I have vodafone billing numbers, I have asked four times during last 2 months but each and every time vodafone store staff given false commitment and waste my time, this time I have complained to store manager he also given same commitment as earlier and I ask him to complan about it in consumer court, manager shouted on me in front of other customer and ask me to wait half an hour at store but haven't solve my issue, moreover i when I am living the store other staff show me bump. This kind of disgusting staff vodafone have, iit is worthless and bakwas company .
I am very disappointed with this disgusting company and I am going to port now.This way such company can be ****ed

    Hello Sir/Mam,

    i m working in bajaj allianz chandigarh. Few days back i was entering in my office, i saw one boy (Santosh)was standing. he told me to take Vodafone sim n requested me to get entry in the office. i took that boy with me. he explained me the whole plan & i agreed to take the sim. he took my documents and promised me that sim will be activated with in 3 days days bt it didn't happened . i called him & he came in my office & asked me to give all documents again. i again gave him all documents.
    after few days i came to know tht on my name he issued one more sim without asking me. i called customer care not to activate the sim . now i get the bill of that number & i don't have any sim of that no. of which i have to pay.

    and iske alawa bhi wo ladka mera naam le ke office aa ke chori se aur logo se sim baat kerne lagta hai jis ke karan mujhe mere Bm se warning mili because outsiders are not allowed in my office. Because of him i m in a big problem. Plz take some action against him.

      Dear/sir I send your customer care two mails below this but no action taken or no proper reply given to me is this is your service your executive think that after two to three days customer not remember all these things and this is the ending of complaints but this wrong thinking you give reply My mobile no is [protected] I sent you a mail for your bad Services but no reply come to me is this vodaphone policy to demoralize their Customer please give me a valid Reason for my losses due to your executive they not guide me properly and not behave good not given proper information so I loss my all software and all most 4 gb data and all most 3hours in net you take action against this executive otherwise give me name and I take a illegal action against him thanks Sir i have apple 5s phone last 3 to 4 days I open a Sbi site which is not open in my phone after that I call Sbi customer care they check my issue and said that no problem in his site after that I call vodaphone but your executive said that this is third party site we aren't not responsible after that l call apple care they discussed this with their senior after that they give me solution but my problem not resolve after that they said to change my software than I again load new software from I tunes but my problem is same after that they said to change the SIM card when i change my SIM card all site includes Sbi open in my phone after that they said you phone is ok problem in you sim i again call your customer care but no one listen my problem properly they cut the phone after requesting they take my complain after that they give me time to 4/1/2016 this very long time you think all banks have holidays so how i can purchase anything on done my transactions from my bank this is very bad service i already lost my 4gb data to down load Apple software and other software or financial also lost because last for days i not doing anything from my bank this is only due to your sim or network who is responsible for this and sir please check the list of executive I call in your center and without resolving my problem why they not behave properly if you not take any action than I take illegal action for my losses Thanks My mobile no is [protected] My email id is [protected]@gmail.com

        Dear sir, Having been a part of the Vodafone family for as long as 10 years, I write this mail as an angry, depressed and unfortunately helpless member. I have four numbers in my name ([protected], [protected],[protected], [protected]) which are used by family members. Out of complications that this was causing, I filed a case for changing the ownership of two of my numbers, that are [protected] and [protected] in my wife and daughter’s name respectively. Their request numbers are :[protected] and[protected] respectively While this seems to be an easy step by step procedure according to your website, my experience is quite the opposite. I had filed my request on the 22nd of December at your model town store. I was informed that my request will be compiled within three days. However, because of no response or anybody coming over for our residential verification we visited the store again on 25th morning where your highly inefficient staff told us it’ll take another 3 days time. We waited for another 3 days during which we were not contacted by any of the esteemed staff members of vodafone. Hence, having all the time in the world I called in the vodafone service centre to check the status of my request whereby I was informed that all the systems were crashed due to which our request couldn’t be taken forward and were given a deadline of 48 hours. It is to be noted that nobody at vodafone cared to inform about the crash and delay it was causing for our request to be proceeded with. After the next 48 h ours, I spoke to a multiple of your staff members whom I am very soon I will know personally, who all asked for a deadline of FORTY EIGHT hours. I don’t know if it is your idiotic training practice or something your staff has learnt as an excuse over time, but their 48 hours have still not come to an end. To name a few of the extremely convincing liars that you have done a good job at hiring are Mr. Avneet, Mr. Irfan, Ms. Reena and Mr Vishwajeet ( who said it wasn’t his job to do anything about it and the service centre was to supposed to do it) I am supposed to be out of town tomorrow and out of the country next week, but because of the inefficiency of your systems as well as staff I don’t have any of my services activated on my phone and am loosing business every hour. Apart from monetary losses that your company is causing me, it is highly tiring to keep running after your staff members to get a status of my request. Im not sure about happy you are to help me, but I am extremely unhappy with your speed, loyalty and focus. If you are of any substance and hold any position in this huge multinational of yours, kindly look into the matter for the sake of my mental peace and the name of your company.           Sir, Sub : My Mob.No[protected] Ref : My complaint dated on 29.12.2015 I am very much disappointed to write this complaint to you. On 29th Dec 2015 I had lodged a complaint regarding my mobile data carryforward issuie. The problem is, on 27th Dec I had charged a data pack of 300 MB (Rs.104). When charging my mobile data balance is around 180 MB and its validity expires on 29.12.2015. When I checked on 29.12.2015 my balance data 180 MB is not added to my new pack. When I contacted the customer care executive, they informed me they will credit an amount of Rs. 44 in my account against the 180 MB data. But till now, they not credited Rs 44 nor added data .Every day when I contacted the customer care they will inform next day next day will credit. But no credit received. Today I contacted the Sr. Customer care manager Mr. Vishnu, he informed me that this is not possible. Why? If not possible, why they informed the false information for a weak.And also he informed that he will contact before 1 PM today. But til now no call received from the Sr. Customer Care Manager. When I contacted on first day regarding the complaint, they informed, Complaint Docket Number will send . But till now not received and they blocked my number to reach customer care executive. So I contacted from another mobile number. What is the reason to block my number to reach customer care executive. Please check and rectify my problems. Regards Sanish

