I recharged for ₹199 I got 1gb 2g, I bought a new Lumia phone I got 500mb 3g for two months when my first 500mb finished they cut my 1gb 2g data . I lost my ₹199 & so I spoke to customer care people 5-6 times all the time they ignored. I just need my money or data back.

    Todayat qbout 0630pm I walked into the vodafone store situated at sahakaranagar of bangalore for recharging of mobile.the lady who was sitting at the counter did not respond to me instantly on my approach though there were no customers in line.then also she was very rude and indifferent and casual in her attitude .finally my job could not be done, aand when I tried to report the matter to the incharge person of the store, he too was not keen in listening my version and behaved in a casual and rude manner.kindly advice your staff at the said store to behavein a prroper manner henceforth atleast.       I was a corporate postpaid customer of vodafone. for changing from postpaid to prepaid I have visited 2 times, because they forgot to submit the form. and when i was out of station my incoming, outgoing and messaging facility is barred. for past 2 days I am trying to fix it. Kerala vodafone store couldnt help me In tamilnadu, vodafone stores are closed. i called atleast 10 times to customer care ; they are saying they have network problem and cant fix it. I cant use my banking facilty and anything related to my number What should i do??????? My number is [protected]

        My dad brought a sim card from the Vodafone KKP, Hyd store which was to be activated within 24 hours and I dint happen to. With sheer negligence the team dint try to follow up. So my dad has to visit the store again and got the phone activated. He recharged for 153 rupees as talk time. The CC executive calls me after activation and asks me for the code sent. I said I dint receive any code. She resends the code and tells me that there wont be incoming if I dint read the code out. I asked what is the code for, she dint respond and hung up. I proactively called back and read the code out. And there you go, there was ruthless deduction of 75 rupees. So I called back and asked to roll back what ever happened. She denied and shouts at me saying that my dad has signed up. Where as my dad dint do that all. So I added both of them on conference where she hungs up again. I politely asked her to escalate the cal and it was Mr.Swamy calling himself the floor manager who was again beating around bushes. I asked him humbly to roll back the transaction and refund and he says it cannot happen. Please look at the way they are deceiving and swindling people's money.           Hi, Myself Animesh and I have been using Vodafone service for more than 2-3 years in Mumbai. On 29th July I converted my current Prepaid Vodafone to Postpaid and still my Postpaid SIM is not activated. Over and above this, my Prepaid no is also disconnected and now I don't have any of these connections working. When I complained next day on 30th July to Vodafone executive in Vodafone store she told me that it will take another 3-4 hours to get it activated. The very 1st day they had told me that its just a matter of 2 hours for activation. These Vodafone Store employees mislead customers. They provided me with a reference no and asked me to contact 198 customer care and quote your reference no for further status. When I called in the customer care they are now saying that it might take another day for activation. They are also saying that they don't have the reference no which I was provided by Vodafone store employee as an acknowledgement to my complain in their system, so actually they cant track my status of connection. Noe it's been more than 24 hours and I don't have either prepaid or postpaid connection activated and I have to live without phone services. If my complain doesn't get resolved with in another 3-4 hours I will escalate this issue as much as I can and will even file a complain with Consumer forum if required.

            I am a vodafone customer for last 3-4 years. Till now the service was good, but now there is no 3G connectivity at my place. My address is HNO 39 Girkar waddo Arambol Pernem Goa. 403524. We have 5 phones in my house 3 vodafone and 1 cellone and 1 Idea. Cellone and IDEA has very good range. So I Request you to look into this matter and help us as soon as possible. Or will have to switch to other service provoders like Cellone or Idea by porting our sims. My no is [protected] and rest 2 nos cannot be given for privacy reason. I will wait for you reply or I'll wait for 2 months and then I will Port all the nos as services of idea and Cellone are very good. Hope you help me as soon as possible

              I have 3 connections with Vodafone namely [protected], [protected] and [protected]. None of these connections which have been active for a minimum of 5 years have ever used data services. 2 of these numbers are used by my parents and 1 by myself. They are all registered against my name. None o[censored]s have, do or will ever want to use data services. I wrote to Vodafone to permanently remove data services from my phone. I have heard a lot of issues regarding people who did not realize that their data services were being used and ran up bills in the thousands and then were harassed by Vodafone collections. Under no circumstances do i wish to face that. Hence, as a proactive measure i wrote to Vodafone Customer Care to get the Data services deactivated. I was told that since it is a CORE service, it cannot be deactivated. For me, its like Vodafone being handicapped in terms of providing customer's security that they wont be charged for something they did not want to use. VOdafone has to find a way to deactivate these 'CORE' services. EMail to customer service and their response is attached.

              Don't deactivate data from the Mobile Service Provider's end. Instead do the following:
              1. Deactivate data from handset
              2. Delete all data settings from handset

                Just switched on mobile data of phone for quick max 17 secs and was charged Rs 46 .
                Without any browsing, no download, no pings, i was charged so high for so less time.
                Also need to mention major internet apps are unloaded already from my mobile so I am still not able to understand where was this huge amount of data consumed!!!.
                This has been happening for past few days, no more data use from my end still being charged so heavily and being shown high amount of data usage.
                Resolution: need clear understanding on where did i actually consume my data, given the fact I had no downloads no major apps on . And hence request for refund coz I m feeling vodafone has cheated me on this.

