I wanted to recharge the data pack and went ahead to do it by deducting from the existing balance by navigating through 111 and got an error message stating that there was an error and could not process the request from Vodafone end. Later after about 30 mins I tried by dialing 444 101 and again got an error that the request cannot be processed from Vodafone. After two attempts I gave the plan to activate any data plans and after few mins I got two messages stating that the data pack is activated that the data pack is activated and balance is deducted twice which I dont want. I wanted to activate only once. I called up 198 from the vodafone number regarding the same and raised the complaint and I was told the deduction done extra will be refunded. I have been trying to call 198 from my phone and I get the message that they cant service my request as of now since a week. It looks they have barred my number from raising any complaints with Vodafone. Today I called from my friends number and I was told they cant refunded any money if I wish I can use the data or discard it. I need back the extra amount RS 101 deducted form my main balance and also needs to be compensated for the mental agony faced.

    Please ban this company they are hopeless. No support from their end at all. Very bad customer service.

    Also recharge amounts are not getting credited properly. No one to support this.

    Hopeless Services. No network all the time.

    Please stop this company and help consumers to go for better other services than falling in this pit.

    Please ban this company they are hopeless. No support from their end at all. Very bad customer service. Also recharge amounts are not getting credited properly. No one to support this. Hopeless Services. No network all the time. If i request for a PORT, they dont allow. Three times i have requested for PORT and they are not helping on this aswell. Please stop this company and help consumers to go for better other services than falling in this pit. My Vodafone number is [protected]

      Vodafone is giving me worst time of my life by overcharging me on 3G services & on top of it not responding against my complaints (with proofs of the goofup done by them). I am a victim of inflated bills for few months now & every single time the bill is generated I have to bang my head with the reps there to get those fake charges removed. This month yet again they have been consistent & persistent in overcharging me for data I have not consumed, however i have shared my screenshots confirming I have rather underused the 3G data as per my entitlement. But since then there has been no revert & rather I am being threatened with late fees texts & texts talking about disconnection of my services what kind of goonism is this???? please help!!!

        I'm really disappointed with the services I am recent from Vodafone . l have requested you guys to please notify me about my monthly bill but there is no reply from you all. I also opted for the go green programming and still you failed me. I have wasted my many hours at your outlet centre. Vodafone centre at nirman viha, new Delhi but the advisors there are of no use. They are useless. I wanted for 2 hours to get my number and after that also my problem yet not resolved. Advisor told me that I have forwarded your query and you may receive an email or call but none of them came to reality. I was most disappointed after talking to customer service over call. They are worth waste of time only. I have talked at least 5 times from my own number and others too. Today its again happen that my call was disconnected by your advisor because he is unable to help. Even I put on hold for many long time. What the BS you are providing to the customer. I work Vodafone UK support and we value our customer. It seems I have to switch my operator now. This is my last request if you can solve my problem then please do at the earliest. Else I will either close my number or swith the operator.

          This is to notify that I had paid all my bills on number [protected]. I asked them to put my number on hold around 14-17th September 2015 But apparently they did not do so from their end. The number is not in use either but Vodafone representatives are harassing me by visiting my house regularly and calling my relatives regarding their pending bill.             I have joined with Vodafone since Oct'15. Till date i have not received any bill for the same. While contacting to the Help Line no they are not able to resolve the issue. I have made payment for the Oct month but since i have no details for my bill for Nov and Dec hence i had not made any payment because i have doubt in my bill. Today when i found my Dec bill (in self service *111#) the bill amount is too high without my usage. Same thing is repeated in Nov Bill as per bill summery provided by vodafone executive.

            Please look into the matter and arrange to solution.

              As per my previous complaint, my new SIM card (brought just before 2 months) has deactivated without any notice. I got called from vodafone on 30th December 2015 and they said, sim was deactivated as it was lost; I told, I have brought a new SIM card before 2 months and I didnt raised any complaint for SIM lost. They told me that SIM will be activated in 48 hrs ; Still my SIm has not yet activated today on 4th JAN 2016. What hell the service are they providing ???? Without any given notice on whose request they deactivated my card ? This is the worst customer service I experienced from service provider.

                Hello, i have applied for porting my number [protected] from Tata docomo up west to Vodafone delhi NCR. My number got deactivated on 11PM 28 dec 2015. Its almost 8 days, my new vodafone sim is not showing network. Kindly treat this urgent and Activate the network and services at the earliest. U can reach me at [protected] . It is happening a bad experience with Vodafone mini store and Vodafone customer care. It is a request to activate network on my sim as I cant do any Bank transaction or bill payments because of deactivated mobile number.

