      Vodafone postpaid to prepaid conversion My Vodafone mobile no. - [protected] Alternate mobile no. +[protected] On 26/12/2015 I went to the Vodafone store to get my post paid sim converted to pre paid sim. They gave me the new pre paid sim and guaranteed that the new sim will be activated within 48 hrs. The day I.e 28/12/2015 I received a confirmation message from Vodafone to insert the new sim and assured that the new sim will be activated within 2 hrs. Today being 1/1/2016 my new pre paid sim is still not activated. I request you to deal with the problem soon.

          The details are as follows : Date : 7 December, 2015 Client Number : Its Vodafone Gujarat, Nodal head contact number is : +[protected] Description : I have been using Vodafone postpaid services from last 2 months and I never got smooth connection. And one day Vodafone just cut the internet services without any intimation through any means and due to that I had faced many problems and had to spent money to use internet as I am an IT guy working for an MNC and I need to be on-line any-time. Now they have stopped internet completely and I have been charged for the same in my bills. Customer cares are not helpful even Nodal Officer has now stopped communication. Resolution : I need my full compensation which I had to pay the day when Vodafone stopped Internet services without any intimation. I had lost about 8000 INR that day. And I also want the charges for internet in this billing cycle to be levied off. Attachments : Please find the reply to my mail from Nodal officer who is directly saying that can not do anything now.

            I have got Rs. 506 for NOV month bill. I have paid it by 1-DEC 2015 through Vodafone mobile app. After few days, they have disconnected my outgoing calls since 18-DEC-15 and I was not able to call even vodaonfe customer care no. I have sent my credit card Bill and Bill Desk ref number as well. But still it is not resolved. I am still unable to make outgoing calls. They are doing very very poor service. It seems there is technical issue with their mobile app. Due to that I am facing lot of issues. I am unable to make calls for urgent issues. I want Rs.50000 for this issue as penalty.

              I have vodafone corporate connection. Today i visit the vodafone store situated at B.B.D Bag for booster, But their is no response from the staff working at that time. They ignore my request for the booster and told me to come again latter.I am sufferung from this type of situation for last few month. I request for booster at my office address:-75 Metcalfe street kol:-13.The staff of vodafone store are very irresponsible and non cooperative to solve the customer issue.                 I have a postpaid mobile number and I am unable to activate the roaming pack on my number for past 5 days as every time I try it gives a message that my number is not registered which is not true as a I have a proper corporate connection of Vodafone. Because of this I am bearing unnecessary incoming call charges and that too on festival time like Christmas and new year.

                  I did recharge my Vodafone number after special offer message came to my mobile. I was waiting for two days no reply getting from Vodafone. Then I called over phone by using 111, 141. They diverted to use new number given by Vodafone. For two days I called them. Bad fellows attend my call and said your schemes completed. Then we do not use this SIM after bad special offers. Also they set caller turns automatically. Then they say never we did. You customers only activated nu. Be aware...

                    Dear Sir, I am a permanent customer of Vodafone since last five years under mobile no, [protected]. My sim is out of order since last three days and when I enquired from the customer care of vodafone they apprise me of that they have disconnected the services without any information to me. I have no due to the company. They are also providing sim which I have replaced three times in three months. They are charging Rs.50/- for replacement of sim each time.                             Hi, I have ported out my number from Idea to Vodafone and got a welcome message on alternate number on 29th december 2015 but still I am not getting network in Vodafone sim from last 48 hours. I tried to reach out all your point of contacts but all got in vain. contacted customer care more than 10 times, tried web chats many times, visited vodafone store and mini stores but no one is helped me at this point. Vodafone stores are saying their server is not working from last 3 days and we can not do anything. Customer care is saying we are not able to see you as postpaid customer in my system you are a prepaid customer. I am out of network from Idea and Vodafone from last 48 hours. It is Vodafone responsibility to port in customers and help them for a better service. Please help and resolve the issue immediately else need to take some legal action. My Number- [protected]

When I Check My Vodafone Account I Came Across There My 2G Plan Was Deactivated But 3G Was Not Activated Hence i Once Again Called Helpline No. They Admitted There Mistake & Told To Reverse My Extra Charged Amount Which Was :

                              25.08.15 To 24.09.15 1535.76 + 14% Tax. = 1749.90 &
                              25.09.15 To 14.10.15 1713.88 + 14% Tax = 1953.82.

                              But There Have Reversed My 1749.9 Amount Only & For Balance Amount There Are Not Replaying Properly.

                              I Have Mailed Them Many Times & Called Helpline No Many Time ... They Just Saying It Will Be Done in 48 Hrs But Till Date Its Not Reversed ...


                              PLS HELP !!!

                                Vodafone is not ready to Pay Extra Bill Amount MY number is [protected](Vodafone), i was using this number in Delhi Circle Vodafone and moved to Karnataka Circle Vodafone, So during this time i have paid extra amount of Rs 2000+ in bill so Delhi circle told me that it will be refunded by cheque to my billing address in 30 days, now its more then 4 month i didn’t got the money and they always say you will get it in few days. I have drop many mail but i am not getting proper reply or any reply. On calling customer care they don’t reply my query, Delhi customer care ask to call Karnataka customer care and Karnataka customer care ask to call Delhi, but my problem is still not solved. Vodafone is not ready to pay my amount they are simply making me fool and providing the worse service. They are just irritating the customer by all this .

                                      Dear sir/ma'am, Today i received a call from Mob no-[protected]. he was telling that your ATM card will be stop working soon, that's why i call you to resolve this problem. And he was asking about my ATM card number, CVV, and ATM pin number. Also asking for my PAN number. After that i said that i'll go to branch and solve my problem myself, then he said that you will loose RS 2000/, if you will delay.Lastly when i was asking about his details that from where you are calling and from which bank, then he disconnected the call. So i think it was a fraud call to steal the personal bank details to steal money from bank account. So please take an immediate action to this mob number. My mob number-[protected] Thank you

I am using this number form year 2009 but now had been issued to some another .