            25-12-15 ko mera balance do bar deduct hua tha. mere no par koi service activate kar de thi jo mere knowledge m nhi the.Night m mere customer care m call kiya unhone rs 18 balance to use time refund kar diya or rest RS 18 next 2 hour m refund ho jayega yese custome care vane ne bola. but balance refund nhi hua mene follow up kiya to mera no hi black list m dal diya fe mene kise or ke cell se call kiya to uska no bhi black list m dal diya or har time yahi kaha gaya ki apka balance 24 hours me transfer ho jayega me bar bar ek hi baat explain karke bahut jayada frustrate ho gai hu plz mujhe mera balance vapas chahiye and mera no bhi black list se bar nikal vaiye

              Sir i have just received a bill from VODAFONE amounting to rs836.99 the two calls on special number 56789 recorded as per bill from my hand set for 35 min and 1.10 hr at the same time 12.29.45 and 12.30.49 on 24/11/2015. I am unable to understand how the two calls of such a long duration can be made in the same time .I personally contacted customer care branch jheel patparganj DELHI 110051 but my query not replied satisfactorily by their executive.I also contacted on 199 but my call was dropped by the other side .They did not care at all inspite of my past payments record.

                My postpaid vodafone bill has been charged more. i have complain many times in vodafone but they are not responding to my complain. i had already activated internet plan but i was charged for the internet plan.in the plan they offered 350 mb in 150 rupess but in the bill vodafone charged 481 rupess.i consumed less than 400mb and activated plan was for 500mb.and now they charging 481 rupess

                  I had purchased Vodafone postpaid sim from my Company last few months back with the rental plan of 325/month. I was really very surprised for the first time when they sent me the bill saying heavy data usage which I never did. Secondly they sent me the very huge amount bill (more than 1700) which was really pathetic when I compared it with the actual calls and data I used for that month. I am not the only person who is having bad experience with Vodafone but my other friends and relatives too. If I would have been given any chance to lodge a complaint against them I would be the very happiest person to do it. BAD service from customer care on calls and emails. NO proper escalation matrix. NO professionalism. I will not recommend anyone to use postpaid connection of Vodafone in Future and a big byeeeeeeeeee from me too.Whoever read this comment I request them to think 1000 times before choosing this worst dabba service.

                    Dear Sir/mam, My name is Pradeep Kumar and my number is [protected], I have been using my number from last 11 years but due to some reason i want to migrate my no postpaid into prepaid but from the last 2 days i have cleared my all outstanding bill and completed all vodafone formalities at Vodafone main store at Preet Vihar but still they did not migrate my number into prepaid. I will never recommend anybody to use any Vodafone product. I have raised so many request to Vodafone Nodal Officer but they closed all of the requests without my notice and now I am getting frustrated... Vodafone does not have any useful customer support at all. Please never think o[censored]sing Vodafone Post Paid connection, because in future if you wants your number to migrate into prepaid, you have to face lots of difficulties and frustration and nobody will be there to help you out.                       My Vodafone account balance has been deducted with 125 Rs. This is done in the name of a Value added Service called "Beauty Fix Service" from the date 20-December-2015. The VAS was activated without my consent. I reported the same to the Vodafone Customer Care-"Complaints only" but i did not receive a proper response. One of the customer care executive I talked to revealed that the the VAS has been activated by a third party without my consent. I was requested to call back in an hour for the executive to verify the status of the subscription. But any further calls from then till now has resulted in a message saying that "Unable to process your request". Attaching the screenshots of message confirmation received on these deductions. Please help me to recover my lost money and stop such non-consent deductions from my account.

