Sir i was cheated by the vodafone agent. He represented a false scheme to me. And also he handed me over a defected piece of postpaid sim card as he just only wanted me to buy the sim. I also visited the help centre but they didnt helped me. Please help me....

I submitted relevant papers to baguiati vodafone center in order to change my post paid no [protected] to prepaid since i am going to stay in bangalore for next two years, they have issued me prepaid sim also and assured me that my prepaid no will be activated within 72 hrs. I have got 5 vodafone connections and somehow or the other, I have been consistently facing problems.
