      Despite of several request and calls done to the company. transfer of numbers is still not done. Staff is not even receiving my calls. its been more than 4 months.

          Definitely agree with you, I have been facing similar issues in being charged foer services not use while customer care exectives are either rude and or just put you on hold with no resolution despite mutiple follow ups, Vodafone is very quick to block your number or do something as severe as sending a legal notice to a consumer. After sending the notice, they have agreed that the fault was theirs and have rectified only some of the charges, yet to get a full resolution though. Do they realise legal implications of this? Even after marking the CEO, there is not correct resolution. Without clarifying the issue, multiple vodafone customer care executives only have only talking rudely and threatening manner with no resolution. (records would be available) I would summarise the trauma I have been going through as below. 1. My mother, a senior citizen had been using vodafone services on number [protected]. Her monthly charges generally do not exceed Rs.250. For the month of Mar 2015, she was charged Rs. 2200, out of which Rs.2000 was charged for a supposed call made to a country with a pulse rate of 60 per minute, details of which Vodafone customer care executives are not ready to disclose. Finally, after the case was taken in the consumer court, Vodafone reversed these charges. (artefacts available) 2. We requested to help with a way in which ISD services could be disconnected for the above mentioned number going forward. The rude responses from customer care executives were - 'this is not possible', the other time it was said it was possible giving some number to dial in to barr ISD calls, most of the other times we were just put indefinitely on hold. 3. Again for the month of Sep 15, we were charged for Rs. 1220 for call charges made to some foreign country, no details have been furbished for the same. Without trying to discuss the issue, services were barred to the number. 4. This time, however, we are being brutally coerced to pay for services which we haven't availed. 5. Services to the number have been blocked, about more than 2 months ago, however, the bill keeps getting generated. 6. We also got a call stating 80% reversal on the bill can be made, however no one has ever bothered to clarify or follow up later. 7. Would like to understand how has the handing of the similar case being different in scenario one and scenario three. If there has been a change in reversal policy, if yes, would want to know where the policy change document is available for customers. 8. Today, the services to my number also have been blatantly discontinued – 9XXX (alternate contact number for my mother's number). I was stranded on the middle highway late evening when my means of public transport broke down only know my mobile services have been disconnected. Not sure if the repercussions (which could be serious to the tune of loss of property and life) of such blatant blocking of services are considered by you, especially when the customer has made numerous attempts to clarify. 9. I do not think that the customer should be penalised so harshly without proper clarifications and if there has been a change in policy from scenario to 3, the same should be notified. 10. Also, would want to know, why there is huge diversity in the responses from customer care executives - one had promised 80% reversal on the bill while other was adamant that whatever amount is generated has to be paid by the customer without asking for a clarification, if required. 11. When recently, I had to get my email id updated, I had to send an SMS to 199 atleast 4 times, yet the update did not happen. (artefacts available.) It may definitely lead to customers questioning the credibility of the systems and if they wish to clarify any of the data generated by the systems, not sure why they are being made to feel like criminals by your executives. 12. I would like to mention here, that I have been a customer of vodafone for close to 7 years now and I have never faced such challenges till recent times. 13.             Today at about 10.45 am I have done two recharges ( circle - assam, ph.[protected]) through online on www.vodafone.in . one of them was for talk time Rs 150 which was recharged as it claimed. But for another recharge which I have done was net pack of Rs 155 which claimed 1 gb net pack for 28 days . but after recharge only 20 days validity is given. I have given th attachment of both their sites information and my message received from vodafone after recharge.

              My prepaid Vodafone network lost suddenly from 15 days.even Vodafone centres are also not able to find what the problem is and creating a great inconvenience to me regarding this issue..at last they said please convert into postpaid..because of the necessary with my number is agreed.but they are also not able to process my number to be worked..this is a great disrespect on Vodafone from me.to cause such a inconvenience. .so please try to get back my number in prepaid if Vodafone can. They are saying that the number is blocked cause of no usage since a month..but that is false as I have been using that for daily..even the head office from hyderabad are not able to solve problem.then where should I solve my problem for..

              If they type my number they can see my number is active in the system..but my number doesn't works

                Sir/madam when I send request for porting then Vodafone offers me offer n I agree to continue with that offer my porting code is VD646684 on 26th December 2015 but till now I didn't get benefit of that offer my no. is [protected]. I think concerned authorities r sleeping in a deep slumber so plz solve my problem as soon as possible