                      The Vodafone India has again done another scam to cover this one.

                      They has credited 125 Rs back. But I notice that the almost same amount has been deducted from my data plan. But there is no data log provided of my usage in Vodafone site to prove this fact.

                      The data pack usage according to my android phone shows only 200 MB used while I am supposed to have 500 MB total. The fact that DATA PACK EXHAUSTED comes the NEXT DAY of my complaint is strange coincidence. And the usual data warnings have not come (at 50% or 80%).

                      Vodafone Complaints section is still blocked for my number, So there is no way for me to talk to a customer executive and try to get the excuse.

                          I applied for portability on 26/12/1015 from Airtel(prepaid) to Vodafone(prepaid) at Vodafone Mini Store in kavi Nagar Ghaziabad. On 1/1/16 my Airtel sim stopped working and when I inserted Vodafone sim it was also not working.When I complained at mini store they were unable to tell me any detail then I contacted Vodafone customer care then they told me that they don't know anything.From Airtel customer store I was told that my sim has been ported on 1/1/16. After visiting Vodafone store at Rajnagar also I am not getting any information about my portability status. This is causing me great difficulty and I am unable to process my work. Kindly take strong action.

                            Worst experience if any one wants to indulge, take vodafone. All time wrong bill, they give me, want you to fill it on time. On 16 december they retained me saying 199 and 150 Internet 3g plan. Still on 19 Dec when my bill generated they added 299 Money stated for 3g, What is this? This is last time I am tolerating this. totally Vodafone Postpaid sucks.

                                I'm using the axis bank my choice Credit card for last 1 year. I was called by a Axis bank personnel today on dated 5th Jan 2016 for adjustments of my 5000 points against my outstanding credit card amount bill, For which he ask me the details of my card no, Expiry and CVV no to adjust the points and by mistake i give the details. But with in a few second, I received this message on my mobile "Rs.5000 was spent on your Credit Card XX4134 on 05-Jan 2016 at VODAFONE-BILLDESK. Avbl Lmt: Rs.6985.74 Track spends with Axis Mobile: http://goo.gl/V1isPP". When i got this message immediately i blocked all my cards both debit and Credit card now. I didn't do any transaction i called axis bank call center they said 5000 Rs is n pipe line they have taken the complaint to block the card and reverse. but i am really surprised that with out any pin no or otp no how can they have deducted the amount. This is something they should look seriously. Mean while they send me a form to fill it up to recover the amount with is 3 days. Thank you Sandeep

I did give them OTP without checking whole msg, its then when i realized its a fraud but it was too late. they made a payment of Rs. 5000/- from my credit card to VODAFONE MUMBAI BILLDESK IN. after that i had called to AXIS Bank credit card customer care and after hearing all they blocked my credit card on same time.

I had called customer care of vodafone regarding deduction of balance this one is happens twice they said there is no deduction from our side and when I say that I will complaint...so they laugh and use abuse language and hangup my call.                                     Hi, myself Ravinder Kumar from Noida, Im using Vodafone postpaid 971100**** since 8 years. I paid my November month bill on 10.12.2015 (before due date 12.12.2015) and yesterday on 04.01.2016 Vodafone barred/blocked my outgoing calls, , which is very very shameless and embarrassing. Though i was getting intimation SMS and calls regarding unpaid bill (which is already paid by me on 10.12.2015 at Vodafone Store, Sec-18, Noida) amount since 15.12.2015. Even I told them that I have already paid my bill and gave them payment receipt number too but in-spite of this and without any verification they barred my outgoing calls. I called up customer care but no any single response from them. Now I have to beg to my friends and office colleagues "Can I make a call from your mobile.. because vodafone blocked my outgoing calls for no reason." I have been noticed since many years that Vodafone looted our hard earned money by giving cheap scrap and worst services in India.. with very worst signals.. so many call drops.. Vodafone 3g works like 2g. Is there any need of such kind of fake cheater company in India... Shame on You Vodafone !!!

                                        Yesterday on[protected] vodafone has been activate tubeworld service on my number [protected], I have not requested any such pack on my number through internet and message. So today i call to customer care 199 to deactivate this above service he told me that service has been de activate shortly and 35 rupee charges was applicable on my bill circle. So i requested you please waiver this charges that will be deducted this month bill. Amrinder Singh
