Dear sir/ma'am,
Today i received a call from Mob no-[protected]. he was telling that your ATM card will be stop working soon, that's why i call you to resolve this problem. And he was asking about my ATM card number, CVV, and ATM pin number. Also asking for my PAN number. After that i said that i'll go to branch and solve my problem myself, then he said that you will loose RS 2000/, if you will delay.Lastly when i was asking about his details that from where you are calling and from which bank, then he disconnected the call.
So i think it was a fraud call to steal the personal bank details to steal money from bank account. So please take an immediate action to this mob number.

Please Help As Vodafone Has Over Charge My Account On Account Of 3g Data Usage Ever It Was There Mistake.

Background :
On 30th Aug 2015 I Have Called Help Line No & Told To De-activate My 2G Plan ( Ref No :[protected] & Activated 3g Data Plan ( Ref No :[protected].
As I Was Out Of Station I Came Back On 15th Oct 2015. When I Check My Vodafone Account I Came Across There My 2G Plan Was Deactivated But 3G Was Not Activated Hence i Once Again Called Helpline No. They Admitted There Mistake & Told To Reverse My Extra Charged Amount Which Was :
25.08.15 To 24.09.15 1535.76 + 14% Tax. = 1749.90 &
25.09.15 To 14.10.15 1713.88 + 14% Tax = 1953.82.
But There Have Reversed My 1749.9 Amount Only & For Balance Amount There Are Not Replaying Properly.
I Have Mailed Them Many Times & Called Helpline No Many Time ... They Just Saying It Will Be Done in 48 Hrs But Till Date Its Not Reversed ...
PLS HELP !!!