                  My Vodafone mobile number [protected] outgoing barred without any reason since today morning when I called coustmor care they demand me to deposit 500 rupees in Vodafone store as a security deposit I deposited the amount in Punjabi BAGH store but still my outgoing is barred I m enable to do some urgent calls that's why i am suffering lots of loss in my work

                      I submitted relevant papers to baguiati vodafone center in order to change my post paid no [protected] to prepaid since i am going to stay in bangalore for next two years, they have issued me prepaid sim also and assured me that my prepaid no will be activated within 72 hrs. But the prepaid service was not started as assure on .14/6/2015

                      ultimately i had to continue with postpaid service and incurred extra expenses,

So Sir it is my request to kindly block the amount and refund the same amount in my said account No. please. If the same amount is credited in my account, I will always be thankful to you.                         I had a similar experience today. I had made an online complaint from vodafone regarding an amount which was to be refunded by them. The person from vodafone called me, and asked my ICICI bank account details. He said the money would be refunded that's why he need all the details. However he debited 5000 Rs from my account.

                        Please tell was your issue resolved ? I request Vodafone/ICICI to address this problem and refund my amount.

                          To, Customer Service Manager, Vodafone Subject: Pathetic Service by Team UNO. 3 Weeks Number Not activated. Respected, I have applied for a cooperate connection (Number: [protected]) 3 weeks before; which is handled by UNO team of Mumbai, but still the SIM has not been activated. False promised from the team members named Sachin, Riddhi, Sneha & Pradeep N numbers of times but still customer is facing the problem. After submitting the documents Sachine & Riddhi conveyed that it will activate within 48 hours, which never happened. The reason was there is a black out and system updation due to which the application was not processed. Team apologized and said now the system are up and running and it will activate in next 48 hours. Phone verification done and then got a message your application was not approved due to address verification. Called up UNO team to know the reason and came to know that in the application form they have written wrong address instead of 7/16, written by their executive as 7116. Again apologized by Miss Shena & Mr. Pradeep and assured we are the so called “Managers” and will get it activated by 48 hours. Again phone verification done and again got a message that application got rejected. No idea whats the reason now. And the best part when you are calling them and sending message to revert back, except Pradeep one even bother to answer the call and reply the message. If a brand like Vodafone outsource their services to such pathetic team, then customers like me who is with Vodafone since 2010 and already using their corporate and personal connection on the same address (where the verification is getting rejected) should close down their relationship immediately and should convey the same to the HR team. Really disappointed from Vodafone and with UNO team because of their irresponsible behavior and false promises. It’s like a mental harassment while dealing with UNO team now. In case if this message goes to the correct person or department, hoping that they value their such old customers should take appropriate action against this team and help the customer to get the SIM activated ASAP or else let me know will close the relationship if this going to be in the same way.                             Dear Concern, I am a airtel network user since 8 years but now because of bad snetwork i wanted to port my airtel connection([protected]) to vodafone.for the same i have visited your store in sector 50 noida in the month of may I have given all the documents required and done all the formalities and paid the sim charges also but since may I am only going to your same vodafone store again and again and my number is still not port.pathetic services I must say, I am paying high bills since 3 months to airtel unnecessary, I need solution or else i will go to consumer court to get my 3 months bills and mental harassment reimbursement.                               I am using Vodafone 3g.On 27th My network just changed to 3gR and my internet stopped working after that i called customer care they told me with in 1 week your problem will be solved.On 29th I called them again they told me, we called you on 28th but you did not pick the phone, I have checked my call details there is no missed call.They are absolutely fooling me and absolutely rude behavior by a person Ravi.How a company like Vodafone hire this type of person. I gave a call at 29th July 2:33PM from this no [protected]. Soon I will stop using Vodafone services Worst service. I will not recommend Vodafone 3g absolutely pathetic service and customer care.
                              3G with R means you are on roaming. Check if you need to enable "Allow data while on roaming" which is a feature on all android devices. This should help.

                                I have got 5 vodafone connections and somehow or the other, I have been consistently facing problems. Last month, I was wrongly billed 6800 Rs as internet charges on international roaming, even though I have never used it. Vodafone is taking customers for a ride and expecting them to pay for something which hasn't been used. But I am not going to accept it lying down. Either vodafone accepts their mistake and reverses this amount or else I will go for number portability of all my 5 numbers. Please don't take your customers for granted.

                                  Greeting…!!!

                                  My name is Mohit Trivedi and my mobile number is [protected] and I am a Vodafone customer from past 10 years. Last week I planned to buy another number so I called my trusted network VODAFONE on 111 and registered a new connection request on Friday evening around 8 pm.

