Definitely agree with you, I have been facing similar issues in being charged foer services not use while customer care exectives are either rude and or just put you on hold with no resolution despite mutiple follow ups, Vodafone is very quick to block your number or do something as severe as sending a legal notice to a consumer. Today at about 10.45 am I have done two recharges ( circle - assam, ph.[protected]) through online on www.vodafone.in . one of them was for talk time Rs 150 which was recharged as it claimed. But for another recharge which I have done was net pack of Rs 155 which claimed 1 gb net pack for 28 days . but after recharge only 20 days validity is given.