                  I wanted to check the status of my Vodafone number. I made all the outstanding payment with my previous operator as I ported my number to Vodafone and sent the payment receipts to corporate mail Id, as instructed by a customer care representative. But after sending the mail with payment receipt I got the reply that they are not able to process the request and I should go to Vodafone store. Again I called customer care and one person named Prabhusekhar, I repeat Prabhusekhar received the call. After some discussion with him, He behaved so badly saying that he won't check any service ticket to give the details. I told that I will not continue with Vodafone, he said it's fine to disconnect and Vodafone doesn't care if customer write any thing in public pages. Then he told me to connect to his manager as he won't help me. I was in waiting for more than 30 min to talk to his manager. I think intentionally he placed my call in hold. Then forcefully I disconnected the call as stupidly I was in call for more than 30 min. His behavior was so rude and it was like he was not willing to help the customers. I would suggest Vodafone to give proper training to costumer care representative how to talk and behave with customer over phone. I am going to place all the matters in public forum to see how it doesn't effect Vodafone.also he said they don't have any priority for corporate connection but due to the corporate connection Vodafone is getting high revenue. I am now don't want to continue with Vodafone anymore and want to disconnect my number from Vodafone

                    This is to bring under your kind notice that I have been Vodafone user for quite a few years now however used to think that Vodafone is a good company to deal with. The recent experience that I had has changed my views for the company all together. The issues started when I received a message on my mobile from Vodafone that I have requested Live TV services from Vodafone, which I did not at the first place by any source (not sure if this is a technical glitch). They have had also communicated that if I would like to stop the services to simply type STOP and then send it to the number given, Which I did however no help as it came back with error that Invalid input and tried couple of few more times however still nothing. Tried get through to customer service however was not been able to due to continues disconnection on line and time related issues. Today I have recharged for 100 top up and they have deducted 90 rs for the Service which I have never ever activated. This is a rip off and I think I should be compensated for the service which I have never opted for. Also if you see my record other then STD and Local voice packs I have never ever opted for any VAS services. I did speak to the customer service regarding this and the agent "Äshish" spoke very rudely and told me it is my fault and also when asked for Supervisor he said he cannot as it is my fault. He finally then transferred me back to queue which is the worst customer service. Is this the quality they maintain? Is this what happens to Vodafone customers as they have no freedom of putting through there complaint and this is how Vodafone is operating? Shame on them. This is not the question of 90/- but to how I should keep my trust on this company who even cannot give the basic need of customer service. I am looking forward for a positive response from you to help me out with this issue. Regards,

                            Vodafone postpaid to prepaid conversion My Vodafone mobile no. - [protected] Alternate mobile no. +[protected] On 26/12/2015 I went to the Vodafone store to get my post paid sim converted to pre paid sim. They gave me the new pre paid sim and guaranteed that the new sim will be activated within 48 hrs. The day I.e 28/12/2015 I received a confirmation message from Vodafone to insert the new sim and assured that the new sim will be activated within 2 hrs. Today being 1/1/2016 my new pre paid sim is still not activated. I request you to deal with the problem soon.

                                The details are as follows : Date : 7 December, 2015 Client Number : Its Vodafone Gujarat, Nodal head contact number is : +[protected] Description : I have been using Vodafone postpaid services from last 2 months and I never got smooth connection. And one day Vodafone just cut the internet services without any intimation through any means and due to that I had faced many problems and had to spent money to use internet as I am an IT guy working for an MNC and I need to be on-line any-time. Now they have stopped internet completely and I have been charged for the same in my bills. Customer cares are not helpful even Nodal Officer has now stopped communication. Resolution : I need my full compensation which I had to pay the day when Vodafone stopped Internet services without any intimation. I had lost about 8000 INR that day. And I also want the charges for internet in this billing cycle to be levied off. Attachments : Please find the reply to my mail from Nodal officer who is directly saying that can not do anything now.

                                  I have got Rs. 506 for NOV month bill. I have paid it by 1-DEC 2015 through Vodafone mobile app. After few days, they have disconnected my outgoing calls since 18-DEC-15 and I was not able to call even vodaonfe customer care no. I have sent my credit card Bill and Bill Desk ref number as well. But still it is not resolved. I am still unable to make outgoing calls. They are doing very very poor service. It seems there is technical issue with their mobile app. Due to that I am facing lot of issues. I am unable to make calls for urgent issues. I want Rs.50000 for this issue as penalty.

                                    I have vodafone corporate connection. Today i visit the vodafone store situated at B.B.D Bag for booster, But their is no response from the staff working at that time. They ignore my request for the booster and told me to come again latter.I am sufferung from this type of situation for last few month. I request for booster at my office address:-75 Metcalfe street kol:-13.The staff of vodafone store are very irresponsible and non cooperative to solve the customer issue.                                       I have a postpaid mobile number and I am unable to activate the roaming pack on my number for past 5 days as every time I try it gives a message that my number is not registered which is not true as a I have a proper corporate connection of Vodafone. Because of this I am bearing unnecessary incoming call charges and that too on festival time like Christmas and new year.

                                        I did recharge my Vodafone number after special offer message came to my mobile. I was waiting for two days no reply getting from Vodafone. Then I called over phone by using 111, 141. They diverted to use new number given by Vodafone. For two days I called them. Bad fellows attend my call and said your schemes completed. Then we do not use this SIM after bad special offers. Also they set caller turns automatically. Then they say never we did. You customers only activated nu. Be aware...