                  Sir, i had called Vodafone customer care on 28th dec 2016 as my internet was getting disconnected again and again since morning and during that call i had some arguments with the customer care representative. On 30th dec 2016 they have Deactivated my sim even they had not informed me for once. MY VODAFONE NUMBER IS [protected], this number is very important for me as everyone is having my this number. I want my number to be activated as soon as possible. My contact number is [protected]. This is my business contact number and i am facing serious problem because of this.

                    I have recharged my number [protected] for 164 (which is a special net pack 1GB for me). but it recharged for 169 ( which is a booster). I am already having a booster in my mobile number... While speaking about this the customer care higher official just disconnected the call... Wrong customer service. Worst mannerism of dealing with customers. and very worst website design...

                      I am a regular customer of Vodafone from last 6 months. My contact #[protected]. The vodafone is continuously charging wrong bills from last few months. The customer service personnel has informed about some free services like free roaming, 10, 000 SMSs. But they are adding the roaming & SMS charges in their bills. Also, additional call charges are also there. Neither there local customer service personnel is responding to my calls, not their corporate support is helping much. Please arrange to refund the additional charges added in my bill. I have paid my previous bill, but I don't know why they have stopped my services. Need your intervention in this issue. I am highly dissatisfied with this kind of pathetic services.

                        This is inform that my contact no [protected]..post paid connection...is not working since (2nd january, 11.15 HRS) yesterday morning..thank to the filthy global giant service provider by name"VODAFONE" ...my ASSociation with this good for nothing service provider is only 10 years old...my only mistake was requesting for sim change request ...for which TAT time for activation of replaced sim was 2-3 hrs max...but now its more than 24 HRS and still this are notable to activate an existing 10 year old connection...awesomeness of a different jaunre all put together...every time i call up the VODAFONE CALL CENTRE ...to check on the activation status...they have scripted reply ...its a "major technical failure internally"...shame on u ..shut ur shop and pls leave for competitors to take up the business opportunity i[censored] can't handle customers of more than 10 years with you...

                            My Uncle's Vodafone number ([protected]) was charged with INR 75 for some random VAS pack which was accidentally activated by Vodafone on his number. He complained about the same very next day and the customer executive accepted the glitch and assured that the debited amount shall be refunded in 24 hours. But even post 24 hours the amount was not refunded, so he called the customer care again and this time around, he received a reply from the executive that the request has been taken, but due to system downtime the amount will reflect in the account only after 30 minutes. This assurance too like earlier one proved hoax. The last correspondence he had with the CSE, assured the balance to be credited in 13 minutes. Just so you know 13 minutes have never been so much longer than 48 hours ever. Such deficiency in service that too with a customer who has been loyal association to you, isnt expected from a Telecom Giant like yours, which has been the customer's favorite for years now. Please resolve this issue at the earliest or he shall be compelled to port out.

So I was try to recharge 3gb int pack but unfortunately I have pressed *444* for my mobile and all my data gone in sec.i have contacted support person of Vodafone but they refuse to help. This is one type cheating to their loyale customer. Pls do needful to reverse my data bal.

                                    I am using vodaphone postpaid connection (corporate plan E_Connect_3G_375) at Pune from last 1 year and using. In this plan I should get 1GB 3G data, after that it is normal 64KBPS unlimited. I have no bad experience during roaming from last 1 year till Sep. This time in October 2015 it is totally hazard. They charged 10 rupees per 1 MB during Oct-2015 in roaming. But this never happened in last roaming during March 2015 / June-July 2015. For data usages I got bill of 1700 for using of 170 MB and tax is 14%. Same thing happened to some of my friends from Mumbai who are using postpaid and roam during November. Same thing happened with him, vodaphone charged him 3000 for 300 MB. and including 14% service tax it becomes 3420. But as per my experience other mobile operator not charged if this is unlimited plan. We both talked to customer care may times, but no help. So I am changing my same number to Airtel or Idea portability. In India there is no value of consumer complain. So only way to awareness to public is do write feedback on different forums. At least some will get help. If you are victim of same from vodaphone, my personal suggest to change operator. I am not telling all operator 100%. But we can make awareness if somebody making fool to customers

                                      I am not able to use my mobile at my home .. from last many months I am facing this problem and after 100 times of complaint no result... every time they say 2-3 days and they forget..in my house my mobile is mostly out of network coverage or call drop... fed up with this service... want to shift to another company...
