless and embarrassing. Though i got intimation SMS and calls regarding unpaid bill (which is already paid by me on 10.12.2015 at Vodafone Store, Sec-18, Noida) amount. Even I told them that I have already paid my bill and gave them payment receipt No. too but in-spite of this and without any verification they barred my outgoing calls.
        I called up customer care but no any single response from them.
        Vodafone looted our hard earned money by giving cheap scrap service. Is there any need of such kind of fake cheater company in India...
        Shame on You Vodafone !!!

          I changed my connection from airtel to vodafone. They took 15 days to do so after multiple calls. They told me the plan of Rs. 399 postpaid but its been 3 days some other different plan is showing and they are not responding properly.

            Myself afsal bappu from dubai .i am residing in uae and when i went in vacation in india, i took a vodafone connection and i paid the whole bill and closed the connection and everything was well cleared from vodafone office in trissur .as per their promise they should refund back a deposit of 10, 000 inr which is not refunded from last one year ..i always use to send them reminders but they dont care .can you please assist me to take an action against this cheating

                I got a Fake Call from Pakistan telling about lottery, i was knowing about such fake calls, when i said better you keep this, he started scolding that --- What you indians have, Poor people in very rough tone in hindi. and keep on saying "Kya hai Hindustaniyo k paas" ... It was very Rude and Cruel. Whom to contact and how? I tried Calling 100 but its saying its wrong number. I called Vodafone, they said you need to block this number.Thats it!!! Is this the solution?

                  The issue is going since months. Vodfgone so called service provider is telling that they havet recieved the payment for 2000. Which was already paid before the due date . Also have provided the bank confirmation that the vtransacton was succefully gone to service provider . still they are embarrising and bugging . even n no of times i recieved a apology from customer care that the payemnt will be updated and again after two days they send me mails for bill not paid. This is really sad to see how vodafaone is embarrising customers. when mistake is from their payment department .

                    Sir I am the user of relaince sim card from last 10 years Last month all of sudden my network stopped I then informed to relaince office.they said your number port (number portability)to Vodafone.with out my information how they did this I cant understood.then I went to Vodafone office they said your number ported by our distributor I asked the information but they denied.then I asked sim card with same number then they said u will not get prepaid sim .u have to go for post paid plan then we will issue sim of same number.then I said I will launch complaint against u then that said ok ser I will issu prepaid sim with my supervisor orders for that tomorrow my agent will come to your house for address verification and u give him necessary documents I did the same but still thay are not issuing sim and not giving response to me my mobile number is [protected].ser what shuld I do my question is without my permission thay ported my connection and for that December 15 my connection stopped .

                        Dear Sir, This is with respect to my latest bill of my number [protected] where i have been charged rs 13, 046 Towards Data Services while on International Roam. I am 100% sure that i have not used any such services as i have been on roaming a few times on the same number and never do so cause i am aware that the billing is v v high. This time they have raised a absorb bill and threatened me to block my number if not paid and hence i have had to forcefully give them a cheque of the amount in addition to a advance of Rs 3000 CASH for my number to be active and afloat. As a businessman i cant afford to have my number off and on compulsion have had to do this. Please find a solution to this issue

                          I have Vodafone Mobile number [protected] from last 8- 9 years earlier I had post paid connection but when I realise that unnecessarily extra bill charging by company so I switched over to prepaid connection then 5-6 months ago company employees came and convince me for post paid connection with attractive plans but in last month I realized company had charging extra plan charges that I had not requested and also fake charges are there then from wanowadi office they said we will reverse your amount so no need to pay nest bill so we not paid and now my out going services are disconnected. what this when our money is with you then how you suppose to do this and I demanded every time for detailed bills but I had not received in details.

                            I wanted to recharge the data pack and went ahead to do it by deducting from the existing balance by navigating through 111 and got an error message stating that there was an error and could not process the request from Vodafone end. Later after about 30 mins I tried by dialing 444 101 and again got an error that the request cannot be processed from Vodafone. After two attempts I gave the plan to activate any data plans and after few mins I got two messages stating that the data pack is activated that the data pack is activated and balance is deducted twice which I dont want. I wanted to activate only once. I called up 198 from the vodafone number regarding the same and raised the complaint and I was told the deduction done extra will be refunded. I have been trying to call 198 from my phone and I get the message that they cant service my request as of now since a week. It looks they have barred my number from raising any complaints with Vodafone. Today I called from my friends number and I was told they cant refunded any money if I wish I can use the data or discard it. I need back the extra amount RS 101 deducted form my main balance and also needs to be compensated for the mental agony faced.

                              Please ban this company they are hopeless. No support from their end at all. Very bad customer service.

                              Also recharge amounts are not getting credited properly. No one to support this.

                              Hopeless Services. No network all the time.

                              Please stop this company and help consumers to go for better other services than falling in this pit.

This month yet again they have been consistent & persistent in overcharging me for data I have not consumed, however i have shared my screenshots confirming I have rather underused the 3G data as per my entitlement. But since then there has been no revert & rather I am being threatened with late fees texts & texts talking about disconnection of my services what kind of goonism is this???? please help!!!

                                  I'm really disappointed with the services I am recent from Vodafone . l have requested you guys to please notify me about my monthly bill but there is no reply from you all. I also opted for the go green programming and still you failed me. I have wasted my many hours at your outlet centre. Vodafone centre at nirman viha, new Delhi but the advisors there are of no use. They are useless. I wanted for 2 hours to get my number and after that also my problem yet not resolved. Advisor told me that I have forwarded your query and you may receive an email or call but none of them came to reality. I was most disappointed after talking to customer service over call. They are worth waste of time only. I have talked at least 5 times from my own number and others too. Today its again happen that my call was disconnected by your advisor because he is unable to help. Even I put on hold for many long time. What the BS you are providing to the customer. I work Vodafone UK support and we value our customer. It seems I have to switch my operator now. This is my last request if you can solve my problem then please do at the earliest. Else I will either close my number or swith the operator.

                                    This is to notify that I had paid all my bills on number [protected]. I asked them to put my number on hold around 14-17th September 2015 But apparently they did not do so from their end. The number is not in use either but Vodafone representatives are harassing me by visiting my house regularly and calling my relatives regarding their pending bill.                                       I have joined with Vodafone since Oct'15. Till date i have not received any bill for the same. While contacting to the Help Line no they are not able to resolve the issue. I have made payment for the Oct month but since i have no details for my bill for Nov and Dec hence i had not made any payment because i have doubt in my bill. Today when i found my Dec bill (in self service *111#) the bill amount is too high without my usage. Same thing is repeated in Nov Bill as per bill summery provided by vodafone executive.

                                      Please look into the matter and arrange to solution.

                                        As per my previous complaint, my new SIM card (brought just before 2 months) has deactivated without any notice. I got called from vodafone on 30th December 2015 and they said, sim was deactivated as it was lost; I told, I have brought a new SIM card before 2 months and I didnt raised any complaint for SIM lost. They told me that SIM will be activated in 48 hrs ; Still my SIm has not yet activated today on 4th JAN 2016. What hell the service are they providing ???? Without any given notice on whose request they deactivated my card ? This is the worst customer service I experienced from service provider.
