Respected sir I was recharging a Vodafone up no. For rs 510 today. Through the official site of Vodafone India. Through a bank of India debit card cum ATM card. However it said that sorry we are unable to process your transaction. Please contact us at [protected]@bikkdesk.com for any queries. The recharge is not done. However my account is debited by rs 510. Kindly refund the amount as soon as possible. Thank you.

    maine 31 july 2015 ko apne vodafone no pe recharge krwaya.bt wo main balence me na show krke secondry balence me show kr rha h.validity bs 7 days h... uska koi use b nhi ho pa rha h
    custmer care call ki to bole aapko recharge krne se phle baat krni chahiye thi.
    mtlb ab hme har baar recharge krne se phle custmer care call krke puchna pdega.
    agar aisa kuch h to vodafone ko hme msg ya call krke notify krna chahiye tha.
    custmers ko fool bnaya ja rha h...
    mujhe wo balence apne main account me chahiye ...pllzzzzzzz..

        I just brought a new SIM of prepaid vodafone and tried to recharge it online but unable to do so, then I brought a topup of Rs 10 then tried to recharge it but showing a message, "Your card face value is greater than session time". I don't have any idea what to do, please resolve my issue.

            ​sir i m post paid user for no [protected] i have been using plan of 149 of your company since long time but due more sms requirment i called vodafone ​custumor care on 7th june 2015 for activation of any sms pack executive told me about plan of 99 in which sms all sms will be charged at .01paisa local n national but for that i have to take plan of 199 i agreeed for the same and my plan changed from 149 to 199 but your fellow does not activated my sms plan and not even bothered to tell me the same by call or an sms but as per my talk to your fellow i started using the sms pack n endede up with about 2582+263+9 sms at the end of the month without any notification they stopped hard copy to my addrress n i did not recieved bill detail for the month of june i was surprised by the billing amt of around 2434 on my no i was been called again n again to pay the bill i told them i have not yet recived the bill from company they told u will get it next pay bill now today when i checked my email i was surprised to see billling amount of 1684.30 in my account on behalf of sms i called the customer care again for the complain of the same he told me the sms plan was not started in your mobile as this plan does not exist i told him that this is not done you have not informed me regarding the non activation of plan n charging me this huge amt in the name of sms he told we tried callling u but calll did not connected an i cannot debit the amount i asked him to talk to senior executive but call did not connected i told them for u bill n promotions u call many no of time n for nonactivation services u have not bothered to call again or sms me this is not done n as per recored they callled me on 10 june but u can see in my bill on that my mobile was in service n within range as i have used calling n sms services on the same day i request you to kindly look over the mattter as sooon as u can n debit my sms charges from my account which is due to mistake o[censored]r executive

              Hi, I have a raise a complain against Vodafone as my bill plan was changed without informing me. Been a Vodafone postpaid customer for more then 2 yrs now but never have faced such a pathetic service till date. 1) I was using a E_Connect_3G_ 375_New plan and it was changed without confirming from me. 2) From last 2 months i have been mailing these cooperate guys but no one has called me regarding this. 3) I have frequently asked for verbal communication from you guys but no calls have been arranged from your end, every-time i had to call you guys regarding this issue, and i turn the customer supports guy would tell me that he has arranged a call for me and i would receive a call from you guys but no one calls. 4) A mail has been sent from my cooperate office also regarding this but no reply has been given to them also. And the plan has been changed without any official mail been sent to the cooperates as no one was aware of such changes been made. 5) Constant calling and NO RESOLUTION regarding this has been the problem. 6) I have visited the stores, i have mailed to the corporate.[protected]@vodafone.com, i have communicted through calls but no one has ever called me for this issue. 7) Your plan of E_Connect_3G_ 375_New was still been provided to some of the employees in the office. and its still sold in your office.

              I am also facing the same problem with same plan,
              1) these guys had increased rental of this plan "E_Connect_3G_ 375_New" from Rs. 375 tp Rs. 450 per month without informing.
              2) On call they are claiming that an sms was sent to me about increase in plan rent (i had two connections with same corporate plan and none actually got the mentioned sms.)
              3) they are selling the same plan with old rental Rs. 375 to new customers, who in face in their bills are getting Rs. 375 as rental too.