                                  On the Saturday Morning I got a woke up call from[protected] and executive Sahil spoke to me about my new connection and ensure me that I will get 6 digit of my choice and first 4 digit will be anything as he will confirm the final number after document verification I agreed to that and submitted by document and INR 250 as new connection fee to the Vodafone executive and got a receipt of the same alone with the new sim card (receipt number 1S5928 and Sim number[protected].

                                  On the basic of my trust on Vodafone I got a call from executive Ankit and he also assure me that I will the same number which was promised to me. Unfortunately, on Sunday morning Vodafone executive Shewta[protected] called me for telephonic verification and confirm that I will not be able to get 6 digit of my choice and then I asked her to cancel my new connect request and she said she will give me a call back on the same and no call back came ever.

                                  Then I called Ankit but he did not answered my call and after 10 min I got a call from[protected] another executive Naushan called me and excepted that the same number which was commited is not available. However, he will try to give the last 4 digit of my choice and assure a call back but again the same old sad story no call back came till now.

                                  Then I got a call from [protected] and executive this time again Sahil was on the the call and told me that he is given my preferred 6 digit from his personal reference and advice me not to disclose the same to any one if I got a call from Vodafone I should say them that I asked them to provide me any number of my choice and I did the same.

                                  Then again I got a call from[protected] as the executive from Vodafone confirm that my preferred number is not available and he can give me alternative choices and as advice by sahil to me I did the same took a number and give my go ahead to activate the same.

                                  Then your Vodafone executive Ankit called me around 0921 pm from [protected] informing that my sim is activated and I need to call 117 to active my new number I did the same and vodafone executive rahul confirm that another number is going to be activated and I proceed the way way as advice by Ankit and activate my new Vodafone number (Not my preferred one )

                                  I again called on [protected] and Ankit assured me that I can just go and give my go ahead for the activation as it was just 1 hour process as soon as my case file will goes to him he will made the change which was a false statement from that time I am chasing him and requesting everyone in Vodafone to help me out but as number is activated nothing can be done now the executive made his sale and customer is suffering.

                                  May I request you to take necessarily action against these fraud people which are not just misguiding the customer to increased they sales but also spoiling the brand name of the company. For your reference call recording with dates and timing is attached with this e-mail which help you to take necessarily action to catch these fraud people and help me to get which was committed to me as Vodafone is already a good service provide. However, now Vodafone is not standing still in terms of commitment and service delivery.

                                  Sadly its almost 10 Days when the last compliant was updated. However, till now no solution being given from the Vodafone. Can one tell me what is the procedure to take this to consumer cell as i want to take a legal action against fraud company vodafone

                                      Hello, My vodafone mobile number is +91-[protected], i have register as postpaid connection on december-2013, at that time i have paid 610 INR(110 INR registration fee + 500 Security deposite) to Ved Road, SUrat vodafone ministore, Among 610 INR 500 INR is refundable, vodafone mini store person promised me that when you convert from postpaid to prepaid after 1 year then you will get 500 INR security deposit refund, Now, at 26th june 2015 i have migrate from postpaid to prepaid, and request for 500 INR then initially customer executive told me that after 45 days you will get Demand Draft of 500 INR, but i didn't received amount, so i have again visited to vodafone store where i migrated prepaid connection for refund, at there vodafone person told me that there isn't any deposit show with your number, so i have visited mini store where i have register postpaid connection before 2 years, at there a person told me that i will call you after getting information about your security amount and simultaneously i have complaint to gujarat vodafone nodal officer for same issue and all are saying same that is there is no security deposite, and nodal officer told me that give me receipt of 500 INR, now tell me who can show 2 years old paper now, so, i have tell him that you show me registration form (CAF form) which is i filled at the time of postpaid registration, on which vodafone mini store executive wrote about 500 INR, then they are not showing me this papers, just he told me that there is not written such thing on paper, but he did not show me form, I am sure that i have paid 500 INR as security deposite, even vodafone customer executive told me that there is not possible to registration with postpaid connection without security deposit, then how can o register with out security deposit, so it is main proof that i have paid 500 INR as security deposit. please help me to refund me my hard earn money

                                        I wanted to convert two of my post paid Vodafone numbers to prepaid and both numbers got barred. Neither the post paid nor the prepaid sim cards are working. This all has happened because of very rude, arrogant, and irresponsible customer care staff at Vodafone store, Nirala Bazar, Aurangabad, Maharashtra, India. Since I am at Australia and cannot personally visit the store, staff at the store made fool of my innocent mother and made her to visit the store more than 4 times just for silly conversion of post paid to prepaid. Forget the sympathy towards clients, the staff was damn rude to my parents. I plan to escalate this issue to highest possible level. Many more goof-ups were made by your unskilled employees which I am in no mood to go in detail about. I can share my numbers and details with the concerned representative of Vodafone, if they approach me.

                                        I have done as suggested by you and expecting some immediate and strict actions against the rude, ignorant and highly irresponsible staff at vodafone store, Aurangabad. I am currently at Australia, so I have updated my fathers number at your portal as my parents are being harassed over this case. Please keep me updated about the procedings in this case over email