              So in essence if not loot, what you call it ?

                On 28/7/2015 I did recharge 2G internet data pack of 1.25 GB @ Rs. 247 validity for 60 days, in my vodafone prepaid number. Some days later on 30/7/2015, I wanted to book movie tickets from bookmyshow.com using mobile app. The internet speed was bit slow so I did recharge of 3G internet data pack of 20 MB @ Rs. 8.. Then my previously recharged data pack (2 G 1.25 GB @ Rs. 247) was overwritten by new recharge (3G 20 MB @ Rs. 8) without any information and warning. Now my internet balance is remain with just 20 MB data. Instead of adding data pack, or handling 2G & 3G data account separately, the previous data becomes ZERO and active with only new one. The vodafone eaten my 1.25 GB data worth Rs. 247. At least i should be warned before recharge i.e. My previous data will be laps in if i recharge new one.

                Regarding the above issue I received call on 3/7/2015 from[protected] by Vodafone person. I don't know the name of that person. I discussed the whole matter and he agreed to refund me the complete amount.

                Now this today is 6/7/2015, I didn't receive any amount or balance and when I call on this number phone rings but no one picks up the call. Is this Vodafone service that is forgetting after promising to resolve issue.

                They are extracting money by implementing loopholes into services. There are so many complaints filed my customers but very few number of complaints are resolved. Also website shows only 1% are the satisfactory people by Vodafone service.

                    With utter frustration and disgust, I wish to escalate my prepaid to postpaid shifting issue which is pending since the last 7 days. I am an Vodafone prepaid NCR customer. My number is [protected]. I got a call on 24 july from a representative on 24 july calling himself a Vodafone representative. But actually, he was from a third party vendor of Vodafone "Smart Step Solutions" which I got to know of later. Their office is based out of Naraina. The representative had promised to collect the required documents from my offi. Consequently, a field representative (Mob no [protected]) came to my office to collect the documents along with a security amount of Rs. 250. Another representative from Smart Steps Mr. Sunny Sahni promised me that my number will get activated in the next 4-5 days. I have been trying to reach Smart Steps but no one responds. Their BM Mr. Swarup Kumar had a word with me 4 days back only after repetitive calling from my side.As of now, people from Smart Steps are ignoring my calls and not responding. It has been 7 days now and still my number has not been shifted. This is height of carelessness on Vodafone's part. kindly look into the matter as it is causing me a lot of inconvenience - financially and personally. I assume since these Third party Vendors are representing Vodafone, it is Vodafone's responsibility to eliminate any kind of customer inconvenience.

                          I recharged for ₹199 I got 1gb 2g, I bought a new Lumia phone I got 500mb 3g for two months when my first 500mb finished they cut my 1gb 2g data . I lost my ₹199 & so I spoke to customer care people 5-6 times all the time they ignored. I just need my money or data back.

                            Todayat qbout 0630pm I walked into the vodafone store situated at sahakaranagar of bangalore for recharging of mobile.the lady who was sitting at the counter did not respond to me instantly on my approach though there were no customers in line.then also she was very rude and indifferent and casual in her attitude .finally my job could not be done, aand when I tried to report the matter to the incharge person of the store, he too was not keen in listening my version and behaved in a casual and rude manner.kindly advice your staff at the said store to behavein a prroper manner henceforth atleast.                               I was a corporate postpaid customer of vodafone. for changing from postpaid to prepaid I have visited 2 times, because they forgot to submit the form. and when i was out of station my incoming, outgoing and messaging facility is barred. for past 2 days I am trying to fix it. Kerala vodafone store couldnt help me In tamilnadu, vodafone stores are closed. i called atleast 10 times to customer care ; they are saying they have network problem and cant fix it. I cant use my banking facilty and anything related to my number What should i do??????? My number is [protected]

                                My dad brought a sim card from the Vodafone KKP, Hyd store which was to be activated within 24 hours and I dint happen to. With sheer negligence the team dint try to follow up. So my dad has to visit the store again and got the phone activated. He recharged for 153 rupees as talk time. The CC executive calls me after activation and asks me for the code sent. I said I dint receive any code. She resends the code and tells me that there wont be incoming if I dint read the code out. I asked what is the code for, she dint respond and hung up. I proactively called back and read the code out. And there you go, there was ruthless deduction of 75 rupees. So I called back and asked to roll back what ever happened. She denied and shouts at me saying that my dad has signed up. Where as my dad dint do that all. So I added both of them on conference where she hungs up again. I politely asked her to escalate the cal and it was Mr.Swamy calling himself the floor manager who was again beating around bushes. I asked him humbly to roll back the transaction and refund and he says it cannot happen. Please look at the way they are deceiving and swindling people's money.                                   Hi, Myself Animesh and I have been using Vodafone service for more than 2-3 years in Mumbai. On 29th July I converted my current Prepaid Vodafone to Postpaid and still my Postpaid SIM is not activated. Over and above this, my Prepaid no is also disconnected and now I don't have any of these connections working. When I complained next day on 30th July to Vodafone executive in Vodafone store she told me that it will take another 3-4 hours to get it activated. The very 1st day they had told me that its just a matter of 2 hours for activation. These Vodafone Store employees mislead customers. They provided me with a reference no and asked me to contact 198 customer care and quote your reference no for further status. When I called in the customer care they are now saying that it might take another day for activation. They are also saying that they don't have the reference no which I was provided by Vodafone store employee as an acknowledgement to my complain in their system, so actually they cant track my status of connection. Noe it's been more than 24 hours and I don't have either prepaid or postpaid connection activated and I have to live without phone services. If my complain doesn't get resolved with in another 3-4 hours I will escalate this issue as much as I can and will even file a complain with Consumer forum if required.

                                    I am a vodafone customer for last 3-4 years. Till now the service was good, but now there is no 3G connectivity at my place. My address is HNO 39 Girkar waddo Arambol Pernem Goa. 403524. We have 5 phones in my house 3 vodafone and 1 cellone and 1 Idea. Cellone and IDEA has very good range. So I Request you to look into this matter and help us as soon as possible. Or will have to switch to other service provoders like Cellone or Idea by porting our sims. My no is [protected] and rest 2 nos cannot be given for privacy reason. I will wait for you reply or I'll wait for 2 months and then I will Port all the nos as services of idea and Cellone are very good. Hope you help me as soon as possible

                                      I have 3 connections with Vodafone namely [protected], [protected] and [protected]. None of these connections which have been active for a minimum of 5 years have ever used data services. 2 of these numbers are used by my parents and 1 by myself. They are all registered against my name. None o[censored]s have, do or will ever want to use data services. I wrote to Vodafone to permanently remove data services from my phone. I have heard a lot of issues regarding people who did not realize that their data services were being used and ran up bills in the thousands and then were harassed by Vodafone collections. Under no circumstances do i wish to face that. Hence, as a proactive measure i wrote to Vodafone Customer Care to get the Data services deactivated. I was told that since it is a CORE service, it cannot be deactivated. For me, its like Vodafone being handicapped in terms of providing customer's security that they wont be charged for something they did not want to use. VOdafone has to find a way to deactivate these 'CORE' services. EMail to customer service and their response is attached.

                                      Don't deactivate data from the Mobile Service Provider's end. Instead do the following:
                                      1. Deactivate data from handset
                                      2. Delete all data settings from handset

                                        Just switched on mobile data of phone for quick max 17 secs and was charged Rs 46 .
                                        Without any browsing, no download, no pings, i was charged so high for so less time.
                                        Also need to mention major internet apps are unloaded already from my mobile so I am still not able to understand where was this huge amount of data consumed!!!.
                                        This has been happening for past few days, no more data use from my end still being charged so heavily and being shown high amount of data usage.
                                        Resolution: need clear understanding on where did i actually consume my data, given the fact I had no downloads no major apps on . And hence request for refund coz I m feeling vodafone has cheated me on this.
